My pension account no. [protected] from sbi kekari branch code: 003628 was applied for transfer to sbi deoliya kalan branch code: 032187 six months ago on date: 13.04.2017 but same is not yet been transferred, i have met so many times, both the branches personnally, but no body was able to give reply satisfactorily. Resulting i am suffering badly due to no money for feedup my family. I am a poor retired person. Kindly look into the matter personally and examine the issue to solve the my problem immedietely and transfer my pension account to sbi deoliya kalan branch, so that i will be able to fullfill the requirement of my family regarding food.

    Hi, i have a sbi credit card for more than 5-6 years. As there were couple of sms that seemed to be fake (Claiming to be sent from sbi) i talked with one of the rep. About 1 week ago and instead of helping me out to sort this issue he was rude the way he replied. As i escalated this issue with the senior management including the nodal officer and ceo (Desk) and other sr. Managers, today 21-oct-2017 i received a call from ms. Sheetal suneja.
    She told me that she was calling from the ceo desk of sbi and instead of listening to my concern about the way the rep. Rudely talked with me, she said that the rep. Will speak in that way only, which sounded so rude and she even went to the extent of saying that i shouldn't escalate such issues with the nodal officer and the ceo and when i asked her as to why they have the escalation process, she was not able to answer my question but made me to say that i would like to deactivate my credit card and immediately said that she can help me to deactivate my card.
    I feel that this could be a fake call as i think she called me to get all my credit card details and wanted to misuse it as i should provide her all the card details if i had to deactivate my credit card.
    Also, she went to the extent of saying that i can escalate her rude attitude to the senior management including the ceo and said that no action would be initiated against her which definitely gives me a feeling that she is not definitely from sbi and it was a fake call from a landline number.
    I wish sbi can investigate this fake call or if ms. Sheetal suneja is from sbi as she claimed why was i insulted, ill-treated the way she did.

      Dear sir, maine apne pehley wala visa cradit card account main paise dalwa diye or maine aj 300rs ka card swipe kiya to mujhey message aaya. Ki apne 80% limit use kr li hai, tahbi maine custmer care se baat ki k maine apni payment krwai hai update kyu nai hui, to unho ne btaya k apka jo pehley wala account ha band ho chuka hai or mujhy bank ne bhi nahi btaya k apka account bnd ho gya hai, unhoney ne bhi payment received krke receipt dey di. So my issue resolve as soon as possible

        Work from the sbi mohiuddin nagar is not satisfactory. Some staff and officers behavior is very bad. They ignore customer. Some private workers do the job in this bank and trying to take commission and money. Atm of this bank is never open if some time this open after 4-5 transaction bank staff says that the atm out off service an then they shut down the atm room. Then they never open atm on that day.

          Hello sir/madam, i have a saving account in sbi para bazar branch morbi. I visited bank to hire a locker but incharge officer told me to do a fd of 1 lac rupees to get the locker. But i am unable to deposit this much amount so i asked for any document or circular stating to fd this amount but they dont have any guidelines. Is there any such rule to fd of 1 lac for locker? Please help me in this regard.

            I took educational loan on sbi (Vadapalani, chennai). I took gold loan on the same branch. Now i have paid that gold loan without any outstanding. But the manager refused to give me the gold in that account. She said that after you complete the educational loan, i can give you the gold. She is intentionally doing this. How can i fill a complaint against that manager??

              This is in reference to minimum balance charges levied by sbi.
              We are having a current account in state bank of india.
              Account number-[protected] (M/s sushil prasad narayan prasad), branch code-31141, sri dungargarh, (Bikaner).

              Our account is opened with a minimum balance of rs. 10000 but the branch has changed the variants of our account by altering the minimum balance to rs. 2lakh without any prior approval or intimation to us, due to this we have been charged rs.2300 on 30-06-17 & rs. 2360 on 30-09-17 as minimum balance charges.

              We hereby request you to assess the charges leived.

                Myself jackson k f, i had done an online payment to 10kya.com online dealers on (16/10/2017). Amount approx 35, 799/- after payment the transacstion gateway pages says it failed and the same amount deducted from my sbi a/c.
                Its been 4 days now. The amount didnt rewise to my account. Pls do neccessry steps...

                  I have seen many complaints about the sbi recently from customers for unnecessary money deduction from customers. So i have keep checking the statements since one months. Unfortunately i have found that they are stealing from my account as well. I have taken four page statement about the account transaction details. They are charged 236 inr for the statement and also one week back they are charged 413 inr for excess fee. My account is a normal account they keep charging unknown, hidden charges apart from all atm, transfer etc charges.

                  I think this is kind of stealing from normal customers

                      I got a call from sbi credit card department stating that my card is not yet activated kindly give us your card details so that we can activate your card and update your credit limit as the executive called ms riya trivedi had a transaction of rs 60, 000 from my credit card as she asked me thrice for the otp stating that i need not to pay the amount it will not reflect in my account it's just an activation of your credit limit, and now i m receiving mail n message from sbi, kindly do the payment of 60, 000 rupees. As i haven't swiped a single rupee on it, as it was showing your money was spent on rsp mobile wallet.

But i asked so many times in my bank and they said they had done from his side and updated my adhaar with my bank account, and its not updated and but in my aadhar linking status it shows the airtel payment bank.                             I have been to brach sbi gangasthan nizamabad in telangana state, has only 2 staff and the manager is sitting in his cabin and doing nothing, not even comming out and trying to help customers there are 18 people needing help and he is not even concerned. Such a shame on sbi, when our turn came after 30 mns and asked for service, adviced to wait for an other person to provide the form and he is not arrived for another 30 mns now.

                                On december 10th, 2016, i had used my sbi credit card for a transaction of rs. 29, 765.00 at nihar hotel inn, kolkata and thereafter requested to sbi cards to allow me to pay back the above amount in 6 equal installments.
                                In reply to which sbi mailed me their affirmation of my emi request and sent me an emi payment chart as shown under :
                                Booking amount... Rs. 29, 765.00
                                Rate of interest... 14.5 per annam
                                Tenure... 6 months
                                Processing fee (Taxes as applicable)... Rs. 593.30
                                Emi amount... Rs. 5, 320.49
                                First emi date... 9th january, 2017

                                This means i was to pay rs. 5, 320.49 x 6 = rs. 31, 922.94

                                Now i paid as under :

                                Rs. 451.00 what is this amount for???

                                Excess amount already charged by sbi rs. 1, 128.06
                                Further amount being demanded by sbi rs. 1, 466.00

                                Over & above the actual repayment amount
                                Of rs. 31, 922.94

                                Now please let me know if i should approach the "consumer court" or forum with my grievances or you would like to solve this outrageous attitudinal problem of sbi (Cards) and make necessary refunds of the excess amount gobbled up by sbi.

                                    I am s. Sivasubramanian, having sbi a/c, no. [protected] at state bank of india, pbb, kknagar, chennai.600078. I gave request for updates of my pan number personally to bank branch by first week september 2017 and registered my request online also on 16.9.17. I regret to say till date, it is not done,
                                    I request immediate compliance. I would like to inform that i visit the sbi branch often and they are contacting the concerned department and still update is not done.

                                        I am a student and i am unable to maintain a minimum balance of 3000 each month. However it has been more than 2 times the bank has cut off money from my account. How i am supposed to pay three fines in a month for not maintaining minimum balance. Why the hell they are deducting it without letting me know even once. Give all my money back with extra amount as i have suffered a lot for the bank.
