The last status for my atm card as tracked by the indian postal consignment number is item bagged for manipal h. O on[protected].
My indian post consignment no. Is aq[protected]in
Kindly look into the matter and make sure sbi delivers my atm card on my current updated address.
Sbi is not taking any responsibility. With my repeated calls on customer support of sbi they gave me the consignment number and rest no response for their duties to help me in getting my atm card. They told to request the branch manager. But he was too casual and told me to wait for next 10 more days.

    Earlier complaint registered twice
    1) complaint no [protected] closed by stating amount recovered correctly as per terms n conditions.
    2) complaint no [protected] is just closed without giving satisfactory reason.
    It is being informed by branch that amount deduction from apr to june 17 is due to pos machine, which i am paying separately as rs 259/m

    Amount deducted from my current account from apr to june 17 is Rs 590 as commitment charges, while i am not enjoying any cc limit.This quarterly deduction has done first time without explaining solid reason.

        I want to cancel my credit card. Can i cancel it through my home branch because i can not cancel it online. But my online id is not working. I talked to the customer care no but they told they only handle the problem related to card stolen or lost. So please inform me how can i cancel my card its urgent for me because its related to my fdr and i already got closed my fdr and i want my amount of fdr in my account but it will be credit after cancellation of my credit card..           Sir, We have a Transaction through ATM Card No [protected] on 20 Oct 2017 for a Sum of Rs 3759/- at Pothys Pondichery. The amount is debited from my account but the same is not credited their account. But I received a message in my mobile which shown that the amount debited from my account No [protected].

          Though the transaction was carried our but the amount was NOT credited to POTHYS PRIVATE LIMITED account, We paid cash.

          Hence you are requested to revert back Rs 3759/- which debited from my account no [protected].

          In this connection M/s POTHYS ISSUEdDa letter to us stating that the amount is not credited in their account

          Please do the needful at the earliest

            State bank of india atm, gaggal, distt kangra, himachal pradesh. Money not received but deduct the balance of 20000rs on[protected]at 6:45pm. I was generated a complaint on sbi helpline but they said money is withdrawal from your atm. I asked for cctv footage but they denied. Complaint # [protected] was generated and closed by sbi.

            Please provide cctv footage asap.

              I had used atm card number for recharging the jio sim through sbi rewards points. Some rewards points were deducted and amount of from my rs.188 were deducted from account through visa debit card. The amount could not recharge due to internet services. My rewards points have been credited in my a/c. But amount of rs.188/- deducted from a/c has not been credited. Kindly look into the matter and solve the problem. My account no. Is [protected]

                    Dear team sbi,
                    I am sbi customer and struggling for updation of my mobile number from last more than 6 months. My home branch is sbi gadchiroli and i am working in pune. While approaching to pune sbi they are simply diverting me to home branch which is unbelievable. How come one customer will go to 1000 km for updation of mobile number whereas all other banks are allowing the same to any of it's branches.
                    Need urgent help as this is very frustrating experience from biggest bank of india. If still this is un resolvable issue then kindly revert me on top most priority.
                    Six month is too long time for mobile number updation looking for positive response.
                    If i am ready to provide all my kyc documents and i am present in person at pune branch then why this is not doable is really unable to believe

                      I am an user of sbi credit card and have been charged of 4999 rupees as the annual charges. The annual charges were added to my august 2017 month bill along with other transactions for which i had used the card, i made full payment on the card including annual charges to avoid any penalties (Interest) by the banks on full bill amount even though we make partial bill payment. I have decided to discontinue and cancel the card and do not want to pay the annual charges for the next year (Aug 2017 till aug 2018). I have made repeated requests to sbi to revert the annual charges added to the card for the next year as i am not willing to use the card for next year, but sbi is denying to revert the charges with out properly stating the reasons. On one instance i was told by the sbi customer care that there was an auto debit transaction of 482 made on my card towards bescom, so i am not eligible to get the refund. I haven't read any sbi terms and conditions that such a transaction will not refund the annual charges. More over annual charges are the charges which is incurred by the bank to maintain my card, but my request here is to cancel the card in the immediate month of adding the charges to the card which is not going to be maintained for the full year. But sbi is still expecting me to pay the complete year charges which is not a right thing.

                        i bring to your kind notice that i am a costumer of your big organisation
                        sbi bank on 3/10/2017 on checking the transction history of my saving bank
                        account no.[protected], i found that a transaction of rupees 1399/- is done
                        by any unknown person the detail of transaction is sbipgjt[protected]ajio
                        mumbai, i have not receive any otp nor any sms from bank despite of
                        regestring my mobile no ([protected]).
                        i became wounder from this intense that my money is not secure in your
                        bank. P. M mr. Modi is speaking for digilal india, how can it be possible. On
                        3/10/2017 i at once informed to brach manager for this matter and gave in
                        writing to him on 4/10/2017. But he is unable to do any thing. This clearly
                        shows carelessness of sbi staff &bank is responsible for my loss of money
                        . Please take necessary action and refund my money as earliest otherwise i
                        will go in court with all my doccumentry proof and report to pmo house and
                        chife minister also through media bank statement and application received by

                            Hi, i have a sbi credit card for more than 5-6 years. As there were couple of sms that seemed to be fake (Claiming to be sent from sbi) i talked with one of the rep. About 1 week ago and instead of helping me out to sort this issue he was rude the way he replied. As i escalated this issue with the senior management including the nodal officer and ceo (Desk) and other sr. Managers, today 21-oct-2017 i received a call from ms. Sheetal suneja.
                            She told me that she was calling from the ceo desk of sbi and instead of listening to my concern about the way the rep. Rudely talked with me, she said that the rep. Will speak in that way only, which sounded so rude and she even went to the extent of saying that i shouldn't escalate such issues with the nodal officer and the ceo and when i asked her as to why they have the escalation process, she was not able to answer my question but made me to say that i would like to deactivate my credit card and immediately said that she can help me to deactivate my card.
                            I feel that this could be a fake call as i think she called me to get all my credit card details and wanted to misuse it as i should provide her all the card details if i had to deactivate my credit card.
                            Also, she went to the extent of saying that i can escalate her rude attitude to the senior management including the ceo and said that no action would be initiated against her which definitely gives me a feeling that she is not definitely from sbi and it was a fake call from a landline number.
                            I wish sbi can investigate this fake call or if ms. Sheetal suneja is from sbi as she claimed why was i insulted, ill-treated the way she did.

                                Work from the sbi mohiuddin nagar is not satisfactory. Some staff and officers behavior is very bad. They ignore customer. Some private workers do the job in this bank and trying to take commission and money. Atm of this bank is never open if some time this open after 4-5 transaction bank staff says that the atm out off service an then they shut down the atm room. Then they never open atm on that day.

                                  Hello sir/madam, i have a saving account in sbi para bazar branch morbi. I visited bank to hire a locker but incharge officer told me to do a fd of 1 lac rupees to get the locker. But i am unable to deposit this much amount so i asked for any document or circular stating to fd this amount but they dont have any guidelines. Is there any such rule to fd of 1 lac for locker? Please help me in this regard.

                                    I took educational loan on sbi (Vadapalani, chennai). I took gold loan on the same branch. Now i have paid that gold loan without any outstanding. But the manager refused to give me the gold in that account. She said that after you complete the educational loan, i can give you the gold. She is intentionally doing this. How can i fill a complaint against that manager??

                                      Our account is opened with a minimum balance of rs. 10000 but the branch has changed the variants of our account by altering the minimum balance to rs. 2lakh without any prior approval or intimation to us, due to this we have been charged rs.2300 on 30-06-17 & rs. 2360 on 30-09-17 as minimum balance charges.
