Dear sir/ madam
I am a senior citizen, retired from army having a saving bank cum pension account no, [protected] at sbi, branch mohabewala, dehradun, uttarakhand.
On 09 october 2017 i was to transfer rs 10000/ (Rs ten thousand only) to my son's icici bank saving bank a/c no[protected], ifsc code icic0000979.
As it was urgent i used quick transfer mode of sbi anywhere personal mobile application installed on my mobile no [protected].
To my best memory i used the correct account no, ifsc code and name of the benificiary, my son abhishek thapliyal, however, to my surprise i got the message on my mobile that rs 10000.00 has been debited from my account and transferred to a/c no xxxxxxxxx287,
Actually the amount rs 100000.00 should have been transferred to a/ c no icici bank a/c no[protected], instead of[protected]
If there was an error in typing account number could be possible, but name of the account holder and ifsc code should have not matched and transaction could not have materialised.
I therefore request you to kindly resolve the issue and help me in getting rs 10000.00 back thanking you, best regards
