The no-= +91-[protected] is trying to loot people by making fraud calls saying calling from sbi credit card customer service and trying to steal user's confidential information. They are trying to get credit card no details, and make transactions and asks for otp. Please guys don't entertain calls from this no. And sbi customer care requesting you to take action against this no as they are trying different ways to hack users information and steal their hard earned money.

How it possible even I meet branch manager he send me to cc employ but she also not solve my issue again I go to branch manager office but manager not present in office I wait 1house out side office. 11 to 12 on 16 oct-2017

        I have made a online net banking transaction on[protected] of amount rs.38149. Transaction reference no: igacbab1c9 but the transaction did not go through. I filled a complaint with sbi the ticket no. Is [protected] on 1st october 2017. The complaint was closed stating refund has already been initiated sorry for the inconvenience. Still now i haven't got my refund amount. No one from branch is responding. Please do the needful

          Jankipuram extension lucknow branch hasn't refunded the due amount of rs 14000 o[censored]psee 2017 counselling process. I have also registered a complain to up cm office (Complain no :[protected]), for which registrar aktu told to contact the branch as they have already sent the amount. But there is no reply from branch for which i have mailed them twice. And moreover contact no is also unanswered.

            I had given complaint regarding debit amount for "excess draw" mode. The complaint tickets no.[protected]. As per as your resolution its come under service charge rule of sbi. But your explanation not acceptable​ due to my account is railway salary package. So its requires review my complaint otherwise kindly submit for higher resolution process. I'm waiting ur response.               Pmegp loan sanctioned fr 2016. I ve fixed deposit nd rd in sbi. Though i requested lotthe manager neither accepted nor rejected the loan. After six months he told me to transfer my account nd to open new another account. I did everything finally he got transferred not even gave me consigned letter. My loan returned back, i lost valuable time nd money. Being trusted customer of sbh i feel shame that one of its branch is in worse condition.

                Ref homeloan account[protected] from sbi coonoor iam a retired defence officer who availed this above homeloan from sbi coonoor in 2012. Ihave been paying the emi against the loan without any default. Recently i discovered that the bank is charging me 9.40 percent intrest whereas theprevalent rates are much lower. I need this corrective action to be initiated retrospctive from the effective date of lower intrest application.

                  I am using sbi anywhere app. And it works successfully, and also successfully login with www.sbionline.com but message shows 'no accounts mapped for this username' further i also go to profilemanage a/c displayhide/unhide and here also message shows "no accounts available"
                  Due to above problem i am unable to add payee, and seeing my account details. Please help me. Thanks.

                      MONEY is not transfer in my (my fathers) account .I WAS NEED MONEY THAT TIME URGENT BUT I FAIL
                      One guy CALLING HIM MANAGER FROM SBI asked by phone call that my ATM CARD /AVCOUNT NO IS BLOCKED.TO UNBLOCK IT HE WAS ASKING OTP.HIS PHONE NO IS [protected]

                        amount debited / transferred to investment intermedi

                        Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know....

                        Sir,
                        I have given a written complained to bank manager regarding mismatching tax deducted. For making it correct i have visited the state bank sector-11 faridabad. Branch more than 15 times and more than 50 times i have telephonically discussion with bank manager and c. A. Every time they have given assurance that they will do it. But till today they have not done any thing in this regard. Since 24 april i am running behind them for making this posting correct. For full detail please go through the attached mail which will clear the picture.
                        I am requesting to you kindly look into this problem to get it resolved at the earliest. So that i can confirm the income tax dept. Accordingly. Kindly advice your branch to resolve the case.

                          During purchase on 08/10 i've used my debit card. But at that time my card was not accepted. And i was paid on cash. While i was checked my a/c through online it was observed that the purchased amount debited twice from my savings a/c. Immdly after complained the above fact to customer care. And they had given complaint nos viz. Po[protected] &[protected]. Pl resolve the issue immediately.

I had submitted an application for surrender of my credit card ending with xxxx xx 7236 to the sbi, bccl township branch dhanbad long, long ago (More than 6 months ago). However the credit card ending with xxxx xx 7236 is still active. Annual charge is still being deducted from my account. So requested to kindly cancel my credit card ending with xxxx xx 7236.

                                I am in facing undernoted problem in my above card. My account no is [protected] with sbi agra branch.
                                1. For some time i am not able to see my account as it is asking for atm pin. When i use the atm pin given in mailer of the card, it is showing "not matching with the card"
                                2. It is not working at all the places of purchase and have very limited use.
                                3. Kindly help me.

                                    I am regular customer of sbi bank. I received a call from [protected] dated on 13/10/17. He said that he was manager from sbi bank. He asked about my debit card no. Cvc no. Password etc. When i did not give any information about my card he abused me. I have a call recording of this fraud call. After that i call sbi helplines number and ask about this call. They said this is a fraud call and beware from such call. They advised me to report a complaint against this fraud man who call me on this website. They ensured me that strict action should be taken against him.

                                      On the date 12.10.2017, I received a fake call and I became a victim of an incident. The caller (Mob. No. [protected]) asked the details and password of the card. After sometime i saw some message of the transaction Rs.32740 from the credit. 32740/ - Consolidated I need your help in getting the money back.
