Sir,
I have given a written complained to bank manager regarding mismatching tax deducted. For making it correct i have visited the state bank sector-11 faridabad. Branch more than 15 times and more than 50 times i have telephonically discussion with bank manager and c. A. Every time they have given assurance that they will do it. But till today they have not done any thing in this regard. Since 24 april i am running behind them for making this posting correct. For full detail please go through the attached mail which will clear the picture.
I am requesting to you kindly look into this problem to get it resolved at the earliest. So that i can confirm the income tax dept. Accordingly. Kindly advice your branch to resolve the case.

    During purchase on 08/10 i've used my debit card. But at that time my card was not accepted. And i was paid on cash. While i was checked my a/c through online it was observed that the purchased amount debited twice from my savings a/c. Immdly after complained the above fact to customer care. And they had given complaint nos viz. Po[protected] &[protected]. Pl resolve the issue immediately.

I had submitted an application for surrender of my credit card ending with xxxx xx 7236 to the sbi, bccl township branch dhanbad long, long ago (More than 6 months ago). However the credit card ending with xxxx xx 7236 is still active. Annual charge is still being deducted from my account. So requested to kindly cancel my credit card ending with xxxx xx 7236.

          I am in facing undernoted problem in my above card. My account no is [protected] with sbi agra branch.
          1. For some time i am not able to see my account as it is asking for atm pin. When i use the atm pin given in mailer of the card, it is showing "not matching with the card"
          2. It is not working at all the places of purchase and have very limited use.
          3. Kindly help me.

              I am regular customer of sbi bank. I received a call from [protected] dated on 13/10/17. He said that he was manager from sbi bank. He asked about my debit card no. Cvc no. Password etc. When i did not give any information about my card he abused me. I have a call recording of this fraud call. After that i call sbi helplines number and ask about this call. They said this is a fraud call and beware from such call. They advised me to report a complaint against this fraud man who call me on this website. They ensured me that strict action should be taken against him.

                On the date 12.10.2017, I received a fake call and I became a victim of an incident. The caller (Mob. No. [protected]) asked the details and password of the card. After sometime i saw some message of the transaction Rs.32740 from the credit. 32740/ - Consolidated I need your help in getting the money back.

                  Dear sir,
                  There is a refund initiated to my sbi bank account from amazon but the refund never got credited to my bank account. I have been trying to call the tolfree number of sbi for further information but unable to recieve any information.
                  There is reference number initiated by amazon. The bank members are also in a mood of not helping me. The bazar branch accoutant shows a very rude behaviour.

                    I got the below two messages but i have not made any payments.

                    100.00 hnl was spent on your sbi credit card ending xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx on 11-oct-17 at claro ivr recargas. Fx rates and charges as per t&cs.

                    150.00 hnl was spent on your sbi credit card ending xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx on 11-oct-17 at claro ivr recargas. Fx rates and charges as per t&cs.

                    I have called the customer care and block my card. Not responding from them

                      I am vijaya nag g from mysore and have a sb account bearing [protected] in mysore medical college branch, mysore. From past 10 years i have been utilizing this account. However, despite my repeated request (Orally) to enable the 3rd party transaction activation rights in my sb account so that i can transfer the amount to sbi capsecurities demat account, the branch staffs are not done this.
                      It is causing unnecessary delay in transaction in my demat account. I kindly request you to do the needful and please oblige.

                        Dear team,

                        Ranavav pin code 360550 atm always close down at around 8pm. Why. They closing... It should be 24 hour open. Manager not taking any follow up inspite of i did many complaints in customer care. My mo..[protected] sbi ac. No.[protected] kindly help and action against branch. Sbi customer service not even taking proper follow up against branch. They just trying to convince me with the wrong statement. They many time disconnected call also and while i cal back to them. Not ready to accept. Sbi service is the third class at the branch and very slow work they doing and awaiting more than it. Should be.. Please provide proper resolution for atm service. Once in the newspaper also it came as 40 teacher staff compliants against it but still situation is the same. Due to non availability of security it keep goes on close it is not valid reason. I have money in the bank than i should be provided proper service.

I have done one transaction with imt but due to anavalibility of imt facility beneficery name raghvendra pandey can not able to withdral imt amount and imt get expired on 30th sept.                             Dear sir/ madam
                            I am a senior citizen, retired from army having a saving bank cum pension account no, [protected] at sbi, branch mohabewala, dehradun, uttarakhand.
                            On 09 october 2017 i was to transfer rs 10000/ (Rs ten thousand only) to my son's icici bank saving bank a/c no[protected], ifsc code icic0000979.
                            As it was urgent i used quick transfer mode of sbi anywhere personal mobile application installed on my mobile no [protected].
                            To my best memory i used the correct account no, ifsc code and name of the benificiary, my son abhishek thapliyal, however, to my surprise i got the message on my mobile that rs 10000.00 has been debited from my account and transferred to a/c no xxxxxxxxx287,
                            Actually the amount rs 100000.00 should have been transferred to a/ c no icici bank a/c no[protected], instead of[protected]
                            If there was an error in typing account number could be possible, but name of the account holder and ifsc code should have not matched and transaction could not have materialised.
                            I therefore request you to kindly resolve the issue and help me in getting rs 10000.00 back thanking you, best regards

                              Subject: charge dispute "refund never processed"

                              Dear sir

                              A refund of 8679/- rupees was successfully processed on 25 sep. To my account by amazone. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                              I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                              I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                              Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

The basic pension after 7th pay is rs.22063 and applicable rate of da as well as medical but it appears the basic pension itself has been redused from rs.22063 to rs. 21000 which appears to be wrong.                                   I retired from air force on 31.05.1991 from group-i (Instrument fitter). My basic pension was rs.8585/-and applicable rate of da plus medical per month before 7th pay commission report. After implimentation of 7th pay commission report my basic pension was fixed as rs.
                                  22063/per month (Rs.8585×2.57=rs.22063) and was getting the same along with appliable rate of da and medical upto august 2017.in the month of sept'2017 my pension has been reduced to rs.23279 (Rs.21900+4%da+rs.500 medical). The matter was taken up with bank manager but he could not give satisfactory reply. Please intimate me about my correct basic pension. My original ppo no. Is 08/14/b/05961/1991.

                                  No information about my complain has been received from the bank as yet. Please look into the matter.
                                  Since more than one month passed but no action appears to have been taken in this matter nor any message or mail received. What is the use of this type of complain lodging. If some thing can be done please do urgently so that I can get correct pension.

                                    Hi team,
                                    A sum of 11, 545/- has been deducted from my account without placing any order. There are no order details in my flipkart account nor is payed to flipkart in any form. But the bank statement shows it was payed to flipkart.com, bangalore. Please do look into the matter and resolve the same. Attached the screenshot of bank statement.

                                      I went sbi nathnagr janinmadir road nathnagar, bhagalpur, in bihar. For money transaction on 13oct at afternoon time. No one given proper resolution for that. When i went to manager for that. I told him who we can payment transaction. Thy did not told me proper resolution. But warning given by the branch manager also they told me i will kill you. You don't know about me. I will kill you.

                                        Today we tried at least 12 times to pay online our electricity bill on website http//uppcl.org using our sbi maestro debit card but were unable accomplish transaction due to error indicated as "tpge2332-not captured". We could not understand this error and could not any help from the website or from the bank during the attempt to achieve transaction.
                                        Finally i had to request my brother in lucknow to pay my bill from his account through net banking.
