I draw pension from state bank of india branch srinagar (Branch code 00722). An amount of rs 4158/- has been deducted from my pension for the month of september 2017 with out communicating any reasons. I have requested for communicating me reasons for such recovery but the branch as usual does not give any response. I request for communicating me reasons for recovery on my email address [protected]@rediffmail.com. My phone is not in working these days.

I hemkant akodiya, sbi kota (chawni choraha) .On21/10/17, today my account had been debited about 18000+3600 inr in favor of sbi intermediar.

    Dear sir,

    Myself ganesh uppar, customer of sbi since long decades. My mother always invests only in sbi trusting its service with customer. Sir, we had planned to invest in ulip and some discussins with some 3rd party agents. Later we came to know its better to go with genuine sbi life employees. Mr. Balaji, from sbi life insurance, dharwad city, karnataka, approched through call. He pressurised to meer us. As per his request we agreed. He met in our house. We were not really happy with his approach. Hence we discussed this to our sbi bank branch manager. She suggested that she will help us in investing it directky to sbi life insurance. As per that, she helped and presently our ulip plan is under process. (Health check up).

    Compliant: the person who contacted as manager (Mr. Balaji, sbi insurance, dharwad, karnataka state, india) of sbi life sends me an sms stating"you have wasted my time". I am deeply feeling sorry to choose this kind of sbi service. If he is a manager then, i feel i would withdraw my policies and all accounts linked with sbi, if no actions is taken against him. Kindly acknowledge within 7 days. As i believe in public service should be a real motto behind companies.

    Due to technical error an amazon order for redmi 4 smartphone get cancelled on 17/10/2017 and the amount of rs.6998/- has been refunded to my sbi account from amazon but which doesn't get credicted yet to my account.kindly requesting for take necessary action.

      My name is stanley anthony dass, i have been using this sbi credit card since last 6 months, on 1st of sept i got 3 sms of transaction on my credit card of rs-10, 000/- + 10, 000/- + 20, 000/-, i immediately contacted the customer care of sbi and informed them about the incident and they provided me a dispute number _ and told me that i will receive a acknowledgement from them but till date ie 24th oct 2017 nobody has reverted on the same and i m getting a statement with late fees which they told me to pay when i asked them about my concern they say we will revert but till date no call from them.

      Please help in this case.

        Sir i submit two application in my home branch jobner first is for my mobile no. Link to my account & second for my atm card but after three days i have no any responce by home branch teem thaan he says me that your application is graanted but didnt recive any msg by me in my phone plz help me sir because i living in other city for job plz plz help me

        I am a retired Naval Officer drawing pension from the Jews Street Ernakulam Branch of State Bank of India .The 4th instalment of OROP arrrears should have been credited to my savings account in September 2017.Despite contacting the Branch Manager several times, the amount has still not been credited.

          Sir, i am vineet singh having a/c no [protected] in sbi defence bainking branch nehru road cantt faizabad. My pension payment order no d/12157/2017 was forwarded to cppc sbi allahabad vide records the dogra regiment letter no pen/d/20005091 dt 05 aug 2017. But till date i have not received my pension. I had also written two letter to banking authority on 08 sep 2107 and 05 oct 2017 but no reply received from pension disbursement authority. It is requested to kindly do the needful to credit my pension and arrears and dues as mentioned in ppo immediately to avoid financial loss to retired jawan.

          Sir, I am boarded out from Army and my Pension Payment Order was issued by PCDA Allahabad vide PPO No D/12157/2017. The PPO was forwarded to CPPC SBI Allahabad vide The Records Dogra Regiment letter No Pen/D/20005091 dt 05 Aug 2017. But till date no action has yet been taken by the Bank to credit my pension, arrest and computed amount into my acct No [protected] main at SBI Defence Banking Branch Nehru Road Cantt Faizabad . I had also written two letters on 08 Sep 17 and 05 Oct 17 to SBI, CPPC Allahabad and SBI DBB Faizabad, but no reply has yet been rec'd. Please do the needful to get my pl pension earliest.

          I have received my pre printed kit from bank around 15 to 20 days ago... But after entering the user id and password as per pre printed kit received from branch the site says invalid username or password

            There is an unauthorised deduction of rs.117/- from my account no. — 6869 with main branch state bank of india sector 17b chandigarh by p[protected]tr for ddr bajaj auto without any authorisation/intimation on 24/10/2017. Kindly return and deposit the same amount in my above account otherwise i have to take legal action for this fraud.

              Hi sir... I applied for opening of my new account in sbi bank in treasury branch akola after filling online form and duely signed by dy manager of sbi branch mr dongare. I submitted form to madhuri madam.. But she told it will take sevan days to create account nber.. Since she have few others forms too.. We requested them to fill early.. So they replied rudly that when they fill than only it will get account nber

                  Please find below fraud transactions made on my sbi credit card by merchants mentioned against each transaction. I got mail (Screen shot enclosed) from [protected]@sbicard.com on 23.10.2017 at 8.12 pm. They informed me that rs.20, 000.00 was spent on your sbi card no. Ending xx1931 at https kitecash in on 23 oct 17. Remaining credit limit: rs.43, 197.43. Almost at the same time within a span of 2-3 minutes following transactions were made on my card without my knowledge and without confirming the otp received on my mobile.
                  1. Merchant name is https kitecash in amount to rs 20, 000.00 dated 23.10.2017 at 08.12 pm.
                  Someone else was sign in on my registered mail id by disabling first and use otp sent to mail id with sbi credit card department.
                  I called to customer service and made a complaint regarding the fraudulent transactions made on my credit card and i informed that i shall not pay a single rupee as the onus lies on the sbi card for for the fraudulent transactions. It is pertinent to mention here that i have not conveyed the card details or the otp to the caller. It seems some insider has a hand in the fraud.

                  Accordingly i have registered complaint about same and sbi customer care team sbi card ending with 1931 blocked due to suspected activity. At present i have blocked my card and intimated to customer care.
                  Please do the need full and take necessary action for reversal of the above transactions i want full refund of rs 20, 000/- in my credit card statement to be generated.

                    This complaint is related my credit card spent 36000 inr without any my approval, on date[protected] i have received 4 transaction msgs from sbi credit card without receiving any otp number.

                    I have raised fir and infact also inform to cyber cell.

                    Requesting you please take appropriate action against the service and help to get my money back on my credit card

                    This all happened without my knowledge.

My pension has been revised by central excise depot from 01.04.2015 due to my completion of 20 years service.                         I have transferred amount of rs. 1 lakh from ventura securities to sbi bank. The amount should have been reflected by monday but the amount is till not reflected even on tuesday. As per sbi customer care they dont feel there is mistake from there side. The ventura accounts person has already transferred the total amount to the concerned sbi account. I wish to take action against this huge bull bank sbi. My contact no. [protected].

                          I am having an account no. [protected] at sbi branch in dera bassi, punjab
                          Branch code is 50022. I had made an payment of rs 990 by pos machine, by
                          Transection was shown declined by the machine. I again swipe the card and
                          Payment was successful. The amount was deducted 2 times from my account.
                          Pls make the reversal of declined payment deduction of 990 rs. I had called
                          4 times on customer care number also but in vain.

                            State Bank Of India Wrongly charges in our A/c [protected] for three time Rs. 1770/- ( 590*3)..without any clarification.., We already submit all the document.
                            but local branch has been not updated in our account kyc document., also no any information about this..., Also we are visit for local branch at pardi, but no any responds for this branch..
                            Many time request by us, than this branch accountant excuse to us for chq amount limitation problem, but this rezone not perfect, than his ask to us KYC problem, but at the time of chq book request already submit all the document Pan Card, Adhar Card, Election card..Ect.., but this branch staff not getiing his job very well.,
                            So Request you look in this and reverse penalty charges this month without fail..

                              I have an account in SBI Bikaner Rajasthan. On 23/10/2017 my account has been debited twice Rs.295/- and 295/- on account of INVESTMENT INTERMEDI.
                              Kindly confirm me what is this and I have reported to toll free number also, again debit has made.
                              Kindly clearify what is this account.
                              In this matter I have reported to the Bank's Toll free Number [protected] and they have told that it will not deducted in future but still it is deducting from my account,
                              Please do the needful and revert my deducted amount.

                                My name is venkatesh kothuri. I am an sbi customer for last 2 years. And this day[protected] amount of 295+295 rupees has been debited from my account in the name of investment intermedi. What the hell is going on here??. What is this intermedi? I dont got any notifications about this thing?. Since i haven't notified about this matter how could guys can do such a thok ng. Thats my account and i thought it is very safe. How could you guys debite such an amount from my account without notifying me. Let me know whats going on... Otherwise ill rise a complaint on this in consumers forum.

                                    Hi, i have made online transaction for bus ticket but there is some error and my money was deducted from my account and these money also not credited in travel company account where i have made transaction. So where is my money credited and why that is happening again and again that is not happen only one time i habe also try today and same issue and my totall approx 1000 rs deducted so please give me my money back

                                      With ref to refund sequence no [protected] and cpc/1718/a2/[protected] it is reguested that my refund cheque may kindly be sent directly to my saving a/c no [protected] in pnb bank whose rtgs/neft ifs code is punb0153000 as due to medical condition i have shifted for some time to my daughter place and iwill not be in position to take mail service in my old location.
