I am ranjit choudhury & my father mr. Rabindra gochhayat applying home loan in sbi ramnagar branch, odisha, kendrapara district, as per discussion with branch manager & field officer. As per discuss with him we have prepared all the documents. Finally the bank taken six month but the branch manager declined the loan & returned documents due to my salary account not in sbi. We are support all the documents as per discuss with him, but they mentally harashing, not supporting, not saying true fact. I am applying online also, as per discuss with field officer, he says all the documents ok but branch manager not supporting.
Kindly take necessary action against the bm & field officer​.

    Respected sir i samiran chowdhury i got a fraud call from state bank and their told my every detail so they got a transaction of five transaction different ways of 24980 rupees and also also they told it will revert back within half an hour so i don't know this is the in this matter so i talk to my senior then they told me that i got scam buy online collars so i report to near nearest police station and as well as online complaint of state bank helpline number which which is[protected] also i am contacting with lalbazar crime branch kolkata and my complaint number is 4393 of kolkata crime branch and my general diary number is 1077 in new alipur police station kolkata kindly help me with this because i am belong from very middle class family and this money i will be kept for my father's medical but this is by mistake it will be scam buy online caller and i don't know about this matter kindly do something for me sir because i am the only one who take care of my family

    +91-[protected] in that number I got call at 4:45 P.M at 17th October 2017 and also after that I directly call to State Bank toll free helpline number then I call I online submit a complaint then I went to my nearest police station this is New Alipore Police Station Kolkata then I lodge a General diary which is information number of 1077 . This transaction made by 5 different different transaction of 5000, 10000 of 4990of 3001 of 3990 of 4000 total amount is 24980 rupees in a different 5 way. One is Oxygen wallet one is Kit cash one is idea idea billdesk one is idea help another one is Oxygen wallet. Lalbazar Crime Branch also told me that go online after 3 days and check your account details about this and then if there is no update so again call to lalbazar crime branch at the very same report complaint number of 4393 and GD number of 1077 at the time of 5:45 evening.
    I want deactivate the my bank account sms alert on my mobile number [protected].bank sms charges deduction is high and deduct the charges any time and many time deduction of money is deduct one or more time in a month.
    We had deposited Rs10, 000 at Old Bazar Dimapur branch on 10th October for urgent NEFT transfer to our friend in Delhi NCR to his Corporation Bank ac.
    But till 12th it was not done.
    SBI branch also not giving any satisfactory response to our various calls . Most irresponsible bank
    We are worried now where our money is

      Sbi noc patiala 8303 stating that an insurance of a rs 30000/- per annum is compulsory. Without insurance your loan not sanctioned. Whereas i have already taken an insurance from sbi moti bagh new delhi sbi saral savdhan+ with a premium of rs 5000/- per year
      On my running personal loan. I request to bank employees and branch manager please provide me an insurance of rs 5000/- per year if inurance is compulsory. Please clarify me that insurance is compulsory or not and send me authority for the same. Due to paucity of money individual apply for loan.

      Maine one line 3-4 time cheqe dishonoure charge ki complaint karya ki mere dishonoure charge vapas keiye jaya or meri galti batye per kai bhi sunane wala nahi hai bank me jate hai to marajar ki bat khah kar mana kar dete hai meri koi sunwai nahi ho rahi hai please halp me.

      I am not holding SBI acount
      I got call from this number yesterday ([protected]) who told me that I am holding ATM card which is blocked & was seeking my atm card details
      Kindly verify the Number so that he cannot deceive any Body
      3months back i used my sbi debitcard for buying oneplus moblie under the offer 1500 cashback after 3months, 3months is done and there is no cashback from bank, i already raised complaint but no response

          Hi there,
          My account has been stopped unexpectedly. I had contacted customer care but they given telephone number of that branch. I have contacted them but no one is answering the call. Moreover i have mailed my concern also, but still no reponse from them.

          As my work location is very far from that branch, i cant go physically. I hate this serives.

            My savings bank account number[protected] was debited with rs55 on13/10/2017 but top up of mobile no. [protected] has not been done so far relevant reference is [protected]/ihf6088416 pl. Credit amount of rs55 to my aforesaid account with state bank of indiatt though the amount has since been debited to my savings bank account with state bank of india on 13/10/2017 yet mobile account of vodafone number [protected] has not bee n topped up even after 6days hence correction is needed so that amount is credited back to my account at an early date a prompt action in the matter will be highly appreciated

                I having a upi transaction of rs.500 on tez platform using my sbi account but transaction was failed and than money debited from my account but didn't credited to the beneficiary's account
                Please refund my money to my account. And before this transaction i have already issues with 2-3 more transaction of rs.50.. Money debited but not credited to beneficiary account.. Why this is happening sir kindly refund my money to my account

                  Dear sir,

                  My sbi atm card is not able to withdraw money. It gives the slip saying response code 079, unable to process. However, it gives the balance statement slip. My card no. Is [protected] & account holder name –reetika. Please give suggestions what to do.
                  Kindly help me, as i m in very serious problem, i have left with no money for my expenses. Pls help me

                    This is to inform you that i haven't received the internet banking facility as per vypaar for my company named hard metal depositors (I) pvt ltd whose account no. Is [protected]. The branch name is b. T. Road. I have applied it multiple times for the change from khata to vypaar but they are not at all interested in doing that. Lately they said that it cannot be converted from khata to vypaar and you have to apply freshly. And for that also i am agreed but still there not at all any response. Is this the way you deal your customer?? Kindly do the needful.

                      Sbi parlakhemundi branch cash peon are denying to accept cash in idbi bank nostra account [protected]. If this is a service to a bank then what is to the normal customer. They are accepting only tuesday and friday from idbi bank not for all days. They are only allowing 6 bricks of cash. Today they are denying to accept 12.02 bricks of rs. 94 lakes. Somehow after many requests they had accepted 69 lake and now both the clerk mr. Ramanathan and mr. Ram babu are denying to accept rest 25 lakes. Please look into the same immediately.

                        I have a trading a/c 94428803 with sbi cap sec.. I have tried to lien the fund but the message "e broking registration is not available. Please contact branch" has been appearing every time. I want a smooth operation while making lien or fund transfer to my trading account. As a india best bank s b i should launch an easy procedure of fund transfer. As i cannot transfer/ lien at the point of need i have to face a huge loss. Pl solve the matter immediately.

                          I have a account on sbi jadupur gabgachhi branch. Here the staffs are all very rude and they don't know how to behave with their customers. They scold sinior citizens, never receive calls. Though some people are not educated but staffs have to be quiet but they always show rudeness and never discusses about the benefits or schemes launched by the government. Whenever i ask anything they shout at me that i don't know anything. I am so disappointed and disturbed by this attitude of sbi staffs... Plz do something...

                            I had given a cheque in favor of rural electrification corporation limited -54ec bonds on 20/09/2017
                            Vide my account [protected] (Sbi puthupariyaram-08245) via cheque number 377969 for an amount of rs 16
                            Lakhs. The cheque got bounced with the reason mentioning refer to drawer and i was penalized with a
                            Cheque return charge of rs 590/-. Infact the reason given by the branch on the cheque bounce was that my
                            Cheque was valid upto 10 lacs at non home branch. This would be very well accepted if i was drawing cash
                            More than 10 lacs but this was being transferred to a government bond. More over if there was any human
                            Error from my side like not keeping enough balance/corrections/signature mismatch etc i could very well
                            Accept me being penalised but unfortunately this is a technical error for which i am penalized. I have
                            Attached the cheque copy/return receipt for your kind perusal.

                            I hold this account with this bank for long time and more over i hold another 3 accounts with sbi one
                            Ppf account and another savings account in calicut.in my long standing relation with your esteemed
                            Bank had never had such a plight i am totally dissatisfied with the way i am being treated for the
                            Mistake of mine. I no longer feel to carry fruitful association with the bank as genuine customers like
                            Me are treated like this. It would be grateful if my penal charges can be waived and refunded to my
                            Account.
                            Had sent a mail on 4th oct to sbi department heads but no body had bothered to replay to mail till date. Request your kind intervention.

                              Cashier is using very bad language with all customers, no patience, looking like he is drunked, he is cashier in sbi branch sherpur, distt sangrur, kindly solve this problem, otherwise it will pay very bad impact on your bank, ragard-customers, he allways irritate the folks and try them to show his power as a cashier., today the date,[protected], i went there to deposit the cash of 5, 000, and when i have told him to verify the account. He started speaking very rudely, and said i am not affraid of anyone, kindly take this problem seriously otherwise this complaint will go in head office

                                Dear sir,

                                On 16th october 2017 i deposited rs 15000 in my son`s account in polytechnic branch ahmedabad.

                                My son was at sikkim.

                                I inserted 15000 in atm and machine said hardware error and was locked.

                                I was unable to get my money back nor my money was in my son`s account.

                                I went inside bank and met at desk to mr. Amborkar he said

                                A. Give me application.
                                B it will take one week to get your refund.

                                I went to manager mr virendra thapar

                                A. He said you go and meet at desk officer, i said i had already met him. He said what ever desk officer said was right.

                                B. I asked him for his name he did not replied when i strongly asked him he said it is written outside.

                                C. I asked him for his senior manager name he did not answered and after arguing he said his clerk to give number of his senior. Very inappropriate

                                D. I was given by the clerk number of mr. Ganpat rathwa region 3

                                E. I gave my mobile no and account number of my son to desk officer mr amborkar

                                I met mr. Rathwa at hi zonal office he said i will look in the matter.

                                I met mr. Amborkar desk officer and asked about money he said it will take 2 to 3 days

                                I went to mr rathwa senior manager at zonal office he said

                                A yesterday he has talked to branch manager

                                B the team will come and open the atm and you will get the money for sure.

                                C. Wait for sometime.

                                D. I said at least branch manager should give me reply that the process is going as he is having my mobile number.

                                My question is what is this system and what branch manger is doing instead of helping the customer he is making fun of him.

                                I have urgency and importance of my money as my son was waiting for money at sikkim. I have made necessary arrangement for his requirement after hassle.

                                I strongly recommend to remove this type of managers to silent places where they have to do back office work.

                                I will surely think to take my seven accounts in other banks.

On 16.10.2017 i personally visited your branch and reported this is due to amalgamation, and advice to complain. I do not know whether there will be any implication to you.

                                  Looking at the loan deduction pattern it is being appearing either some financial irregularities is going into your branch or your worker is not working.
                                  As a result customer s are suffering.
                                  On the light of above i am requesting you to ease my financial burden in future,

                                      Sir, on 06/10/2017, i have submitted kyc form alongwith an application for updating of my current address and conversion of saving account into salary account but when i reached at sbi branch on 16/10/2017 to know the status, branch manager has informed me no changes have been made yet. On request he assured me that the kyc will be updated by end of the day but that day also passed but the kyc is still pending by their end. Hence, i am requesting you to solve the issue and stop harasing the valuable customers

                                        Iam account holder of andhrabank recently on 30.09.2017 i did transaction using my debit card to withdraw 10000rs the machine was run but amount was not dispensed i lodged a complaint on 03.10.2017 as there is continuous holidays for the banks. I was asked to wait for 7 working for completion of 12 days the answer given is not satissatisfactory the amount was not credited to my account
