Website: Debit card not functioning in other banks ATMs

Dear sir,
I am holder of new sbi debit card and when it is applied with correct pin number to any other banks atm, money could not be withdrawn from atm. I have visited sbi main branch, mussoorie 4 times in last two weeks but the officials there are unable to solve the problem. I have given my written complaint there along with other banks atm slips stating reasons for non - withdrawal about 14 days ago.
I am a senior citizen. The sbi atm is at some distance covering steep slope so going there cause inconvenience.
I therefore, request you to please solve the problem at the earliest so that i can use other banks atm situated close to my home.

    Hi myself rukhsana sharif sayed residing in malad east mumbai 400097, i have applied for credit card n before card comes in my hand i got a call says call on [protected] for activation, they are from sbi credit card dept i called them as soon as i got the card i have them card no then she was done with the verification then i got a otp i shared that n 2 transaction was done 5000/-rs to payu paymentspvt ltd100 n 3220/-rs to www oxygenwallet.com on asking she said we are giving u discount card one time payment n lifetime benefit of 30%on purchased. Then i went next day to bank they said block the card they r fraud we don't call n ask customer about card no and otp. I block the card n called on the no, but the no is not in service pls help me to get them through the transaction n this should not be done with others. Pls help me.

    Hi This is Rukhsana Sharif Sayed there is no update n my complaint has not been resolved since October 2017, i have not received any call either from the consumer forum nor Sbi, already complaint Registered with Kurar police stn Malad East pls do the needful at the Earliest. Waiting for positive reply.

      Dear sir

      A refund of 385 rupees was successfully processed on 21 september 2017 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

      I have called the state bank of india customer service many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has resolved the problem. No action is being taken

      I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

      Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

        Respected sir I want to complaint about sbi. I work in mohali phase 5.I all a resident of bihar I went to my nearest branch in mohali for new account opening. And there they refused to open my account only for not having local proof. But I had my Aadhar card and pan card of bihar. So is there any rule that account will be opened for only local address proof holder not for other region.Please reply me soon My phone no [protected]

          interaction id - 1-24308952027 fraud transactions on my sbi card

          Respected sir,
          I wish to inform you that fraudulent transactions against my sbi credit card no. Xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-8790. Total amount is rs 65, 519.9 (62, 734.20 + 2, 195.70 + 395.23 + 90 + 500).
          On 15/09/2017, i was going from office to metro station. I got 12 back to back messages on my mobile at metro station through sbi credit card sms service regarding the following transactions which have been made fraudulently (Dollars)...

          Sir yesterday on 9th october i paid oline payments to the ts rta transport department through paytm but fee not paid to the rta services but amount deducted from my account please resolve this problem and send my amount to my account following five bills paid with paytm transcation numbers.

            The bank charged me twice 23.60 rupees for entering insufficient money for withdraw from ATM using my debit card, is it justified bank charging money for entering insufficient amount for withdraw from their ATM, I was not aware of my balance in account, SBI getting worst by charging in unfair ways, sometimes their ATM machines dont work properly, and

                With due respect i beg to say that i ishvinder singh s/o s. Baldev singh resident of 4251/1 street no 4, gill road opp. I. T. I. College, ludhiana, punjab, have a saving account number [protected] with sbi bank branch gill road ludhiana,
                Sir during the midnite of july 21 & 22 a cheater has withdrawn rupee 50170.80/- from my account at the time of 1:05 am dated 22 july 2017 with the help of a duplicate debit card the original debit card is in my posetion. Someone has done a bigg fraud with me. My debit card limit is up to 40000/- but the cheater has withdrawn rupees 50170.80/-all these transections has made from paharganj, new delhi area atm’s. Details of false transections are attached here with and detail of my account also attached

                  Subject: charge dispute "refund never processed"

                  Dear sir

                  A refund of 718.20 rupees was successfully processed on 25 november 2017 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                  I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the reference number i. E. 74332747269726876092988 but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                  I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                  Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                    I got a call from ms pranita from sbi sales team and told me that i am eligible for irctc credit card and started describing all the benefits of the card. Since i was interested in getting a sbi credit card since a long time, only one question i asked, what will be my credit limit. She gave me a range from 50k to 2lacs. I said i would be applying for this card only if and only if my card limit would be atleast 1lac. She said before processing she will confirm the limit and after my approval only she would process my application.. She seemed so genuine that i agreed to apply for the card.
                    After some days she informed me that i am eligible for a limit of atleast 1lac but she cannot tell me the exact amount of how much above 1lac. I told her to process my application and gave my documents.

                    After one month i got the card today and saw that my limit is only 10k. I thought it could be some typing error so i called her again and told her why is the limit only 10k. She said that the delhi sbi team gave me the limit and it can change only after your usage after 3months.

                    Than i realized all the promises all the benefits she said were just faked. Now i dont want to accept this card. I dint even generate the pin. I want sbi to terminate all those sales executives who give false promises just to increase their sales and ruining sbi bank brand name. Giving you the list of people who had told me that i will be getting a limit of atleast 1lac on call

                    Priya and tejaswini (They took my details for confirmation and had informed me that my limit is 1lac or above) - [protected]
                    There were two more whose name i dont remember to whom i spoke one month back.

                    For sbi bank reference, these sales guys had applied twice on my name, application number[protected] and[protected]. When asked them why two applications on my name then they told me that on first application my address were not correct. And the main point, i dint even sign on second applications. Your sales team has forged sign on the second application.

                        aadhaar card linking with credit card

                        Followed instructions. Mail with attested adhaar card returned back nearly 6 times. Customer complaint no for credit card does not respond after repeated calls for almost 25 times. Helpless. Advise what to do.

                        I followed the sms instructions as per message received from sbi for linking of the aadhaar card with the credit card.

                        I received instructions and followed as advise but no proper response...

                        A refund of rs.15648 was successfully processed on 22 september to my account by amazon.in. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now. I have called the sbi customer service and also emailed thesbi main branch all the details including unique transaction reference no. But my problem remains unresolved. I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund. Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon payment processor to locate the refund. My refund reference no.                           I have account in sbi, tobacco board branch, guntur. 1. My family has housing loan on my father name and i also have another account jointly with my father in same branch. One day i deposited for ecs of my bike loan of amount 4000 and my father got less salary he was sick and on leave. We have to pay 12000 approx every month and his account got only debited by 10000 and remaining two thousand they took from my account without my permission...

                            I got a call from[protected] the call was behalf of sbi credit card for making outstanding payment.
                            He was very rude on phone and was insulting me continuesly."jab aapko bharne k liye nahi tha to credit card kiu use karte ho" is this the right way to talk with the costomer?. Please don't talk like this he harressed me badly i just wanted to say in future i won't use any sbi card because the way they treated me and harressed me no body can servive.

                              I had deposited passport fees of rs 1513.35 debited to my account in syndicate bank jalandhar on the 09 oct 2017 but the fees paid showed was failed so i had to redeposit the said fees again under pos txn[protected][protected]. The money has been deducted twice for the same payment for ms rimmi d/o hans raj from jalandhar. So it is requested that one payment of rs 1513.35 may kindly be refunded. Thanking you.

                                I would like to file a chargeback on “g&g marble shoppy nashik in” as i’ve not received any product form even after 6 days of the transaction. I tried calling them but no one is answering the call.

                                  Dear sir,
                                  I have a plot loan with your bank. I took this loan 4 years & 3 months back. After completion of 4 years of loan period my rate of interest revised to15.5% w. E. F 01.07.2017 (Which is +5% of existing loan) because of non construction of home on plot. I got this intimation via sms & by courier.
                                  Sir, it is difficult for me to run this loan at the interest rate of 15.5% so i requested to my loan branch manager to provide me loan closure certificate.
                                  Now they are imposing a fine of rs 3, 84, 000/- (Three lacks eighty four thousand approx) for the period of 2 years (July 2015 to july 2017).
                                  I am a middle class low earning person, how can i pay this heavy amount. Why bank didn’t informed me regarding this rate high 2 years back. Now when i am checking on my online loan account rate of interest hike is effective from july 1st, 2017.
                                  Pl look in to the matter humbly & i m requesting you to pl wave off my penalty of 2 years (Which was not informed to me timely otherwise i could have taken necessary action at that time).
