Mode of operation-atm debit card

Sir, i would like to registered complain regarding fraudent transaction happen with me on 24/09/2017. I received a phone call on 24/09/2017. He told me that he is bank staff and the verification of atm of your college staff is going for increasing the validity of atm card. Just now your atm card is stopped working for few minutes. That’s why we are giving one otp no and tell me to give otp no. Since he has taken the name of all my college staff whose account was there in sbi agwanpur branch, saharsa, i gave the otp number, but within second i realize and try to stop transaction. Immediately call customer care sbi to block my atm but transaction was done.

So, please enquire the matter and get my money back. Transaction detail are given below.

1. Then first transaction done payust[protected], ola money-zipcash 1 0000.00 through sbi debit card459xx2433 transaction number[protected]

2. Then second transaction done payust[protected], ola money-zipcash 9999.00 through sbi debit card459xx2433, transaction number[protected]

Further i request sbi and all nationalize bank not allow transaction with any company who not follow kyc. Also bank should improve the security and transaction system. Transaction must be followed through password as well as other security measure.

    I had salary account in sbt for last year's. There was no issue. Because of merging banks i facing problems.in month may 2017 due to merging of banks, i had to give revise ifsc code in my office for receiving salary. Then few months salary came. Now again ifsc code changed without information. Though my office release salary to my account, i guess because of ifsc code, i have not received salary. Now four days govt holidays. I will be suffering without salary.
    Kindly respond.

        Money deducted from 200rs
        This is to bring to your kind attention about a fraud in using my per personal mobile number. I have got a mobile number of service provider airtel and the number is [protected] (Gujarat region). It has come to my notice that somebody has fraudulently used my airtel mobile number for opening an account sbi buddy wallet without my consent or knowledge and also linked my ‘aadhar number’ with the fake account that opened using my mobile number.

        I have never requested sbi buddy wallet to open an account with them or link my aadhar number with that account. I come to know about this fraud when i received an sms on[protected]:39:35 am stating that an amount of rs.92-85 has been received in the fraud account meant for my dbt-lpg subsidy. I was astonished having received such an sms since i never opened an account with airtel payments bank. Despite my repeated request the bank not yet closed the account opened by fraudulently using my mobile number. I am unable to talk any of the bank's executives as they are not ready to provide their contact numbers. When writes e-mail i use to get reply through fraud e-mail ids 'do not reply' id. Yes, this is being a case of, sbi buddy wallet customer care [protected]

          Did atm transection via axis bank debit card at koda chownk branch of sbi atm, sri ganganagar, rajasthan. Money not dispatched but i got sms of deduction of my money from my account. There is no light for the last 30 minutes, i spoke to[protected], they told to wait till atm restart function.
          Atm i'd is s10f[protected].

          For the last 30 minutes i am waiting, not even a gaurd posted here. Kindly do the needful

              Sir,
              I have been sanctioned sbi home loan of rs. 40.00lacksfrom sbi, racpc, lucknow and regularly paying emi ofrs. 42000/- loan a/c no.[protected].
              As per demand of builder sbi has paid only rs.16.00lacs only (Aprox.) so far,
              Balance demand of builder rs.688446/- is pending since long time.
              Sbi is not paying pre sanctioned loan in time and deducting emi on total loan amount. It is really painful for customer.
              Pls. Sort out the mater and do the needful for immediate dishburshment of pending demand rs.688446/-of builder.

                Sir,
                I tried to pay the bsnl landline bill online on 25.09.17 using my debit card. At the final stage, after i entered the otp for payment the bill amount of rs 305.00 has been debited from my savings bank account of sbi. But a message that the transaction is denied appeared on the screen. I didn't receive any receipt from bsnl. It clearly indicates that the amount has not been paid to the beneficiary, the bsnl. I confirmed on 25.09.2017 from bsnl that the amount has not been received. The amount has not yet been credited to my account. So i request that action be taken that the amount be refunded at the earliest.

                  I would like to inform you that i have credited 20000 sr from my al - rajhi bank account jazan (Ksa) a/c no [protected] online (Netbanking) 18/06/2017 time 13:51 transfer to sbh till now it has not been credited. I am suffered 21 days daily visiting to bank and they are telling problem from vastro a/c what is this after all they return money to my international bank with loss of 400 sr who will responsible for this and other the employees does't know there responsibilities how to handle the customer they are telling the problem in your name. It is transfer throw net banking who is checking the name common sense a/c no is unique isn't it. All employees they are new comers dont know the rules and regulation of bank

                        I had cleared the complete outstanding amount on my sbi credit card (Zero balance) and raised the request for closer of credit card, issue for noc and update the cibil repot. My credit card no [protected] when i called sbi customer care for issue noc, every time they are saying that, noc will be reached to my mailing address in 1 week.
                        As of now i did not receive such letter or communication from their end. It became very difficult thing for me.
                        When i had paid complete outstanding on that credit card….. Why they are not able to provide noc to me.
                        Please do the needful..

                            I got a call from sbi debit card activation team on 26th sept on my mobile no [protected]. The #, stupid, b* guy told to provide the debit card no to do the activation along with my cvv number.
                            I informed him that bank has told not to provide this number but he still insisted and i gave him, rs 9999 was debited from my account on this date

                              On 25.09.17 I tried to pay online as usual using Debit card the BSNL landline bill. An amount of rs.305 has been deducted from my SB account no[protected] but the status showed payment not sent. The transaction ID is JU[protected]. I confirmed with BSNL and the payment not received by them. Please do the needful and the amount may be refunded to my above said account at the earliest. Great Digital India.

                                Problem related to Mapping
                                I will use my account linked number with some apps like Tej, sbi rewards, it show error like "there is a problem with bank" or even does send message also but it works for bhim and through sbi transaction with otp it works .I don't no what will be the reason .I think resolve this issue fastly.

                                  I have current account in sbp [protected] and in sbi [protected], i have transfered sbp account to sbi account, but bank have charged rs. 2200 for closure of my sbp account. There is no mistake from my side, i only transfered my sbp account to sbi account, i request you to please help me as soon as possible.

                                  My salary payment amount returning to state huzur treasury office. what problem :ECS number problem or SBH merged to SBI ? pls update ur software related Merged bank.If any problem appear contact to related software engeneer . You return simply to treasury not a good manner and lot of family suffer .so kindly deeply search what is the problem.

Given grace period have already passed i again placed a request for resolution but they are not responding please do the needful on priority thanking you

                                      I am a bonafide customer of state bank of india, bhel rnd complex branch code006300 having saving bank account no [protected]
                                      As per senior citizen savings scheme (Scss) of rbi government of india, the tenure of the scheme is 5 years,
                                      I have opened the scss accounts at sbi (Branch code 006300 vide a/c no [protected] but sbi mentioned tenure 3 years by telling that rbi changed tenure periode from 5 year to 3 years which is not correct when i submitted complain to sbi customer care vide ticket no [protected] they rejected and mentioned that rectification as required could not be done this action of sbi is due to they with malafied intention did to harass a senior citizen with request that rbi should take prompt action on sbi for violation of rbi scheme

                                        Today, i along with my husband went to your sbi gandhi chowk, nohar branch, previously known as sbbj, chest branch. I asked for cheque book. But after waiting for half an hour the concern staff came at 4.05 pm and said to come in the bank on next day. After meeting with bm to resolve the matter he said either lodge online through atm or come tomorrow. I said that i donot know the process. Then bm said either throw the atm or do whatever u can. His tone was very much misbehaving. I said that i shall close the account if this behavior is continued. Then he said just close the account.
                                        I wanted to let u know that my salary account is in your bank. Even due to this behavior in the past my husband shifted the entire school teachers account of sonari school to other bank in nohar. My husband is retired principal of sonari school.
