Respected sir i want to say that my father passed away on 5 jan 2017 and his account and saving amount is 1097000 approx and there is no nominee and i filled 4 deceased claim settlement form and fulfill all the requirements and the officer in agra zonal office ignoring me and rejected my paper 5 times says there is guarantor issue and i also affix the property paper up to the claim amount and they says this property will not work find out the other paper
I m financially week and there is no member in my family only my widow mom and my sister. Amd we are facing so much difficulty and resolve my issue as soon as possible
Otherwise i have to file a rti and post on grievance cell as well

    Amazon initiated my cash of 23800/-through sbi to my debit card on 21september 2017 and i have referral number my home branch in harohalli (562112) is not helping me, also sbi customer care is not at all accepting my referral number please help me and this is not a small amount for me please please help to get it resolved, i don't even know where to go i am totally blank

      Today my cheque has been dishonoured i. E rs 5000 cheque, bank debited 590 rs from my account without my notice. I want to know the charges slab of dishonoured cheque due to insufficient balance. What you have charged is too me is high, bank has restricted for customers cash transaction 3 times per month and insist customers to promote cashless transactions. But, what about self employed or professionals.

        My amount 49500/- (99notes - (500/-) were struck in the cash deposit machine at sbi branch, punjab chowk, adilabad when i was depositing to the account of a. Murali mohan reddy ac/no: [protected] on26/9/2017 evening 7.40pm. When i gave the request letter on 27/9/2017 the cash officer asked to come on 29/9/2017 and when i went and asked him about my problem he is so reckless and rude that he was not even willing to answer and said.. That you can complaint to any one you like.
        Please solve my problem

          This bank is not accepting deposit of 10 rupees coins. It refuses by saying that rbi had made rule that the said denominations will not be accepted in banks. And he said that you go and close your account from our bank. He said that go to local shops and use your money for your day to day purpose. Please take an actiin agains this rude behaviour

          I made payment from sbi freedom app on 18.09.2017 amount of 19000 rupees to sbi card but amount deducted but not credit to sbi card
          I keep receiving SMS for bank account transactions but I have no such account. A/c No. XXXXX883719.

My it return for the year 2017-18 has been processed and i have been informed that the refund has been instructed to the income tax refund branch to remit the same to me. But on enquiry on telephone i have been told that no such instruction has been received. Could you please look in the matter and arrange to get my tax refund remitted to me.

              I gott the fraud call saying that person i from sbi, she gave me her employee id & everything, she was already having my all the debit card details, she just manipulated me with her words and just asked me to read the message which she sent me on my number i read that and suddenly i got the message that your account has been deducted with 25000/- rs. That mobile number is still active, how that person had all my debit card details even though i do not carry my card anywhere, so how she was having my all the details. Please guide me for the process.

              I C.Rsghunatha Sai holfing savings A/C with SBI RTC Branch, Hyderabad with no [protected]. Applied for chique book at branch 3 months ago for delivery at my presidente. So far not received. Again applied through on line baking. The charges were desired immediately. But i have not received chique book so far. My mail id [protected]@gmail.com.

                Sir,

                I am rising complaint against the sbi card regarding the fraudulent transaction on my sbi card ([protected]). I am not receiving any proper response from the bank.

                There was a fraudulent transaction on my card on 28th march 2017 around 11:20 am i immediately registered a complained around 11:30 in the sbi customer care, but no immediate action was taken from your end. I have also registered the complaint with cyber cell complaint number 1050. Also all my details such as cvv number, card number, birth date, phone number etc was with the fraud people that mean there is a leakage of my data,

                I received i call around 1:30pm on 28th march 2017 from sbi customer care, that we will try and send the email now to concern department hope that the amount gets back.

                After 10-15 days i received a email from sbi that this case is not in your favour so you have to pay the amount, and the clarification for this was that you have received the sms of the transaction on your registered mobile nothing apart from that.

                Obviously, it is a common sense that if transaction is done i will received the sms but my main concern why the account was not freeze immediately, in which the money was transferred. Also i have a concern that if i can receive on part of 4805 after 20 days of the complaint, why the other amount can’t as i think that sbi is also in between of this fraudulent transaction.

                Also there was data leakage from sbi of my card number, mobile number, and cvv etc.

                Bank is directly saying that i am liable to pay the amount.

                Already now i have getting the harrasing call fromm the sbi bank on daily bank

                Appreciate your quick response on this and deep inquiry on this.

                  Today i. E. 29.09.2017 at about 10:20a. M., i visited in your sbi bank, br. Mini secretariat, rewari (Hr.) regarding banking transaction on green channel in my a/c [protected]. Firstly the concerned employee denied me that server not responding then i requested to check connectivity again but he did not give any response, after that the manager heard about the incident he himself stand-up his seat and check the connectivity and re-start the machine and then i got transaction and stay in queue for cash.in between i went to manager for some query regarding my account and within a few minute i came back to concerned employee for taking cash on my transaction. The five more persons was also at that counter and i requested him to complete my transaction but he did not take any heed and i again requested him that i have done my transaction ten minute ago and i went to manager for some query, then he say me with rudely "to cash bhi manager se hi lele me to sabhi kam karke baat karoonga peeche jakar wait kar le". The concerned employee knowingly do not start the green channel not helping nature at a public dealing counter and his way of taking is very rudely and wrongful which effect on customers due to bad service and way of taking because the green channel is more best way of transaction without paper and without queue as per govt./rbi instructions. Therefore, you are requested to take a proper action on the default employee and he may be transferred to other non-public dealing seat, so that the work of bank may not suffer.

                    From icici bank ratan garden gurgaon -122001 saving acc. No[protected] cheque no 030350 on record /proof ie bank statements proves.
                    Inspire of my request to rectify your mistake your collection center is after me. My ref no is[protected]. Bank statement clearly shows that i had made this payment but according to this reference feedback sbi deny this payment.

                      Date:29/9/2017 today morning when we go to nearby branch mandvi baroda head office sbi branch to paid e memo for not wearing helmet memo branch manager said that why are u not wearing helmet and say that you have no manner. This is not her duty this work is for traffic department not her. And he behaves with such a wrong he doesn't have manner how to talk with customers. If you cannot give the service why are u taking the responsibility. I think that u will take some step for this misbehaving system. Thanku.

                        2. I am a retired army officer and i am entitled 50% disability pension.. My disability pension should be rs. 32768 /- per month as my basic pension is rs.109225/- per month.
                        3. But, unfortunately i am not getting my disability pension regularly, even my pension profile is not updated. It is causing anxiety and financial loss.

                          Respectfully, itis stated that rs.1000/- had been deducted twice, firstly from a/c no. [protected] on 03/08/2017 and secondlyit again deducted on 20/09/2017 from a/c no.[protected] for the renewal of policy no.[protected] certificate no.36007783 for the period 04/08/2017 to 03/08/2018. Please creidt back excess (Double) amount of rs.1000/- dedected in my account. Last year the same thing also happend.in future premium my be deducted from my a/c, no [protected] only. An early action in the matter is highly solicited.

                            This complaint is regarding the deputy manager rajkumar working in vikarabad sbi branch in telangana. He always talks more and reject the appeals to solve, i think he doesn't have much knowledge of banking rules and regulations the customers annoyed with his rude behaviour i think he felt i am the local nativity nobody do anything. So please transfer him from here.

                              Their is no one employee present at passbook printing counter. What sbi really want to do for us. Because pass book print machine is already close from few days and senior citizen comming regularly for it and branch tell ' aaj aadmi nahi hai'. Sir i m requesting you plz take it seriously.                                 Sir, i would like to registered complain regarding fraudent transaction happen with me on 24/09/2017. I received a phone call on 24/09/2017. He told me that he is bank staff and the verification of atm of your college staff is going for increasing the validity of atm card. Just now your atm card is stopped working for few minutes. That’s why we are giving one otp no and tell me to give otp no. Since he has taken the name of all my college staff whose account was there in sbi agwanpur branch, saharsa, i gave the otp number, but within second i realize and try to stop transaction. Immediately call customer care sbi to block my atm but transaction was done.

                                So, please enquire the matter and get my money back. Transaction detail are given below.

                                1. Then first transaction done payust[protected], ola money-zipcash 1 0000.00 through sbi debit card459xx2433 transaction number[protected]

                                2. Then second transaction done payust[protected], ola money-zipcash 9999.00 through sbi debit card459xx2433, transaction number[protected]

                                Further i request sbi and all nationalize bank not allow transaction with any company who not follow kyc. Also bank should improve the security and transaction system. Transaction must be followed through password as well as other security measure.

                                  I had salary account in sbt for last year's. There was no issue. Because of merging banks i facing problems.in month may 2017 due to merging of banks, i had to give revise ifsc code in my office for receiving salary. Then few months salary came. Now again ifsc code changed without information. Though my office release salary to my account, i guess because of ifsc code, i have not received salary. Now four days govt holidays. I will be suffering without salary.

                                      This is to bring to your kind attention about a fraud in using my per personal mobile number. I have got a mobile number of service provider airtel and the number is [protected] (Gujarat region). It has come to my notice that somebody has fraudulently used my airtel mobile number for opening an account sbi buddy wallet without my consent or knowledge and also linked my ‘aadhar number’ with the fake account that opened using my mobile number.

                                      I have never requested sbi buddy wallet to open an account with them or link my aadhar number with that account. I come to know about this fraud when i received an sms on[protected]:39:35 am stating that an amount of rs.92-85 has been received in the fraud account meant for my dbt-lpg subsidy. I was astonished having received such an sms since i never opened an account with airtel payments bank. Despite my repeated request the bank not yet closed the account opened by fraudulently using my mobile number. I am unable to talk any of the bank's executives as they are not ready to provide their contact numbers. When writes e-mail i use to get reply through fraud e-mail ids 'do not reply' id. Yes, this is being a case of, sbi buddy wallet customer care [protected]

                                        Did atm transection via axis bank debit card at koda chownk branch of sbi atm, sri ganganagar, rajasthan. Money not dispatched but i got sms of deduction of my money from my account. There is no light for the last 30 minutes, i spoke to[protected], they told to wait till atm restart function.
                                        Atm i'd is s10f[protected].

                                        For the last 30 minutes i am waiting, not even a gaurd posted here. Kindly do the needful

                                        did ATM transection via Axis bank debit card at koda chownk branch of SBI ATM, Sri ganganagar, Rajasthan.money not dispatched but I got SMS of deduction of my money from my account.there is no light for the last 30 minutes, I spoke to[protected], they told to wait till ATM restart function.
                                        ATM I'd is S10F[protected].

                                        For the last 30 minutes I am waiting, not even a gaurd posted here.kindly do the needful
