I have taken a sbi credit card, in 2012, on lien of my fdr.. I have been paying the bills, regularly and promptly, but due to

Some unavoidable circumstances, per the past few months there was a delay in payments, but paying... The credit card people

Are sending the bill as they wish, instead decreasing the bill amount, they are increasing the bill amount even though i am not using

The card, i have given complaint to customer care, but no use, then i gave the complaint to sbi cards redress cell, they have sent

A mail to me, how they calculate, according to that also, the bill, amount is too high, same thing i have written a mail to them.

They, kept quite, and no reply.. Then finally i have sent they an email, asking them, to send me a mail about the procedure of

Adjusting the bill amount from my fdr.. Again they kept quite, no reply... Sir, i do not what they wish to do.. That is why

I am bringing this issue to you, here i am sending the copies of the mails in between sbi card team and me

We truly value you as our privileged customer and regret the inconvenience cause to you in the matter address to us.

Payment related:

We wish to inform you that we have received the payment of rs. 27, 000.00 made by you on 30/08/2017 and the same has already been credited to your sbi card account.

Please find below modes of payment’s and turnaround time for your reference.

1. Pay net - instant credit
2. Debit card - instant credit
3. Online sbi - 3 working days
4. Mobile banking - 2 working days
5. Electronic bill payment - 3 working days
6. Easy bill payment - 2 working days
7. Visa money transfer - 3 working days
8. Atm - 2 working days
9. Otc - 2 working days
10. Drop box - manual & electronic – 3 to 5 working days
11. Neft – 3 banking hours [ fastest, secure & convenient payment channel for making the sbi card payment ]
12. Cheque – 5 working days

Payments made till 3:30 pm via neft payment mode, will get credited within 3 banking hours, same day

A fee of rs.100 plus service tax (As per applicable charges) of 18% will be charged for payments made by cheque for an amount less than or equal to rs.2000 w. E. F. 1st april ’17. No additional fee will be charged for cheque payments greater than rs. 2000.

Charges related:

We wish to inform you that as per your statement 13/08/2017 the total amount due is rs.4, 80, 738.00 which is payable on or before 02/09/2017 and we have received your partial payment of rs.27, 000.00 on 30/08/2017 hence the finance charges with taxes has been debited from your account.

Finance charges:

We would like to inform you that in case the payments are missed or outstanding on the card is received less than the total amount due/ total outstanding amount, then interest charges are applied on the balance amount, thus the payment starts revolving on the account, this is also applicable on all the fresh charges incurred, in the same month by the cardholder.

The finance charge will be levied at 3.35% per month plus government service tax @ as per applicable charges.

Please note that the finance charges will be calculated on opening balance as well as fresh purchases. This process continues till the complete outstanding on your card account is paid in full.

To be used only when there are cash advance charges on a/c –

In case of cash transactions there is no interest free period available at all.

The finance charges are levied at 3.35% per month plus government service tax (As per applicable charges) from the day of cash withdrawal, on a daily basis. The finance charges are levied till the cash transaction amount is paid back in full. (Hence, the outstanding on cash is liable to accrue finance charge for period between the statement date and the date on which full payment is received).

Late fee :

We would like to inform you that in case the payment of at least minimum amount due is not received by the payment due date, the late payment fee is applied subject to a minimum of rs.100.00 and a maximum of rs.750.00 plus government service tax (As per applicable charges).

Please note, the late payment fee will be applicable as per the below-mentioned slab, plus government service tax (As per applicable charges).

Nil for total amount due up to rs.200;
Rs.100 for total amount due from rs. 201 - rs. 500;
Rs.200 for total amount due from rs. 501 - rs. 1, 000;
Rs.500 for total amount due from rs. 1, 001 – rs.10, 000;
Rs.750 for total amount due above rs. 10, 001

Applicable tax (Gst):

We would like to inform you that gst is applicable on all fee & charges (Applicable on interest portion of emi also, if any running).

“applicable taxes” means: · for the cardholders having state of residence in the records of sbi card on the statement date as “haryana” - central tax @ 9% and state tax @ 9% · for the cardholders having state of residence in the records of sbi card on the statement date as other than “haryana” - integrated tax @ 18%

Reactivation of account:

We wish to inform you that as on date your sbi account temporarily stands inactive for usage. Please note that as on date your sbi card account holds an outstanding balance of rs.468, 650.21 payable to us.

We would request you to make the payment of at least rs.96, 007 on your card account for reactivation.

Shows that the outstaiding
Was 4, 52000/- but not 4, 80, 738/- please check the statement

This is with reference to your communication dated 15/9/2017

We sincerely regret the inconvenience that may have been caused to you due to miscommunication made, if any.

Outstanding related: we wish to inform you that as per last statement of your credit card account total amount due is rs. 462, 549 and minimum amount due is rs. 65, 204 due date was 2/8/2017 but you paid only rs. 27, 000.

Outstanding related: we wish to inform you that as on date the total outstanding amount on your sbi card account is rs 468, 650.21

Late payment fee: we would like to inform you that in case the payment of at least minimum amount due is not received by the payment due date, the late payment fee is applicable as per the below-mentioned slab, plus government service tax (As per applicable charges).

Nil for total amount due from rs.0-rs.200;
Rs.100 for total amount due greater than rs.200 & up to rs.500;
Rs.400 for total amount due greater than rs.500 & up to rs.1000;
Rs.500 for total amount due greater than rs.1000 & up to rs.10, 000;
Rs.750 for total amount due greater than rs.10, 000

Finance charges : we would like to inform you that in case the payments are missed or outstanding on the card is received less than the total amount due/ total outstanding amount or payment received after due date finance charges are payable at the monthly percentage rate on all transactions from the date of transaction in the event of the cardholder choosing not to pay his balance in full, and on all cash advances taken by the cardholder, till they are paid back.

Finance charges will be levied at 3.35% per month, if payable, are subject to levy of service taxes and are debited to the cardholder’s account till the outstanding on the card is paid in full.
In case of cash transactions there is no interest free period available at all.

The finance charges are levied at 3.35% per month plus service tax (As per applicable charges) from the day of cash withdrawal, on a daily basis. The finance charges are levied till the cash transaction amount is paid back in full. Hence, we regret to express our inability in reversing the amount debited towards finance charges on your sbi card account.

Over limit fee: we would like to inform you that the over limit fee is charged at rate of 2.5% of over limit amount or rs.500.00, whichever is higher plus government service tax (As per applicable charges).

We would also hereby inform you that the credit limit assigned on your card account is rs. 450, 000.

Please note that the over limit fee is levied on your account due to exceeding the above-mentioned credit limit.

As a service gesture we have approved the transaction on your card to avoid any inconvenience while using your card at any visa accepted merchant outlets which is over and above the credit limit. Please note that if the outstanding amount exceeds the credit limit, however in such situation an over-limit fee is charged on a customer’s account.
Gst related: we would like to inform you that goods & services tax is applicable at 18.00%. On all fee & charges (Applicable on interest portion of emi also, if any running)

As you told in the beginning of this mail the total

Of that i have that i have paid rs.27, 000/- so the out standing will

4, 35, 549, hoe can it become, 4, 68, 650/- even if you put late fee

    I am very unhappy for inconvenience caused by sbi, i am informed to

    Also not responding and happy room is not call back. On 28/08/2017 i

      Sir, i m hikmatiar mallick, ac no [protected]. I am facing followed problem since i had opened this account
      1) error while adding beneficiary. Error states "we have some technical issue, please contact home branch". I was visited tamluk branch but they didn't help me. I was submitted online complain 2-3 times but they closed the complain and problem remains the same.

      2) cant use sbi anywhere. While reg & log in, app showing error as "invalid user". I was following these step for log in - open appregisterexisting anywhere/inb userenter username & password error as "invalid user". But using same username and password i am logging in web version.

      Please help me

        I was searching on one video chat website named coomeet on 30/09/2017 at 11.00 p. M.. They asked me for membership for 2 usd.. I put my sbi credit card number as website had asked, but i didn't receive any otp and sbi duducted 59.88 usd (Around 3900 inr.) i just want to know how it's possible without otp... Customer care is also not available on sunday, now what i have to do?? I want to complain against sbi as they are permitting anyone to debit from my card without my knowledge and otp...

              And i depositedon 15.07.2017, after he called another 3000 needed because repair works money not enough, i deposited 3000 on the same day in tirupur to the same account number. Finally he chated me by not giving the amount till
              Date. So i need his address to catch him, also please freeze the account
              And i need the money refunded to me.

                  My amount 2000.00were struck in the cash deposit machine at sbi branch, punjab chowk, adilabad when i was depositing to the account of a. Murali mohan reddy ac/no: [protected] on26/9/2017 evening 7.40pm. When i gave the request letter on 27/9/2017 the cash officer asked to come on 29/9/2017 and when i went and asked him about my problem he is so reckless and rude that he was not even willing to answer and said.. That you can complaint to any one you like.

                    I have taken a car loan in januar, 2017. My account has not been linked and the manager had asked me to submit cheques using which he will withdraw the money. The amount is not regularly deducted by him and i have to suffer because of it as late fees, when i asked him why extra amount has been deducted he has stalled me by saying that money will be refunded in a month or so. Now again emi are due and the amount has been increased. I have registered a complaint previously also but no satisfactory action was taken in reagrds to the matter.

                      I had taken 15 lac home loan from sbi in feb, 2015, after 06 months bank started to deduct rs 11647 /emi, final installment of loan to me cleared by bank in last quarter of 2016.in june, 2016 i enquired reg. Emi than dealing official told me that u must deposit rs 16300/ emi which i started in july. Rs.33000/ additional deposited by bank as previous adjustment.in august bank deducted emi of rs 16300 / twice. I approached for refund of additional deduction but they not refunded. On 25 th september bank bounced my cheque and penalise rs 590/ while i have sufficient amount in account. It shown casual approach of bank which unnecessarily landed me in trouble. Kindly take suitable action.

                        I m using sbi debit card. Today @ 11:50 am in kalyan i used the debit card to withdrawl 4500/- in hdfc bank atm kalyan... But between the procces atm machine was shut down, & sbi sms me to withdrawl 4500/- in my a/c.
                        So i cant recieved cash but cash deducten in my a/c...

                          Sbi account no. [protected] : i made two merchant transactions today i. E. 30/09/2017 reference no igaccmsgq8 for rs. 1085/-& igaccmojp5 for rs. 1200/- for railway ticket booking in irctc portal through internet banking. Both the transaction status shows success in your portal and amount have been deducted but the irctc portal says payment rejected by the bank. And no tickets were confirmed. Please refund the amount as early as possible.

                            Hello sir,
                            My name is bhupendra patidar i have a saving account in sbi bank at ratlai branch.
                            I have done a transaction on paytm on 29/09/2017 in this transaction i have transfer the amount ₹2564.42 into my saving sbi account but still i didn't receive the transferred amount in my bank account.
                            When i talk about this with paytm customer care they said that amount has been successfully transfer but i didn't receive...

                            I did transaction through (Google tez) upi android app and it was failed at 26.09.2017 12.45 pm. Still my money not credited to account. I have submitted online complaint via bank website (Case id: trn ref no.[protected] dt 26.09.17). But not getting any response even i talked many times to call center people they told call centre can not help for case o[censored]pi transaction fails. Because upi is a third party transaction case and i have not any detail about it. You can only mail to support. [protected]@sbi.co.in and also submit complaint via app only then they will resolve your issue. Even i have also mailed to support. [protected]@sbi.co.in

                              I have withdrawn rs 10000/- from pau atm near sukhdev bhawan, pau ludhiana before 10 minutes. Money is withdrawn but account is not closing and showing balance in of my syndicate bank account. Is it a cyber security problem i don't know but kindly take necessary action in the matter.

                                Aap se nivadan ha ki aap ya to money jama karane ki limit bada de ya cdm charge ko band kara.

                                    Same thing happened to me today (29/09/2017). I got the call from [protected] and he said 'he is sbi bank manager your atm is being blocked so to reactivate it varify your card now'. And he took my card details somehow i denied to give him otp and thus transaction couldn't be possible. But the problem is that he is still trying to hack my card details and otp and may be in future he'll try again to get money from my account. What should i do now? Please respond because it's the recent case.

                                      Sir i have account no [protected] and 3 wrong transaction through my sbi debit card no 54xxx2116 was done on pos [protected]. The txn are 432998, 643493 and 414262. I have called to register the complain regarding this at [protected] and also met to branch manager of my home branch but no positive reply was given. I didn't share my card details to any one and always do the online transaction through secured sbi payment gateway. As card is with me so pos transaction also not possible. I feel my card details was stolen through sbi secured payment gateway. Please look into it and do needful. Thanking you.
