I was shocked when i came to know that a sum of rs. 96.76/- have been deducted from my account in this month. This is an enough sum for a middle class person. As one side government of india wants to establish india a cashless/digital india, on another side internet banking/online transactions have become a business to the banks. It should be remembered to all the banks that banks are performing the duties of service sector also, not totally earning machine. I request to the official of sbi that kindly increase the number of free transactions in debit and credit mode of payments in general s/a., because maximum online transactions such as monthly electricity bill, educational fee, shopping etc. Are much more essential for a family rather than standing in a queue rush/disturbances among bank employees for solving the problems of a customer.

    I used canara bank credit card number [protected] for withdrawal of rs 3000 from your off-site atm near rabindra market garia station road kolkata at 1.41 pm. My card was debited by rs 3000 but before the cash came out the atm was switched off. I could not get the cash or the transaction was reversed. I request to credit the amount to my card. I am not having any printed receipt as the atm was switched off.

        I am a sbi chennai, tamil nadu customer. I understand only english and tamil in writing and speaking. For the past few months sbi uses only hindi to communicate with me regarding my atm transactions and account debit/credit plus other details which i dont understand. So i dont know whats going on with my account or what important information sbi is trying to inform me. Kindly take necessary action so that they communicate with me either in english or tamil which i understand.

          Like others i too used sbi anywhere app's mvisa facility to pay recharge of tata sky (Mvisa merchant id[protected] using qr payment ref. No: 724623a00030.in this process the money got deducted but tata sky did not get it. This transaction of rs 200 was tried by me on 04th sep 2017to tata sky (Mvisa merchant id[protected] total rs 200 deducted from my bank account. Please return the money as it is not received by tata sky. Please note that transaction reference number is not shown in account statement due to which i can not file proper complaint with sbi customer care.

I have enquired about the transaction at supa branch, but they have told that no such details are available in my account. So please look into the matter & solve the issue on top priority.

              I used state bank of india debit card to draw money through idbi atm cell at old ksrtc bus stand, hubli.

              I have not yet received any money from idbi atm cel but my account showed me debit of rs.2, 023.60 i have made complaint idbi customer care but he replyed with "we request you to kindly co-ordinate with the your bank in this regards" details as below

                Subject: charge dispute "refund never processed"

                Dear sir

                A refund of 815 rupees was successfully processed on 02 september 2017 to my account by amazon. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                I have called the state bank of india customer service and also the state bank of india branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                  I moved to bank around 12-00 afternoon 11 september 2017 and employ name rakesh kumar was saying to her side sitting lady name rajni (Mai ana wa kam krke ek ghnte tk, mai manager naal gal kr lai a... Tuc document lai lena koi zarori howe... Baki dekh la ge)... That was his words before leaving... None one is happy to do work there... Branch:- town hall (Main branch)
                  And he was missing from his place before also and leaving his place in duty hour hw is this possible... What for goverment is paying them... Just for roaming and haing tea and talk and pass time on seat
                  Rakesh kumar is his name i asked from the other one... If somone is having some urgent work... Hw it would be possible... Strict action must be taken... Alot of youngster are without job and are capable of doing a better work

                    Sir since last 04 year i am trying to shift my daughter miss shristi thakur from evng to morning, but every time i use to give written request to principal and office bearer but they are saying we will discuss in meeting but none of the meeting it happens.

                    Sir i am facing lot of problem due to evening shift, my wife is also working, no body is at home in afternoon and we have no other alternative so we have to leave my daughter alone since 4 years, but teacher are not cooperating.

                      On[protected] i withdraw rs. 4000.00 in boi atm but machine shows "your transaction is in process" for some time and after that shows "time out".
                      After some time i got message that 5000 rs have been deducted from your account i have waited for one hour but did nt get the amount

                        My name is dinesh kumar agrawal from ashoknagar mp pin code 473331 bank has done crops insurance in my kcc account in 2016 after that due due to heavy rainfall crop has been damage itell to the bank and report that the damage has been done in crop doto the heavyrainfall bank said call me insurance company for survey i have called hdfc ergofor survey after that mr ranjeet singh from hdfc ergo and mr hemant from skymet has come for survey and scene all damages of crop and said survey has been done you will receive claim in a short period after that ashok nagar patwari mr dinesh raghuvanshi and gram sevak sukant sharma visit for crop cutting and final the report of damage but today no claim till today no claim has been received to me after that i have said to the bank why my claim is not comenot come what is the reason please tell. Than bank said claim has been not come from government so please help me to receive the claim from bank and bank manager assistant manager mr arya is not talking properly and said we are not responsible for any claim. Premium is taken by government we are the only the mediator but according to me responsibility of bank is also there thanks

                        Sir my name is mr rajendra agarwal living in ashok nagar mp bank has done pradhan mantri fasal bima in 2016 in my kcc account after that due to the heavy rainfall the crop has been damage in my farm house i have gone to bank report damage bank said that to call insel insurance company for survey i have called insurance company name as hdfc ergo the representative talk call name as mr ganesh and note down the complaint and said our representative or serbia team will visit to you for damage after that mr ranjeet singh from hdfc agro and mr hemant from skymet visit with the gram sevak mr sukender sharma and done survey and said we have verified all damages done in your land and and you are eligible for claim and you will shortly receive the claim in your kcc account after that patwari mr dinesh raghuvanshi visit 2 farmhouse for crop cutting and complete the legal formalities of damage done due to the rain after that till now i have not received a singhal amount of claim from insurance company and bank but other pharma received the claim who has not claimed what is the reason please tell and help me

                          On 8 the of september 2017 an amount of ten thousand rupees only was withdrawn from a/c xxxx 4305 on 080927 at atm s1bw[protected] txn#5426. But within one minute another message was received in my phone number [protected] that an amount of another twenty thousand has been withdrawn from the same account as above. I withdrew only ten thousand rupees and owns no idea of the 'twenty thousand ' amount. I kindly request the concerned authorities to look into the matter.

                            I apply for demand draft by online mode dated on 11/09/2017 at sbi, branch jail road, nashik road, nashik - 422101.
                            I went in branch to collect demand draft and showed online transaction copy on counter, bank clerk said that i cannot issue you without submitting physical transaction copy with us. I said him that sir myself is account holder and i can saw you other id proof like pan card, aadhar card, if your bank mentioned such type of notice at your website that while collecting demand draft, you must submit physical printout of transaction receipt then i bring this with me. He said meet manager sir. I went in the cabin of manager and said him that sir i am showing transaction copy with my id proof at your counter but said person is not issuing me a demand draft, if you said this notice that customer must bring physical copy of transaction receipts, i may bring the said. He replied me that "me kuch nahi kar sakta, usne bola he to sahi hai aap jao, or kuch suggetion hai to suggetion box me dalo, i said him that sir you cannot give this type of answer to your customer, give me this is writing that you cannot issue d. D. Without physical printout, he said to me that"maine apko nahi bulaya ki aap hamare bank me account khulwao"hame customer ki jarurat nahi aap jao yahase.
                            They i ask branch manager about his name, he said to me that" bahar jake dekho", i came outside his cabin and again entered in his cabin and said him there is no display board outside, he said to me that,"nahi batana muze mera naam jao"
                            This was the attitude towards consumers, and this is the value of commen man, because we are not vijay mallya to give vip tratment

                              I have visited sbi pillanna branch bangalore to get a dd of rs 5700 in favor of xxxxxx.

                              I have paid hard saved money to get dd in favor of xxxxx.
                              Being a nationalized bank they could not able get my dd printed because of printer issue. I revisited there twice still issue not fixed. Being responsible, they should be polite to customer rather being very rude.

                              Note: i have asked for my money back so that i can get dd in any other branch. They said it's possible however i have to pay processing charges which does not make any sense.
                              I have wasted my precious time and money. Still i have not received neither money nor dd.

                              I have been told by sbi officer that i can get arranged another 5700 rs and get dd in another branch as it is very small amount. Is this a solution?
                              Rs 1 or rs 5700 its my hard saved money. Probably its mere amount for them as sbi paying them high salary, whatever they cant comment on my (Public) necessity.

                              Very much disappointing experience
                              Writing this email with hopes that this issue will be notified. I am really concerned about the common people how rude they would be treated.

                              I believe a public servant should adhere all his duties and not being rude at customers.

                                    I subrato banerjee holding the a/c number of [protected]. Having the credit card number xxxxxxxxxxxx4089.
                                    Several times i asked to close my credit card account, i have submitted the letter to close it in sbi credit card office, but still i am getting messages related to bill payment, when i asked about it to the nearest branch of state bank of india they told me that my account is blocked so i don't need to pay attention towards these messages, but still i am getting messages related to card payment, please look into this matter and resolve this issue coz it's hitting my civil score. I have already submitted the letter to the sbi credit card office and now i request you for settlement. Coz i can't pay money as i already requested to close and get a confirmation from there end that it will be close within seven working days.
                                    So please look into this matter close the account. Coz i can't pay sum of 4262, for blocked or close account.
                                    So kindly requesting you to look into this matter and resolve this issue, i would be thankful to you.

                                    the services rendered by this branch is very bad, The manager is very slow and does not respond to our request . we are very upset.
                                    I have taken a home loan from SBI in 2014 @10.20% (floating) and gradually it has come down to 9.15%. I came to know the rate of interest is 8.35%. Present rate of interest for home loan is 8.35%, where as I am being charged @9.15%. Please clarify as soon as possible.

                                        I am complaining about sbi koduvayur, isfc code sbin 0008616 asking me personally visit bank to change joint savings account to single after demise of my father. I am unable travel from uk immediately due to serious health condition. Kindly help have no other bank account except this very old sbi account.

                                        SBI bank is the worst bank when compared with other nationalized banks the employees working in this bank having worst behaviour and worst attitude please don't open any new account to SBI bank and pls open in other govt nationalized bank

                                        Today from my account 1998 rs deducted. I know about it by a sms. I didn't share my details with anyone Thn how it's done. So I enquiry on call center but I don't get any satisfactory information about it. Today is bank holiday so I can't discuss it with bank authority. Even I don't get any otp for tht transactions.
