I have account with sbi (Earlier sbbj, hiran magri sector 4 branch, udaipur, rajasthan)

Complaint 1 : with reference to the captioned subject, i want to inform you that 25/- rs charges has been charged twice for cash deposit. (A6/08/2017 and 09/08/2017)

Complaint 2 : i have never receive any sms of cash deposit nor withdrawal from your side as i am paying for your sms service.

I have lodge complaints on their portal and sent mail on their mail id's but still did not receive any response from their side

    I rattan lal have saving plus account with account no [protected] in your sbi ghonda branch.
    On 14.07.2017, rs. 115 deducted from my account for monthly average-bal non - maintenance charge though i have enough amount in my account and due to your software problem balance not transferred from mod balance to main balance.

    I met your sbi manager today but doesn't entertain, what a shameful act being india biggest bank.

      Sir,
      On 06.09.2017 at about 2.30 pm, i wanted to withdraw rs 40000/- at the atm machine outside chetak branch, udaipur. But i received rs.38500/-only (19 note of 2000/- and one note of 500/-) i. E. 1500/- less. I immediately went inside the sbi bank and given the application to the concern. On the next day i also met the branch manager, but he totally denied saying that we have checked the statement and rs. 40000/- (20 note of 2000/-) have been dispensed by the atm. Sir, i counted these notes in the atm chamber and when found 1500/- less, i asked my follower, wether he got some extra money. I thought that my 1500/- may be got stucked in the atm. But the person denied.
      In spite of my best efforts till date, i could not get my rs.1500/-.

        My name is tara chand having savings bank a/c no. [protected] with new anaj mandi branch, rewari (Haryana) from last more than 10 years, when it used to be state bank of patiala. I closed the aforesaid account on 06/09/2017 as i am not able to operate the account anymore. At that point of time, there was a balance of rs. 8700.00 in that account but the bank deducted an amount of rs. 590.00 during closure of account. On enquiry, branch manager rudely replied that system has charged such amount and i can not do something. I have also lodged a written complaint in this regarding to the branch manager on 07/09/2017 but there is no response from the branch.

          Dear sir,
          Please note that last october-2016 i have submitted a written application to my home branch sbi - dabra (4222) addressing for adding my mobile no ([protected]) to my account no.[protected]. But when i check my wallet app its showing that your mobile no is not registered with your account. Even after submitting application my mobile no is not added and i am unable to get my sms regarding transactions.

            I transcat money from dena bank atm on 12.05-2017 t. No[protected] and[protected] that are declined but money deducted from my account.
            I complained in sbi customer care and refund of only one transaction is credited on my a/c on[protected]

            I further comlained in banks and customer complaint no. But no money is credited in my account.
            My complaint no. Are [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected],
            Please put some concern on this issue.

              I have made neft transaction on 11th sept 9am from indian bank rajkot to sbi rajkot for rs 11000. Ref no idibh[protected]. Generally it is done within 3 to 4 hours. I tried to look through interbanking but money did not credited. So i tried to locate phone no but on passbook old number is given. Bank is asking us to give kyc every years then why they are not updating details of theirs own? Complained online money was recd on 13th morning. Why delay? No explanations by bank reasons known to them only. My account no is [protected]. Rbi must punish bank officials.

              Today morning i have got a unknown number (+91 [protected]) call. He was told that My SBI Debit card is lock and he is calling from SBI Debit Card division for reopen this card, after that He is Asking me about my atm card information like card number, Validity Date, and Bank name, cvv number.
              Amount debited at several times from my account, amount ranging between Rs 500-1000/- (consolidated amount of about Rs 5000/-) with name "SBIPG ************MOPS-SBC-OUR-CARD-DR Mumbai". Kindly take strict action against this and refund my amount as soon as possible!!
              Huge cancellation charges on DD cancellation.for a DD of 400 SBI charge me 236 rupees as cancellation charge, I didn't understand why it so.and more over I saw in internet that there should not any cancellation charge of DD below 500 rupee.i would like clearification and I would like to know the actual set of rule of cancellation charges on DD.

                  I was trying load money from sbi debit card to e-valet. The transaction got failed in system and money got deducted immediately. I called the customer care several time and haven't got any proper response so far.

                  Also, the service was really poor and they made me to a situation where i did a big mistake by using sbi account.

                    On 12th sept at 4:55pm, i was withdrawing 1500 rs from axis bank adityapur near shiv mandir jamshedpur, suddenly power got cut when the machine was about to dispense the cash and i couldn't receive the amount, plz rectify the issue.

                      I was shocked when i came to know that a sum of rs. 96.76/- have been deducted from my account in this month. This is an enough sum for a middle class person. As one side government of india wants to establish india a cashless/digital india, on another side internet banking/online transactions have become a business to the banks. It should be remembered to all the banks that banks are performing the duties of service sector also, not totally earning machine. I request to the official of sbi that kindly increase the number of free transactions in debit and credit mode of payments in general s/a., because maximum online transactions such as monthly electricity bill, educational fee, shopping etc. Are much more essential for a family rather than standing in a queue rush/disturbances among bank employees for solving the problems of a customer.

                        I used canara bank credit card number [protected] for withdrawal of rs 3000 from your off-site atm near rabindra market garia station road kolkata at 1.41 pm. My card was debited by rs 3000 but before the cash came out the atm was switched off. I could not get the cash or the transaction was reversed. I request to credit the amount to my card. I am not having any printed receipt as the atm was switched off.

                            I am a sbi chennai, tamil nadu customer. I understand only english and tamil in writing and speaking. For the past few months sbi uses only hindi to communicate with me regarding my atm transactions and account debit/credit plus other details which i dont understand. So i dont know whats going on with my account or what important information sbi is trying to inform me. Kindly take necessary action so that they communicate with me either in english or tamil which i understand.

                              Like others i too used sbi anywhere app's mvisa facility to pay recharge of tata sky (Mvisa merchant id[protected] using qr payment ref. No: 724623a00030.in this process the money got deducted but tata sky did not get it. This transaction of rs 200 was tried by me on 04th sep 2017to tata sky (Mvisa merchant id[protected] total rs 200 deducted from my bank account. Please return the money as it is not received by tata sky. Please note that transaction reference number is not shown in account statement due to which i can not file proper complaint with sbi customer care.

                                  I used state bank of india debit card to draw money through idbi atm cell at old ksrtc bus stand, hubli.

                                  I have not yet received any money from idbi atm cel but my account showed me debit of rs.2, 023.60 i have made complaint idbi customer care but he replyed with "we request you to kindly co-ordinate with the your bank in this regards" details as below

                                    Subject: charge dispute "refund never processed"

                                    Dear sir

                                    A refund of 815 rupees was successfully processed on 02 september 2017 to my account by amazon. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                                    I have called the state bank of india customer service and also the state bank of india branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                                    I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                                    Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                                      I moved to bank around 12-00 afternoon 11 september 2017 and employ name rakesh kumar was saying to her side sitting lady name rajni (Mai ana wa kam krke ek ghnte tk, mai manager naal gal kr lai a... Tuc document lai lena koi zarori howe... Baki dekh la ge)... That was his words before leaving... None one is happy to do work there... Branch:- town hall (Main branch)
                                      And he was missing from his place before also and leaving his place in duty hour hw is this possible... What for goverment is paying them... Just for roaming and haing tea and talk and pass time on seat
                                      Rakesh kumar is his name i asked from the other one... If somone is having some urgent work... Hw it would be possible... Strict action must be taken... Alot of youngster are without job and are capable of doing a better work

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I am card holder & card no. is [protected] and paying the amount more than min required on monthly basis. Though this month it shows some debited amount in card showing as fin charge which is quite irritating. kindly resolve the issue and reverse the debited amount asap.

                                        Sir since last 04 year i am trying to shift my daughter miss shristi thakur from evng to morning, but every time i use to give written request to principal and office bearer but they are saying we will discuss in meeting but none of the meeting it happens.

                                        Sir i am facing lot of problem due to evening shift, my wife is also working, no body is at home in afternoon and we have no other alternative so we have to leave my daughter alone since 4 years, but teacher are not cooperating.
