Subject: charge dispute "refund never processed"

Dear sir

A refund of 725 rupees was successfully processed on 10 august 2017 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

I have called the state bank of india customer service and also contact my state bank of india home branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

    I regret to inform you that i have withdrawn rs.1000/ on 18.08.17 in one of your sbi atm (Lenin street, pondicherry – ihny[protected] but suddenly the atm went of order and not received any cash. But i have received later a sms that the amount has been debited to my account vide txn no.623. This sort of transaction would be reversed later but not done so till date.
    On the same day. I went to other sbi atm drawn the said mount of rs.1000/-vide txn no.8060 from my account no,.101………..6295.
    I made a complaint in the sbi bank, brindavanam in writing as requested by them on 21.8.17. Though assured that the said transaction will be reversed within 7 days, the same has not been done so.
    As requested by them, i registered a complaint to your customer care on 24.8.17 vide ticket no: [protected]. But till date the said transaction not reversed sofar., though assured that this will be reversed in 7 working days.
    Hence i am sending this mail to expedite your reply, so that i can proceed further action in this regard.

      My sbi atm card is not received. I have field a complaint to concern sbi branch and district post office, but they added me to produce my speed post no-eb[protected]in. So that they might be able to track down the atm card. Wounders! How should i know the speed post number from an unknown/unfamiliar sender? After all, i still don't know which form or company is responsible for the dispatchmen of sbi atm card need help

Amount has been debited from my account but dth recharge was not done & failed. Tatasky has confirmed to check from bank end as there is no issue from their end.

            Am complaining against the state bank of india tamilnadu (Devakottai branch)
            Here they are always saying that the printing machine is not working inside the bank by saying the stupid reason that the server is not working. Daily we r facing the same trouble. For the past 10 days am struggling with this issue only the printing machine and server is working 1 hour or 2 hour daily. If we ask why questions they are treating like something

              residual fin charges

              I am sbi card holder, my card no. -[protected], i cleared total amount my bill on 20/08/2017 rs 44719/-, before the due date 22/08/2017. I swipe an amont of 765 ruppes on 26/08/2017, but the total amount due pay they charged me the amount 1499/-. I dont why they charged me residual fin charge of amount 596.34/- plz, solve the issue, credit the amont back, otherwise, what is the problem reply me....

              Sir, i have transferred rs.2565/- from my account ([protected], sbh-rajendranagar) to k. Shobharani, with utr no: sbin[protected], but the amount has not been deposited in her account, but debited from my account. Sunday evening i made the transaction, since yesterday was an holiday, i thought today the money will transfer. But till now, it doesn't happened

                  Hello sbi team,

                  I have my home loan in sbi kkb branch. On my loan account [protected] an amount of 13, 467.00 debited with description "debit adjustment a/c debit general insurance on 24th august, 2017 without any consent from my side. I treat it as a unwanted transaction as no information has been given to me and no approval has been given from my side.

                    Dates of incident - 01/08/2017 and 05/08/2017

                    Incident Description - Incorrect cheques having same cheque numbers as ours which was not issued by our company (Radial Diagnostics Private Limited) has been authorised by State Bank of India. Where as we have with us one of the cheque and the other we have personally cancelled and destroyed the cheque for incorrect payee name. Two of duplicate cheques as ours has been used to withdraw amount from Radial Diagnostics Private Limited Current account.
                    1. Cheque no - 550562 for amount Rs. 1, 62, 510 withdrawn in the name of Maheshwar T on 01/08/2017
                    2. Cheque no - 550564 for amount Rs. 1, 89, 610 withdrawn in the name of Maheshwar T on 05/08/2017
                    We also found out that the Bank had held one more duplicate cheque 550565 dated 07/08/2017 having same cheque number as ours which was produced for clearance by the same person in the branch, as our original cheque with the same number was already cleared to our client.
                    For any of these transactions we have not received any message from bank or call from bank for holding the cheque dated 07/08/2017.
                    We are continuously contacting Yelahanka New Town Branch explaining about the fraudulent happenings in our current account with many written letters for refunding our amount to our account from past 25 days. But no one is showing any interest on our issue and they are least bothered about our complaint. They say that they are no where connected to this fraud and cannot help us in any ways. During the 1st week of August we have lost lot of amount due to stop cheques and bouncing of our other client cheques.

                    Resolution of our complaint - Our Company, Radial Diagnostics is a startup company and recently inaugurated. We are in urgent requirement of amount for our routine business. Even after waiting for so many days, we have found that no proper investigations have been made on our issue by the Bank. They have still not refunded our total amount of Rs. 3.52, 120/-. We are finding very difficult to run our business with that account and also without money.

                    Kindly look into the matter on priority basis and please give order to State Bank of India, Yelahanka New Town Branch to refund our cheque amounts and also the amounts that we have lost because of this fraud authorisation by the bank.

                      Sir my atm is lost and i m already blocked atm. But when i m trying for new atm card showing after submitting is u have already issued atm. But this is not true. When i m talking to sbi customer service she said that sir this is technical problem. Consult sbi home centre. Where ur account.                         The sbi atm mechine is unable to supply rs. 40, 000.00 in one time which is the maximum limit for withdraw. The sbi atm mechine is able to supply rs. 20, 000.00 in one time. The free atm transaction per month is five. If, the sbi atm mechine is able to supply rs. 40, 000.00 in one time, then i can withdraw rs. 2, 00, 000.00 in a month without any charge. But, due to the sbi atm mechine fault, i can withdraw rs. 1, 00, 000.00 in a month without any charge. So, free transaction limit allow 10 for this case.

                          Myself is nipun neil, 2nd year student of bits pilani, having a saving account no [protected] in which money for my monthly expenses is sent to me. My this account is freezed since may. I have requested to know the reason and to unfreez the account but nothing was done. My father who is residing nearby of the branch also visited several times but even reasons for the same could not be known to him, finally he lodged a complain ref : [protected] dated 30/08/2017 and as adivsed after complain to visit branch, he again visted given a written request there, but nothing happened so far.

                          It is worth mentioning here that minimum deductions charges are being deducted frequently in the account where as we are not able to transfer any money to the account.

                          I again contacted customer care on 03/09/2017 but no help was provided to me. A contact no. Of nodal officer ([protected]) was given to me but he is not picking the phone.

                          Sir we are fedup with the approach and quality of service of the sbi.

                          What to do? Please help.

                            Yesterday i was trying to withdraw rs 13000/- from sbi anushaktinagar, barc mumbai atm.
                            I tried three times atm wdl atm cash number 2917, 2918, 2919.
                            But cash don't came from atm was showing timeout.
                            Two out of three debited amount has been credited in my account, but still one is pending for rs 13000/-
                            Please look into the matter and resolve this matter as soon as possible.

                                I have sbi credit card, i received a call from number [protected]
                                From master and visa verification department at sbi on 02-sep-2017. He (Executive) told me that sbi card shutdown the rewards point from next month, and will issue a new discount card micro chip card on behalf of this cards. And say it is compulsory for all, and this one time card charge is rs.7000. So first bank debit the charge of rs. 7000.
                                But he assured that it will be adjusted through discount vouchers and the same amount will be received with this card. I was hesitating to provide otp but somehow i given otp. Immediately my account got debited with rs.7799 is spent on shoppmart_epaykerala. I immediately realized something fraud happened and i reacted quickly to reach sbi. I given the whole scene to them and got my card blocked.
                                The transaction is yet to be claimed by the merchant.
                                They sbi told me that i would raise complaint when the after investigating that transaction is claimed for settlement. I wonder how they (Frauds) get my details. Please guide me what should i do further?

                                  Hello team,

                                  I have my bank account in sbi jankipuram extension branch lucknow.
                                  Account no.[protected]
                                  I bought 2 products on emi. The instalments got completed in the month of may. After that sbi suddenly started deducting money from the month of july on the name of bajaj ddr auto.
                                  On 26th july they deducted rs 400.
                                  On 3rd aug they deducted rs 350.
                                  Again on 7th and 8th of august they deducted rs 295 on both the day.

                                  As the charges were deducted on the name of bajaj, i went to bajaj office. They provided me noc stating that the charges are deducted from bank side. When i went to bank, bank manager accepted that yes they are deducting the money but did not let me know the reason. I do not understand, if my emi's are over, why the bank are charging so much money again and again. I want my money back because deducting money illegally from customers account is not justified.
                                  I have attached the bank statement for your reference. Please help.

                                    With reference to the above, i wish to inform that i was having a savings bank account c-1/201 for over 4 decades and this no. Has been changed into bank master number and finally core banking number as [protected]. The said account has been serviced by state bank of india, saidapet bazaar branch (Code no.02266).

                                    As i was not using the said account for a long, i had decided to close the account and i gave the closure letter to the branch manager on 17th april 2017.

                                    To my shock, an amount of around rs.577/- has been recovered as closure charges. Immediately i sent an email to the manager. He informed me that the closure charges are w. E. F.01/04/2017.

                                    On referring to the service charges in the sbi site, these charges are applicable only for those having the savings account with personal banking business unit branches and not for those having basic and small accounts opened. The saidapet bazaar branch is just a normal branch and they should not penalize the general public. Nowadays, state bank of india is servicing only the affluent society and does not care about the middle/lower middle class category of people.

                                    Hence, i request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest

                                      Myself ankita satam holding an account in your bank at mirabhayander road mumbai account number is [protected]. I did online shopping via myntra and asked for the refund money. As per their information they had already processed the amount on[protected] and reference number is [protected] but it's not visible in my account.

                                      I would request you to please look into it.
