Dear concern,

I am x army man. My pension file already given on march 31, 2017 and till date haven't any update from your bank.
I am regularly going my home branch last six months but pension prosess officer is saying that work is processing. I have contact my head office delhi cdpc office and they says that we are already send bank account updation but till date not under checking process clear.

Many times request you but i havnt any satisfaction answer.
Please note complaints and give me solution.

I have losses my amount interest. Who will response this. My resident at deogarh which is 70 km far from my home branch.

I again request you my account update and link for pension department.

    I am having a fixed deposte of rs 6, 00, 000 dt02/06/2017
    At sbi akola intt on which is credited to my s b a/c at quarterly interval. Tds @10% is recovered at the same time. I furnished my pan no - abcpj0693d to branch,. Which is recrded on fd advice. While seeding adhar number my pan no was
    Somehow deleted (Which was visible upto
    20/08/2017) and [protected]@20% recovered on 02/09/2017, insted of @10%. Besides this
    Overhead tax of rs7, 613/= also lavied for no fault on my part. I again submtted :pan no and requested for refunding the
    Unwanted debit (1.260+7, 613=8, 873) to my a/c and make my loss good. The request was not acceded. It was told that you could get the refund in your it return only. This is pure inustice. Pan no was eradicater by branch itself whereby i put to loss by rs8, 873/= please ask the branch to refund the amount.

      That commission alredy paid with ticket booking
      2).31-aug[protected]aug-2017) monthly ave - bal no 59.00
      Rajkot is not a metro city and we are not received any msg regarding minimum balance maintain in rajkot is 5000/-
      As per rule rajkot in 3000/- category as urban city
      But sbi bank deduct rs 59 and declare mab rs 5000/-
      This is bank monopoly policy and very wrong policy
      So i request to bank refund my both deduction in my account

      Dear sir my name mentioned on passbook is not in line with filled account opening form some characters is missing.

        Sir i m raja chartered. My account no. Is [protected]. I have a refund transaction with amazon... Which the amazon emailed me on 27.08.17.. That the refund had been initiated and will be updated in my bank account by 3-5 businesses days. I called for the amazon customer service they ensured that the refund had been initiated by them on 27th august itself they mailed me the refund reference no. That is[protected]. Sir please let me know why bank is delaying in transferring my refund in my account.

          Inspite of sufficient available balance sbi has deducted over dues charge from my account. Details has mentioned : 01april 2016. Rs. 32, 06april 2016 rs.28, 12 april 2016 rs. 24, 18 april 2016 rs. 20, 18april 2016 rs. 16, 22 april 2016 rs. 12 and 26 april rs. 4. For details i am hereby attaching the bank statement and nsdl statement as proof. Nowadays such irresponsible behavior is very frequent in case of sbi. So i request the govt. To kindly take necessary steps to control such monopoly in future.

            On 01.09.2017 i have done m-visa transaction of rs 200 via state bank anywhere app to recharge my tata sky id-[protected] from my m-visa linked sbi account - [protected]. Amount debited from my account however recharge not done. Qr payment reference no. Given by bank is 724419a00065.

              Dear sir, i am uday bhagat a resident of harishchandra pur in the malda district of west bengal, want to open 2 saving bank account (For my mother and my sister in law) with the sbi main branch at harishchandra pur i (Branch code : 001449). But on conversation with the service manager, certain bad attitude is found with wrong information. The service manager is saying 1.) you have to open saving account only with sakha branches and not from main branches. Even if the sakha branch is at a distance from my home than main branch 2.) for opening account with main branch a health insurance plan is mandatory. But on asking for any circular he is shouting and saying "go and complain about me anywhere you can. But neither i open your account nor i show you any documents."
              Lots of other peoples there are also frustrated with him. Few of them suggested me to go to the bandhan bank instead of state bank.

                Hello

                I was using your services to pay for indian e-visa (Application id: i024v0b6c517). The first attempt displayed failure and for the next 24h, indian immigration didn't receive the money. The second attempt were successful. However you charged my card for both transactions on 29.08.2017 and on 30.08.2017.

                What's more, you didn't verify that these two payments were for the same payment identifier (Unique application id) and confirmed both payments as legit.

                Additionally, another thing for your consideration: you provide a hotline for payment problems like this (+91 [protected])... Which is a special number, not accessible to be called from skype. Do you really expect people will be performing international calls for your convenience?

                  What the hell you people doingthe average monthly balance deduction wil be done on every month last datebut for me in the august there's 2 times deduction has happened. Thats on 19th of august as well as on the 31st of august whysuch stupidest bank i nevee ever seenrename that monthly avrg bal to daily / hourly balance deduction

                    My name is priya srivastava and my account number is [protected] and my atm card number is [protected].
                    Yesterday i. E. 02/09/2017 i was trying to withdraw rs 13000/- from sbi atm si0a[protected] sector market, barc mumbai atm.
                    I tried ones atm wdl atm cash number 2920 for rs 13000/-.
                    But cash don't came from atm and was showing timeout.
                    Two days has been passed but i could not received my reverse debited amount rs 13000/-
                    Please look in to the matter and do the need full.

                      I explained my name 3 times to the caller with one-by-one alphabet still she send the wrong surname spelling and also she submitted "hootmail" instead of hotmail in the email id. Plz recruit educated peoples and provide me the procedure to update it on immediate basis.

                      I have updated my email id via internet banking but still waiting for the name update which is munjal and they spelled on card is munsal and on corrier package "nunsal" seems they dont read before ship.

                      To sbi, i request you to update my card, you can find my card details with the same name and email id or let me know if you need any further details.

                      You are most trustable bank and these mistakes and support effect the image. That is the reason peoples are moving to the pvt banking. Thanks!

                        I face every month an debit of nearly 100-200/- from my sbi account. I want to know what is going with my account why the bank is debiting my money every now and then. Always i find the msg of your account has an debit of xxx. Every time i see my debit card at any place i get a msg of your account has been debited of xxx if the debit is of the bill i pay it's okay but why do you charge extra on the customers like this every year you cut the minimal charges again. This is not at all fair from the bank like this.

                          Hi team,

                          From my sbi credit card four transaction has been made in aud currency that was not made by me and got call from sbi that some fraud transactions has been made from my card and it got blocked by them,

                          Since i have read many blogs about sbi card frauds that happened in aud currency then why sbi is not taking any action against these fraud, and not taking any precautions or introducing security on card even though i didn't got any otp to my number and even i have not shared my card detail and pin to anyone, so the question is how can some one has able to do transaaction without otp or card.

                          As these transaction has been made to recharge mobile number, so why enquiry team are not able to identify or track the person because no one will get mobile number without providing identity proof.

                              Subject: charge dispute "refund never processed"

                              Dear sir

                              A refund of 725 rupees was successfully processed on 10 august 2017 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                              I have called the state bank of india customer service and also contact my state bank of india home branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                              I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                              Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                                I regret to inform you that i have withdrawn rs.1000/ on 18.08.17 in one of your sbi atm (Lenin street, pondicherry – ihny[protected] but suddenly the atm went of order and not received any cash. But i have received later a sms that the amount has been debited to my account vide txn no.623. This sort of transaction would be reversed later but not done so till date.
                                On the same day. I went to other sbi atm drawn the said mount of rs.1000/-vide txn no.8060 from my account no,.101………..6295.
                                I made a complaint in the sbi bank, brindavanam in writing as requested by them on 21.8.17. Though assured that the said transaction will be reversed within 7 days, the same has not been done so.
                                As requested by them, i registered a complaint to your customer care on 24.8.17 vide ticket no: [protected]. But till date the said transaction not reversed sofar., though assured that this will be reversed in 7 working days.
                                Hence i am sending this mail to expedite your reply, so that i can proceed further action in this regard.

                                  My sbi atm card is not received. I have field a complaint to concern sbi branch and district post office, but they added me to produce my speed post no-eb[protected]in. So that they might be able to track down the atm card. Wounders! How should i know the speed post number from an unknown/unfamiliar sender? After all, i still don't know which form or company is responsible for the dispatchmen of sbi atm card need help

                                        Here they are always saying that the printing machine is not working inside the bank by saying the stupid reason that the server is not working. Daily we r facing the same trouble. For the past 10 days am struggling with this issue only the printing machine and server is working 1 hour or 2 hour daily.
