Dear sir,

I had applied for a sbi gold credit card. A lady executive called me up and promised me that definitely you will get the credit card to ur residence.

I got one message from sbi stating your application is under process. Then next day under online status of sbi credit card they mentioned

"we regret to inform you that your sbi card application could not be processed since it does not meet our policy. We thank you for your time."

I have given all the documents. Please tell me what are the reasons for rejectting my application. And how to applyagain.

    Sir/madam,
    I, arvind singh bhadauria father of rishabh singh bhadauria got education loan of rs 2, 00, 000/ for my son in 01 july 2013 from sbi, bacheli (Ifs code:sbin0003183) for studying in mechanical engineering. He completed his course in july 2015.
    I am regularly paying his installments but till date he was not given any subsidy for the education loan. As for eligibility i already submitted my income certificate to the bank.
    I am requesting you to do the needful in our case.

      My pension a/c in sbi rawat bhata branch is:[protected]. The total pension credited to me including arrear is:rs. 11, 75, 168/- and total tds deducted for the same is: rs. 1, 82, 878/-. But these actual data's are not shown in my 26as at it office and these are less, because of thate the are demanding pending tax/penalty as i have wrritten actual data in my itr. On 10/08/2017, an application regarding providing of these data's certificate was given but bank is denining for the same and saying that we have sent correct data ahead, which shall be sent by ca of sbi bank to in come tax office. Pl. Help me as again i will get notice from it office after 06/09/2017.

      Query/complaint raised by me does not belong to Permanent Retirement Account Number (PRAN) or to CRA. It is my retirement pension after comletion of govt. service. IFS CODE OF SBI RAWATBHATA IS:SBIN0031265; MICR:[protected]; MY A/C NO. IS: [protected]; The total pension credited to me including arrear is:Rs. 11, 75, 168/- and total TDS deducted for the same is: Rs. 1, 82, 878/-.         Dear team,

        As on 21.08.2017 i made a transaction in hdfc atm : p3enab03 at ambur around 5:20 am after entering the details of my account i entered for a withdraw of rs 8000 but suddenly the total atm system got shut off and the money didnt get out from the machine but got deducted from my account the transaction no is:[protected] no refund please look into this issue and do needfull..
        I visited the branch at m. S. Kuppam the manager insisted to call me on [protected] i was trying to contact customer care but coudnt reach them as this line always says busy.

          Hi.. My name is tara chand. There was an outstanding amount on my credit card for which i was not able to pay on time.in march 2017, i got a call from sbi and they ask me to pay the amount by 31st march and they will reinstate my card. I made the payment by that time and but my card is not activated yet. I have escalated this issue to customer care, nodal officer, and ceo helpdesk as well but no success. Every time i ask for an update they said they are working on the same and will come back to me. I have sent the documents as requested multiple time by email as well as hard copy but still my card has not been reinstated. It has been 6 months now and no solution. The executive and his supervisor who it was discussed and agreed are now ignoring me. I am attaching the agreement letter for my card reinstating. Please help.

            I am sbi credit card holder for more than 10 years and an employee of sbi. Presently posted as chief manager at rai ka bagh branch jodhpur but so far no mantenance charges were levied but this year maintenance charge of rs.2999/ have been applied. I request you to reverse this charge.

            After successfully completing the registration process, at the time of online payment, the bank website is continuously throwing an error saying "Please verify the data entered and try again." when I keyed my registration number. As the last date is one day ahead, it is making me furious.,

            On date 23th August-2017 my account has been debited by RS 117 as “TO TRANSFER P[protected] TR FOR DDR BAJAJ-AUTO” without my permission. It is a very shameful activity by SBI that without a customer's permission his account has been deducted. So revert back the above amount to my account [protected].

              Last 4 digit of my credit card 7603.
              Fraud transaction on 5-7-17.
              I have registered verbal complaint immediately and several times again but no action.
              I was advised to submit dispute form through mail; which i mailed several times but no action.
              Customer care executive says that my attachments are missing although dispute form is rightly attached.
              I have even paid fraud transaction money on assurance that it will be reversed but nothing happened.

              Kindly do as soon as possible
              Rs 26665 charged excess by SBI as indicated in A/c. statement, variable RoI & effective dates Vs Excel Sheet workout based on identical variable RoI & effective dates. Though i got feedback from SBI Mulund W Br. 03225, stating that "No Manual Intervention is involved" still as test case I request SBI to recheck Int. calculation as per Excel Sheet.

                  I have taken a car loan with sbi and i am paying the emi since 2013 jan. Their website is so complicated to login. Website should be to help customers navigate better. Even when you call them, we are directed to the branch from where we have taken the loan. I stay in rajaji nagar and to get any information on the car loan, i need to travel all the way to hosur road. This causes lot of hazel to travel, cost involved and need to take leave as entire day goes there. Please improve your online service.

                      I am to inform that I am not In receipt of credit card statements inspire of your reference No. SR#[protected] and one more reference to my query reference[protected] in respect of my credit card number [protected].
                      Matter most urgent.
                      Please send the statement by POST or to my mail address.Im regularly giving the mail address and spoken to SBI CARD customer care center, but in vein. Hence, resolv the problem immediately since non receipt of SBI CARD STT pending since one year.

                        More than three times i visited new panvel branch and every time receive response that your problem is resolve still resolution is not in place for below mentioned problem,

                        1. Incorrect banking is not in place, incorrect password provided twice and this time incorrect internet banking password in the kit (Account lock due to this).
                        2. Unable to set user id due to incorrect kit number.
                        3. I have requested to register my phone number almost three times still number is not registered.
                        4. Number is not register so, cant unlock/reset account.
                        5. I did complete kyc formalities in december 2016 and have completed same again in last week (Due to some issues in sbi system), hope this time it will work.

                        Worst service provider bank.
                        Sbi bank is under government control that could be the reason.

                          I got a call from some unknown person stating that she is calling from sbi bank and told all my card details including card number, expiry date, home and office address and cheated me 20000rs by taking the amount to some payzapp wallet and even payzapp customer care number is not working and even they are also fraud. How did sbi shared my my data publicly and what is the security for the people using sbi cards.

                            My self is g v g sarma, i am using state bank of india credit card no. [protected] for last three months. To day i have received a phone call from cell no. [protected], a person claiming that she is from sbi credit card department. She said that my card has reward points worth of rs. 4, 788/- which will be credited to my card account. Beliving on her, i have tolled her the card information and the otp particulars sent through sms.

                            I have informed he same to sbi card fraud detection on no. [protected]. The customer care executive who talked to me, asked to file a compliant to the emai. [protected]@sbi.com.

                            I request you to revert back the transaction.

                                I go to SBI ATM (id HFBC[protected] dated 20.08.2017 at 14:52 to withdraw 8000 rupees but ATM show the error of response code - 072 and unable to process the money and after some time i got the SMS regarding debiting my account by rupees 8000.

                                  today that is 23rd of August again received a call from the number [protected] asking for atm pin . And on telling that the call is being recorded and we will go to the police he started abusing me and cut the phone after that.

                                  Received a call from no. [protected] on 22nd august. telling that he is sbi manager our atm ia blocked if we want to renews it or not. and asked for PIN number. On asking few questions from our side he started abusing and telling all sorts of bad words. plz enquire further on this otherwise this person would repeat it with others too.

                                    I am not an sbi customer, someone from my relative has not paid some loan or credit card payment which i am not aware. The recovery agency is calling & harassing me daily on my office landline. I hold a senior position in an mnc & my professional image is at stake. My employer has warned me that at office such calls should not come to office landline & i should deal it personally. I requested the recovery agency to call on my mobile. They are not doing so.                                       Hi sir/madam, my name is srinivasan a [[protected]; [protected]@gmail.com], from chennai. I have sbi account in taramani branch, chennai.in an emergency situation[protected], i need of money and i requested my father to deposit amount of rs. 50000 [fifty thousand only] to my account from gingee branch. He approached the bank and enquired the bank staff regarding the deposit charge. The staff has replied that "the deposit amount should not exceeds 25000 [twenty five thousand only] per day for an account". He asked many times, but the bank did not accept it and my dad came out from bank and informed me. I was shocked and called to sbi customer service and they clearly said there is no limit to deposit from anywhere (Even from outside of chennai). I stuck with this irresponsible response by the bank [gingee] branch. This is not the first time. Even for many times for any kind of enquiries they [sbi - gingee branch] are not response properly and they set their own rules without obeying government act. I saw lively people are suffering a lot by this irresponsible behaviour by the staff from this branch and i experienced personally many times. So, i request the complaint department should bravely take action against the behaviour of the staffs from this particular branch. Many branches from the rural area are facing this same issues.                                       आज 26 अगस्त 2017 को सुबह 10.17 को जब मै स्टेट बैंक सरोरा, नगर पालिका बिरगांव जिला रायपुर छत्तीसगढ़ के एटीएम से 2000 रूपये निकाला तो एटीएम से फटा वाला नोट निकला अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि ये फटा हुवा 2000 रूपये का नोट को बदलकर मुझे दूसरा नोट प्रदान करे

                                        Sir, my account no is [protected], cif no-[protected], ifsc-sbin0017955, at dihadol branch sbi. I opened my account in the home branch of dihadol and received the bank passbook. But when i am transact in the branch they are saying that your account had opened any another centre not in the bank. When i want to know the details of the centre the branch manager says that their have no information to saying us. So what can i do. I was gone to the bank 4 times for any solution but their is no result. Plz resolve my problem.
