On 8 the of september 2017 an amount of ten thousand rupees only was withdrawn from a/c xxxx 4305 on 080927 at atm s1bw[protected] txn#5426. But within one minute another message was received in my phone number [protected] that an amount of another twenty thousand has been withdrawn from the same account as above. I withdrew only ten thousand rupees and owns no idea of the 'twenty thousand ' amount. I kindly request the concerned authorities to look into the matter.

    Respected sir/ madam
    I apply for demand draft by online mode dated on 11/09/2017 at sbi, branch jail road, nashik road, nashik - 422101.
    I went in branch to collect demand draft and showed online transaction copy on counter, bank clerk said that i cannot issue you without submitting physical transaction copy with us. I said him that sir myself is account holder and i can saw you other id proof like pan card, aadhar card, if your bank mentioned such type of notice at your website that while collecting demand draft, you must submit physical printout of transaction receipt then i bring this with me. He said meet manager sir. I went in the cabin of manager and said him that sir i am showing transaction copy with my id proof at your counter but said person is not issuing me a demand draft, if you said this notice that customer must bring physical copy of transaction receipts, i may bring the said. He replied me that "me kuch nahi kar sakta, usne bola he to sahi hai aap jao, or kuch suggetion hai to suggetion box me dalo, i said him that sir you cannot give this type of answer to your customer, give me this is writing that you cannot issue d. D. Without physical printout, he said to me that"maine apko nahi bulaya ki aap hamare bank me account khulwao"hame customer ki jarurat nahi aap jao yahase.
    They i ask branch manager about his name, he said to me that" bahar jake dekho", i came outside his cabin and again entered in his cabin and said him there is no display board outside, he said to me that,"nahi batana muze mera naam jao"
    This was the attitude towards consumers, and this is the value of commen man, because we are not vijay mallya to give vip tratment

      I have visited sbi pillanna branch bangalore to get a dd of rs 5700 in favor of xxxxxx.

      I have paid hard saved money to get dd in favor of xxxxx.
      Being a nationalized bank they could not able get my dd printed because of printer issue. I revisited there twice still issue not fixed. Being responsible, they should be polite to customer rather being very rude.

      Note: i have asked for my money back so that i can get dd in any other branch. They said it's possible however i have to pay processing charges which does not make any sense.
      I have wasted my precious time and money. Still i have not received neither money nor dd.

      I have been told by sbi officer that i can get arranged another 5700 rs and get dd in another branch as it is very small amount. Is this a solution?
      Rs 1 or rs 5700 its my hard saved money. Probably its mere amount for them as sbi paying them high salary, whatever they cant comment on my (Public) necessity.

      Very much disappointing experience
      Writing this email with hopes that this issue will be notified. I am really concerned about the common people how rude they would be treated.

      I believe a public servant should adhere all his duties and not being rude at customers.

          Sir i have withdraw 1500 rupee from my sbi atm card but due to low balance in atm i could not get money. But at that time i have recieved a message about the redumption of 1500 rupee and i complained to your customer care about this redumption and i recieve my complaint no.[protected] via sms but know it gas been closed but i do not get money, so what i can do now in order to get back my money...

            Respected sir/mam,
            I subrato banerjee holding the a/c number of [protected]. Having the credit card number xxxxxxxxxxxx4089.
            Several times i asked to close my credit card account, i have submitted the letter to close it in sbi credit card office, but still i am getting messages related to bill payment, when i asked about it to the nearest branch of state bank of india they told me that my account is blocked so i don't need to pay attention towards these messages, but still i am getting messages related to card payment, please look into this matter and resolve this issue coz it's hitting my civil score. I have already submitted the letter to the sbi credit card office and now i request you for settlement. Coz i can't pay money as i already requested to close and get a confirmation from there end that it will be close within seven working days.
            So please look into this matter close the account. Coz i can't pay sum of 4262, for blocked or close account.
            So kindly requesting you to look into this matter and resolve this issue, i would be thankful to you.

            the services rendered by this branch is very bad, The manager is very slow and does not respond to our request . we are very upset.
            I have taken a home loan from SBI in 2014 @10.20% (floating) and gradually it has come down to 9.15%. I came to know the rate of interest is 8.35%. Present rate of interest for home loan is 8.35%, where as I am being charged @9.15%. Please clarify as soon as possible.
            Sir, iam not getting otp since last 3 days which makes me very uncomfortable to complete my work such as paytm, free charge, flight ticket .my registered mobile no. Collecting agent is disturbing at home at office with loud screams. And not giving respect at all... Situation became worst even they are insulting my profession.                             I am debaprasad barick & my sbi credit card register mob no is "[protected]" & sbi credit card no is "[protected]". I am using your sbi credit card from september or october 2016 to till date. I had pending credit card payment round up rs. 42, 000.00 in the month of june 2017.

                            I had applied for credit card payment settlement through sbi credit card help line number on 26th june 2017. On 29th june (55 days before), i had received call from customer care[protected] & time 13:07). That time mrs "shruti" was talked with me related to payment settlement & finally she told me. If you will pay payment in shot or one time rs. 22, 645.00 before 8th june 2017, your payment will go for settlement. I had asked that time can i pay through online, she told me yes. After that same day, i had paid rs. 22, 645.00 through axis bank internet baking (Time 13:23). I have also recorded this call because of my phone automatically recorded last 200 calls. She talked with me in hindi. Please givevme your email id, then i will sent to you record file.

                            Then again i had contacted with customer care, but that time agent asked me, you have payment settlement letter. And i told them above (Shruti). Finally he register my settlement compliant & told me contact us after some days. After that, i had contacted customer care 5 to 8 times & i had 3-5 times mail to sbi credit card customer care (Customer. [protected]@sbicard.com) but customer care executives can't listen my recording file. But i told executive by mail, if you are unable to play file, you call me & and i will play this recoding then you can listen. After that they did not respond to me. & next i had 4-5 times mail to nodal officer on 4th august 2017 ([protected]@sbicard.com"&"gm. [protected]@sbi.co.in), they reply me through mail, your problem will be slove by 16th august 2017, but till now they do not response me.

                            I have no much knowledge of credit card payment settlement. As per your customer care executives, i had paid my credit card payment rs. 22, 645.00 through online without settlement letter. Due to the fault of customer executive.

                            So kindly solve my settlement problem & tell sbi credit card to settled my credit card payment rs. 22, 645.00 properly (I already paid) and closed all pending payment with last 3/4 months intrest (June+july+aug+sept 2017). Because i had paid settlement payment rs.22645 on 29th june 2017. This is expectation from you. Confirm me as soon as possible through message or e-mail or call.

                              I went to united bank of india aghoriya bazar, mujaffarpur bihar-804201, i insert my atm card at machine but cash doesn't came and when i complain to the branch manager of sbi and he refuse to refund my money. I have palaced a copy of my complaines to delhi sbi headbranch, delhi police, vigilance deparment, rbi, police comissonor and police supritendent of mujaffarpur bihar, i have placed a notice by lawer.

                                priority pass charges

                                Sbi offer complementary priority pass cards, however cleverly mention in welcome kit the charges, which one normally misses to read.
                                While ordering on phone banking for priority pass card, the customer care doesn't take permission or sound these charges and you get the card. You are charges in the statement without one's consent or send sms by phone. You get shock of your suddenlty get these charges

                                I have credit card with sbi for the last 7 years. However i missed my payment due to some personal and the same is communicate to the collection team at mumbai and delhi... They talk in a very bad manner are they hiring criminal people? I asked them can i settled this payment

                                  My fd is auto renew but my od is not renew, my od balance is 0. My all transaction through net-banking (My fd & od) then why od balance is 0 & if my od balance is 0 then why od is not closed, if od is closed automatically, then fd lean is not withdrawal i request you kindly withdrawal fd lean or kindly allowed my od account transaction with new rate of interest because my fd rate of interest are clanged
                                  I am all ready contact to bank but they have no any solution regarding my od account, because my every transaction with internet banking this problem also facing with my mother account & my wife account

                                    I have withdrawal from sbi bank atm (Id-dlow1721) with transaction no.[protected]. But cash is deducted from account but not received from the machine. The transaction is done on 03.09.2017 and today is already 09.09.2017.
                                    As per rbi guidelines, if any bank does not refund payment within 14 working days then the bank will be penalised for rs.100 per day. So please refund my amount so that it will be feasible to stop any further action.
                                    Moreover, i am attaching all the details in screenshot

                                      I recently tried to pay rs.650/-to tatasky merchant thru my inb facility of sbi by using bharatqr code. Transaction was sucecessfully completed and voucher was generated no uv[protected] on 6 th sep 2017. However merchant did not receive the money. I contacted tatasky they did not help in the matter except directing me contact the bank. I called sbi call centre and i could not contact any person under the maze of option on ivr. Now i am sending the mail to get back my money and to know why the money was not directed to the merchant. Pl help me in getting the issue resolved
