I have deposited 2 hdfc and 1 bank of india cheques to my savings a/c on 5 th sep 2017 at 10:20am, but still not showing balance in my a/c, the person who gave me the bank of india cheque said he got the message of the balance being deducted from his a/c on 6th sept 4:45 pm, but it is not still showing up in my a/c on 8th sept 9:15 pm, kindly help me

thanks to SBI for resolving the problem, i received my balance at about 6:20 pm this evening as promised to me by the bank officers, i am thankful to them for their prompt service and special thanks to Mr Ravi Kumar Verma for assisting me throughout from 1:00pm to 6:00 pm ...this shows why SBI is the largest and number 1 banking sector !! thanks again to sbi

    Dear sir/madam,
    I withdraw rs 10000/- (5*2000) (In first transaction) on dtd. 06.09.2017 between 9:15 to 9:35pm from sbi atm located at parbhat chowk hoshiarpur punjab using my icici debit card. Out of five 2000 notes, in one note 20000 is written with pen. Immediately i shown this note to the present security person of atm. On dtd. 7.9.2017 i try to spend this note but nobody accept this.

    Please ask concern person why he added this note in atm which creates problems for public and impose penalty so that this type issue will not be repeated in future.

    Also kindly suggest further what can i do to change this note.

      With refrence to above, i have installed pos machine from sbbj bank at our hpcl outlet for cash less transation since 01.01.2017 with mid no :- [protected] tid no. R j 02 5499.

      For mdr transation bank has charged 0.75 % cash less transation charges for crediting cash less transation benefit to the custumer account, as per the govt/hpcl policy this charges are to be reimburshed by hpcl to a dealer but after 15 may govt. Change the policy no charges credited in our account
      But after this condition bank charge mdr amount my a/ c no. [protected] at branch dever dist. Jhalawar (Raj.)
      Plz chack my a/c and reimbushed mdr amount

        Saving bank account:[protected].
        Primarily this account opened in:hill cart, mangal deep building, siliguri (Ifsc code:sbin0017374). This account was transferred to green field branch, faridabad (Sbin0016537). Till date in internet banking the account is showing the the siliguri address. The cif no is not changed yet or it is not transferred to green field branch, faridabad yet. I have approached to branch manager, siliguri as well as faridabad for solving the problem and put up a request letter, but the result is zero. The green field branch told that i ve to change the same by requesting the siliguri branch. It is the duty of green field branch to solve the problem, but they denied. I need the cif no of the account should be transferred to green field branch and my present residential address should show in internet banking facility.

I have called the SBI customer care and have also updated the mobile number on my account.The sbi customer service is just ignoring the complaints from the last 6. Months . I request the consumer forum to take action against this system.

          I added ₹7600/- to my paytm wallet from my sbi a/c, money got deducted from my a/c but it is not added to my paytm wallet, and paytm costmer care is saying that they didnt get any confirmation from the bank, if money is deducted from my a/c then why is confirmation is not sent to paytm, i need that money urgently, fix the problem send that confirmation to paytm and add money in my paytm wallet or refund the amount in my bank a/c so i can transfer money by some other means.

            I had applied for a credit card with state bank of india 4 to 5 months back and i never got a revert back on that again suddenly they call me after 4 to 5 months and force me to take their credit card and threatens me that if i cancel the application they will spoil my cibil and no bank will ever give me the loan and card and the credit card person text me the same that he will put my case as fraud

              To day i tried to withdraw a rs. 500
              But it was failure giving response code
              70 slip came out from the atm machine. After having 12000/
              Cash deposit. Deposited amount must be free from any leinster.
              I wish that controlling head for operation will remove this
              Problem & will ease out us from this hectic incidence. As my bank account is properly maintained myself. Since last 4 month i was on medical leave & salaty of 4 months will be disbursed durung course of 10th sept. To 20 sept. Positively.

                I was pushed to buy a sbi fbb credit card while i was standing in big bazzar billing queue..

                At the time of signing i was told that the joining fee of rs 500 would be refunded back along with the card delivery and would be adjusted in first payments.

                Then later a call came and confirmed the same that this rs 500 would be given in the form of fbb gift voucher and it will come along with the card

                Once i got the card, there was no vouchure.. A letter was attached along that you are eligible for a rs 500 complimentary vouchure, please claim it.

                I started chasing the sbi customer care, but as usual no response on the calls. I wrote the complaint on the sbi portal login. They replied back saying that the rs 500 vouchure will be credited to your card in terms of points once you have paid the first bill and 30 days have passed..

                I waited for over 50 days and wrote again. An absurd reply came this time that we do not give any vouchure, this fee you have to give.

                I escalated the matter to the company customer care.. They also wrote same reply that there is nothing of rs 500 vouchure.. His reply is pasted below.

                I have proof that came along with card stating that rs 500 will be given.

                Sbi cards are cheaters and they do false promises. Even when they have printed and signed on the letter, still they have courage to deny it.

                Would strongly recommend not to use sbi cards and also discourage your friends.

                      I, mrs bilkis nisar wife of veteran (Ex subedar major) nisar hossain residence of vill-patlikhanpur, p. O - chakpatli, p. S - hasnabad, dist - north 24 parganas, west bengal-743426 reported to sbi taki (Branch code 6867, ifsc code sbin0006867) on 05 sep 2017 at about 1230 hrs for conversion of my mini sb account no [protected] that opened from customer service point (Csp) to a general savings account with an application along with all supporting documents so that i can be issued with cheque book, visa debit card and operate it with full rights as per banking rules. I was standing in a very long queue for more than one hour at counter no 6 approached mr biswajit poddar with my request but he did not accept my application and on asking for it reason he misconducted me. Then i tried to meet with branch manger mr sankar prasad mondal at about 1340hrs who waited me outside his office for 20 minutes as he was engaged in gossip with another casual bank worker mr samir. Lastly i entered in his office along with my son with his permission and told my problems but he also not shown interest to attend me by engaged himself in other works. I urged him to accept my application which he straightway denied saying it is not in rules. Then i asked him what should i do with constrain stipulations for mini account as i am debarring from my actual banking requirements. He replied to close the csp account and open a new savings account which i gladly accepted and requested him to do it as per norms. I was surprised that the bm without doing anything or give me any advice again he engaged in his work on the computer. I was thinking that probably he is doing work for me but even waiting till 1530hrs he said the savings account can only be opened if i invest an amount of rs 10, 000/- on health and accidental schemes. I urged him that as a house wife hardly accumulated nearly rs 30, 000/- throughout the year from my hard works which is need for my essential purpose therefore it is not possible for me to do invest on his choice. Denying his choice by me he refused to open my sb account and issued a direction arrogantly to leave his office.

                      May i request to the higher authority to investigate the matter thoroughly and take necessary action either to convert my cap account to general account or open up a new savings account by closing my cap account.

                      Here are the details of penalty for not maintaining MAB in these accounts:
                      sbi charges AS PER RBI in METRO CITIES :---
                      METRO MAB 5000/-
                      shortfall <= 50%[protected][protected]/- + GST
                      shortfall < 50-75%[protected]------ 75/- +GST
                      shotfall < 75%[protected][protected]/- +GST
                      but SBI is not following the above and deducting the Charges with Service TAX as per their wish. in my account MAB charges deducted 2 times in this month with 18% GST. this is ridiculous.
                      its very hard to maintain 5000/- as MAB for a middle class and lower middle class i dono why the RBI has taken such hasty decision.
                      RBI should change the decision to cutoff above MAB to 500/1000/- and reduce the GST to 5-10%. Lot of people are facing problems, unable to bare the above charges and maintain MAB 5000/- on top it the ATM transaction charges, deposit charges, etc etc... what all these Charges... just looting the money from people Ruthlessly! this is not fair... Kindly change the above decision.

                        It is seen where ever we enter to sbi atm neither it works nor cash availability. Every time we are forced to go to other atms. As soon as we draw cash from other atms simply we receive beautiful advice to goto sbi atms for better security. Really it is shameful activity of sbi as they are least bothered about their customers. Necessary steps need to be taken.

                        I m apply for new card but sbi not taking serious of account. and it cannot be recieved to my address that can given me speed post no EB[protected]IN.
                        I received quarterly bank statements in respect of above account till[protected] from the erstwhile SBH. since then I am not receiving bank statements for which I gave 3 e-mails also. My efforts are in vain. Now, once again, I request to please provide me with bank statements to my e-mail ID regularly.

                            One person called me from mobile number [protected] saying that he is calling from sbi headoffice regarding debit card linking to adhar card or else card will be locked. He took all the card details and otp and withdrew three times from my account rs 9999, rs 9999 and rs 4999 on 3rd september at 6:21 pm.

                            Kindly arrange to return my money of rs 24997 to my account.

                              My account got charged multiple times without my knowledge and
                              The message i got was "thank you for using sbi debit card 5xxxx8543 for a purchase worth of rs 1197.82 on pos [protected] at google * glu mobile txn 7xxxx". I really dont know who the hell is this google glu mobile. And this has charged multiple times nearly 6 times and i didnt got that lost money back till now

                              Same issue happened to me too. From the same POS number. What did SBI do about this? The bank manager got annoyed when we questioned him about these unauthorized transactions and asked us to close our account if we were unhappy. I blocked the card immediately to stop further transactions.

                                I would like to complain regarding being cheated with regards to the credit card availing offers. I was forced to opt for a credit card with a false assurance that if i keep this credit card i dont have to pay anything and after 4 to 6 months i can cancel it without any exta payment. I was assured by mr. Debanjan dutta from shakher bazar branch (Kolkata) that when credit card people called for the verification whether i want to opt for the credit card or not i should bot say no because if i say no then some amount of money will get deduct from his account as he has recommended our name for the credit card to the credit zone department hence thinking his good being we did not refused for the same at that time. But now he is saying a different story all together that we have to pay the anual fee n the same amount will be refunded back to the account in the form of vouchers but this is a cheating!!! As he kept the truth hidden from us about details of keeping the credit card. Also if this could have been the scenario then i would have never ever applied for it!!. Request you to kindly look into the matter and help me as soon as possible.

                                  My name is sunil choudhary. I have an account of in state bank of india, rabale ttc, navi mumbai-400708. On 7th aug 2017 there is deduction of (4750+4750+690 = 10190 rs.) by google *fun games and i don’t aware of these transaction, not get any otp or notification.14th aug i come to know while checking my bank statement there is deduction from my account.
                                  Same day i register a complaint in branch but till date i not get any complaint number or call from sbi. On 17th aug myself register a complaint (Ticket no: [protected]) and i call to customer care 19th aug 2017 they need 45 days to resolve the issue.
                                  Sbi is the top bank in india and resolving issue you need 45 days? How it is possible.
                                  After 45 days it’s not a guarantee there is an issue form your end.
                                  I already forward this escalation to higher management of sbi still did not get any revert.

                                    I have submitted an application along with all the documents required for the sanctioning of housing loan at sbi, ennikkara branch. But the same had been kept pending without any action in the branch for more than two weeks due to the transfer and posting of the branch managers. After taking charge of the branch, the new manager, considering my grievances took all his efforts to sanction my loan without further delay. Accordingly, with pre - sanction, he had forwarded my file to rafmec, nedumanghad region at kudappanakkunu on 16.08.2017. Unfortunately, the authorities at rafmec take any interest to sanction my loan in time, eventhugh, repeated request of the branch manager. At last, i personally, went to the office of rafmec, kudappanakunnu on 31.08.2017and enquired about my loan one staff named soman behaved indecently and told me that they will pass the loan as and when they desired and go any where to complaint against them. It is submitted that i have already completed the roof concreting work of the building, considering the then branch manager"s words that the loan will be sanctioned within two weeks.
                                    In the above circumstances, i humbly requested you to take necessary steps to register my complaint and sanction my loan as early as possible.

                                        I have paid rs 200 via bharat qr code shown in tatasky box message from my sbi anywhere app. On 31.08.2017. The qr txn ref is 724319a00107. Txn no is not shown in statement. Money was deducted but it didn't reach tata sky (As per them). When i contacted tata sky, they say it will be done by respective bank and i couldn't find bharat qr helpline.. So problematic. No bharat qr helpline & tata sky has shown the door to contact bank. I don't know where to go. Pls help
