Early in afternoon today i got a call and message saying i need to activate my debit card which i hadn't activated. I thought it might be fraud so i didnt share my details. Later i got message from sbi stating i should give the debit card details and i did give. I now saw i have zero balance. I am college student and now seeing my bank balance empty makes me feel miserable. What should i do??...

Vadodara southern township sbi brank no one help customer. I was visited for internet banking they just give me kit for netbanking not giving proper instruction that how you can do loging. I do login after 24 hour i wan not able to do loging then monday visit again branch they said try after 24 hour then still not able to do loging as said invalid kit number. I had booked a ticket through easemytrip.com but the flight was cancelled so i was to receive full refund of 2881. Easemytrip initiated refund in two parts and i have received only one part of the refund. Refund of 1500 has not been received and easemytrip claims that it is pending due to bank.

I had applied for a sbi gold credit card. A lady executive called me up and promised me that definitely you will get the credit card to ur residence.

I got one message from sbi stating your application is under process. Then next day under online status of sbi credit card they mentioned

I am sbi credit card holder for more than 10 years and an employee of sbi. Presently posted as chief manager at rai ka bagh branch jodhpur but so far no mantenance charges were levied but this year maintenance charge of rs.2999/ have been applied. I request you to reverse this charge.

Last 4 digit of my credit card 7603.
Fraud transaction on 5-7-17.
I have registered verbal complaint immediately and several times again but no action.
I was advised to submit dispute form through mail; which i mailed several times but no action.
Customer care executive says that my attachments are missing although dispute form is rightly attached.
I have even paid fraud transaction money on assurance...

I have taken a car loan with sbi and i am paying the emi since 2013 jan. Their website is so complicated to login. Website should be to help customers navigate better. Even when you call them, we are directed to the branch from where we have taken the loan. I stay in rajaji nagar and to get any information on the car loan, i need to travel all the way to hosur road. This causes lot of hazel to travel, cost involved and need to take leave...

More than three times i visited new panvel branch and every time receive response that your problem is resolve still resolution is not in place for below mentioned problem,

1. Incorrect banking is not in place, incorrect password provided twice and this time incorrect internet banking password in the kit (Account lock due to this).
