Sir i have my account in sbi [protected].
My issue is i have paid of rs 5998 though visa card on 10aug 2017. But amazon claim that they don't recieve paymnt. Amount is stuck somewhere. Please refund my amount on same as earliest.
I earlier talk to sbi customer care on 22aug they raise complian with ticket no [protected] and gave result on 23aug that
'dear sir/madam, your complaint [protected] has been attended to and closed after resolution as: merchant confirmed transaction as successful..'
I want my amount back of rs5998.

I was recharge my Tata Sky ([protected]) account on 17 Aug 2017 using State Bank Anywhere Apps. The amount same was deducted from my account no [protected] transaction ID No 722921A00058, But My Tata Sky Dish has not been activated till date. You are requested to rectified and intimated to me or my mail.
I have lodged several complains to request SBICPPC main branch allahabad but nothing has vern done. My father died on[protected] but my mother, Basanti Devi have not received the arrear of pension till date. Kindly do the needful.

          I have made payment of gst through sbi e-payment portal. The gst amount is debited from my bank account on 23/08/17 but the same has not been credited in my gst account as it's showing awaiting bank confirmation. Last date for filing gst return for the month of july'17 is 25/08/17. So i request you to kindly resolve my issue so that i can file my gst return on time.

          I made my E payment from SBI Account through Corporate Banking- Vyapar on 19 th Aug 8 pm, the amount is debited from my account on 20th Aug 2017 and also in our statement we got payment refrence no CKD 3400062 & for another firm CKD 3398462 from another account but still it didnt credited to our electronic cash ledger, in gst portal it is showing Awaiting the Bank Confirmation. seek the needful to solve our problem.

            After merger of sbm to sbi my self and my wife pass word is not working. For your information i have given my kyc details also. When i approached sbm bemll nagar branch, beml - nagar, kolar gold fields manger for help the bank never treat the customer as a customer they treat us a uneducated person (I am by profession engineer). Please help us.

When I approached SBM BEMLl nagar branch, BEML -Nagar, Kolar Gold Fields Manger for help the bank never treat the customer as a customer they treat us a uneducated person ( I am by profession Engineer).               Why one should keep his money in bank? I have a saving a/c in sbi, branch - national law university jodhpur. I cannot withdraw money from it by either - cheque at branch or atm at the crucial time i need it urgently. My amount is deposited in bank a/c in form of mod (Fd). I want to close it prematurely but i am unable to do it despite trying so many times both online and by visiting the branch for manually closing it. I have tried going twice to the branch and many more times online. What right does the bank have to restrain me from withdrawing my own hard earned money? I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the inconvenience caused. Doesn’t it the duty of bank to resolve this problem immediately?

                    Sir sbi extended over draft on fixed deposits to online net banking users in the e fixed deposits. But fixed deposits made prior to 1.4.12 are not mapped to on line users eventough other services like submitting form 15g available but they are not getting over draft on fd and system days their fixed deposits are not mapped into are not eligible for over draft. This is causing problem for customers away from home branch and staying in other places

                          I had placed an order of rs. 3117 in flipkart on 8th august 2017, through sbi net banking. The amount got debited but the order was not placed. Sbi said it will take 10 days to resolve the complaint and after 10 days i got an sms that merchant has received the amount. However after confirming with flipkart, they have not received the money.

                          Contacting sbi on daily basis where the helpline no. Is telling me to send an sms unhappy to [protected]. I get a call where they are giving me a number of bhopal centre and telling me to contact them. They are not picking call. I contacted my branch and they are telling that this is not related to branch transaction so call sbi helpline number. This is going on since many days.

                          Sbi is not ready to support, they are just transferring calls from one department to another and closing complaints at their end, rather than solving the problem

                              Dear sir/madam
                              I want to brought out my issue with sbi kuthery branch, meerut (Code: 02401) where i have an saving cum pension account no. [protected] in f/o sanjai sirohi & anita sirohi since 1989.
                              I had applied for one 2 bhk apartment of greater noida industrial development authority, greater noida under their scheme bhs17 through sbi kutchery branch, meerut in 2013 (Scheme opened on 02.10.13, closes on 11.11.13, expected draw was done on 15.01.14). The initial loan for applying had been provided by sbi kutchery branch, meerut in the tenure of ms. Sushma kumari chief manager. No original documents (Allocation cum allotment letter) have been received by us till date. Now we have applied for home loan through icici bank and they are demanding the original letter for sanctioning loan. When we contacted the greater noida industrial development authority they have conveyed that the letter had been sent to sbi branch from where the customer has applied. As per authority the papers have been sent to the respective banks from where the customers have applied.

                              Now kindly provide me the original letter of my property (Allotment cum allocation letter) or if the original papers are untracable at your end then kindly provide the noc as demanded by the authority to issue duplicate papers.
