I want to brought out my issue with sbi kuthery branch, meerut (Code: 02401) where i have an saving cum pension account no. [protected] in f/o sanjai sirohi & anita sirohi since 1989.
I had applied for one 2 bhk apartment of greater noida industrial development authority, greater noida under their scheme bhs17 through sbi kutchery branch, meerut in 2013 (Scheme opened on 02.10.13, closes on 11.11.13, expected draw was done on 15.01.14). The initial loan for applying had been provided by sbi kutchery branch, meerut in the tenure of ms. Sushma kumari chief manager. No original documents (Allocation cum allotment letter) have been received by us till date. Now we have applied for home loan through icici bank and they are demanding the original letter for sanctioning loan. When we contacted the greater noida industrial development authority they have conveyed that the letter had been sent to sbi branch from where the customer has applied. As per authority the papers have been sent to the respective banks from where the customers have applied.
Now kindly provide me the original letter of my property (Allotment cum allocation letter) or if the original papers are untracable at your end then kindly provide the noc as demanded by the authority to issue duplicate papers.

State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I made my E payment from SBI Account through Corporate Banking- Vyapar on 19 th Aug 8 pm, the amount is debited from my account on 20th Aug 2017 and also in our statement we got payment refrence no CKD 3400062 & for another firm CKD 3398462 from another account but still it didnt credited to our electronic cash ledger, in gst portal it is showing Awaiting the Bank Confirmation. seek the needful to solve our problem.
