I purchased a mobile phone from dawar international pvt ltd gurgaon using my debit card on 19/06/2017 for 10, 500/-. But, payment was deducted twice.. Sbi is telling that dawar international pvt ltd gurgaon got the money twice. But, dawar is telling that they received only one payment. I talk to dawar accountant daily. Also, i complained sbi bank many times. But, no outcome is there till date. Also, i am trying to go through you. But, your site is also not working... Please take this case at highest priority.

    After 02/03 visit / remind the reinsertion is done but unfortunately a wrong mobile no has been registered

    Now i am doing follow up / running for registration of correct my mobile no.

    Please help if you can.

      Dear sir, i (Vijaya tripathi) deposited rs 2, 15, 000/= in my saving a/c.in home branch but there rs 59/= debit ni the a/c as excess deposit amount. Bank staff also failed to explain for the deduction as they it is happening "on line". Bank no circular made for that. If any restriction for cash deposit should be know & will take care for excess deposit charges. It charges to be reimburse back in my saving a/c.

        I've tried my online personal banking. Inspite of giving true userid n password details, every time they deny access stating wrong uid-pp. Then locked it for a day stating three failed attempts. Insiteof no fault of mine i sbmitted forgot uid-pp & cmpltd all the procedure maticulsly still they locked my profile id. This happns wth this ppl evry now & then. Worser than worst service.

          I bring to your kind notice that i made transaction on jio.com website through sbi net banking using user id and password for rs 99.00 (For jio membership) on 01.03.2017.
          The above said amount deducted from my sb account but not transaction successful.
          I filed online complaint.
          Bank give online sbi complaint/ resolution status against my ticket no. Pt[protected] date 30.7.2017 as follows:
          “ as confirmed with merchant transaction id igaawrprq5 has been successful and settled on 02.3.2017 with ref. No. Du68206248. For further details kindly contact your merchant”.
          But, the merchant jio.com against my service request no. Sr00000byua1 stated that
          We couldn’t trace your transaction as per our records. Also the jio advised me to contact the payment source for the clarification in case declined.

          Further my bank statement shows particulars to debit rs.99.00 as” to transfer, inb reliance jio infocom bill_rejioi payments ref no. Hsbi[protected]igaawrprq5.

          I request you to kindly do the needful in this regard for refund from sbi bank side.

                I am a paramilitary persons (Border security force). Holder of sbi acc no - [protected] (Pmsp). My compliant is that i have issued a cheq bearing no.[protected] for rs.6945/ in favour of hdfc home lone on dated 15/07/2017. The cheq was dishonoured by sbi and penalty rs 590/ was recovered from my account and again on 24/07/2017 the same cheq dishonoured by sbi penalty of 590/ was imposed on me.
                On 29/07/2017 the above bearing cheq was cleared. Since no mistake was made on my part i want you to refund my money ie.1180/ rs.

                  My card is not active, but many times i swiped that card which is not activated. So many times i contacted the customer care that i want tamil language person to communicated. One lady spoke with me acknowledging the details i said the bank. That contact no is [protected] time is 11.58am on 5th august 2017. She asked some otp number and said that is to activate my card. Then i received continuous messages informing my transactions which i didn't do. I contacted coimbatore sbi card branch and issued a complaint on it. Please do concern this issue and refund the credit limit of my card.

                    Cpin-[protected], dtd:22/aug/2017, brn-ik00gzqok8. The transaction shows "success" in sbi-portal but gst portal shows "awaiting bank confirmation". Because of this error, i had to pay 2 times & it is horrible about credibility of sbi.

                    How can anybody trust when our whole country is drive for e-payment while sbi is not geared for the same.

                    What i am suppose to do to clear this challan?

                      I requested for closure of my signature credit card on 10th of august but to no avail. On 25th i am being told by cust care executive that i requested for retention. The recording can be heard to check.
                      Consequent to which i lost 2832/- on 25th of august through linkedin site which is withdrawing every month without intimating me & i am not getting even otp. Please get it refunded as it is due to callous attitude of cust care executive. I was even told that a complaint for refunding the same has been lodged, for which i never received any complaint no. Or sms.

                        I requested for debit card on 29th of July but not received yet. I went my home branch for 5 times but they are not taking action against my request they are just ignore me. And they have not any type of respect for the time of their customers. I am a college student. I have to go college regularly. But the bank is Westing my time. That's not the good behaviour towards the customer.

                          We have made gst payment on 24.08.2017 for gst tax payment under e-payment for the below 5 cpin, however gst site is showing awaiting bank confirmation. The following amount is debited from account. But as of now the payment not yet credited to gst portal.

                          Bank is saying gst problem, gst team is saying bank problem complete mishap. Due this issue we can’t file the return still now.

                          Please help us..

                            On 01/08/2017, three cosecutive transactions (Rs 20000, rs 5000 & rs 3500) total rs. 28500/- were done by my atm card while atm card was with me. Neither my atm card lost nor i had given my atm details to anyone. Immediately i registered complaint on sbi helpline & also in local police station. Still there is no any action.
                            Kindly look into my matter.

                              Due to demise of my husband in road accident, as per tribunal award, three fdrs for myself and two my minor sons were open with rohini court branch on 7.6.08. On receipt pan cards were deposited 2010-11. Every year form 15g were submitted. On maturity of my elder son kartik suri cheque for rs.224873//- against maturity value of rs 238151/-. Was given. Widow helpless lady tired o[censored]nlimited visits to the branch without any positive response. Fate of other two fdrs due on 7.6.18 not known.

                                My mo. No.[protected] is recharged of 398 rs on 21/08/2017. One transaction of 398 uh[protected] is failure and the next transaction of rs 398 uh18890606 is success. So please refund my rs 398 in my a. C. I have recharged my no.[protected] from sbi personal app internet banking. On 21 august 2017 at 18:03 o'clock. 398 rs double deducted from my sbi a. C. No. [protected]. The recharge is successful only one time. And my balance was deducted two times. So refunds of 398 rs refund in my state bank of india a. C. I have confirmation massage from vodafone company that the recharge was revived only one time.

                                  On 23rd august 2017 around 12: 13 am i have deposited 2000 through cash deposit machine at kothaguda opposite of western pearl building, when i inserted the note into the machine it took but on the screen after inserting the pin it given "temporarily unable to process" and i didn't receive my cash nor it was deposited into my bank and from the past two days im calling to sbi customer care regarding this issue but they were stating technical issue and telling me to call after 2 hours. This is ridiculous as the customer executives giving the same reason again and again instead of slowing my problem.

                                  Hope the issue will get resolve soon.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    I have an a/c in sbi which was mainly opened for locker purpose and was hardly used. Infact i have never used my sbi card for any transaction whatsoever.

                                    I received a call from a person on 21st aug 2017 stating that he was calling from sbi and had called up as he had to update my a/c as i had not submitted documents for kyc. He said he will be generating few otp from the system which i need to communicate to him so that he can update the a/c. As he was not otherwise asking for any bank details and was fully aware of my credentials i trusted him to be a banker and told him the otps. Later i discovered that i was duped by rs. 90, 000.

                                    Pls. Note that i did not reveal any of my a/c information like a/c no. Card no. Cvv expiry date etc. This made easier for that person to dupe me. After this incidence i have lost faith in the bank to keep my credentials confidential. I would request you to make an immediate enquiry on the matter. Since my credentials were hacked by the fraudulent person from the bank i also hold bank tesponsible for the damage and compensate me accordingly
