I m divyasri of still studying student sbi banking services are very disgusted when comparing other banking services. Even i maintaining minimum 2000 rupees in my account every month debiting 100 or 188 soo on i had no option to change other bank as my father was government employee crediting monthly salaries to my father account though i m an unemployee
Please do something for my seeking request sir/madam...

I had done online payment to my merchant netmeds but at the end my laptop hanged. Still the amount debited from my ac but not cedited to netmeds account. they told that the amount is with bank and will be refunded by the bank. So i paid once again. please refund me Rs 60.67/-...

I had withdrawn rs. 20000 from khan complex 2nd lucknow on 31 oct 2016 at 17:15 which transaction no is 4585 and in this transaction the atm dispensed only 1000 rs and the amount deducted from the account is rs 20000. I am lakshmi shenoy, from kharghar, navi mumbai.

Being a normal housewife, first of all it was difficult me to keep a track on my minimum balance and to maintain it. After facing several penalties i went for account closure.

The actual problem arised when i got sms saying 590/- debited and remaining 4702/- credited to other active account.

I knw about penalties, processing fees,...

I have submitted 2 applications for the update of my mobile number and its 1 month yet the bank officials didn't update my number. I am having problem in generating new atm pin becoz of the not registration of my number. Please kindly update my mobile number so that i can generate new pin. I am having many problems for money transaction as i am studying aboard and i need money for my daily expenses, college fees, etc.

I used my sbi atm for transaction of rs 2000 from sbi atm machine but the transaction is not completed through atm and the money put in hold by the bank. Then i contacted to the customer care and they told me to consult with the bank. Now they are showing the money is debited. But i don't get any money. Please help me regarding this. I have just got my credit card and while generating credit card pin my date of birth is not getting accepted. It says data is incorrect. I want to update my date of birth on sbi credit card record. I have tried there customer care helpline but didnt find any way o[censored]pdating my record. So please guide me how can i update my date of birth....

I haven't recive my atm since 2 month. And i have complaint in my branch but they don't do any thing they just told to wait but atm hasn't came here. Please check what is the problem and why my atm hasen't came yet. The branch from where i opend my accout is in smarla road ludhiana, punjab.
