I requested for closure of my signature credit card on 10th of august but to no avail. On 25th i am being told by cust care executive that i requested for retention. The recording can be heard to check.
Consequent to which i lost 2832/- on 25th of august through linkedin site which is withdrawing every month without intimating me & i am not getting even otp. Please get it refunded as it is due to callous attitude of cust care executive. I was even told that a complaint for refunding the same has been lodged, for which i never received any complaint no. Or sms.

    I requested for debit card on 29th of July but not received yet. I went my home branch for 5 times but they are not taking action against my request they are just ignore me. And they have not any type of respect for the time of their customers. I am a college student. I have to go college regularly. But the bank is Westing my time. That's not the good behaviour towards the customer.

      Dear team,

      We have made gst payment on 24.08.2017 for gst tax payment under e-payment for the below 5 cpin, however gst site is showing awaiting bank confirmation. The following amount is debited from account. But as of now the payment not yet credited to gst portal.

      Bank is saying gst problem, gst team is saying bank problem complete mishap. Due this issue we can’t file the return still now.

      Please help us..

        On 01/08/2017, three cosecutive transactions (Rs 20000, rs 5000 & rs 3500) total rs. 28500/- were done by my atm card while atm card was with me. Neither my atm card lost nor i had given my atm details to anyone. Immediately i registered complaint on sbi helpline & also in local police station. Still there is no any action.
        Kindly look into my matter.

        SBI helpline told that complaint was resolved by them. Now your home branch will take next action.But nothing is positive to me.

          Due to demise of my husband in road accident, as per tribunal award, three fdrs for myself and two my minor sons were open with rohini court branch on 7.6.08. On receipt pan cards were deposited 2010-11. Every year form 15g were submitted. On maturity of my elder son kartik suri cheque for rs.224873//- against maturity value of rs 238151/-. Was given. Widow helpless lady tired o[censored]nlimited visits to the branch without any positive response. Fate of other two fdrs due on 7.6.18 not known.

            My mo. No.[protected] is recharged of 398 rs on 21/08/2017. One transaction of 398 uh[protected] is failure and the next transaction of rs 398 uh18890606 is success. So please refund my rs 398 in my a. C. I have recharged my no.[protected] from sbi personal app internet banking. On 21 august 2017 at 18:03 o'clock. 398 rs double deducted from my sbi a. C. No. [protected]. The recharge is successful only one time. And my balance was deducted two times. So refunds of 398 rs refund in my state bank of india a. C. I have confirmation massage from vodafone company that the recharge was revived only one time.

              On 23rd august 2017 around 12: 13 am i have deposited 2000 through cash deposit machine at kothaguda opposite of western pearl building, when i inserted the note into the machine it took but on the screen after inserting the pin it given "temporarily unable to process" and i didn't receive my cash nor it was deposited into my bank and from the past two days im calling to sbi customer care regarding this issue but they were stating technical issue and telling me to call after 2 hours. This is ridiculous as the customer executives giving the same reason again and again instead of slowing my problem.

              Hope the issue will get resolve soon.

                Dear sir,

                I have an a/c in sbi which was mainly opened for locker purpose and was hardly used. Infact i have never used my sbi card for any transaction whatsoever.

                I received a call from a person on 21st aug 2017 stating that he was calling from sbi and had called up as he had to update my a/c as i had not submitted documents for kyc. He said he will be generating few otp from the system which i need to communicate to him so that he can update the a/c. As he was not otherwise asking for any bank details and was fully aware of my credentials i trusted him to be a banker and told him the otps. Later i discovered that i was duped by rs. 90, 000.

                Pls. Note that i did not reveal any of my a/c information like a/c no. Card no. Cvv expiry date etc. This made easier for that person to dupe me. After this incidence i have lost faith in the bank to keep my credentials confidential. I would request you to make an immediate enquiry on the matter. Since my credentials were hacked by the fraudulent person from the bank i also hold bank tesponsible for the damage and compensate me accordingly

                    My issue is i have paid of rs 5998 though visa card on 10aug 2017. But amazon claim that they don't recieve paymnt. Amount is stuck somewhere. Please refund my amount on same as earliest.
                    I earlier talk to sbi customer care on 22aug they raise complian with ticket no [protected] and gave result on 23aug that

                            I made my E payment from SBI Account through Corporate Banking- Vyapar on 19 th Aug 8 pm, the amount is debited from my account on 20th Aug 2017 and also in our statement we got payment refrence no CKD 3400062 & for another firm CKD 3398462 from another account but still it didnt credited to our electronic cash ledger, in gst portal it is showing Awaiting the Bank Confirmation. seek the needful to solve our problem.

                              After merger of sbm to sbi my self and my wife pass word is not working. For your information i have given my kyc details also. When i approached sbm bemll nagar branch, beml - nagar, kolar gold fields manger for help the bank never treat the customer as a customer they treat us a uneducated person (I am by profession engineer). Please help us.

When I approached SBM BEMLl nagar branch, BEML -Nagar, Kolar Gold Fields Manger for help the bank never treat the customer as a customer they treat us a uneducated person ( I am by profession Engineer). Please help us.

                                Why one should keep his money in bank? I have a saving a/c in sbi, branch - national law university jodhpur. I cannot withdraw money from it by either - cheque at branch or atm at the crucial time i need it urgently. My amount is deposited in bank a/c in form of mod (Fd). I want to close it prematurely but i am unable to do it despite trying so many times both online and by visiting the branch for manually closing it. I have tried going twice to the branch and many more times online. What right does the bank have to restrain me from withdrawing my own hard earned money? I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the inconvenience caused. Doesn’t it the duty of bank to resolve this problem immediately?

                                  We have made gst payment on 17.02.2018 for gst tax payment under CPIN [protected] however gst site is showing awaiting bank confirmation. Amount is debited from account.

                                  Bank is saying gst problem gst is saying bank problem complete mishap

                                  Please support as tomorrow is last day for gst return.

                                  Please suggest further coarse of action

                                    My sbi ac no.[protected]
                                    Ifc code : sbin0000575
                                    Transaction details :
                                    Name: harshal joshi
                                    Ac no :[protected]
                                    Ifc code: icic0001802
                                    Date: 06.07.2017
                                    Time: 20:09:07
                                    But this name, ifc code is correct and ac no[protected] is wrong.
                                    So please accept my complent and solve this problem and reverse my payment as soon as possible.

                                      Sir sbi extended over draft on fixed deposits to online net banking users in the e fixed deposits. But fixed deposits made prior to 1.4.12 are not mapped to on line users eventough other services like submitting form 15g available but they are not getting over draft on fd and system days their fixed deposits are not mapped into are not eligible for over draft. This is causing problem for customers away from home branch and staying in other places
