I complained against sbi rajouri garden (1705) for non delivery of service (Surrender of locker no.220) vide complaint no.[protected] and they resolved single sidedly giving unavoidable reason. The entire complaint reddressal system is in question because they say we harassed you due to unavoidable reason. The resolution can't be accepted and is yet to come.

    I received an escalation that you're unable to locate your refund of rs.12, 999.00 on your order #[protected].

    We received an update from the bank, i've checked the details and can confirm that the refund has been successfully processed on thursday, 10 august, 2017 to the state bank of india, (Bus stand road mohindergarh branch.) account which you've added to your amazon.in account. This amount should have been credited to your account by now.

    As you haven't received your refund yet, i'm providing a reference number as confirmation.

          59 rs deducted without any notice and description

          Hello,

          Me and my wife are holding sbi account from bangalore manyata tech park branch.
          My account number is [protected].
          We have noticed that our account got deducted with 59 rs without any notice.
          Also the description is given as * which is not understandable.

          Also, sbi has started deducting 57 rs if balance drops below 5000. They should at least give on notification in mail or sms that...

          My self issued two nos cheque on 04.08.2017 infavour of icici credit card from my two sbi sb account one from adb-chinsurah (652198) for which i received statutory notification that whether i have had issued the same or not? If not then i have to inform to my bank whithin 12.30, another from sbi n. S. Road (214191) for which i did not received such type of message. Moreover as i paid rs 15975.00 on 05.08.2017 twice wrongly to e-pay income tax so my sbi/n. S. Road branch got short fall of rs 6000.00 to honour my issued cheque to icici credit card. That is why i deposited cash rs 6000.00 at my bank whithin 12.00 but still my cheque sbi/n s road got dishonoured and i face a penalty of rs 590.00 from sbi+rs 708.00 from icici bank+ rs 5103.54 as interest by icici. So i need clarification/compensation regarding this harassment.

                  Date of Incident - 18 and 19 august 2017.
                  In the attached photo, you will see that unreasonable deductions have been encircled. In the narration part of the image, no information regarding who has deducted the amount and how the amount is deducted has been shown. If these are hidden charges of the bank then I feel that I should have been informed before any automatic deductions and if this a fraud transaction which has been carried out without my knowledge, then I want this to be investigated thoroughly.

                    I am drawing my pension through SBI Branch Srinagar (Branch code no000722).During the year 2016-17 total amount of Rs 13169/- was deducted as income tax (TDS). Against this the Bank shows amount deducted as Rs 3636/- only during the year 2016-17. Due to this I have not been able to file my income tax return so far. I have been reminding Manager SBI Branch Srinagar since May 2017 but I have not been provided with reply so far with the result that filing of my income tax return has been badly delayed. Now I request through your August Forum for redressal of my grievances. Hope i am informed on my mail address.

                    Instead of furnishing correct form 16 showing TDS of Rs 13169/- for the year financial year 2016-17. Manager SBI Branch Srinagar has created another problem by deducting Rs 4158/- from my pension for the month of September 2017 with out communicating any reason or prior information flouting all norms of Government of India on the subject.

                      I am nearly 70 years old. I have great difficulty in dealing with your bank 01513. The bank has not been able to send my cheque book because they are too busy to do such small things. Rs 6 lakhs has been debited from my account for some life insurance which i never approved. I have been told that it cannot be refunded. Is this money sunk? Please see if it can be refunded. I am ready to pay a suitable bribe for this to shri bankatesh kumar, manager of branch 01513, patliputra colony, patna.
                      My wife died nearly 5 years ago, i have submitted her death certificate more that 5 times but the banks are too busy to delete her name from my account. Also, i requested a change in my primary telephone number of my account from [protected] to [protected]. It has been partially done as the bank officers are too busy to attend to such small things. I cannot use bhim.

                        I had making payment for gujarat high court bailiff exam challan on date 19th august. Registrar general, high court of gujarat sbi account no. [protected] application fees. 150 rs
                        My payment deposit journal no.: 37777965 as per your bank given application fees 150rs + 70rs. Bank charges.

                        Date 19th aug & 20th aug i filling high court bailiff form many time and deposit journal no is invalid and i am not able to fill from.
                        My complain is why this deposit journal number is invalid and why you bank taking rs. 70 charges. When am going for payment this gujarat high court ahmadabad branch bank they wasting my 2 hrs for this transaction if am paying 70 rs charge than why they wasting our time and no any other sbi bank branch are taking this challan payment in my area they are sending gujarat high court sbi branch so for this application payment i m going 32 km far at my place and i waiting 2hr for my payment in this branch bank after come at home this deposit journal no is wrong.

                        Please clarify this and please change your process and please don't bothered to people.

                        I received a message stating that "SI FAIL" and charged rs.295 from my account.I have no idea what this charge represents? and why it is debited from my account.
                        Sir my name is gufran Ahmad I want change number I give application to sbi manager but he no change now but bank manager not cooperte he is only busy for mini bank users he give money to mini bank users .my bank name sbi bbhanjot gonda utter Pradesh .and other problum he give 5000 costomers no more money of you need more you can not get
                        I had said the verification person itself to cancel the card before h itself, but the card has arrived and im not interested in that tata credit card ...why the card was arrived after i said the verification person also ...now they are asking me to pay the card annaul fee
                        Received call from [protected] no saying that they are from SBI ATM call center Bhunaneswar & my ATM card will be deactivated . Then they asked card no & cvv as well . As I didn't shared those details they are scolding in nonsense words
                        Today, I went to SBI ATM at Karukachal, Kottayam and tried to withdraw Rs.20000/-. Nothing Happened and I tried once again. Then too nothing happened. Then I went to Mammood ATM and withdrawn Rs.10000/-. And I found that Rs.40000/- was less in the account. And I didn't received any slip or SMS. But I can see it on Internet Banking
                        I withdrawal cash at ATM but my account debited but cash not withdraw. i already complaint against token no. [protected]. on 05.08.2017 and ensure resolve the issue within 7 day but till date matter not resolve.

                        Howrah salkia state bank brunch here a service manager behave very rudely on me because my father's current account ATM card pin number was blocked and pin number are incorrect that's why i told him and he just behave like i am a dog... seriously worst bank ever...i close my all account...

                                I m divyasri of still studying student sbi banking services are very disgusted when comparing other banking services. Even i maintaining minimum 2000 rupees in my account every month debiting 100 or 188 soo on i had no option to change other bank as my father was government employee crediting monthly salaries to my father account though i m an unemployee

                                I had done online payment to my merchant netmeds but at the end my laptop hanged. Still the amount debited from my ac but not cedited to netmeds account. they told that the amount is with bank and will be refunded by the bank. So i paid once again. please refund me Rs 60.67/-

                                  I had withdrawn rs. 20000 from khan complex 2nd lucknow on 31 oct 2016 at 17:15 which transaction no is 4585 and in this transaction the atm dispensed only 1000 rs and the amount deducted from the account is rs 20000. For this purpose i lodged a complaint in the bank next day as well as on online sbi portal the ticket no:[protected] but they closed the case again i make the complaint to banking ombudsman, maintainable complaint no. Is [protected] on 20 march 2017 but they didnt take any action. As well as in rbi but my issue is not yet being taken care off. The i make the complaint to sbi chairman but again my issue was not resolved & after that i make a complaint to pmo office registration number deabd/e/2017/10758 & please look into the matter and direct bank to provide proper compensation and also the full amount not dispensed by the atm.
