Respected sir,
I have very less knowledge in english so please try to understand what im saying.. My problem is my nearest atm centre is'nt working around in a month.. So i tryd to complaint in the bank (Sbi kerela chingavanam) then thy said that some of atm parts has been complaints and that is not available to replace so the atm is not gona work again till tht item is available... Also it s my home branch...

    I am a customer of SBI bank, I have a car insurance. Recently My car met an accident and I had put it for a claim. I had registered a claim on 9.8.17 at Kolkata, my claim was partially denied. I have the following grievances and complaints against the service provider (SBI Car loan deprtment).

    1. My car repair was denied citing trivial issues even when I have comprehensive bumper to bumper active car insurance. This insurance in itself means, whatever be the damage to the car shall be covered in insurance.
    2. Intimation to me regarding the denial was delayed. I rreceived information on third day, in the mean time I had to suffer as my car was also stationed in garage as per insurer policy.

    I am attaching the documents of denial letter from SBI. Kindly look into the matter.

      Please let us know every branch has same cheque deposit time? We facing inconvenience for this, at m. G. Road, kandivli-w. Branch it was 9.00 am to 9.30 am., is it sufficient? Besides this now it is reduced to 9.00 am. To 9.15 am. Only 15 minutes. No bank in india has such a less time, every bank has minimum 1 hour time. So with humble request please increase this timing for 1 hour i. E. 9.00 am. To 10.00 am. Kindly cooperate with customers, & do the needful.

            Respected sir or mam of sbi
            I m rakesh patel today i visited in sbi branch of burari for demand draft at 4 pm and i have summited my form and counter no. 2 mr. _, gave time by 5 it will reach to you and i began to wait inside of bank and later on 10 minutes security gard came and said go out you can not inside, i said politely that i m far 6km from my home it takes long time to come here if i go at my home but he didn't listen me went on counter no. He said in rude behavior that who told to wait in side i gave you slip go out side and wait and from that time still i m out of the bank waiting.
            Is there no any facilities for waiting in sbi branch burari...???

              My self gulab chandra yadav i opened my saving account with sbi branch sarai sheikh chinhat, lucknow account no. [protected] on[protected] but i dont get my atm card yet. For getting my atm card i visit the branch almost 5 times but no any suitable suggestion given by there staff members. When i contact branch manager mr. Vinod kumar gupta he also misbehave me. So pls do the needful action.

                While interacting with the bank employee
                I was collecting my new debit card when this employee tells me not to address him as yaar in the future
                My line was yaar how do i activate my card.
                I ask him how do i address him he says 'sir'and that's how everyone addresses him.

                I have no problem addressing him as sir but is this the norm that a bank follows and he tells me to leave from here and go to bank the manager.

                On asking his name he refused to tell me his name.

                I am in the army with a service of eight years and should i go around sirring people with whom we expect to be treated with regard and who provide us with the services of a bank.
                What kind of culture is this bank promoting.

                And like a mob other employees come over to you saying we are a team and will stand together.

                  Hi sir,

                  I received call from [protected] on 22nd confirming my sbi card details mentioned calling from sbi credit debit backend team - stating avail voucher to confirm otp from my mobile phone then there was a purchase of rs 7996.00.

                  When seen purchase made called sbi to block the card and cancel the transaction but unfortunately payment has gone through. I tried calling number to refund the money, she gave another number [protected] person called neha.

                  Purchase was made in the merchant name - sunshine media.

                  I tried calling everyday once they picked they said from sbi backend team. Please want to lodge complaint on this and refund the money.

                      My account number ac no [protected] on 10.08.2017 around 4.55pm i made a atm transcation of rs 20000 from my account from sbi atm machine which is in jolarpettai new hotel street. When cash was about to release that time power got failure in atm machine cash got stuck in sbi atm machine. I did not even get the money and receipt. But received sms for transaction but the machine did not dispose the cash. I also called the customer care and registered the complaint with the ticket no [protected]. Please quote this number. I request you to takeaction to reverse the cash as it i dont want to loose my money.

                        I have an account holder in sbi.
                        My a/c number is [protected].
                        I have applied for cheque book in[protected]. But now also i don't get my cheque book. I contact the branch. But they also don't help me to get my cheque book. Please i request you to take proper steps against this complain as soon as possible.
                        I have also contact the post office but they also don't help me. When i went cyber cafe to track postal department they also refuse me because no reference number near me. Please help me.

                            Yesterday i made a transaction from sbi kovvur ac no[protected] ifsc sbin0000860 to hddc bank ac no [protected]. Ifsc hdfc0001033 through bhim application in mobile. Amount debited in my account, but transaction failed. Transaction i'd is[protected]. Hence please credit money into my account 4800 rs. I checked bhim app for transaction. It shows transaction failed due to bank is in off line. I faced many times these kind of problems. But this is first time money 4800 rs debited. So plesase resolve the issue as early ss possible.

                              I had went to my Issuing bank today at 10.15 AM for giving the complaint and request for paying back my money into my account.
                              They have give me a form and asked for to filled it up and They tell me that due to second Saturday on 12th August the bank will remain close and the next day is sunday and monday on 14th August the bank will remain close for Janmashtami and 15th August is our independence day. So I will get my money back on Wednesday.

                              I had requested them to do it today, but deny to do so and tells me to wait.
                              I still waiting for my Rs. 11, 500

                                Myself saurabh khandelwal withdraw inr1500 from sbi bank atm, sanganer thana, tonk road jaipur on dated august 07, 2017 at 11:37 am with transaction id 32090100.in this transaction, i got 3 currency notes of inr 500 in which one note is completely teared off and it was paste by using cello tap with currency number 2gb 894276. And also there was something written on that currency by the use of pencil.
                                For changing procedure of that currency, i call on customer care number [protected] on august 08, 2017. They ask me the atm id number printed on the transaction slip to register the complaint but i told them that there was no slip printed through atm. Then they tell me to go through the though which the atm was linked. Then i ask the address of that bank. They didn't give me any address and told me to ask the security guard available on the atm but there was no security guard. And also there was no information regarding the atm linked branch in the atm room.
                                In continues of my mail regarding sbi atm, i was visited same sbi atm again in afternoon time at 4:30 pm on dated august 08, 2017. I found that no any security guard available on that atm and no paper are available on atm for print transaction slip. Atm room was not properly cleaned and maintain. I checked out atm room for finding the atm id number, i found two board are attached in the room on which atm rules and regulation are mention along with atm id, contact person name with contact number for complaint any issue. Atm id mention on board is ffbs[protected]Photo is attached) and contact person name is mr. P. P. Goyal with contact number [protected] as per mention on that board. I called on that number and inform my problem but he told me “sir my transfer took place 2 years ago, now this is not my work; if in atm my number is mention then you visit sbi branch.” i have that call recording. Then i visited sbi branch located at sanganer jaipur at 4:45 pm. But i found that entry of customer was closed on that branch while bank closing time is 5:00 pm. Then i visited another branch of sbi at same location. There i asked my problem that “i withdraw money from sbi atm located at sanganer thana jaipur, but i got one currency note of inr 500 was completely tear off that was paste by use of cello tap; know i want to know about how should i change out that currency note.” one of employee told me “you visited your home branch where is your bank account or visited that branch which is linked by that atm.” complete video recording is available of that conservation. My bank account branch is special branch ajmer. Now for changing the currency of inr 500 i will first take a leave from my working office then i will visit ajmer means spend inr 1500 approximate; which is more than inr 500. So i think i will completely tear off that indian currency into small pieces while i know it is a punishable crime. I will ready to any type of punishment but first you terminate sbi employee which not do their work honestly.
                                Now my complaint is that:
                                1. Currency note is completely teared off and paste by cello tape then why bank employee use this currency in atm.
                                2. According to rules, written currency is not working then something is written on that currency then how this currency is use by bank.
                                3. Bank deduct atm charge from bank's customers but no security guard is available on atm. No atm room is cleaned. No paper available in atm for transaction slip.
                                Then why should i pay atm holding charge, if bank not provide better service?
                                4. How should i change this currency easily?

                                Please provide me necessary action mention below:

                                1. Give a notice to the related bank that they do their work properly
                                2. Change my this currency or give me permission for teared off this currency of inr 500 into 100 small pieces.
                                3. Way off my atm charge till bank will not provide proper services.

                                  When i saw the on line statement of fd, i found that the maturity amount is shown less. then i contacted the local branch and enquired about that. it was told that, fd is under lien w. r. t credit card issued to me. my credit card has been blocked long ago (2012 /13). i am not using the credit card since then and validity also completed on 03/2015.
                                  as per the bank instructions i have approached the local sbi credit cards branch office @ begumpet, hyderabad. the concerned has verified the card and said the request for release is not given. so, he has taken the action and said the fd will be released from lien within 10 days. after 10 days you can update your fd. i have waited for 15 to 20 days and contacted the sbi local branch and checked for release fd from lien. the officer has told that, it is not yet released.
                                  then i have called the customer care and requested him to see that is there any input for release of fd from lien. he said, no request. then, i told him to put a request for release of fd as credit card is already not in use/blocked. he also told us to wait for 10 days.
                                  when i cancelled the credit card, my lien should get released immediately. procedures are not streamlined. while giving credit card, humble request faces are shown and attach the credit card even though it is not required by us. when releasing the same you ask lot many procedures etc. why not same attitude should be shown as it was while giving the card.
                                  sir, already 3 to 4 years passed. please release the same at least now. take this as a request for release of lien on fd for credit card.

                                      Dear respected sir. I am GNANASIMONRAJ C .SBI customer I want change to my account mobile number my current mobile number[protected]. Please sir deactivate provios mobile number and activete my current mobile number please sir accept my request. so please sir kindly change my mobile number otherwise sir my SBI saving current bank a/c-[protected]

                                        I lost my old phone number and didnt update that number bt i need to activate net banking and mobile banking i want to update new number can i do it in atm? Or i have to go to my home branch only? And how much time it will take to get number changed in atm? Because i m too far from my home branch please help me fast i need to re-register my number asap.
