      I, vijendra kumar m a having a sb account number in sbi, sindhari, barmer, have lost my sim and mobile number. The same number was entered in my internet banking account and now i have to change that number. I know for every transactions a security password msg will be forwarded to that number, but i am not possessing that number. Now may i please request you to change my mob number to [protected] pl.

        Sir
        I abilash having an a/c in the sbi nagalapuram branch andhrapardesh. A/c no [protected]
        When i tried to withdraw rs 100 from my a/c [protected] on 17th august around 10:12 am from the axis bank atm begur karnataka at the time atm machine switched off so that i could not recievd any money nor any reciept from the atm.
        But when i checked the balance from the other atm after an hour the balance was deducted from my a/c.

        So iam requesting you to take necessary action

          Dear sir

          A refund of 6297 rupees was successfully processed on 3 august 2017 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

          I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

          I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

          Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                Dear sir,
                I have applied for credit card a months back but the same got rejected from sbi credit card team

                Reason :- incorrect pincode for the address mentioned on the application.

                And again i got a call from sbi credit card team today (16/08/2017) from (Mobile no. [protected]) mumbai (Lower parel) asking for my documents for reprocessing my rejected application. I dennied and requested them saying that i am not interested now to get the credit card,

                The response from the person talking to me was "if you will not provide your documents we will put your name in cibil records with negeative feedback whih will create problem for you in getting any loans and credit card from any bank in future".

                      I have taken loan from sbh (Now sbi) 3 years ago and closed the loan on 15th july 2017. My bank account is hdfc from which monthly emi used deduct from. On the day which i repaid the complete loan amount, the branch manager has given me noc letter where i can submit to the rta and proceed with rta formalities.

                      The normal procedure is the bank should inform the other bank to stop the emi deduction as i clearded the loan.in my case it would be sbh/sbi should inform hdfc to stop deducting the emi.

                      Now this month (Hdfc) has deducted regular emi of rs. 14, 500 for month of august. Which doesn't supposed to be happen.

                      I have been talking to sbh manager to resolve this issue but he is reckless about my request and behaving strangely. He himself answers my phone call and says he not the manager and asks me to call him back after sometime.

                      Please help me how to approach and who should i be approaching?

But again am seeing bills being sent to me, are you guys really working ? And am more concerned on my cibil score for the due or non payments for a closed card. ‬

                          Sbi atm — atm dispute

                          Dear sir,

                          I have an account with sbi, sir, this is been 2 month that i had been registered a complaint (My complaint no. At[protected] regarding my cash withdrawn from sbi atm at nehru place metro-station on 01.06.2017. I had withdrawn amount of rs. 17, 500.00 but only 500/- rupees was withdrawn from the atm machine. I called sbi customer care but they refused to register complain by saying that if the amount could not be refund within 24hrs only than the complaint can be registered.

                          I called again after 24 hours and launched a complaint, after that i was told that the issue will be resolved within 7 days.
                          After regular followup i was told the same that my complaint under process, nobody was giving me the exact date or when my amount will be refund to my account.
                          I am very disappointed from your system. As i am lacking behind in my studies due to involving in these issuses.

                          Kindly do the needfull and take action regarding this complain.

                            Sir/mam,
                            It has been almost 7-8 months that i have been going through the hassle of visiting sbi bank (Branch - janakpuri racpc)
                            For stopping the monthly emi pyment which is being deposited before the moratorium period.
                            This amount is getting a burden on me and my family as well, the amount which i have to pay is also non static, changes every month.
                            To sum up the issue, i need to stop this mothly emi from next month at any cost.
                            Kindly help me out with this issue.

                              Fraudelent deduction has been done of 4999 rupees, on pos sbibuddy at sbibuddt txn# ju[protected].
                              Without my permission how can deduct my money.
                              No otp, no call, no permission.
                              Where we are living, sbi is the nations largest bank. How can you guys make these like fake transaction for poor peoples.

                              I have recharged idea mobile no 9035****45 with Rs 75 through state bank anywhere mobile app but I didn't get any balance I got message Request could not be completed. TID :UH17785528 and also my deducted bank balance didn't reverse so resolve this issue
                              I'm in rockfort branch now.I've submitted my chalan at 2:00 pm for withdrawal to the clerk.the clerk received my chalan and he gone for a lunch! How can he go without fulfill the request from his client..??
                              I'm getting very angry and I'm waiting for him till now.now the time is 2:50 .its not fair.

                                I am kaushal kishor having bank account in sbi, babubarhi (Branch code.. 15579) with account number : [protected].

                                After opening my account i never received my atm card and e-banking id password..
                                I submitted applications many times for issuing my atm card and e-banking id and password but they do not care anything.
                                Recently approx 15 day ago i requested them for this but still i don't get any response.

                                I became frusteted from your bank system now tell me what can i do?

                                  I ashmita bhardwaj lives near ajmeri gate, had account with sbi near turakman gate branch code :-745, a/c no [protected], i was trying to withdraw 10000/- from atm of kotak near hauz quaz sitaram bazar, but i only get 300 in return instead of 10000/- and my bank details now showing that i withdraw 10000/- from my account, i skipped the receipt because of paper saving
                                  I try to withdraw cash on sunday 13 august 2017 during 3.15 pm.
                                  I haven't get my cash return back to my account please help me with this as soon as possible.

                                    Sub:- housing loan taken in favour of b. Ramakrishna, bearing a/c no. [protected] during november-2006, from sbi main branch bhimavaram, discrepancies in adopting rate of interest - rectification and refund of excess paid amount since date of sanction of loan - requested - reg.
                                    Ref:-1) loan sanction copy given by sbi

                                    I, b. Ramakrishna s/o trimurthulu took housing loan from sbi main branch bhimavaram during november-2006 bearing housing loan a/c no.[protected]. According to loan sanction copy vide ref (1) cited, sbi sanctioned housing loan with the interest rate of 8.75% per annum on floating basis. At present sbi rate of interest is below 9.5%. But unfortunately your branch is collecting more than 12% rate of interest without any information from your branch since more than 5 years.
                                    Hence it is requested to reconsilate my loan account since date of sanction and revise the rate of interest from whenever your branch had increased interest rate without informing and adjust the balance amount in my housing loan account.
                                    Please arrange written clarification regarding above issue in detailed i. E., month wise rate of interest increased as comparatively actual housing loan interest and in terms of amount from the date of sanction of housing loan. For which act of kindness i shall be ever thankful to you.

                                      But sir cash rs 7000 debited from my a/c

                                      i having an a/c in the sbi. Naigaon Dadar. a/c no [protected]
                                      when i tried to withdraw rs7000 from my a/c [protected] on 12th August around 1700pm from the sbi atm mathadi hospital ICICI bank at the time atm machine displayed that unable to proceed ur request so that i could not recievd any money nor any reciept from the atm .
                                      but when i checked the balance from the other atm after an hour the balance was deducted from my a/c.

                                        From last few days i have already applied for sbi account online and then i got my account passbook.in the passbook there was only my account/cif number and don't have any pin password it was saying to go atm and generate password through registration mobile number but sir last during online i have already attached my phone number since it has not been attached on my sbi... Then wht i do now.. I m not able to go branch...
