I have used my atm card to withdraw money but due to server problem money is not withdrawl n got slips of transaction not responding but after some time i withdrawl money fron another atm bt mini statement shows all money debited which i tried during server problem.1 transaction money is refunded but other 4 transaction money is still not refunded. I complaint in sbi customer care bt there system is not showing tat debited detail while my passbook showing all transactions in debited money.

    My father have an pension a/c in sbi, railway road tohana, distt:fatehabad 125120 (Hry). The bank had deducted the tds rs. 8746 but not shown in online 26as form. Due to this i could not fill the itr/refund claim. I also approached to asst manager to provide the form 16 but he says form 16 is not generated and our bank ca did not pick my phone.
    Is this a right answer.
    In view of the above please do the needful that i had also skipped the due date of return 05 aug 17

    Dear sir I am Umesh Kumar dey an account holder of your bank . I had book ticket through irctc . when I booked ticket my payment transaction is failed. But cash is debited from my account . so please send the balance which is debited to my account.

      Ref: SBI Other[protected]

      I am writing to you with regards my Other account mentioned above. From a review of my bureau report, I notice that the captioned account is reported with a WRITTEN-OFF status in my report. This appears to be hindering my ability to raise fresh credit. I now want to clean-up my records and I am willing to pay the amount due to convert this account from a WRITTEN-OFF status to a CLOSED/NULL status. Please confirm the amount that I need to repay to obtain a CLOSED/NULL status in my report, so that I may become loan eligible in the future.
      I look forward to your support in this regard. Please assist me. Look forward to an early response from you.

      note- after closed all amount but till not closed account, I have NOC of bank and this type of service effected my CIBIL score, please help me.

        Sir,
        On 12th august i ve used my sbi visa card at my nearby atm.. At dat tym it was mentioned in scree dat transaction failed.. Still i ve wait dere for 2mins.. Dn a blank slip was received by me.. Bt next tym on d same day wen i use my card it show d withdrawal of d cash bt i ve not collected it.. D tyming was between 4to 4.30..
        I ll b obliged if i can get any help

          I need the details of the tds certificate for a/c no. [protected] & [protected] from 1/4/16 to 31/3/17.
          I am trying to take the details from your rupaidiha (Dist-bahraich) branch since 23/6/17. But the bank manager is not providing the same and giving absurd replies each time. Moreover, asking me to remove my accounts from the bank.
          I need the details to plan and prepare for remitting my income tax amount correctly.
          Kindly give me the full tds details as required at the earliest.

            Wen i tried to withraw rs 500 in my acount. No.352477 on 12 august 2017. 4; 55 pm. From the allahabad atm in narkhe. That time atm mashin is temparwarry sistam out off. So that i could not ricived any many nor ricived any riciept from the atm...
            But i chek the balance any atm afther an hour the balance didakted my acount...
            So i am ricvest you to teck necessry action.

              My name is uttam seema jain holding account number [protected]. I went to the atm to withdraw amount on 12th august but i got a message saying unable to process. I then visited other atms. I did not receive any cash while my account has been debited. I did not even get any message regarding any debit of my account. My account has been debited by 4200 in multiple transactions. Please address to my grievance and credit my amount to my account.

                  My husband Lt. SH. Sodan Singh was retired from Indian Army ASC Core. He was receiving his pension for the same under pension account no. [protected]. Unfortunately he died on 28/10/2016. The information of his death along with death certificate and required documents was provided to the Soldier board, district Mathura and State Bank Of India, branch Magorra, District Mathura. But even after completing all the required formalities i haven't received any pension after his death. The survival of myself along with three members of my family are fully dependent on that pension. Right now i am under loan from various persons and its threatening my livelihood. I have visited several times personally SBI Centralized Pension Processing Center, Chandni Chowk, Delhi to get their assistance in the matter. But I haven't got any relief so far.
                  Please do the needful and release my family pension along with the arrears of OROP(one rank one pension), So that i can sustain my livelihood.

                      The payumoney.com payment gateway has deducted an amount twice from my bank account for a failed the transactions that i have made for chandigarh university's cuims. Cuchd.in online fee payment gateway, now the payumoney is not refunding me the deducted amount back to my account, i am waiting for last 4 5 days and also i sent emails but i didn't get any response from your side. Now i want the deducted amount back to my bank account as soon as possible.

                        I am Gurjit Singh of Moga, Punjab. I am customer of SBI IFSC code SBIN0001775.
                        My account no. is [protected]. I have taken car loan account no. [protected].
                        I am giving emi on the correct time. Still the bank have charged me Rs. 575 for late emi 3 month (September, October,
                        November 2016). Regarding this matter I have consulted the bank manager for many time. But still there is no action regarding this. So I have to do this complaint. Kindly take proper action and solve my problem as early as possible.

                          Sir my a/c no is [protected]. I visited 12.08.2017 at atm college road junagadh and then kalwa chock onsite. Then i visit other atm junagadh. I entered money 6000, then 6000 at atm college road junagadh. Then i entered 6000 then 5000 then 4000 at kalwa chock junagadh. Then entered 6000 rs at atm near busstand junagadh. I not received the money any atm
                          . One time reverse 6000 rs but then not received. And shown the transaction. Please sir do something, i reverse my money.

                            I took a loan before 10 years ago of rs 14000 and that time i was a student but now i am doing a good buisness and i settled 14000 loan in 5600 now i want to take a loan for purchasing bike and the bank system show as overdue amount of rs 11000 so, i want to close my overdue amount for a good civil, so how should i proceed for this..

                              I would like to highlight the problems faced by the customers of sbi. After the merger of associate banks, the quality of service of sbi has gone down drastically. It is very sad to say that people are spending hours together to update their pass books to know their balance lying with the bank. As a teacher of accounts, i had suggested the banking authority to give vrs to those employees, performing below par. Please look at the performance of employees before granting monetary or non-monetary incentives. How many hours.. Our people spend in govt. Offices, banks etc. To execute their plans... Please make indian banks competitive by re-skilling the present workforce.

                                I have transferred amount of 80000 on 9th august 2017 to india for some family emergency purpose. Its been 5days over, but still there is no confimation message from bank side and amount was not credited. Pls let me know the status of the transaction. Its little bit emergency too for my family..                                   My SBI Credit Card No.[protected] and the name mentioned on the card is: HARIVANI GOUR. Date of Expiry: 04/20 Registered Mobile: [protected].

                                  On[protected] I had received messages on my mobile from SBI Card team regarding online transactions done on my card through net banking, without my knowledge. All those transactions done are in Foreign Currency (Dollar & Euro).
                                  All these transactions done on[protected] during 9:30pm-10 :00pm (Indian Standard Time), wherein I was sitting in my home at Indore. I haven't received any OTP for the transactions, and I didn't share any personal details to any one. I had only received messages of Debit transactions on my cared.

                                  Kindly register my compliant and do the needful.

                                  I have also lodged complaint with SBI customer care, service request no. for which is:[protected].
                                  Also in Cyber cell, Online dept. for which the complaint no is: #2711.

                                    Dear team

                                    This is in regards to my sbi advantage plus card - [protected] which was offered to me on my savings account : [protected]

                                    I paid inr 25, 000/- for fixed deposit and used card around more than 4 years.

                                    This year in may 2017 i applied for simply click credit card and got it approved.

                                    I decided to close my sbi advantage plus card - [protected] as i did not want to use two credit cards of the same bank simultaneously.

                                    I called customer care on 3 jun 2017 and requested to close my credit card and release fix deposit.

                                    Around 15 days later i received message that your query/complaints have been resolved.

                                    To confirm again i called customer care and asked them to release fixed deposit they told me that all the lien have been removed and advised me to visit my sbi home branch where i am maintaining savings account to get it released from branch.

                                    I visited branch which is in green park extension new delhi and requested them to release the fd amount. They tried to release amount but unsuccessfully. Even assistant branch manager came to check my account and concluded that there was somethings wrong with fd account and advised me to contact sbi card.

                                    When i called sbi credit card customer, executive apologised for the inconvenience and told me that lien was not removed. He told me that he as initiated to remove lien and it will take further 15 days. Later after 14-15 days i received message that your query have been resolved.

                                    Even last week i contacted sbi credit card customer care and asked your executive what to do to release my fd. Again he told me that there was no issue i just need to visit branch and get it released. I trusted him and visited branch on 7 august 2017 and directly contacted assistant branch manager. He referred my case to one of bank employ.

                                    When that guy could not release the fd i again went to branch manager.
                                    This time branch manager personally checked my account and tried to release the fd and spent more than half an hour to do so. But all in vain.

                                    Then he firmly told me that this particular fd cannot be released from his branch because fd was not issued from the branch.

                                    Even he told me if i present him fd hard copy still he would not be able to release the fd

                                    I again contacted sbi card customer care, again they are telling the same story that there is no problem from their side and ask me to visit bank

                                    Being one the topmost bank of the country they are doing like this. I am really disappointed from their services.

                                    I request you to please look into this and do the needful.

                                      On saturday 5th aug, i had deposited 3000 rupees in cdm at shivajinagar, pune. It gave me receipt of sucussfull. But on my account it didn't get credited. Since satarday i didn't check amount i had waited for long time for gaining amount, but i didn't get. Please see this problem as early as possible i am in big trouble now. Thank u

                                        On 16.07.2017, total amount of rs. 80, 000/- was fraudulently debited from my account without my knowledge. The said amount was withdrawn/ transacted at sbi atm hfnc[protected] patpargunj, new delhi through total 5 nos. Of transactions, which are checked & found in my online banking portal.

                                        To my surprise, i was present at my residence at mathura refinery nagar, mathura on 16.07.2017 & my debit card was also available with me at the time the said fraudulent transactions were made at delhi. Further, to my knowledge, i have never disclosed my atm pin to anybody.

                                        Sir, i am a salaried person and have lost my hard earned valuable money because of no reason and this is a matter of serious concern to me & my family.in view of above, you are earnestly requested to recover my fraudulently debited money by finding out the details of transactions made as given above. Hope a prompt action will be taken from your side in respect of above.
