      I was holding sbi credit card number :[protected]

      Name: dundu leela naveen kumar raja

      My contact number as per old records: [protected] and my other contact number: [protected].

      Card settlement is made for 15000 rupees paid on may 6th 2017, still the records are not updated in the cibel account and sbi manager has promised and told it will be done in 40 days but cibel score is not updated and its very low. Its effecting me.

      Sbi manager has given one mail id : [protected]@sbi.com to send a mail if i face any issues or cibel record is not updated.

        Sir,

        I am a prevelaged customer of sbi. I am having current account in sbi, coimbatore branch for the past 10 years. I have availed a car loan also.
        I have paid the loan for 5 years promptly and now want to avail a loan for a two wheeler for my son. The loan manager says sbi gives loan only to super bikes costing more than 5 lakhs.??? While the bike which i intend to purchase is for rs 1.5lakh. This is truly a service default to a sbi customer. I am asking can everybody want to open account in sbi can everyone afford to buy a super bike.
        Is sbi giving loan only to rich

          I am trying to register a complain to toll free which was not possible beacuse i am a icici bank customer.

          While trying to withdraw rs 2000 from

          Near karuvallur maraiyamman koil, udayampalayam, coimbatore
          On thursday 27 july 2017 morning 6:11am, while dispensing cash there was a power failure. Money is already debeted from my account.

              I submitted papers for maturity of fd on today to sbi s v raod, near chincholi phatak malad west (Micr[protected] and requested to transfer the amount to my punjab national bank account but officer concerned told me that we can not transfer the amount thru neft and we will issue banker's cheque on your cost. How bank can compel me to accept banker's cheque by paying heavy charges. Private bank icici transfering fd maturity thru bankers cheque without any charge. It is immoral and illegal and anti customer, and when our prime minister appealing to make transaction thru electronically then this system of sbi is very highly objectionable. Please arrange to instruct sbi not to charge for bankers cheque for fd made at their bank or transfer the amount thru neft. Fd no. [protected], [protected], [protected]

                I went to sbi atm on 30th june 2017 near mahindra world city. I tried to withdraw the 6000 rs. I received time out error so i did not get money from machine. But i received message from icici bank as your account xxxx has been debited with inr 6000".
                Three times i had to complaint regarding this issue at icici bank. They took 30 days for this issue. After that they replied you have to complaint against sbi for this issue.

                I don't know how to proceed/ handle this issue. How i will get my amount?
                Please suggests me.

                They don't treat the customers in the proper way. And now i believe that its a scam. They are total cheats, cheating on the common peoples' income. I've decided to close my account.

                Please give me solution for this issue

                please check with once in your side . sure i am not received any amount from the machine but i received only debited message only.
                I received call from ICICI bank after request submit on consumer complaint portal but my amount was not received. ICICI bank was raised the request for the same but still this problem was not resolved.

                I had the transaction with SBI ATM on 2 times but I received time out error in SBI Machine and I received a amount debited message.

                I guess this problems was happening on SBI ATM machine only so please check your side and also check with ATM CCTV footage also.

                can you please do the final checking with ICICI BANK AND SBI Also...
                The amount was revesed.

                it was took 2 month reversal time and stress also...

                this issue was happened on sbi or icici bank side I don't know

                I am unable to paid credit card bill for this time period because the my amount was locked they charged for late fee 750+GST, overlimit fee 500 and extra interest charges for 830 + GST. They charged for totally 3000.

                I don't know what was the logic for this ?

                This two Month I am facing stress for financially And has charged for extra amount means how could I managed .

                I asking for icici bank people your reversed that amount again taker from extra charges.

                I am not earned amount easly so please consider my problems and waiver of extra charge means it is great helpful my situation.

                  Sbi tata card skipping the monthly bills and put unnecessary fines, not giving proper statement and bills on monthly basis,

                  Intentionally they will skipped the initial bills for some months and they will give the consolidated bills with the fines,
                  How the customer can pay the amount without bills?

                  They will have a very undefined interest rates,

                  And if we paid the minimum balance don't know how they will get into the principle amount, they are doing the robbery.

                      I am your state bank customer. And i have applied for loan to sbi. But in my cibil report shows i am guarantor for my friend of rs.2 lacs in 2004 and now this account is npa. And that's why sbi refuses to sanction loan to us. I need information that if borrower closes his npa account through ots/compromise.. Will sbi can sanction me loan after getting no dues certificate from borrower bank. After collecting no dues certificate from borrower bank is their any liability of me (Guarantor) in future because borrower is closing his account permanently.

                        Just to update, this happened in SBI Malleswaram branch ATM.
                        ATM withdrawal was timedout on 1st August 2017 @3.55 for an amount of 1500 and 1000, tried twice. It was failed twice aswell and the amount was debited from my account, totally 2500. Not credited back to my account even after 24hrs. Please look into this complaint ASAP and revert back on same.
                        Sir, I have not received sbi credit card but charges came rs.5706
                        this is in justice, without receiving card why shold I pay money

                          On 28th june 2017 19 purchases has been fraudulently made and thank you messages were received in my mobile from google. None of the purchases were made by me nor i received any otp for any of those purchases. Every time i make any purchase i authenticate with the otp received. But how google has authorised nineteen such purchases through debit card. Please investigate and credit the amount to my sbi account.

On the date 01.08.17 the treasury office had passed the wage bill but the salary was deposited by the bank on 04.08.17, on the date of 02.08.17. With that, the penalty on the amount to be deducted from the said account dated 02.08.17 would be 295, 295 and 590 of the penalty.                               कोषाधिकारी द्वारा वेतन बिल दिनांक 01.08.17 को पारित किया ।बेंक ने खाता सं.[protected] मे वेतन दिनांक 04.08.17 को जमा किया ।जिससे उक्त खाते से दिनांक 02.08.17 को काटी जाने वाली किश्त पर राशि 295, 295 कुल 590 की पेनल्टी लगा दी ।बेंक द्वारा समय पर यानी बिल पारित के अगले दिन राशि उक्त खाते मे जमा की जाती तो दिनांक 02.08.17 को 590 रुपये की पेनल्टी नही लगती ।पेनल्टी राशि उक्त खाते मे जमा करे।

                                Hi 12500 deducted from my account today.. Acc no [protected].
                                Dad flat sarai. New delhi at 8:30 pm. Today (05/08/2017). I entered 10000 got message that 12500 has been deducted.. Regestered a complaint with customer service.
                                They told me they will check and if they will refund within 7 working day.
                                I just want to ask i. M jobless. I. Dont. Have money.. I have my liabilities need to pay rent.. Need household things. I earn just 15000 by doing some part time job... O just want to ask to the bank and to our honerable prime minister... Who will take care of my liabilities for 7 days... Whi will feed my family... Its not my mistake... I just tried to withdraw... So why the bank says 7 days... Who will. Feed me. And my family... The customer service are pathetic and rude...
                                We have to keep minimum 5000 to sbi or else they will deduct money.. Or now they deducted 12500.. And now my acc bal was near about nil... So. Plz tell. Who is responsible for that... Its my money... Why 7 days then to resolve the issue.

                                  I received the saman praday letter on date 24/05/2017 which i have attached it's come from state bank of india city branch rewa (Madhya pradesh) to give the item on be half of quotation to the rajesh tiwari, which take loan at sbi bank. First time i am given the item on be half of saman praday letter then i meet the sbi branch manager it say you give the material and bank pay the amount within 3 day and have order he material...
