Iam very sorry to say that, i never found this much ridiculous behaviour of employees. Not only issue they dont even care the old people.
1. I have submitted to provide my cheque book they provided cheque book with other account no.
2. I requested for change of address atleast ten times, no response
3. Finally i asked to cancel my account. I applied for cancellation of account one week back still now no response.

Try to resolve the problem as early as possible.

    With reference to the above my account on 02/05/2017 i wash enter to thanjavur, yagappa nagar, indian bank atm for withdrawal of rs.5000/- in above said account. Amount debited in my account but cash not released i wash report to the consent banks so for i am not received the above amount. Already send complaint letter to sbi ii nd floor 6, rajaji salai, chennai-600 001. And received the acknowledgement on 13/06/2017. Please do the needful at an early date.

      I have an account with you and my fd was getting matured so i went to collect it. I had face the worst experience of service industry your are extremely rude and non co operative. After knowing my problem also they did not give me the cheque just because the brunch head was not available. I had to come everyday just to collect my won money and today being hopeless i placed a complain and requested them to close my account.

        Subject: in-charge dispute "never refund process"

        Mr

        Amazon's refund of 995 was successfully processed on may 23, 2017, at 12.53 pm in its account successfully. This amount should have been deposited in my sbi account till now, but till now i have not received a refund. I have called the state bank of india customer service and have emailed to the state bank of india, all the details several times with unique transaction reference number, but no one has solved this problem or has not solved it.. No action is being taken
        I have confirmed with amazon and have successfully processed the refund please go through the charge dispute email, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to find out the return. My return amount number -123481 my account number is [protected]

            Yesterday at 10.34 am (7 th august) monday sanskar nagar sbi atm 1000 (One thousand rupees only) was debited from my account[protected] name nilesh m thacker saving account.

            In fact power went off i waited for almost 45 minutes for power to resume but power did not come. Money was not dispensed from atm but still account was debited

              Dear sir / madam

              With reference to the above mentioned subject, i would like to state that i am a customer of your respected bank having its branch at bali nagar, new delhi-110015. My account no. Is [protected]. I would like to complaint about the unauthorized debit of ecs for my saving bank account without my permission or knowledge and charging of interest and charges for the same.
              I have taken a two vehicle loan form a private financier named hero fin corp in the month of august, 2014, whose ecs was supposed to be debited to my above mentioned bank account from september onwards. Unaware of the fact regarding submission of ecs mandate form i have not submitted the same with bank due to lack of details from my financier. The bank has not honoured my despite the availability of funds in my above mentioned account 20 ecs (Approax) out of a total of 24 ecs and charged me with ecs return charges over the period when the funds fell short. The suddenly without my knowledge and authorization the branch started honouring the ecs from april, 2016 onwards (Point to be brought into consideration is that ecs mandate from was never submitted by me to the branch). Due to which i have suffered a double loss of funds and my credit worthiness as i have been charged at both the ends. I have visited the branch several times by resolution was not provided at all.

              The height of patience have exhausted when during this month the bank has honored the payment of rs. 200 and charged me with the ecs return charges regarding the above mentioned financier however, my loan has been completed in august, 2016. I have not availed any other loan or anything.

              I am not able to understand how the bank has made the payment when no ecs mandate form has been submitted or with any instruction form my end.

              Kindly look in to this matter and taken necessary action and provide me with a reasonable solution.

                During the year 2016-17 SBI Branch Srinagar (Branch code 00722) deducted Rs 13, 169/- asTDS but are showing Rs3, 636/- only as TDS. I am requesting repeatedly for issuing correct form16 for uploading my income tax return but of no avail. My form 16 may be issued to me depicting correct amount of tax deducted so that I can file my income tax return which is already delayed. Information may please be conveyed on my mail address.

                Manager SBI Branch Srinagar has not responded so far. It appears as if there is no one to look into affairs of the Bank.

                      I had purchased products from sasma shoppee, angappan niken street, manady, chennai-600001. The bill value of the products was rs=676/- i had produse credit card of hdfc the mearchant ask me to pay surcharge of 2% which i had asked about rbi guidlience they ignored and as per notice was displayed in back of the billing counter by the merchant to pay the surcharge any payments made through any card. He had swiped the amount of rs=689/- including surcharge of 2%. This is not the first time they collected the surcharges on my earlier purchace also. I may request your goodself to kindly take up the matter with the sbi, chennai to take appropriate action towards the merchant. The copy of bill and c/card slip attached below.

                              Myself... I went to bank for replacement of new atm and after received i went to atm machine then after following the instruction to get otp. I got otp but when i am going to change the pin through banking it shows unsuccessful
                              Only not me here many uncountable guys are suffering for this when i talk to branch staff he said it's having problem to pin change when u r using reliance so plz change the network and use any other.
                              And if submit a request to change the phone number it will take more than 6 month.

                              I need to say that plz do something for this bcz the previous system was lengthy but not harassment like this now the days the system is advanced but it's having failure for customer. Why this is happening while atm machine is providing money and showing balance except replacement /new case of atm card and pin.. Bansberia

                                  I have issued a ac payee cheque no 343894 dt 09.02.17 drawn from my sb ac, sbi, garfa br (01450) in favour of jyotirmoy dey for rs 28300/-. The ch was placed before sbi, bagmari br on 14.02.17 for clearance. With utter surprise, sbi, bagmari br informed j. Dey on 31.07.17 that the cheque could not be cleared due to signature mismatch. This is a humiliation and demation to me since i have never faced such thigs. The bank manager did not bother to contact or inform the customer. I want suitable action against the manager. The action should be intimated.

                                      Dear sir/madam,

                                      I am using sbi credit card. Recently i have transferred my other bank credit card out standing to sbi card, at that time i have asked for 6 months period which they have mentioned 7.5% rate of interest.

                                      Next month onwards they are showing total amount due, when i called up them they said with in 6 months i have to complete, that is the procedure. At that time they have confirmed that i have to pay around 13000/-. Then i have paid 30000/-. Based on their word.

                                      Next month i have received statement with around 3000/- interest/penalty etc. Again called up to customer care. They are telling that unless i complete total payment penalty will apply. Also confirmed that as per their rule apart from my conversion other purchases which i have done also applicable for interest & penalty.

                                      Same month i have completed total outstanding (More than that). Next month statement i have received again 2000/- of interest/penalty. When i called up they are telling that i have made 104/- less payment so that penalty charges have been applied.

                                      I want to approach on them legally & close the card. My contact number is [protected]. Stationed at hyderabad. Please arrange your contact details or guide me for the same.

                                        I am aditya dey sarkar. I have a home loan account with sbi manekbauk, ahmedabad branch. On 2nd august i just checked my home loan statement online and found that the interest amount generated from may is greater that than it supposed to be.
                                        I brought this matter to sbi's notice. They identified it as a technical problem.
                                        But no one is resolving the same and been long time no one is responding from sbi.
                                        So finally i am writing it down here. Hope to get response.
                                        State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
