I was using the sbi credit card for more than 1 year.

I am facing difficulty in month on month they putting unknown charges.

I was totally upsetted with this card also customer care not resposible to answer this questions.

Last month i have paid 40, 554 after that i have not purchased any items.

But the balance now showing 37000 how it become 3000 reduced without any information.

Refund the amount you added to my account.

    I got a call from a person named as neha sharma from phone no. [protected] representing sbi credit card department from delhi. She offered discount on credit card instead of reward point. Fraud person told me all my details such as. Card last 4 digit no. — 1234 my registered mobile no./last payment/ due amount etc. He offered me new credit card from which i can avail 20% discount on any purchase from credit card. He also told me that, as a reputed customer bank is offering some gift of rs.7745/- with discount card (Shoes, shirts and one cash voucher of rs. 500) will be delivered to your correspondence address in next fifteen days and the amount for such will be paid through emi of rs.700/ moth for 12 months. He asked me my card number, cvv/and otp to register my discount offer credit card and done fraud of rs. 7745/- on dt. 09-06-17 with the name of ptm*rewards style ".

    Please take the disciplinary action against"rewards style" whose are associate with this kind of fraud people and help me to get the amount back to my credit card account.

Me aaj bank me cash deposite krne ke liye gya to pahli baat to bank me cash load krne ki sleep available nh hai ar jab mene meneger se transaction par lagne wale charges ke bare me pucha to darect bolti hai ki hamri bank ke sare rules aapko follow krne padege per transaction par charge lagega ye abhi sbbj nh hai sbi hai aur me sbi se hu agar aapko hamari bank se kuch issue hai to aap account close karwa sakte ho... Mera dimag abhi bhi khrab hai aur mujhe jaldi hi sbi se account close karwana hi padega

        This is inform to you i submitted my atm application on 5 june, 2017 in unnao city branch uttarpradesh. Branch manager told me you will get your atm after one month or one and half month. On 2 aug 2017 i called sbi main branch customer care number and he told me there is no application status of my atm application. That means my application was not forwarded to main branch. Please take necessary action related this issue.

          I am sanwar mal achara i have a a/c in sbi ratangarh (Churu) branch my a/c no. [protected] i tried to withdraw for 10000 around 15:55 date 1/08/2017 then atm machine show display is sorry unable to process. I not get any money and i checked atm after an hour deduct the money 10000 from my account
          I don't get refund any money in my account after 24 hours so sir help me.

            Starting from sbi (Previous sbm) 6th sector brach manager mr. Balasubramaniyam ([protected]) never respond to customer calls and always he wanted the customer to visit for even very small works, which can be resolved simply by answering the calls. From the day of his transfer to this branch, he feels that he is doing favour to the customers by working here. The landline number ([protected]) also never answered to any calls. Even if the business documents submitted on time, it never gets updated to the system without personal visit to the bank atleast 2 to 3 times. Since the head of the bank branch behave irresponsive, rest staff also follow the same pattern. But everybody says they are very busy and less staff at branch. Looks to be all nonperforming personals are being dumped in to this branch. Please do necessary correction at the earliest.

            The previous manager mr. Jayashankar ([protected]) was very cooperative and with helping nature. I am sure during his tenure, the customers were happy and also the bank might have grown much better. Need such personal as branch head for better growth.

                31 july i booked a train ticket of three persons by using master card but from sbi account money debited three time. Even 2 time tickets do not booked, in final stage of booking there was not showing two lower seat availability. Hence i cancelled final stage but i checked my account today and found money was debited three times. Please do some needful.

                  My atm card no. [protected] my a/c. No[protected]. Branch-dalhousie road pathankot punjab
                  I withdraw amounted 20000 rupees from my atm card in ghandi chowk pathankot on dt.31/07/2017 but i cant receive such amount from atm machine with power failure while it was dispensing cash. So please give me guidence. Money has yet not refunded to me by the bank yet

The same number was entered in my internet banking account and now i have to change that number. I know for every transactions a security password msg will be forwarded to that number, but i am not possessing that number. Now may i please request you to change my mob number to [protected] pl.

                      My saving account is deducted by 200 inr. On 29-jul-2017 with narration of debit sbigen pai sbign[protected].

                      My account number is[protected].

                      I just opened account on 28-jul and next day 200 in deducted.

                      I don't like this type o[censored]nwanted deduction.

                      If it is regarding insurance charges then i want to mention that i don't want any insurance.

                      Kindly revert my money.

                      Please do needful as early as possible.

                        Hello,

                        We work in cooperate office and cabs are provided by company. We are already tired with the 10hrs of work and your cops stop the car for 2 hrs and asks the person to pay the challan otherwise they will not let our cab to go. How will the driver pay the challan if he doesn't have money? He already cleared other challan and didn't knew about 2 challan which were applied yesterday and today's was the second. Can't you people give curtain time to pay the 3 challans? Rediculars services. You have to be known as people friendly. Why are we penalties for the challan
                        Can't you cops give some courtsey who are not even responsible for this.
                        I always had a negative opinion on police anf this is added one more...

                          1. I had deposited two cheques issued to me by the sbi (00153) - patna secretariat, sinchai bhawan patna secretariat, patna, bihar with as per details given below:
                          I. Cheque no. 146426 for rs. 11, 771/- dated 30.03.2017
                          Ii. Cheque no. 146438 for rs. 30, 000/- dated 31.03.2017
                          2. Both the above cheques were deposited in my sbi medical college aligarh 03570 e account no [protected] on 12.04.2017.
                          3 cheque no. 146426 for rs. 11, 771/- was returned to me with the statement "already presented".
                          4. The same i sent back to the issuing authority, director-cum-additional secretary, patna secretariat for necessary action along with the pink slip that was attached with the cheque and sent to me by speed post euo[protected]n.
                          5.in my updated passbook, i did not find any credit reflected for rs. 30, 000/- from the cheque no. 146438.
                          6. Till date this cheque has not been credited to my account.

                            Post merger of all sbi banks, they have raised minimum account balance criteria. They have also started leving account closure charges.

                            Post merger if one has more than one account, customer should be allowed to close the account without charges.

                            In no bank there are charges for closing account mainitained for more than a year.

                            Please remove account closure charges and change the minimum balance criteria. Rs 5000/- is too high. If one has multiple accounts post merger, one has to maintain minimum balance in all accounts.

                              Sir, i have saving account no [protected] in sbi rathdhana road lahrara sonipat (08492). On 20/06/17, rs 200/-deducted from my a/c for pai 4 lacs, but on 28/07/17, again 200/- deducted from my a/c for pai 4 lacs. Please do the needful to correct it. I shall be thankful for your cooperation. My auto deduction from a/c may also be cancelled for this insurance amount.

Now i knew that This is not a good service provider . I request all to don't make any type of policy in this company .

But this time bankrs are saiyng that your adress wrong so u are not geting it... I am going thee in bank more than 4 times till x card did not get it...                                       Today on 31st July 2017 at 20:15 I tried to withdraw 500 from my account. The amount has been deducted from my account but I didn't receive any cash.

                                      I submitted my forms to open an account in sbi Madar, Ajmer branch. And it was maximum a work of 2 days with passbook and net banking. But I'm very disappointed by the workers that they took 7 days to give me passbook and net banking and my atm is still left.
                                      I want to surrender my sbi credit card, it is not possible to run continue, please let me know the procedure of surrender policy of the card .I shall ever remain greatful to you.yearly fees of credit card is too high.
