Edu loan availed for my daughter edu in usa @13.25% interest from sbm & cleared all emi last month with out default, for which i am eligible for 1% interest wavier on my loan amount as per terms and conditions which is not settled as on date and close the loan account. Please do the need full and oblige. I have availed again for my son now for edu in sidney under the same co lateral security @ 11% interest, but now from axis bank they are ready take over the same with 9.5% to 10% please advise

The matter is that talwandi branch did not send c. I. F form to ferozepur punjab. Today when i take this above form as talwandi branch the managerr and its worker abusing me and uses bad words.           I applied for a home loan one month back and i was told that home loan will be sanctioned within 14 days of submission of application but till date no update. I am writing this after knocking all doors. I applied in the main branch of sbi at faridabad but loan will be sanctioned from sector-16 branch, faridabad. When i went to sec-16, the people are saying that its main branch's issue and main branch people are saying that its sec-16's job. I am tired after roaming in each of your branches. Moreover, the cheque provided to you have also been misused because at the time of legal formalities, i was asked for a cash payment which i made to the lawyer after consulting the sbi representative but now cheque has also been encahsed. I cant understand why double payment is being charged from me, when the loan is not being approved. Main branch, faridabad could have told me initially in case of any discrepancy so that i would have selected some other bank. Its really disgusting that after moving from pillar to post, there is no update. I am really shocked that in today's time also sbi people are behaving like this. Its my humble request to kindly update me so that i can move to some other bank as i have already paid 10% to the seller which is at stake. Please help me which i am expecting from you end so that i can move to some other bank in case sbi denies to provide me the loan.

            I have the account details of a person who i suspect is leading a visa scam/fraud. I have been recently offered a job by an hospital from usa and got tons of mails regarding my fast visa approval assistance from the us embassy in new delhi. I was asked to transfer money into an account after which my visa process will be started. I wasn't very sure of it so i dug deeper into this and realized that its a fraud as i found that the account details given to me was somewhere from north-east india, probably mizoram. Below is the exact sbi bank account details provided to me by the scammers:

            Please catch these scammers and make sure to stop them into fooling others!!! Arrest these #!!!

            Some thing is wrong at sbi mizoram too many fraud accounts being used and people money getting looted. Another account :[protected] with ifsc code sbin0007059 name lalrem ruati. Taking money in name of selling mobiles at low price. All ready FIR done but no action taken and money has not been refunded to me. Police says they cannot go to mizoram for my case.

              On 28.7.2017 at about 6pm i tried to book a ticket of vistara airways
              (Tata sia airlines ltd) through net banking. After observing all procedures required for net banking, the payment of rs 5166 has been confirmed by your bank (Transaction ref being igabspoha4) from my bank a/c no.[protected]. But the airways informed that they have not received payment due to some problems and no ticket was booked.
              Under the circumstances, i would request you to kindly arrange to refund the amount to my bank account.

                Dear Sir ( Higher Authorities ),
                My home loan with SBI is 4 years old, although I m regularly paying my EMI but when on 10.07.2017, I visited SBI sec 16, Faridabad ( Haryana ) - home loan branch for giving me List of Documents of my bought property which they are keeping as security, they started if & buts.
                Now according to the SBI new rules, only after approval of DGM ( area), they can give list of documents ( LOD ).
                Normal course takes 7 - 10 days but after passing 21 days & my personal 4 visits to bank ( my 2 leaves wasted ), they informed me that your request papers got misplaced, again fresh application & again waiting period.

                This is really disgusting that customer is asking for only list of documents ( LOD ) of property papers & bank is creating so much problem. A strict action should be taken against the person involved & delaying the process.

                My humble request to authorities pl look into it & do needful.

                    Sir,
                    I purchased one mobile phone (Lenovo k-6 power) on 19 jun 17 from dawar international electronics, sadar bazar, gurgaon for an amount of 10500/-.
                    The salesman swiped my atm debit card and asked for pin. I entered the same. I got one message from sbi vide trans id 481625 at 8:18 pm about using of my card for the amount (Rs. 10500/-). After a few minutes he told me that payment could not be received by them. Then he again asked for my card and swiped my card and asked for enter pin again. I entered my pin. After a few minutes i got another message from sbi for using my debit card for the same amount vide trans id 801096.

                    When i checked my account mini statement a few days later, i found deduction of same amount for one mobile phone purchase.

                    The mobile shop (Dawar international electronics) is not helping me. I am now in andaman & nicobar island. I am contacting them frequently but, they are taking my case lightly. I complained sbi also. But, no response from sbi till date.

                    Please help me and refund my money, sir.

                      This is a problem since last year with sbi credit card.

                      I was offered a card without any joining fee. I got 2 statements before the credit card was delivered to me and as soon as i received it got blocked.

                      After that i was told that i need to pay joining fee, in spite of confirming by sbi on phone that no fee should be paid. And again my card was blocked.
                      In the month of january 2017, i agreed for a lower value card, but sbi guys dont repoly for 15-20 days even after promising to response in 8 working days.
                      These sbi people kept on levying late fee and other financial charges inspite of agreeing on paying the amount what i have used.

                      I got threatening calls from collection department on saturday and sundays.

                      Now, after going through all the process, i was offered for reinstatement of the card. I paid 25900 instantly and later they cheated me by mentioning that it was only 70%of the amount (In spite of promising that i need not pay anything else.)

                      Again after receiving the card, i told them i am ready to pay the usage, but kindly refund all the late fee and financial charges as committed by them.
                      They again blocked the card and i again starting getting threatening calls from sbi.

                      Now, i have emailed nodal office and chairman 2 weeks for which i received automated response of 8 days reply which has not happened.

                      I emailed last week to ceo and customer head service for which i supposed to receive a reply in 2 days which again i haven't received.

                      I am maintaining the same stand of paying the amount used by me instantly after confirmation from your end on refunding the other financial charges.

                        Recently i got the internet banking kit. I was told that it takes 24 hours to access internet banking with the user id and password provided in the kit. But it's more than 1 week that i got the kit. I have been provided userid and while while accessing the ibs i was informed that i will gety my password in 2 weeks through post. Is it o. K.?

                        SBI has provided a link for online submission of form 15 G under e-services tab. This link seems to be just an eyewash and does not work at all. Trying to submit my Form 15 G since last 10 days. Whenever tried is says 'Sorry unable to process your request.' This is always expected from a Sarkari bank...

                                Sir, govt. Salary saving account no. [protected] of digp, parliament duty group is running at sbi kalkaji branch, new delhi (Branch code1578). Every month salary of parliament duty group crpf employees credited through ecs by debiting total salary amount received in above govt. Account from pay and accounts office, crpf, new delhi.
                                Sir, during the month of may 2017, branch manager was under training at panchkula and asstt. Manager present at branch was not in position to transfer salary of our unit personnel. During discussion, her behaviours with official was also very bad and l and said that we are not in responsible for that. Such reaction of a responsible person is annoying to our department. However it was the first chance for which salary of the whole unit personnel was not credited on last day of the month.
                                Sir, today representative of our unit reported at branch for transfer of salary of total 1475 employees for july 2017 with necessary cheques. But due to non availability of branch manager, asstt. Branch manager has again replied rudely/indecent and saying that the salary will not be transferred by today and it will be transferred after reporting of the branch manager.
                                Sir, kindly look into the matter personally and pass the specific orders to the concerned staff of kalkaji branch to co-operate with us and transfer the salary of parliament duty group personnel by today.
                                We will be highly appreciated for your kindness please.

                                  We had make a payment of 6447 on 21st July 2017. And now the HDFC bank didn't received it.

                                    Dear sir/madam,

                                    Fraudulent transaction took place on my credit card issued by sbi, without my approval payment was done. Now sbi is asking me to pay the outstanding, where as i have not done that transaction. It was informed to customer care and in fact customer care themselves informed me and asked me to block the card.

                                    How come i am now responsible to pay the outstanding due to fraudulent transaction??

                                      I mohammad afzal, have made the online payment of 400 rs. On 20th june 2017 for up btc. However i did not get the transaction receipt generated from sbi and the amount has been debited from my icici account. I humbly request you to kindly let me know the sbi transaction id/journal for this transaction so the i can proceed with taking the print of final application. Below are the details of my application. Please revert as soon as possible as this is related to my career.

                                      Also i have tried reaching the bank on almost 15 contact numbers and all the number are said to be invalid after dialing.
                                      Then i contacted sbi customer care and she gave me a number[protected] which can never be reached as this number is of 10 digit.
                                      As this is related to my career (My aspiration of being a teacher) i want the sbi bank to provide me the reference number for the aforesaid transaction or i will have to take legal action against it.
                                      State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        On 29th july 9.37 pm, i tried to use tmb atm to withdraw money from sbi card in tondiarpet chennai branch. Money didnot come and say it is blocked by bank. Sms received from sbi for deduction of
                                        1. Rs 10000/- at tmb atm no tmb00811 at 9.37 pm
                                        2. Rs 5000/- at tmb atm no tmb00811 at 9.39 pm
                                        Tried 2 times thinking 10 k withdrawal is not accepted by atm.
                                        Cum 15000 deducted from sbi ac no [protected]
                                        State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
