Dear sir/madam
This is to bring to your notice that my son choudhury harihar gajendra mohapatra was posted as branch manager at sbi nuahat branch, puri, odisha. He met with an accident on[protected] while going to office and expired. Being a holiday he was asked to go to the office to complete the audit work as audit was due on[protected].
He is the only son and survived by two old & ailing parents. No body is there to look after them.
The ppf and gratuity amount and other full and final settlement from is bank is still not done and the new branch manager mr debasish mohanty of nuahat branch is also not supporting and responding. Its been already 7 months and the settlement is still pending. Due to this only the old parents had to stay in that old house and unable to leave as all the official communications are being made at this address.
Hence request your good self to please intervene and try to resolve the issue at the earliest for which i shall remain highly grateful to you.

    Sir, my sbi account number is [protected] in allahabad university branch, allahabad. I lost my registered number, so i registered for updating my registered mobile number through sbi atm. The transaction shown was successful and i received a sms from sbi which included otp and reference number, which was to be send to number 567676 via sms from my new mobile number. I did the same but the message status says "not delivered".

    Please help me.

      Sir, i no[protected]a hav/clk (Acp-i, nb sub) was sanctioned rs 10029/- per month pension with effect from 01 jan 2015 after serving 26 yrs and 07 days service, whereas it is should be fixed at rs 10405/- per month and accordingly after multiplying by 2.57 it should be fixed at rs 26741/- per month with effect from 01 jan 2016, whereas i am getting rs 25775/- per month only. Rs 966/- and da on there less is being credited every month. My colleague no 13978920 hav/clk, acp - i c s khangarot who is also enrolled on same day and retired on same day is getting rs 26741/- per month pension.

      My record office army medical corps lucknow has also written a letter to your branch vide letter no 501032/pen/sp rev dated 06 jun 2017 to enhance my pension.

      My ppo no - s/46687/2016 (Army), pension drawing from - sbi jalchakki, rajnagar, rajsamand (Rajasthan) vide a/c no [protected] bank ifsc code no sbin 0030397.

      Kindly credit the correct pension alongwith arrears at the earliest please.

        Sir
        This has reference to my loan account no. [protected] of jalvihar society faridabad. I have sanctioned home loan from sbih dwarika branch, new delhi. After enquiry it has been informed that your home loan account is transferred to sbi janakpuri branch. I have sent mail to sbih dwarika branch for reimbursement of loan but there is no response from sbi since last one month.

        It is requested to take action at the earliest.

          I have paid complete settlement amount before time in may 2017, but till date i did not received my noc even after more than 60 days.
          I contacted your customer care, and all possible channel but did not got any valuable help. I have an emergency and not getting what i want on complete payment also on time.

          So please help me as soon as possible considering my urgency please.

            Sir/madam
            Account no:[protected] of p. N. B. Aerodrome circle withdrawl amountof 10000/ two times on[protected] at sbi atm janakpuri, mala road kota (Rajasthan), first time money received at 9.25.06am but second time money not received at 9.25.57 am but balance deducted.
            A comlaint on toll free no lodged immediately with sr no: m[protected] ; but on[protected], i received a massage that complaint was rejected by sbi.
            Hence please inquire the matter and refund immediately to avoid further litigation.

              I have transfered my sb a/c from tilak nagar br (70714) to calcutta main br (70248). But in my internet banking it is still showing tilak nagar br but the a/c has transfered to 70248.
              Recently i have opened two fd debiting the sb a/c, it is issued on tilak nagar.
              Now it is very difficult to give 15h and to add nominee from kolkata.

              Will you please look into the matter so that i can make all the operation from 70248. Now it is sbi sme park street br. Previously it was sbt kolkata main br.

                I request you to close my sbi credit card standing blance from my fixed deposit, due to i have closed my bussiness, hence i need not want to use my sbi credit card, i paid 2500.00, 10 months deposit, i have 25.000.00 in sbi credit card account. (Twenty five thousand) fixed deposit, my sbi credit card balance 17.500.00 make dedication from my fixed deposit remaining amount balance send to my saving account

                  Dear sir/madam,

                  My name is ajit kumar s/o mr. Arvind kumar (Account holder).

                  On dated 9th may 2017, i was trying to withdraw amount at sbi atm at new delhi railway station. First transaction of 20, 000/ (Txn no. 5867) is completed.
                  Again i made 2nd transaction for 20, 000/ (Txn no. 5868) having atm id - s1bj[protected], but i didn’t receive the money of 2nd transaction even though i received message that transaction has completed and amount of 20, 000/ also debited. After transaction problem i was wait there approx 1hr and check other person transaction.

                  At that point of time i have contacted sbi customer care and given all the details related to this transaction, they have provided me one complain-id ([protected]) where i have been regularly following up. After 10-12 days i received a message “claim rejected your transaction successful and relevant document send to your home branch”. I immediately went to home branch and contact to bank staff, he told me submit a written complain letter. Then i submitted a written complaint with all the details of incorrect transaction (A copy of the complaint is attached with this mail).

                  After few days bank staff said to me your transaction is successful and we can’t refund your amount.

                  I again contact customer care but received same type of reply.

                  I have put every effort to get back my hard earned money of rs. 20, 000/. I was really needy of that money but instead of putting every effort i could, i did not get my money back.

                  Now i am really fad up with the customer care executives of sbi bank and their reply.
                  I would really like to get back my hard earned money back.

                  I request you to please take this letter seriously and do my need.

                    Respecter sir,
                    My self ashwini, i am having a sb account number in sbi thane branch, i have lost my sim and mobile number. The same number was entered in my internet banking account and now i have to change that number. I know for every transactions a security password msg will be forwarded to that number, but i am not possessing that number. I forgot my inertnet banking password and now i am not able to get it. Please let us know procedure to change it, as my sbi branch is in thane and currently i am located in pune

                      My name is vishnu senan. Account no is [protected], izat nagar branch air force station bareilly uttar pradesh. From my above mentioned account rupees 59 has debited on 23 jul 17 and 47 rupees has debited on 27 jul 17. I don't know where the money has gone. I am using internet banking but in the mini statement the reason for the debit of money is not written clearly. So i am not able to understand the reason. So i would like to request your attention in this issue and i will expect your reply soon.

                        Our home loan No.. [protected] NAME G.Thirumeni N.Vasanthi the loan must be closed ON 10.5.2017 and the letter also given to RACPC -SBI. and the document also released it . but 15 Th of May 2017 again RS.3500/- is taken from my PNB A/c .by ecs clearance That`s way by bank balance is low against my issued 1 Cheque & 1 ECS OF LIC - is bounced so I am embracing and talk to RACPC/ Chief manager Cell No.[protected]. But he ask again requestation letter for ECS Closing
                        I say " already given the letter and released the document also
                        But he not answered properly
                        So kindly do the needful and send the amount to my PNB SB A/C -87876

                          I am a sbi debit card holder last month i was go to bigbazar (Lake mall) kolkata but there some your repersentative convence me about benifits of credit card and i agree with their views and i was willing to got a credit card and as per their reqiurment i am submitting my all documents to them (Last two month pay slip, my last six month bank pass book uptodate xerox, my addhar, pan, employee id card (Govt.) including 02 passport size photo) but on 27.07.2017 i have received a call from[protected] and told me to submit my last two month payslip abn bank pass book xerox because my credit card is ready without submitting this paper i dont get my credit card. Now i thing its not a corect procedure.

                            Form no 16a for the quarter october 2016 to december 2017 and january 2017 to march 2017 have not yet been issued inspite of several request physically. I have observed that some amount deducted as income tax have not been reflected in form 26 as issued from incometax. Hence i am in problem in submitting incomtax return.
                            Action may be taken at the earliest to issue form 16a for the aforesaid period.

                              I manharbhai k makawana having saving account (A/c. No.[protected]) in your sbi vrundavan charratsa branch (Branch code 11045). I have submitted a bank of baroda cheque (No.000343) of rs.50000/- on 18/07/2017. But this cheque was returned back to me on 19/07/2017 saying “out-chq return 39image not clear, present again with paper differ” at the same time deducted rs.177/- from my sb account (A/c. No.[protected]) as cheque return charges 343.
                              Now same bank of baroda cheque (No.000343) of rs.50000/- was collected, resubmitted on 20/07/2017. It got cleared on 24/07/2017 and amount was credited in my sb account (Clearing[protected].
                              In my case submitted cheque was rejected first time and same cheque was considered second time without any problem, which clearly indicates negligence of bank. This bank’s negligence cost me rs177\-. Hence i request sbi vrundavan charratsa branch (Branch code 11045) to repay/credit cheque return charges of rs.177/- to my account. This excludes mental trauma created to me and my client.

                                Dear sir,. I am explaining the hole matter once again. On 9/5/17, i was out of home for shopping for a family marriage, my mobile was at home. When i reached home in the evening, i got 6 messages from the bank, indicating that 6 transactions took place from my debit card amounting 60/-, 60/-.60/-, 60.1680/-, 2230/- for purchase of itunes. I was shocked, immediately, i blocked my card and contacted sbi customer care at [protected] and registered my complaints and got ticket no. [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected],[protected] respectively. And i was assured that my account will be credited for all the six transaction within 45 days. Now 5 ticket no. Are resolved and got my account credited, but ticket no. [protected] is closed without crediting my account amounting rs. 1680/-. I am asking for that amount to be credited in my account. I hope you are getting me now after explaining everything in detail. I want my money back..

                                    My name tungpha chama have withraw amount 2000 +2000 on same date from sbi longding branch 25/07/20017. Fro. My on account. But i have not received a 0 amount also but when i recheck my balance it shows that 4000 amount has been already withdraw.
                                    My location longding sbi branch.
                                    Sir our longding manager cant solve this problem. So i dont have any ideas as a customer please can u return it to me my amount on my account.

                                      Issue description: Challan payment did not credited to the account paid, towards the tution fee for admission into Engineering College at Hyderabad. Challan payment did not reflect agains the student account while submitting the challan online at https://tseamcet.nic.in/new/sbipayment_status_query.aspx, and the status is shown as "You have not paid the Tuition Fee in the Bank with entered Challan Number. Click on Allotment Order and enter the valid paid Challan / ATRN Number correctly."

                                      When approached the Branch Manager, she says that money already deposited to beneficiary account and there is no more information available at the branch. Later, to drilldown the issue, we had to go all the way to RBO Medchal from Kompally, which is at RTC Cross Roads, Hyderabad wherein the Chief Manager on duty was so kind and helpful in explaining the issue and cause also assured of the money is safe and may take some time for transaction to occur and credited to actual beneficiary. It took us almost a business day to obtain the information and not the resolution. It would have been better if the Branch Manager had ability to provide the helpful information to the customer when needed, that's where the position reveals the knowledge and expertise / skillset.

                                      Not sure how the SBI depute the Manager at the branch... is it just to occupy the chair or to serve the staff/customer with the knowledge they possess.

                                      SBI need to undertake more training and skill upgrade programs to all it's Branch Managers and Staff as well, with respect to the subject knowledge integrated with IT and Customer Service/ Support for every transaction that happens at the branch in a polite manner. Keep up Banking, Keep up India.

                                        I have sb ac no[protected] in sbi main branch Kurnool.cifno [protected].iam issued internet banking kit no C[protected] a week ago.but till now it is not activated.
