On 20/7/2016 i opened online rd from my account from my saving bank account in pune main branch, i have opted for 1 year term for rd, i don't know what happened rd not continued from next month, due to my official buzy schedule (Work in delhi supreme court bench regarding state water disputes) i also not remembered regarding rd, when i was in delhi i got a message on 14 jul that your tdr/stdr no. Xxxxx737667 dated 20/07/2017 naturing on 20/07/2017. Please give instructions or else the deposit will be rolled over for, after i reached pune & when i was visited bank on 26 jul, the lady at counter no 7 told me that no such rd is on your account, i requested madam see again message sent by bank may not wrong, she said forget rd & msg may be wrong due to typing no. Mistake, but i don't believe, madam called me when i was left the bank towards my office, she accepted that rd is there but partly brakeout, then i saw the my bank details & i shocked that bank has taken arount rs. 1404/ from my rs.10, 000/- & balance 8596/- deposited in my account on closing my rd account. Bank has used my 10000/- & without giving any intrest to me above amount of rs.1404/- deducted from my account, kindly requested to look into the matter & do the needful action & deposit my same amount into my account immediately.

    My cibil report is not updated by the branch still after 2 months. As well as the civil officials are giving reminders to the bank regularly. As i have raised a dispute complaint on the cibil forum. Bank - sbi uit br. Bharatpur rajasthan 321001.ac. No[protected], ac. Holder's name - rajendra singh mob. No [protected], address-304, krishna nagar bharatpur rajasthan-321001. Actual amount deposited which have to be entered in the cibil report=293236, account closed on date=22/5/17... Without any settlement... Please help me to update my cibil report as soon as possible. Thanks

      Fraud happen with my wife sbi. Branch in bara bazar bareilly it/s been 37 days no action has been taken yet by the bank and staffand regional office. I am send on sbi, on line complaint no response so please help me in this matter as soon as possible because i m suffring from cancer dises. So please look at the matter as soon as possible.

        Dear sir/madam
        A refund of 576 rupees was successfully processed on 25 june 2017 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by 4-5 july 2017, but i did not received the refund.

        I have called the state bank of india customer service they said we cant check anything from reference number and also visited my sbi branch with the reference number provided by amazon but nobody checked anything no action is being taken.

        I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund.
        Please check my issue

        My self mukesh kumar paswan . I have an account in state bank of india lucknow university branch.In 19 july 2017 early morning at 07: 45 am i have receive an email. and i was lost 2000 rupee in my account through ATM and my ATM was allredy with me.
        Sir please ragister me in sbi quick my mobile no is [protected] and my ac no is [protected] please ragister me
        I took personal loan in 2016 with floating rate of interest. Present interest charged for me is 12.4%. But i found many of our friend customers are giving rate of interest 11.5% for the same personal loan of same bank sbi. I will be happy to know the reason why it is happening.

          Sir, i have made two attempts to pay my airtel mobile bill online for rs.740/- through sbi mobile app.

          1. On 10 july - id no: fh40736941 for which i received a text message stating operator service unavailable and amount if debited will be reversed soon (Refer tss 1).

          2. On 11 july - id no: fh40798649 for which i received a text message stating that my request is under process (Refer tss 2).

          On 19 july, i received rs.740/- as a refund of one reverse payment id no: fx[protected]Refer sbi ss). What about the other payment? I couldn't avail any help for this thru any medium. Please help.

          My another question is why there is an unusual delay in processing the reverse payment? It should be made within a time frame of not more than 3 days. Please help.

            Dear sir,
            I am having an savings bank account in sbi maroda utai branch, bhilai (Ifsc:sbin0006995), i have opened another savings account at bhilai plant area branch (Ifsc:sbin0002833) on the month of sept-2016, after that my cheques issued from maroda branch are continuously dishonoured giving the message (Connectivity failure). My three cheques dishonoured they are as follows.

            Bajaj allianz dt-30.12.2016 amt - 6982 penalty - rs-250
            L. I. C of india dt-02.05.2017 amt - 9411 penalty - rs-155
            Oriental bank of com dt-24.07.2017 amt - 1000 penalty - rs-590

            I have disscussed the matter to the branch manager, he told that due to c. I. F mismatch this is happening he told me to close one account. I have closed the plant area branch account on 19.07.17 after then also my cheque is dishonoured. I am paying penalty again & again without my fault i am helpless and i request you to please solve my problem and return back all the amount which i have paid against the penalty, please relief me from this mental disturbance.

              Hello sir,
              Firstly, my debit card was blocked by sbi because of some security reasons. After they alloted me new debit card but still i havent received my card. Neither i got any mesaage nor any call regards my card. Plese help me to get my card. I must say sbi is not good when customes need help. Never they help. They even do not work proprely. I moved to my branch post office. So many times but they didnt helped me any time.
              My sbi atm card was rissued to me last october i. E., october 2016.

              Still i am able to find out or trace my card. Please kindly inform my contact no [protected].

                I today 26/07/2017, i was called by a lady and informed she is calling from mumbai office and she want to renew my sbi reward points, and asked for debit card verfication and deduced amount of rs. 2000 for idea money purchase on pos ideamoney at ideamoney txn #[protected]. My sbi account number is [protected], name chitra s, thennampalayam branch. I have blocked the debit card immediately, again there is sms that transaction was declined at atm saanf006.

                        I have made transaction to paytm (Refno - ophpg546597) using debit card on 26th march 2017,
                        But the transaction got declined by the bank even after maintaining the sufficient balance and money also debited which is completely unexpected.

                        I have complaint 5 times to customer care (Complaint no:-[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]) regarding the issue. Every time the complaint is closed with some different reasons but still no response and the amount is not yet credited back to my account. As spoken with the branch manager he clearly mention cannot help me on this issue.

                        Also contacted to the paytm they did not received any amount. Please refer attached mail screenshot from paytm.

                        Kindly look into this issue as this is pending since last four months.

                        Please find the details below and attached copy of declined sms by bank.

                            I have paid my bill of credit card to the agent of sbi credit card and he give me the sbi receipt of bill (Recpt no 8711654). And he not submit the amount to the credit card office, after that credit card officer call me to paid your bill but i told him that i have paid all the bill then they said that you have not cleared your bill. Please help me out. Due this my cibil score down and i am not even getting loan. And i am contacting to grivance officer of sbi.

                                  Dear sir/madam,

                                  I have been running around so much for the mclr interest rate conversion. There is never proper guidance around this. No one picks up the phone and they keep sending me from one branch to other saying they are not incharge/authorized in doing certain type of work.

                                  I have been taking my application from my home branch (Where loan was issued, sbi basavanagudi, bull temple road) to another branch for a signature from manager.
                                  And also been told that i need to check for the completion of the signature and dispatch of the application, by myself, take it and come back to home branch and submit it.

                                  This is so unprofessional and unexpected from such a big sector of our country.

                                  Request the concerned authorities to look into the issue and address the same. I'am paying extra interest unnecessarily till this is resolved.

                                      Hello,
                                      I maintain an savings bank account in state bank of india at an ahmedabad branch. A few days back i had filled petrol which i usually pay with cash. Now that sbi has decided to deduct balance for not keeping minimum balance, i decided to keep my salary in this account and pay via internet. I had started to pay via cards. Today i received an sms saying an amount of rs 11.80 is debited from my account. When i checked online it showed following msg. [protected]dom surcharge/tips/rate diff dtd. So i called the customer care and asked them they told me that it was deducted for using card at petrol pump. So i don't understand when government is asking us to digital transaction rather than using cash. Also the free cash withdrawal is 3 times in our city. Resolution i want is refund of the amount and no more charges for such transaction.

                                        I went sbi balotra main branch 10175 today dated 26 july 2017 time 11.00 i want to print my wife sbi pass book a/c number [protected]. Counter clerk tell me if you want to print this, give authority letter. Then i tell him that i stay hear from half an hour, you also print other person passbook, which your staff give inside without queue. After this one person from parihar and company come in manager cabin, he make her five passbook print from counter with personal relation of counter clerk. This is diffrent behavior from customers. Ur employees charge a DUPLICATE PASSBOOK charge 177 and 59 rupees. I don't need duplicate passbook I have old passbook.which was over with entry. Is it Ur service.before I take entry without any charge.UR employees behaviour was RUDE with me.
