Respected sir,
I had paid redbus through bhim upi app, the payment got debited but they did not get it. I immediately contacted their customer care and was told to contact sbi customer care. However even after complaining through online, email to upi support and calling the customer care. I am yet to receive my money even after two weeks

An official sitting at 15 number desk on 1st floor of the SBI (North Lakhimpur branch) used to give special preference to some customers by doing their work behind the desk and he also used to behave rudely when customers does any mistake in filling any required form.
I feel terrible by their service.
--SBI Bastards are charging to close our own account, these [censored]ers give loan to person like Malya and recover the amount from Common people..

This has to be addressed soon by Supreme court and get relief for us

Please make sure it is not a huge amount but u will be take serious and credit to my account as early as possible...       Please note that my complaint has been hurriedly closed as solved. I request sbi to represent my case again to canara bank as can be verified from details of my a/cno [protected]. How can one atm card be used twice in two different banks within a short span of time. I believe that an atm card cannot be used twice on the same day that is transaction no: 71661 for both the axis bank and canara bank transactions. Only the axis bank transaction was successful.

      The Two entries being referred to took place on[protected]. The entry says'ATM CASH 71661 KATRA FOR Rs 10000, and ATM CASH 71661 AXIS BANK LIMITED LU FOR Rs. 5000.Please note that the Axis bank transaction was successful and was necesiated due to Katra transaction failure. We are also aware that one cannot use the ATM card more than once on the same working day.
      Please get my money back.

        On 5th of july (Payment day) i rakesh tiwary having account in sbi (Telco, jamshedpur, a/c no.-[protected]) was using atm of canara bank (Atm id 0184w001) which is in kharangajhar, telco, jamshedpur, opposite of hanuman mandir. While transaction period power was cut off and no money was received but it was debited from my account. My amount was 2500/- i complain to the toll free number written in atm which was [protected] they said it will come in 24 hours but it has not come. After that i have complain to the sbi they have given complain ticket number [protected]and told they will take 7 days to resolve this problem.

        I have registered a complain on 6th of july my complain id is at[protected] i was told that within 7 days problem will be resolved but today is 23rd of july and till now i have not got my money. Whenever i call customer care they tell it is under process how many days should i wait. I am attaching every mail that i have sent till now

        Please tell to resolve urgently because i need the money urgent for this i will be gratefull to you sir/madam [protected]

            Few days ago i went to open an account in about bank nellore branch the guy came after 30 or an hour and when i told him that i want to open an account and he asked me for documents since my permanent address is of chennai and my current address is nellore he simply deny and said go to chennai he was asking for so many documents like where is your native how did you got addhar do you have passport etc i don't have pan card cause i have applied but didn't receive it so tell me what does that kind of behaviour mean they are acting like we steal your bank or something we are not that rich so wanted to save a little money so i need some account but you have no any idea how humiliating it was i told him my aadhar card is of chennai and he said udhar hi jakar khulwao...

Waha se file aapke bank state bank of patiala (Sri ganganagar) me submit krwai thi, 2 mahine se file process nhi hui hai. Last month bank me fill ka status pucha to bank employee mr. Manoj kumar ji ne btaya branch manager leave per h 21 days for training 27 june ko wapis branch me aayege then maine 4 july ko branch me fer file ka status pucha to mr manoj kumar or branch manager mr. Ajay kumar say fille this week process ke liye cell me jyegi for verification or cpv ke liye abhi tak koi status nhi hua fer 12/07/2017 ko branch me fer file ka status pucha to branch manager mr. Ajay kumar say branch has been shifted or file october se pehle dusri branch me send ne kr skte then file to 2 mahine se jyada ho geya isly maine 12/7/2017 ko file wapis zila udyog kender me bhejne ke liye application likh ke di thi or 2 din me file zila udyog kender me chali jyegi bola tha then last 2 day ago branch me pta kiya to fir branch manager leave per the isly fill abhi tak zila udyog kender me nhi bheji gyi aaj 19/7/2017 to branch manager mr. Ajay kumar ka call aaya 245 pm ke krib to branch me bulaya tha or bola ke application me kuch query shi krni h application me maine likha tha branch shift hone ke karn mere loan file me time bohot lag raha hai isly file zila udyog kender me wapis bheji jaye.
                But mr. Ajay kumar say is line ko application se remove kro tabhi file zila udyog kender me bhejege ese nhi bhejte. Mere file delay ho rhi h to application me wahi likhuga jo exactly hai or kuch kese likh skte hai or file zila udyog kender me bhejne se mana kar diya. Or bole jab time milege tab krege koi time nhi h kab process kre. File zila udyog kender me wapis nhi bhejnge aap application me se yeh line remove kro tab file wapis bhejege

                Or complain book mangne per complain book dene se mana kr diya or bole online complain krlo aapko jo karna hai wo karlo

                Mr. Ajay kumar has branch manager but aapke branch manager ko customer se baat tak nhi krni aati

                Please mujhe mere file ka status or mere complain ka revert jaldi chaiye asap

                  My name is mehulkumar patel and in sbi my account no. Is [protected], it is thasara branch of galteshwar dist.
                  Now sir, i would like to draw your attention at the atm fraud which happened to myself. So, as we know for making any transaction there will be an otp has been sent and after that payment could be done. So, i also got more otps at different amounts instead of 1 otp of 1, 000rs. And sir, that payment was done and i had lost my 19, 332rs. And this incidence was happened at 07/07/2017 with me.
                  After that i went at the sog they did only mails, and local police station and lcb refused that they couldn’t file a fir. I’m belonged from the middle class family where this money amount is too much valuable for me. So, i requested you sir, please find this and try to give me justice.

                    Sbi the public sector bank, of late has introduced charges for various services which include charge for not maintaining minimum balance and while introducing such charges no distinction is made between the pensioners (Senior citizens) and others which is quite disgusting. As a matter of fact, pensioners are not given either a minimum wages or a living wages, and what is given is "pension"and to insist minimum balance in the bank account of the pensioner is nothing but an act of cruelty, at least for many, if not all. May i request to exempt pensioners and senior citizens from the crux of this law.

                      I narendra kumar chaurasia having an a/c in the sbi lar, deoria uttar pradesh a/c no [protected]
                      When i tried to withdraw rs 10000 from my a/c [protected] on 22th july around 0800 pm from the hdfc atm kotwali road deoria at the time atm machine got out of service so that i could not recievd any money nor any reciept from the atm.
                      But when i checked the balance from the other atm the balance was deducted from my a/c.

                        My membership number is ia0859812 and my name is sudhakar. M. I have repeatedly told every year that i dont want this cpp protection plan. This year also i have received the renewal notice and the booklet.
                        Please cancel my membership. I am not interested in cpp. You are not authorized to take money from my card. This appears to be a fraudulent way of taking money from the public.
                        If you are not resolving my case, this time you will be prosecuted in the consumers court.

                        After making the complaint, i have received a call from the following number it is [protected] stating that he is from CPP and asked for the credit card number, he said that he wanted the full card number and the cvv number, for verification. i asked him why he wanted the cvv number, he told me it is for a verification. and in few mints lot of transactions were made on my card to the tune of 30000 and he wanted the otp number, which i bluntly refused. Then he scolded me in bad language and left. So the CPP people are fraudulent and needs a legal prosecution. Please help in this regard.

                          Provide emi facility
                          Sir i a simply save credit card and my monthly statement generate date 16th of every month. My 1st statrlement generate on 16.06.2017 then i try to pay in emi facility. But i could not do, and i request to coustmer care for emi on 24.06.2017. They couldn't salve my card problem. Then again a sent request on 3.7.2007 but no result. My second statement generate on 16.7.2017 again i sent request for transactions amount pay in emi but no result and today i. E on 22.7.2017 i received a messages you can't pay outstanding amount in emi you paid all outstanding amount in cash. Sir now i unable to pay outstanding amount in cash. Sir please give me emi facility.
                          Credit card take for you purchase big and amount pay in emi facility. If emi facility not available in credit card so why i take credit card.

And then i have created account in sbi internet banking. It was okay but i used to transfer payment to another sbi account that time my internet banking account was showing that you have only viewing rights. You can't transfer payment that time i have contacted branch manager mr. B. N veram four times but he has done nothing. I have internet banking account but i can't transfer mony from that account. Please inform that branch to solve my problem. I am highly greatfull. Thank you

                              I the undersigned would like to bring to your notice that since 19th of may, 2017 - few of the cheques presented by me, got dishonoured and the reasons mentioned are not explanatory. I have approached the branch manager each time but he has failed to tell me the real reasons/facts. Please see attachments for the reasons specified.

                              Below is the table mentioning the cheques presented by me since 19th may, 2017 and few of them were cleared whereas few dishonoured. I would request you to investigate in this matter and bring out the facts without any further delay.in spite of sufficient balance in my account and kyc compliant, i fail to understand the reason for dishonor.

                              So far, i have suffered a loss of rs.1165/- and is worried now to present cheques to anyone. I am forced to transfer my balances to my other sb account and would stop to further operate sbi sb account, until a proper explanation is given by you and look forward to reimburse the loss of rs.1, 165/- back into my account.

                              Please note that i had recently transferred my account from sbi valia branch (Code :09430) to sbi kosamdi branch (Code :17314). I am still using cheque book of sbi valia, this was in consent with the branch manager of kosamdi – mr. Ravi sharma (Cell no. [protected]) who confirmed having no issues using such cheques. A scanned copy of the dishonoured cheque is as attached for your ready reference. I got my account transferred from sbi valia br to sbi kosamdi br on : 30/05/2017. Request you to thoroughly investigate the facts and bring to my notice, failing which stern actions will be taken against your bank.

                                I am gazetted defence officer in ministry of defence and posted in lucknow. I have an s/b account ([protected]) in sbi south city raibarely road lucknow. I had issued a cheque (Chq no. 596781 dated 18.03.2017) amounting rs 18620/- for payment of school fee in favour of lucknow public school, which was dishonoured by the bank imposing penalty of rs 150/-.in cheque return memo reason is given "kindly contact drawer/drawee bank and present again'. I had contacted to my branch with returned cheque but they informed & confirmed me that there is no issue regarding clearance of cheque as balance & signature etc is all ok. Despite making complaints no fruitful result come out and i had to pay rs 150/- penalty. It is quite surprising that after passing more than 03 months no action has been taken yet.
                                It is therefore requested kindly do the needful and take an immediate action to return the amount of penalty as the individual is not responsible for any fault for which i had to suffer mentally as well as financially.
                                Details in cheque return memo issued by union bank of india cheque trunction system service branch delhi is truncating branch:[protected] and presenting branch :[protected] service branch lucknow and processing date is 10.04.2017.

                                  Sir,
                                  My name is sukhesh t and i have an sbi savings account in vayalpadu branch.
                                  I did a purchase on 26th april 17 for rs 2199. And my card was swipped twice with two different pos machines stating that first swipe was failed. But when i checked my balance i realised that amount debited twice and i raised a complaint on 28th april 17. Which has been resolved and amount credited back to my account on 12th may 17.
                                  But again on 31st may 2017 sbi has debited the same amount rd 2199 without any prior information. I raised a complaint ([protected]) with sbi on 1st june 17. With which they replied that they will resolve it in 30days in their first email. But later on they sent another email stating they have raised a claim from other bank on 5th june 17 and they will resolve it in 46 days. I waited for the same for more than 50days and it didnt resolved then i asked sbi (@theofficialsbi) to resolve this complaint using twitter. Yesterday i received one sms as "your complaint [protected] has been resolved and closed as customer account credited on 21/07/17. I checked my account but amount 2199rs is not credited but i received as it is credited. I requested sbi customer care to check for resolution as they are not giving valid information. I asked sbi again on twitter today 22/7/17 for that they said"if you are not happy with the resolution to go to a link (Link: http://bit.ly/2ltgDVd(2/2)) bit. Ly/2ltgdvd (2/2) this link is not valid. Please help me out from this. I will be thankful to you.

                                  They didn't taken any steps to resolve this issue. Infact they are not even bothered about the customer issue. I myself went to the home branch. Met the manager and explained everything happened from the date of transaction. Then he said it will take more 3 days to resolve. Finally it got resolved on 2nd aug 17.

                                    I went to sbi bank jammu at rehari branch for linking my sbi account with adhar card almost 1 month ago, i fulfilled all formalities., now i checked that my account has not been linked with adhar card.. This is due to irresponsiveness of the sbi employees.. I wanted it so urgently so that i can avail scholarship amount in my bank account but due the fault of sbi employees, i am in disappointment.. Plz suspend such employees who fool the customers...

                                      Rs 10000 has been debited from my account no [protected] on[protected]. I had tried to withdraw money from canara bank atm at allahabad but the transaction failed to materialize. I have already sent a complaint to you and the ticket no is [protected] raised on[protected]. Kindly intervene and resolve my complaint at the earliest and get my money back

                                        Yesterday i went sbi branch burhar for opening new saving account with your bank.. But for verifying the form and documents, they ask me to verify three different times as:-
                                        1. First, they ask me to verify the documents.
                                        2. Send me to another counter to open an account.
                                        3. Then again i have been sended to the same counter to verify my photo..
                                        In the same manner your worker are trying to trouble us... They never give response in appropiate way...
                                        Kindly take the needed action..
