I am not able to go bank because of job that's why i send an email requesting for transfer my ac with the attached needed documents. From last 20 days i am following it but there is no reply from branch manager. Current branch is not giving proper service that is the reason i am transferring my ac from that branch

    Sir i applied for sbi credit card against fixed deposit in 2013. Since i lost my purse & along with that ilost my credit card also. I have never used this card but once or twice i have paid the service charge. I have never reniewed the card either but every month they keep sending me the amount due. I got transfered to andhra pradesh. I tried to contact sbi consumer phone no. But it is always congested. They keep calling me and are asking me to pay rs. 4266. Since i have never used this card once also. Tell me what should i do

      My name is vinti singh. I am using sbi credit card from past 1.5 year. My sbi credit card no-[protected]. I have done a transaction on 5th mar 2017 in pizza hut v3s mall laxmi nagar delhi 110092. Transaction has failed but 848 rs has deducted to my sbi card account. I have already complaint against this issue to sbi card customer care and they send me dispute form. I have filled it and sent it to them. But i didn't received any money from them.140 days already completed an now they told that days passed more then 120 so we will not give any money. Kindly do need full against them and take action against them. Otherwise i need to go in court.

        Its an serious issue regarding sbi regional office in sagar (m.p) where the bank has not paid the rent to the tenant, and are misbehaving with the landlord.without any intimation or any legal notice they have shifted their office in residential colony, nor they served three month notice, what kind of organisation SBI is ???
        Kindly intervene and ask the same to Mr. Dilip kumar Guha (RM officer sagar m.p) and Mr. Agarwal ji.. Even they are using wrong words saying- NAHI DENGE EK PAISA JO KARNA HAI KAR LO. Is this your corporate culture, your ethics, your decorum. Kindly revert me on - [protected]

          I want to close my home loan account which is associated with muktinagar, branch, bharuch. And your home loan brach is inox multiplex, zadeshwar road, bharuch, which is situated 7 km far from muktinagar branch.

          I want to sell my current house which is situated at zadeshwar chokdi due to my job transfer at vadodara. Currently i am staying with my family at vadodara.

          Before 30 days back i had called to sbi home loan branch for understand the procedure about closing of home loan. They replied that you should contact your main branch at muktinagar. At muktinagar you must give cheque of your outstanding amount. After clearing of cheque they will provide you one certificate of clearance. The clearance certificate you have to submit at our home loan branch.

          From vadodara, i went to bharuch sbi muktinagar branch which is 100 kms far. After accepting my due amount cheque, they asked me to come after two days to collect the details.

          After two days i called at muktinagar branch, but no one is picked up the phone, next day i personally went to bharuch for inquiry with hope that all procedure will be clear.

          At muktinagar branch, officer reply me that he submits the request for cancelation of loan to home loan branch but there is no response from their side. He asked me to provide another cheque with different amount. When asked for reason, he replied me that the interest rate of loan has been changed on daily basis. If the case has not solved on same day you should provide another cheque.

          He asked me to visit home loan branch for more details. I visit to home loan branch, the officer replied me that your request has generated in the system but there is no reply from ahmedabad office. Nobody is pick up the phone at ahmedabad office. Then i contact to branch manager of muktinagar branch and explain whole matter. He also advises me to wait for some days for process.

          I am working in one of the reputed organisation at vadodara. Still date i used total 05 leaves and travelling from vadodara to bharuch to solve this issue but still date it is unsolved.

          You are requested to pl. Helps us to solved this matter and clear all pending dues.

            I am having an saving bank a/C no. [protected] in sbi garha br jabalpur. The bank has deducted non maintenance of minimum balance amount instead of balance in my MOD acount.
            .An amount of Rs. 92/- as non maintenance of minimum balance charges is deducted for MAY & JUNE 17 from my above A/C. though I have sufficient balance in my MOD a/c.Kindly see in the matter & correct it. Also instruct bank not to do this in future without proper verification.

            As per ICICI bank cheque of SBI bank has been bounced due to insufficient balance but amount has been debited from my account and the branch officers could not reply me the satisfy answer as I go their two times please rectify this problem as the original cheque is being sent by them to me as soon s possible
            I have sent email many time but bank has not responded to it. I need to transfer my account from one city to another. For that purpose what all necessary things needs to be done has been sent via email to respective branch. But I did not received any reply from them
            Am having max gain loan with present interest rate of 8.75%, what I can do to decrease the rate of interest further.So that I cannot approach other bank which are offering 8.35% rate of interest.

              I visited sbi branch at kadakkal inkollam, kerala today (24/07/2017) 2:45pm for taking a demend draft. I got the token '281' and i waited there upto 4:15 pm and my number is displayed. I got the counter no.1 and remitted the money that the dd+charges, and she told me that wait the chamber that's for the costomers. After 15 minute, i enquired about dd. She told me that, i had to wait until the daily duties of bank would closed and she explained 'that is the rule of the bank'. And she misbehave to me infront of the all employees and costomers. Atlast the bank manager came from his chamber and enquired about the issue. I told him the exact issue and the other costomers sopported me, who were waiting for the dd like me. The manager gave us the dd with in 5 minute. The employee stated that the delay is due to printing purpose. The bank manager warned her infront o[censored]s and recieved the written complaint from me with my mob. No...

              Here i stated that the humble request and complait of an ordinary man, who are suffering from this type of employees.
              Kindly take necessary action into the employee.

                Raised multiple complaints at customer care, the response i am getting is “customer branch a/c has been credited on[protected]”, please contach branch.
                I have contacted the branch but told that no amount has been reverted back neither i can see in my online bank account.

                  Hi,

                  This is to inform you that i had given aadhar card and pan card at the time of account opening, also i had filled cif by own with all correct information, however bank executive updated my incorrect dob. I already requested many times to correct it as per my document given at the time of account opening but they are not ready to update it correctly. Even they want dob proof again to update my correct information. I came for 6 months training at bangalore and i am not comfortable to email my documents via email, so that i stated to them, please get my correct dob from my submitted document but still they didn't updated yet.

                    I applied for an sbi credit card and i was told by the representative that it will be delivered to me in next 7 working day. But i did not receive it even after 45days. After few days i got a call from sbi card representative to tell me about the benefit but i also intimated him that i have not received any card.
                    After around one month i received a bill of rs 589. For the card which i never used. When i called the customer care she agreed there was some mistake with address. But refuses to wave off the bill and says i will be charged interest after due date.
                    Please help i am being charged for the facility which i never availed.

                        My self syed sha shabuddin working as agriculturalrist in nelamangala banglore rural sbi bank sitiuated near colony next to petrol bunk, i wanted to open my wife account.

                        When i went there the security told me to get online application filled by cyber the cyber person took 150rs to fill the online application.

                        Then i took to the bank they said to come by tomorrow as the senior manager not available then there was assistant manger, i wanted to ask if the senior manager not available then there will be no work done bank.
                        The assistant manger shouted and told we have lot more work to do here if you want to open account go to other braches where you can we not able to do
                        When i asked give in writing she started misbehaving anf she told we talk in the same way, then she turned out her way that we misbehave with her and the security guard shouted like we are the beggers came for begging and the security guard came like rowdy and used abusive words.

                        I wanted to know if consumers behave there some rules of imprisonment and all what about the staff who misbehave in such manner. They don't have any punishments.

                        Due few staff the bank will get bad name.
                        I have account in other bank till now i have made transaction in other banks till now this sbi bank was staff was worst in my knowledge.

                          I have purchased a helmet in j. K helmet palace on 22-jul-2017, and its located at #29, new international airport road, (Bellary road) near rama temple, byatrayanapura, bengaluru-560092.

                          Issue is i have used my debitcard, i swiped twice each time 1000 rs (Total 2000 rs), but both the times transaction are declined, but amount is debited from my account.

                          A Lady called me and told she is a SBI Staff and asking silly question whether I am having credit or Debit card.I suspect it is fake call.Bank staffs will not call like this.Please take action on this no[protected]
                          Payment is done by amazon by not showing in my bank account
                          I went to my sbi branch phulera (rajasthan) three times for cash deposit
                          rs.5000 but your sbi branch employees not deposit rs 5000 and say
                          below rs 10000 will be not deposit.
                          So please solve my problem and action against your branch employees as soon as possible.

                              I had paid redbus through bhim upi app, the payment got debited but they did not get it. I immediately contacted their customer care and was told to contact sbi customer care. However even after complaining through online, email to upi support and calling the customer care.                               One unused SBI Credit card pulls down my CIVIL Score. Please help to close the SBI Credit Card.
                              An official sitting at 15 number desk on 1st floor of the SBI (North Lakhimpur branch) used to give special preference to some customers by doing their work behind the desk and he also used to behave rudely when customers does any mistake in filling any required form.
                              I feel terrible by their service.
                              --SBI Bastards are charging to close our own account, these [censored]ers give loan to person like Malya and recover the amount from Common people..

                              This has to be addressed soon by Supreme court and get relief for us

                                  Please note that my complaint has been hurriedly closed as solved. I request sbi to represent my case again to canara bank as can be verified from details of my a/cno [protected]. How can one atm card be used twice in two different banks within a short span of time. I believe that an atm card cannot be used twice on the same day that is transaction no: 71661 for both the axis bank and canara bank transactions. Only the axis bank transaction was successful.

                                  The Two entries being referred to took place on[protected]. The entry says'ATM CASH 71661 KATRA FOR Rs 10000, and ATM CASH 71661 AXIS BANK LIMITED LU FOR Rs. 5000.Please note that the Axis bank transaction was successful and was necesiated due to Katra transaction failure. We are also aware that one cannot use the ATM card more than once on the same working day.
                                  Please get my money back.

                                    On 5th of july (Payment day) i rakesh tiwary having account in sbi (Telco, jamshedpur, a/c no.-[protected]) was using atm of canara bank (Atm id 0184w001) which is in kharangajhar, telco, jamshedpur, opposite of hanuman mandir. While transaction period power was cut off and no money was received but it was debited from my account. My amount was 2500/- i complain to the toll free number written in atm which was [protected] they said it will come in 24 hours but it has not come. After that i have complain to the sbi they have given complain ticket number [protected]and told they will take 7 days to resolve this problem.

                                    I have registered a complain on 6th of july my complain id is at[protected] i was told that within 7 days problem will be resolved but today is 23rd of july and till now i have not got my money. Whenever i call customer care they tell it is under process how many days should i wait. I am attaching every mail that i have sent till now

                                    Please tell to resolve urgently because i need the money urgent for this i will be gratefull to you sir/madam [protected]
                                    State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Few days ago i went to open an account in about bank nellore branch the guy came after 30 or an hour and when i told him that i want to open an account and he asked me for documents since my permanent address is of chennai and my current address is nellore he simply deny and said go to chennai he was asking for so many documents like where is your native how did you got addhar do you have passport etc i don't have pan card cause i have applied but didn't receive it so tell me what does that kind of behaviour mean they are acting like we steal your bank or something we are not that rich so wanted to save a little money so i need some account but you have no any idea how humiliating it was i told him my aadhar card is of chennai and he said udhar hi jakar khulwao...
