I am currently not in india and cannot to travel to home branch to get the provisional certificate.

    I am mohammad ibrahim shabbir ahmad mohalla sayeed nagar adari mau, i was want to complaint against our adari branch manager that he is not issuing my account passbook, so please sbi team considering this complaint against him and kindly order to release my passbook usually, i am requesting from a long time but the branch manager did not issuing my account passbook.
    So i hope it will be better way to get solution from sbi.

      I had done cheque book request so many times in sbi manjalpur darbar chowkadi branch but due to some system issue bank was not able to issue cheque book.

      Now i have stoped all the transaction with this branch. Even they dont help to close account.

        I have made transaction to paytm (Refno - ophpg546597) using debit card on 26th march 2017,
        But the transaction got declined by the bank even after maintaining the sufficient balance and money also debited which is completely unexpected.

        I have complaint 5 times to customer care (Complaint no:-[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]) regarding the issue. Every time the complaint is closed with some different reasons but still no response and the amount is not yet credited back to my account. As spoken with the branch manager he clearly mention cannot help me on this issue.

        Also contacted to the paytm they did not received any amount. Please refer attached mail screenshot from paytm.

        Kindly look into this issue as this is pending since last four months.

        Please find the details below and attached copy of declined sms by bank.

          I narayan t. Borkar having an a/c in the sbi nayabazar cuttack odisha. A/c no [protected]
          When i tried twice to withdraw rs 4000 from my a/c [protected] on 25th july around 11.30 am from the sbi atm nrri i could not recievd any money nor any reciept from the atm.
          But when i checked the balance fromonline banking the balance was deducted from my a/c.

          So iam requesting you to take necessary action

            I have paid my bill of credit card to the agent of sbi credit card and he give me the sbi receipt of bill (Recpt no 8711654). And he not submit the amount to the credit card office, after that credit card officer call me to paid your bill but i told him that i have paid all the bill then they said that you have not cleared your bill. Please help me out. Due this my cibil score down and i am not even getting loan. And i am contacting to grivance officer of sbi.

                  Dear sir/madam,

                  I have been running around so much for the mclr interest rate conversion. There is never proper guidance around this. No one picks up the phone and they keep sending me from one branch to other saying they are not incharge/authorized in doing certain type of work.

                  I have been taking my application from my home branch (Where loan was issued, sbi basavanagudi, bull temple road) to another branch for a signature from manager.
                  And also been told that i need to check for the completion of the signature and dispatch of the application, by myself, take it and come back to home branch and submit it.

                  This is so unprofessional and unexpected from such a big sector of our country.

                  Request the concerned authorities to look into the issue and address the same. I'am paying extra interest unnecessarily till this is resolved.

                      Hello,
                      I maintain an savings bank account in state bank of india at an ahmedabad branch. A few days back i had filled petrol which i usually pay with cash. Now that sbi has decided to deduct balance for not keeping minimum balance, i decided to keep my salary in this account and pay via internet. I had started to pay via cards. Today i received an sms saying an amount of rs 11.80 is debited from my account. When i checked online it showed following msg. [protected]dom surcharge/tips/rate diff dtd. So i called the customer care and asked them they told me that it was deducted for using card at petrol pump. So i don't understand when government is asking us to digital transaction rather than using cash. Also the free cash withdrawal is 3 times in our city. Resolution i want is refund of the amount and no more charges for such transaction.

                      They are deducting some money from account in the name of insurance service.when I refuse that I do not want any insurance.I have all ready they said you have to purchase otherwise you can not open the account in SBI.i am not getting transactions update on phone and email .

                        I went sbi balotra main branch 10175 today dated 26 july 2017 time 11.00 i want to print my wife sbi pass book a/c number [protected]. Counter clerk tell me if you want to print this, give authority letter. Then i tell him that i stay hear from half an hour, you also print other person passbook, which your staff give inside without queue. After this one person from parihar and company come in manager cabin, he make her five passbook print from counter with personal relation of counter clerk. This is diffrent behavior from customers.                         Dear sir, I'm Ur customer.my account no.is [protected] I transfer account.i take entry in old passbook. Ur employees charge a DUPLICATE PASSBOOK charge 177 and 59 rupees. I don't need duplicate passbook I have old passbook.which was over with entry. Is it Ur service.before I take entry without any charge.UR employees behaviour was RUDE with me.

                            On my loan account [protected] an amount of 26936.00 debited with desc as debit adjustment
                            Sbi general insurance on 17th jul'17 without any consent from my side. I treat it as a unwanted transaction, as no information has been given to me and no approval has been given from my side. When i am calling to the racpc of sbi, they are telling this one is mandatory but it has not been mentioned at the time of providing the home loan. I am currently outside of india and not able to go to the bank personally. Please help me so that transaction can be refunded.

                              I hold an od account at your taratala branch which accrues quarterly interest from my deposits held at the same branch.
                              The scheduled date has been passed on[protected] i. E. Five days back out of which three were full working days.
                              The posting has not yet been done despite my reminder.
                              I request you to look into this with focus on two things :-
                              1) reason for non posting of the accrued interest,
                              2) reason for not sending sms to intimate the customer about this very important issue when sms are sent even for all reasons.

                              I hv urgent requirement of passbook. But disappointed.

But when I checked status at *99*99# this shown your Aadhar no linked with bank of India. I have also a account in bank of India . But I want to link my Aadhar with state bank of India .                                 The staff don't wanna do anything except gossips with each other.
                                If any a customer go there for print there bank transaction they will our printer is broken or the staff member isn't come today.
                                I go there 3 time to get print my statement on my Bank passbook its rude! But Cashier Uncle is good they do there work bit slowly but at least they do.
                                I have not received interest certificate against my home loan a/c no. [protected] for the year 2013-14. The same is required urgently for IT return filing.
                                I had taken loan from SBI RACPC Nagpur Branch. I urgently rtequire Interest certificate for 2013-14 for filing Income Tax return.
                                I have sent mail but not received any reply so far.

                                  I did recharge of rs.348 using sbi freedom app. But recharge has not been done yet. I got message from sbi that your recharge has been done but it hasen't been done yet. Even the customer executive doesn't talk to us properly. I asked them to give refund of my amount but the executive said it cannot be done. If the rechaarge has not been done then they must refund the transaction back to my account.

                                    I Mohammad Umar Farooque, an SBI Credit Card Holder, currently residing at 16, Kimber Street Kokata-700012.

                                    I got a call from SBI Number as shown in True Caller and had asked me to convert my points into cash which will be adjusted in my account.I have never received a call like this earlier. At first, I didn’t trust the person as it was a mobile number [protected], but later to confirm their authenticity they called me from [protected] which I searched it on True caller, it was shown as SBI.He confirmed my detail of the card, which he already knew. To confirm the transaction, he asked my OTP & he deducted 70, 000 from my credit Card.I have the recording of the conversation as well as the evidence attached with this letter that the number shown was from SBI on True Caller and also a screenshot of transaction made by them into multiple accounts.

                                    I have done GD on Bowbazar Police Station to tract down the culprit and have also lodged a complaint on www.cybercrimecomplaints.com.

                                    I wont be able to make the fraud payment and I shall be obliged if you could trace down the person responsible who is doing such scams in India.

                                      On[protected], my cheque no. 393979 is dishonoured and amount 177 has been deducted. After some time cheque no. 393978 is dishonoured and amount rs. 590 has been deducted. After some time cheque no. 393.979 is cleared. I am unable to understand these irregularities and dishonour of customer.
                                      1. How penalty of dishonour of cheques of same amount, same bank and same time are different.
                                      2. Let me know the cause behind cheque dishonour.
                                      3. Incharge manager of branch is saying, 'come after 15 days, our manager is on training'.

But sbi staff has rereplied with server error since15 jul 2017. I do not understood the server has not working previous 10 days or the staff has missbehaving with us.
