I made imps transaction through sbi online (Net banking) still the transaction pending, but money deducted from my account but not reached neither beneficiary not refunded to back account, made so many compliant but no resolution yet.

    On my loan account [protected] an amount of 26936.00 debited with desc as debit adjustment
    Sbi general insurance on 17th jul'17 without any consent from my side. I treat it as a unwanted transaction, as no information has been given to me and no approval has been given from my side. When i am calling to the racpc of sbi, they are telling this one is mandatory but it has not been mentioned at the time of providing the home loan. I am currently outside of india and not able to go to the bank personally. Please help me so that transaction can be refunded.

      Dear sir,
      I hold an od account at your taratala branch which accrues quarterly interest from my deposits held at the same branch.
      The scheduled date has been passed on[protected] i. E. Five days back out of which three were full working days.
      The posting has not yet been done despite my reminder.
      I request you to look into this with focus on two things :-
      1) reason for non posting of the accrued interest,
      2) reason for not sending sms to intimate the customer about this very important issue when sms are sent even for all reasons.

      Today I urged bank for issue of dulicate passbook. But response was no stock available.
      I hv urgent requirement of passbook. But disappointed.
      Sometime before I hv faced problem regarding basic banking facilities.
      I linked my Aadhar no[protected] with state bank of India account no [protected] . But when I checked status at *99*99# this shown your Aadhar no linked with bank of India. I have also a account in bank of India . But I want to link my Aadhar with state bank of India . Please guide me about this . I will be highly thankful to you.

        And registered in mobikwik after requested change of my phone number automatically my wallet became non functional. And otp sending to my old phone number [protected] and now don't have any existence. Now i require to my new phone number is [protected]., kindly help to get new phone number which will help to get my otp in new phone number.

        The staff don't wanna do anything except gossips with each other.
        If any a customer go there for print there bank transaction they will our printer is broken or the staff member isn't come today.
        I go there 3 time to get print my statement on my Bank passbook its rude! But Cashier Uncle is good they do there work bit slowly but at least they do.
        I have not received interest certificate against my home loan a/c no. [protected] for the year 2013-14. The same is required urgently for IT return filing.
        I had taken loan from SBI RACPC Nagpur Branch. I urgently rtequire Interest certificate for 2013-14 for filing Income Tax return.
        I have sent mail but not received any reply so far.

          I did recharge of rs.348 using sbi freedom app. But recharge has not been done yet. I got message from sbi that your recharge has been done but it hasen't been done yet. Even the customer executive doesn't talk to us properly. I asked them to give refund of my amount but the executive said it cannot be done. If the rechaarge has not been done then they must refund the transaction back to my account.

            Respected Sir, /Madam,

            I Mohammad Umar Farooque, an SBI Credit Card Holder, currently residing at 16, Kimber Street Kokata-700012.

            I got a call from SBI Number as shown in True Caller and had asked me to convert my points into cash which will be adjusted in my account.I have never received a call like this earlier. At first, I didn’t trust the person as it was a mobile number [protected], but later to confirm their authenticity they called me from [protected] which I searched it on True caller, it was shown as SBI.He confirmed my detail of the card, which he already knew. To confirm the transaction, he asked my OTP & he deducted 70, 000 from my credit Card.I have the recording of the conversation as well as the evidence attached with this letter that the number shown was from SBI on True Caller and also a screenshot of transaction made by them into multiple accounts.

            I have done GD on Bowbazar Police Station to tract down the culprit and have also lodged a complaint on www.cybercrimecomplaints.com.

            I wont be able to make the fraud payment and I shall be obliged if you could trace down the person responsible who is doing such scams in India.

              On[protected], my cheque no. 393979 is dishonoured and amount 177 has been deducted. After some time cheque no. 393978 is dishonoured and amount rs. 590 has been deducted. After some time cheque no. 393.979 is cleared. I am unable to understand these irregularities and dishonour of customer.
              1. How penalty of dishonour of cheques of same amount, same bank and same time are different.
              2. Let me know the cause behind cheque dishonour.
              3. Incharge manager of branch is saying, 'come after 15 days, our manager is on training'.

                We have applied for opening of new pension account with your sub branch kadalas (Code no 1928) on 15 july 2017. But sbi staff has rereplied with server error since15 jul 2017. I do not understood the server has not working previous 10 days or the staff has missbehaving with us. May i request you please resolve the my problem and inform me by return reply by you...

                  The current mobile number which i am using was given to me by my company - [protected].
                  I keep getting calls from the raipur sbi branch from the number [protected] and they ask for somebody called mr. Deepak.
                  I have told them several times that the number dose not belong to anybody called deepak & thay they should remove my number from their database, but they fail to do so.

                  They always call & trouble me. Psl help me with this

                        I am 100 year old lady and i am receiving bmc pension of rs. 610/- per month. As per bank rules i need to maintain minimum balance of rs. 5000/- in my pension account.

                        As per new bank rule for non maintanance of minimum balance you have deducted rs. 115/- twice in month may and june respectively. Total amount deducted rs. 230/- (Around 40% of pension amount).

                        Instead of increasing pension according to inflation, government is deducting amount from my account. This is very shameful act of government towards senior citizen.

                        Hope i will get justice for the same.

                          On 22.6.17 i unsuccessfully withdrawn an amount of rs 3000 from my sb account [protected] at sbi mjj road nampally hyderabad at sbi atm machine at teachers colony secundrabad vide sbi atm ibb[protected] on 22.6.17 ten. #8073
                          The machine shows no cash and i have been made a wrong deduction of rs 3000 from my account.
                          Please reimburse the same at the moment.

                            My self kamal lochan mohapatra, the account holder of sbi, when i withdraw my money through atm the tansaction was sucessfull and also debited my account but cash not recived. Due to atm problem. When i call the customer care they argue with me, there is a medical problem, so i withdraw my money but the are argue and threatining me to wait 7 working days.

                                Sir i applied for sbi credit card against fixed deposit in 2013. Since i lost my purse & along with that ilost my credit card also. I have never used this card but once or twice i have paid the service charge. I have never reniewed the card either but every month they keep sending me the amount due. I got transfered to andhra pradesh. I tried to contact sbi consumer phone no. But it is always congested. They keep calling me and are asking me to pay rs. 4266. Since i have never used this card once also. Tell me what should i do

                                  My name is vinti singh. I am using sbi credit card from past 1.5 year. My sbi credit card no-[protected]. I have done a transaction on 5th mar 2017 in pizza hut v3s mall laxmi nagar delhi 110092. Transaction has failed but 848 rs has deducted to my sbi card account. I have already complaint against this issue to sbi card customer care and they send me dispute form. I have filled it and sent it to them. But i didn't received any money from them.140 days already completed an now they told that days passed more then 120 so we will not give any money. Kindly do need full against them and take action against them. Otherwise i need to go in court.

                                    Its an serious issue regarding sbi regional office in sagar (m.p) where the bank has not paid the rent to the tenant, and are misbehaving with the landlord.without any intimation or any legal notice they have shifted their office in residential colony, nor they served three month notice, what kind of organisation SBI is ???
                                    Kindly intervene and ask the same to Mr. Dilip kumar Guha (RM officer sagar m.p) and Mr. Agarwal ji.. Even they are using wrong words saying- NAHI DENGE EK PAISA JO KARNA HAI KAR LO. Is this your corporate culture, your ethics, your decorum. Kindly revert me on - [protected]

                                      I want to close my home loan account which is associated with muktinagar, branch, bharuch. And your home loan brach is inox multiplex, zadeshwar road, bharuch, which is situated 7 km far from muktinagar branch.

                                      I want to sell my current house which is situated at zadeshwar chokdi due to my job transfer at vadodara. Currently i am staying with my family at vadodara.

                                      Before 30 days back i had called to sbi home loan branch for understand the procedure about closing of home loan. They replied that you should contact your main branch at muktinagar. At muktinagar you must give cheque of your outstanding amount. After clearing of cheque they will provide you one certificate of clearance. The clearance certificate you have to submit at our home loan branch.

                                      From vadodara, i went to bharuch sbi muktinagar branch which is 100 kms far. After accepting my due amount cheque, they asked me to come after two days to collect the details.

                                      After two days i called at muktinagar branch, but no one is picked up the phone, next day i personally went to bharuch for inquiry with hope that all procedure will be clear.

                                      At muktinagar branch, officer reply me that he submits the request for cancelation of loan to home loan branch but there is no response from their side. He asked me to provide another cheque with different amount. When asked for reason, he replied me that the interest rate of loan has been changed on daily basis. If the case has not solved on same day you should provide another cheque.

                                      He asked me to visit home loan branch for more details. I visit to home loan branch, the officer replied me that your request has generated in the system but there is no reply from ahmedabad office. Nobody is pick up the phone at ahmedabad office. Then i contact to branch manager of muktinagar branch and explain whole matter. He also advises me to wait for some days for process.

                                      I am working in one of the reputed organisation at vadodara. Still date i used total 05 leaves and travelling from vadodara to bharuch to solve this issue but still date it is unsolved.

                                      You are requested to pl. Helps us to solved this matter and clear all pending dues.

                                        I am having an saving bank a/C no. [protected] in sbi garha br jabalpur. The bank has deducted non maintenance of minimum balance amount instead of balance in my MOD acount.
                                        .An amount of Rs. 92/- as non maintenance of minimum balance charges is deducted for MAY & JUNE 17 from my above A/C. though I have sufficient balance in my MOD a/c.Kindly see in the matter & correct it. Also instruct bank not to do this in future without proper verification.

For that purpose what all necessary things needs to be done has been sent via email to respective branch. But I did not received any reply from them

                                        Am having max gain loan with present interest rate of 8.75%, what I can do to decrease the rate of interest further.So that I cannot approach other bank which are offering 8.35% rate of interest.
