Dear sir

A refund of 6999 rupees was successfully processed on 5 june 2017 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emai id the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved...

then my account balance is maintain but why cut the Rs.115 how many charge account maintenance.

State bank offers what is called mod (Multi option deposit) facility. This facility enables transfer of your maximum saving balance into fixed deposits and automatic sweep from fds to saving account when needed.

Sbi is not taking any responsibility to inform the status of account while block for any reason. If issue any cheque, directly claim penalty. Bank does not comply with rbi rules where bank must inform the account status to account holder while going to block or need any supporting document. Need immediate action against illegal action of bank.
