My firm name is narayan dall mill from damoh m. P from 6 month damoh city branch of sbi is not realising my property paper as my firm limit is being sensation from hdfc bank and hdfc bank have deposit my balance due in my sbi acc. And i have one more account attach to that property for that so for that account i am ready to give fd for security but they are not taking it and demanding for money for realising my property. Branch manager and field officer is demanding money and i am not giving to them so they are not realising my property paper and in every latter they are writing that you have property attach with your another account that why we are not realising it and will not accept fd against loan. And for proof i am submitting latter photo too.
So it's my humble request pls help me out from this problem.

    I am dr. Inampudi vineel. Recently i have completed md radiology. I came to jodhpur on 17th july 2017, for writing exam in aiims jodhpur which is held on 18th july 2017.

    My savings bank account number is [protected] in your nidamanuru branch of sbi and its ifsc code is sbin0012654 and my debit card number is[protected].

    I wish to bring to your notice that i have used ola auto/cabs for travelling from jodhpur railway station to my stay at hotel residency palace on 17th morning at around 10.40am and its ola auto driver number is [protected] and driver’s name is jahid mahammad. Today i. E.[protected], i booked ola auto at 8.04 am for dropping from my leaving hotel to aiims jodhpur and its driver name is mahendra kumar and his mobile number is [protected].

    I reached hotel residency palace at 12.20pm on[protected] from aiims jodhpur and immediately i booked ola bike at 12.23pm and its ola bike driver name is hanuman ram and his mobile number is [protected]. I had made call to ola driver bike mr. Hanuman ram at 12.24pm and he told that he is coming within 15 minutes for pick up in my hotel. I told please come fast.

    Later, i found a missed call in my mobile ([protected]) from mobile – [protected] at 12.06 pm on[protected]. I had made a call from another of my mobile – [protected] to the missed call of my mobile to the [protected] at 12.28pm. My ola app register number is [protected], so i had received calls in [protected] from ola, where i called that person from my other mobile number as i had mentioned above. The called mobile number [protected], he had responded and he spoke in hindi and answered in english.

    I asked him that i got a missed call from your number to my bsnl mobile - [protected]. He asked that, is that bsnl number yours and asked me tell my number. I told my number is [protected]. He started telling he is calling from sbi bank & that my debit card is blocked and you cannot use it any more.

    I asked why. He told it must be renewed. He asked to tell my aadhar card number. I told him my aadhar card number is[protected]. Then he started me to ask my sbi debit card details that your card is valid from which date and end by which date. I told him, i don't know. Then he asked to tell my debit card 19 digit number. I told him[protected]. Then he asked that your phone will get an otp and asked me tell the otp.in my bsnl mobile ([protected]) i got the otp 413136. At that time i didnot open the message in my phone and blindly told the otp number. And immediately he asked me that you will get another otp to your mobile and asked me to tell the number. I got immediately another otp number 749019. This time i had opened the message in my bsnl mobile [protected] and saw the message "749019 is your one time password for online purchase of rs 9580.00 at ola money-zipcash thru state bank debit card ending xxx...0580. Don't share this with anyone." then i completely saw the previous message also which i told that unknown person the otp number as "413136 is your one time password for online purchase of rs 9580.00 at ola money-zipcash thru state bank debit card ending xxx...0580. Don't share this with anyone." then i immediately asked him that here in the message it was written that i purchased rs 9580 from account. Then he told your card will get renewed and first tell me the second otp number.

    Then immediately i disconnected the phone and logged into my sbi account and saw

    Rs 9580 was debited from my sbi account and the transaction id number is sbipg[protected] – ola money-zipcash, mumbai. Then immediately i called him and asked that rs 9580 was debited from my account. Who are you i asked. He kept on telling your debit card needs to be renewed. Again i asked him that my account was debited by rs 9580 and now i am having only rs 2823 balance in my account. Then immediately he asked you will get another otp to your mobile and tell that number. My bsnl mobile [protected] got the otp 685352. I had opened the message which is written as "685352 is your one time password for online purchase of rs 1900.00 at mobikwik thru state bank debit card ending xxx...0580. Don't share this with anyone." then immediately i asked him what do you want and what is your name. Then he told my name is viveka reddy (Not clearly heard) or something like. I asked where is my account money and he answer that you approach to your bank accountant (This word spoken in telugu language and rest of conversation in hindi language). Then he disconnected my call. Then after wards i called him several times (Around 20-30 times). Sometimes it is coming switched off, sometimes it is busy, some times it was ringing and he is disconnecting. The above conversation happened for about 10 minutes.

    Later i called twice to ola bike driver hanuman ram number [protected] at 12.40 pm and thrice at 12.52pm, where few times he disconnected my call and remaining times he did not lift. So i cancelled that ola bike ride.

    Then again i booked ola auto at 12.58 pm and driver name is kishan jeatvani. His mobile number is[protected]. I called him immediately where he told i am 3 km away and it takes 10 mins time to reach hotel residency palace. I told ok and please come fast. After 5 mins my ride was cancelled unknowingly. Then later as it is getting latei had taken local auto for travelling from my hotel to aiims jodhpur.

    Then at 1.38 pm i called sbi customer care number[protected] and told the entire story. They asked my sbi card number for the purpose of blocking it. I told my sbi debit card 19 digit number. They had noted it. And confirmed that my debit card is blocked and told that you will get a message in your phone which i got immediately stating that my card is blocked. And i had asked them is it possible to cancel my previous transaction. They told it is not possible because you had disclosed your account details and sbi is not responsible for that and adviced me that from now onwards donot share any card number, account number or otp number with any unknown person. And customer care person also took details that from which number you got the call. I told [protected]. On what date he asked. I told it happened today[protected] about 12.20pm.

    I am suspecting from the above things that ola people like drivers m. Mahendra kumar and his mobile number is [protected], engaged morning at 8.04am, mr. Hanuman ram and his mobile number is [protected] who is booked at 12.24pm but did not turn up and mr. Kishan jeatvani and his mobile number is[protected] at 12.58 pm and after 5 minutes i have received message in my mobile ola app about the cancel of my booking without my involvement.

    Hence there is a chance of ola staff and drivers in this issue.

    I request you to enquiry and do justice for recovering my amount.

    I am attaching the received sms of bank messages for your reference.

      That tracking number showing only there fake website nd much more.. Just all o[censored] beware.
      Don't buy any product from out of india. Through olx quicker nd indian mart etc..
      As my five year experience it's 99% fraud. Scam.. All these fake company.

        I got an intimation over mail as o d sanctioned. When asked over phone regarding the requirements, one lady bluntly refused to tell anything just asking to visit the branch. Had she told the requirements i could go keeping the document ready. They r just wasting the time of customers, thinking thay everyone is very free without any work. I too have to apply leave and go there.

          I have requested for closure of sbi (Formerly sbm) account [protected] on 10/july/2017 and the closing was done on 19/july/2017. It took around 10 days for an account closure and from this itself you can guess the quality of service from the particular branch.

          I was surprised to see that, an amount of 590/- was deducted from my account for the closure.

              Need to close my sb account in sbi. First time, manager asked to convert my account into tiny account because its zero balance account. 2 hours spent signed forms and submitted to manager. After few days, i got mail that my account balance is low and i have to maintain minimum balance of 5k in my account to avoid charges. Visited branch again, manager said cant convert my account into tiny account because of system error. I asked to close the account but manager told me to create new tiny account and close old account. I don't want sbi account pls give a solution to close my account. Thanks in advance. Account opening and closing takes unnecessary waste of time

                  I have savings account with sbi and or every transaction they are charging and there is branch transactions also happening there.

                  There is minimum balance charges, sms alert charges & neft charges

                  Before only for cheque book request they will charge, now for neft, imps also they are charging
                  Moreover for neft charges there is no branch contribution is required.

                  Now to avoid all the charges by the way of nationalised bank robbery i want to come out of sbi and i had requested my sbi branch to close the account

                  For closure also they are asking me to deposit 550 rupees towards bank closure charges

                  How common people will come out from this bank robbery

                    Subject: charge dispute "refund never processed"

                    Dear sir

                    A refund of 612.18 rupee was successfully processed on 08 july 2017 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                    I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                    I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                    Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                      I have booked a ticket from new delhi to hyderabad at kachiguda station (Hyderabad) through debit card.

                      Details of journey :-

                      Coach - 3a
                      Train - telangana express
                      Source - new delhi
                      Destination - hyderabad
                      Cash deducted - 1760/-rs

                      Cancellation details :-

                      Cash to be refunded - 1570/-rs

                      This is tenth time i am lodging the complaint & none of the actions have taken from your side.
                      There was a call from indian railways asking about the complaint i registered, but they didn't respond me after one call.

                      I even got a message in mail box asking me to forward the details on [protected]@ab.com.in, but there is no such domain found on internet either.

                      I am writing this complaint on[protected] & i have been thrice to kacheguda station, twice to sbi bank & also andhra bank to know the processing of my refund.
                      As per customer care, it shall take 5 to 7 working days for returning the money, but it has taken almost 5 months of now & still counting.

                      The andhra bank manager told me, that the transaction has been sent to my bank from their side. I am requesting you to please check this out.

                      Kindly, refund my money as soon as possible.
                      I am attaching a andhra bank receipt which i got at station while making the cancellation.

                        Sir,

                        I, rajendra singh, a senior citizen of india, am having a pension account in state bank of india. My pension is credited every month in the account. I and my wife (Also a senior citizen) are totally dependent on the money i receive through the bank.
                        Sir, on 06 july 2017, while examining the passbook entry details, i noticed that a sum of rs 20000/ has been debited from my pension account on date 19 june 2017. During these period i had not visited the atm and branch. Also as my mobile no is not registered with the bank, i had no information regarding the unwanted withdrawal. This was only known to me on 05.07.2017.

                        The message which is shown against the withdrawal is "atm cash 5560 sbi radha mohan higherew" in my atm slip. While in my passbook entry it is shown as "atm withdrawal" for rs 20000/.

                        As i said i have no other income source to fulfill my daily needs and the medicines i buy is totally on the pension money i receive through you.

                        My details are as follows-

                        ON DATE 17.07.2017 I HAD MET TO THE BRANCH MANAGER OF THE HOME BRANCH AND TAKEN HIS ACKNOWLEDGEMENT IN THE WRITTEN COMPLAINT. AND ON DATE 18.07.2017 I HAVE REGISTERED A COMPLAIN IN THE THANA KOTWALI OF SHAHDOL (MP).

                        My account transition id[protected] in debited 199 rs but tatasky reacharg unsuccessful plz my amount are be refunded...fast..[protected]@icici here transition 17july2017

                          I ordered a book 'indian and world geography' worth ₹ 313 on amazon on 20 june 2017 but due to some reason i cancelled my order. As expected a refund of ₹313 was initiated by amazon to my account on 23 june 2017. But i have not received the refund yet. I was also provided a reference number i. E.959603 for my complaint reference. Despite calling amazon and sbi many times my problem hasn't been resolved. At last i was advised to charge a online dispute for getting my problem solved. Kindly do the needful and resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                              My son has a savings bank ac in state bank of india.
                              He is 16 yr old and account is opened under title sole minor-above 10 yr.
                              This account has no cheque book facility as well as atm card facility.
                              This account should be treated as student account as per sbi policy
                              And minimum balance should be rs 0 or rs 1000/- and should not charge for charges per month for non – maintenance of monthly average balance (Mab): savings bank if it has minimum balance.
                              But this account is charged heavily.
                              So please give clear directions to sbi regarding wave of charges on such type of student accounts
                              Hope you understand my complaint and direct sbi to reverse charges of saving account of minor customer.
                              I am trying to complaint on sbi customer care web site but it shows the message site is under constraction

                                Dear sir, i am an ex service man drawing my pension from sbi puttaparthy br through savings bank account [protected]. Though i submitted my pan details, so far i didn't get form 16. Please do justice. Along with my life certificate i have submitted my pan details also. On 12/07/2017 when i went for my form 16 i was told by the branch officials that my form 16 has not been received by the branch due to non availability of pan details. Since then i am approaching the branch officials but till date i have not received my form 16. I am worried about the delay tactics of the officials. The last day for filing it return is 31 st july. Please advise me what i have to do. Thanking you sir.

                                  Recently money are getting debited from my account without any information to me and also if any money is credited to my account it is not getting displayed. I had aprox 17000 in my savings account of sbi it got debited suddenly, the mini statement also doesn't give any detail about it. Also aprox 6000 inr was credited to my account, but when i check the balance, it doesn't show any amount, while mini statement clearly shows that the amount has been debited.

                                    My name is ameen khan[protected]. I have a account with sbi on mohali branch. My hometown is ghagga. I go to the branch many time but every time they refuse to do my work with some excuses. As following are some incidents:

                                    1. I give a application 3-4 times with all attached ids proofs for a debit card for my mother's account. But still now my mother don't have any debit card or any response from your bank branch.

                                    2. I go to your ghagga branch for a draft against a job fee. They asked me did i have a bank account with their bank. I said yes i have sbi mohali branch account. They said the data of sbi is not still merged with state bank of patiala, so they can't issue me a draft to submit a job application fee.

                                    3. Two (2) days ago i again visit to your ghagga branch with a obc bank cheque they told me i have to go 100km mohali branch to submit the cheque.

                                    Each and every time they give me excuse and not looks to help the customer. This is not a good way to provide a service to customer. If they can't help they no need of a staff like them.

                                    But till date I haven't received any information about the same.

                                      On the day of tuesday 21st of july around 12.58 pm on wards i have been receiving a call from[protected] by saying that i have received a bonus points which is eaxactly 4998 rs cash and they want to deposit in my account and requested me to give my card details with the otp numbers they have send they have done totally five transactions with the same amount and deducted amount of 4998 for five times the first otp is-380609, second-885801.                                         I had given a request for transfer of my account which was three months back and get it confirmed that it was trasferred too. But when i had visted yesterday for the closure of my account they said your account is still not transferred. Request given at Indiranagar branch faizabad road lucknow.
