Sir/mam
I ordered a book 'indian and world geography' worth ₹ 313 on amazon on 20 june 2017 but due to some reason i cancelled my order. As expected a refund of ₹313 was initiated by amazon to my account on 23 june 2017. But i have not received the refund yet. I was also provided a reference number i. E.959603 for my complaint reference. Despite calling amazon and sbi many times my problem hasn't been resolved. At last i was advised to charge a online dispute for getting my problem solved. Kindly do the needful and resolve my problem as soon as possible.

      My son has a savings bank ac in state bank of india.
      He is 16 yr old and account is opened under title sole minor-above 10 yr.
      This account has no cheque book facility as well as atm card facility.
      This account should be treated as student account as per sbi policy
      And minimum balance should be rs 0 or rs 1000/- and should not charge for charges per month for non – maintenance of monthly average balance (Mab): savings bank if it has minimum balance.
      But this account is charged heavily.
      So please give clear directions to sbi regarding wave of charges on such type of student accounts
      Hope you understand my complaint and direct sbi to reverse charges of saving account of minor customer.
      I am trying to complaint on sbi customer care web site but it shows the message site is under constraction

      My son has a Savings Bank Ac in State bank of India.
      He is 16 Yr old and account is opened under title SOLE MINOR-ABOVE 10 YR.
      This account has no cheque book facility as well as ATM Card facility.
      This account should be treated as student account as per SBI Policy
      and minimum balance should be Rs 0 or Rs 1000/- and should not charge for Charges per month for Non – Maintenance of Monthly Average Balance (MAB): Savings Bank if it has minimum balance.
      But this account is charged heavily.
      So please give clear directions to SBI regarding wave of charges on such type of student accounts

        Dear sir, i am an ex service man drawing my pension from sbi puttaparthy br through savings bank account [protected]. Though i submitted my pan details, so far i didn't get form 16. Please do justice. Along with my life certificate i have submitted my pan details also. On 12/07/2017 when i went for my form 16 i was told by the branch officials that my form 16 has not been received by the branch due to non availability of pan details. Since then i am approaching the branch officials but till date i have not received my form 16. I am worried about the delay tactics of the officials. The last day for filing it return is 31 st july. Please advise me what i have to do. Thanking you sir.

          Recently money are getting debited from my account without any information to me and also if any money is credited to my account it is not getting displayed. I had aprox 17000 in my savings account of sbi it got debited suddenly, the mini statement also doesn't give any detail about it. Also aprox 6000 inr was credited to my account, but when i check the balance, it doesn't show any amount, while mini statement clearly shows that the amount has been debited.

            Respected sir

            My name is ameen khan[protected]. I have a account with sbi on mohali branch. My hometown is ghagga. I go to the branch many time but every time they refuse to do my work with some excuses. As following are some incidents:

            1. I give a application 3-4 times with all attached ids proofs for a debit card for my mother's account. But still now my mother don't have any debit card or any response from your bank branch.

            2. I go to your ghagga branch for a draft against a job fee. They asked me did i have a bank account with their bank. I said yes i have sbi mohali branch account. They said the data of sbi is not still merged with state bank of patiala, so they can't issue me a draft to submit a job application fee.

            3. Two (2) days ago i again visit to your ghagga branch with a obc bank cheque they told me i have to go 100km mohali branch to submit the cheque.

            Each and every time they give me excuse and not looks to help the customer. This is not a good way to provide a service to customer. If they can't help they no need of a staff like them.

            Hope for a good response...

            Sir I have submitted application for new debit card on 10th July 2017 at sbi air force jodhpur branch
            But till date I haven't received any information about the same.

                I had given a request for transfer of my account which was three months back and get it confirmed that it was trasferred too. But when i had visted yesterday for the closure of my account they said your account is still not transferred. Request given at Indiranagar branch faizabad road lucknow.

                  Hello sbi,
                  In my family everyone has a sbi account. But i doesn. T have thats why i went to sbi khonipur gkp. To open a jan dhan account for myself i submit all my detail and aadhar card they told me that my paasbook will come in around 10-15 days after 15 days i went to sbi khonipur gkp.. And ask them for my passbook and they told me that ki kal aana.. Kal gye to purso aana.. Purso gye to ek din baad aana.. I almost went to sbi khonipur gkp for # 20 time.. And at 17.7.2017.. They said ki my account has rejected and give me no reson why my account is rejected.. And again they said ki kal aana mera 100rs wapas ke denge.. Again i went to tommorrow and wait for # 4-5 hours after waiting that much they said ki surver kaam nhi ker rha hai.. Aur kal phir aana aaj subah subah gye toh they again said me ki surver kaam nhi ker rha hai.. I m too much angry right now.. If sbi did not take any farther action then i will submit a police complaint.. U guys didn't know i m too much popular on internet.. I will post a article and a video to all my social media account that what u guys do with ur consumer.. I need an action to that branch of sbi.. The address is sbi khonipur jan dhan yogna.. The main person i know in that branch his name is raman asthana.. My name is aryan kushwaha and i m too much dissapointed and angry right now... I need a further action... My mobile no. Is [protected] call me i[censored] need any details.. U guys have zero value of consumer time... I need a further action.. Rather i will case on u... Trust me i m soo angry..                     I am having my salary account with you for the last 21 years. I took a house loan of about 23 lakhs from your branch in nov, 2011 @ interest rate of 10.4%. I have paid most of the loan amount. Recently i came to know that interest rate on home loan has been reduced to 8.6% about 2 years back. I was never informed about this. Recently when i visited your bank regarding this. Interest rate on remaining amount has been reduced to 8.6 % w. E. F. May, 2017. But i have not been refunded the extra amount till now. Please deposit the extra amount charged from my account immediately and oblige.

                      I have a car loan with sbi bank. But bank is deducted two emi against that loan. One is emi and other one is ecs. If anyone of them is not paid then bank also deducted a late fees. I already submit a complaint one month ago but still that request is under processing and its a more than month. None of the bank executive called me back. If i am paying my emi regularly than why there is ecs deducted from my account.

                      I called the customer care centre two times, but first time executive did transfer the call to wrong department and 2nd time while talking they disconnect the call. i have the phone recording with me.

                            I placed an order in jabong using netbanking and was charged 1581 for failed transaction (Transaction id [protected]) on the 29th of june, 2017. Jabong never received the payment and i called the sbi customer care and raised a complaint (No.[protected]). They emailed me stating "transaction initiated with reference number igabogbxm1 has been refunded to your account. We request you to kindly check your account statement for the same". I checked the statement and never received a refund, i emailed them my statement and they have never replied and i am still waiting from july 14, 2017. I need my money back

                                I had issued a cheque no. 826855 dated 10.07.2017 for rs.15075/- in favour of ryan international school drawn on state bank of india theri (Patiala) branch. This cheque has been dishonoured by the clearing house and a sum of rs. 177/- debited to my account without assigning any reason. I am told that this is due to merger of associate banks with sbi. Tequest for reversal of these charges

                                I have an account in SBI, they had deducted Rs.25/- in this month as ************************ 38976288.
                                on searching on net suggestions are shows for Er City(deposit cash/equivalent to your account from another branch other than your home branch.) but its not fair, how the hell any body can deposit money only in my home branch?

                                    My above car loan was taken from the then sbt personal banking branch nagercoil branch code 70686 by dec. 2014 and is paying the emi rs. 12000/-well before the due date.
                                    Nowadays after the merging of sbt with sbi, whenever i deposit money in either of the two sb accounts mentioned above, rs. 12000 is being deducted for which i had to visit the bank and get reversal of funds.
                                    The unwarranted deduction of money from my sb accounts cause me great difficulty in managing my daily affais. The banking experience is becoming a night mare for me.
                                    Kindly solve the solution and help me have a peaceful and cordial relation with sbi.

                                      dear sir, my passport payment is deducted from my visa debit card but my payment status is showed "failed". So please debited my account or refund the payment which is rupees 2017 only.

                                      Branch code 11232, please give me the reason, I m really disappointed with SBI service and their representative. Help me as soon as possible

                                        Dear sir/madam,
                                        I am holding an account with no. [protected] in sbi bank at khutauna branch bihar.
                                        I want to inform you that an amount of rs. 17986/- has been deducted from my bank account no. [protected] on 26th june 2017 to 28th jun-2017, which has not been executed by me.
                                        I have complained in sbi customer care & branch, but bank not refund my money till date.
                                        I request you to please help me refund my money.
