    Dear all
    As i know state bank of india's services are the worst services in india.
    I am using internet banking and there is option to request for new atm i am trying last 3 month for the same but we are unable to request for a new atm.
    I also visited my home branch (11597) with a written application for new atm request on 31st may 2017.
    Bank associates are also too much careless. They did nothing for the same.
    I called to customer care of india and written the mail to gm customer care of state bank of india but there is no use all in vain.
    Complaint closed by my home branch manager without resolution.
    I inform this all to the gm customer care of state bank of india but there is no response from him. This is the reason that the services of state bank of india is the worst services in india. They want to harass their customers in place of giving the best services.

    As I know STATE BANK OF INDIA'S services are the worst services in India.

      I am sb account holder of sbi woc branch, bengaluru and my debit card does not recognise properly in atm machine and as such i hv requested the branch to issue new one, but they are telling to fill the form and give and you will receive later. I wanted the same immediately as at present i am in navi mumbai on my employment.in the circumstances bank should issue at the counter as you are issuing the same to the account holder in physical presence in front of you which avoids unnessary postal exp. To bank. Other pvt. Banks immediately issue debit card in place old debit card which is not functioning. Being the biggest bankers of the country should be the example for other banks in providing convenient service to the customers.

          I m ashwani nagar have saving account with your bank. Actually i have made payment by my sbi visa debit card for passport fee payment two times. My amount has been deducted twice from my saving account nd yet payment status is showing failed. If i contact to the branch they say we don't know about that contact on customer care no. If i talk on customer care they say contact to the branch nd your payment will refund in 45 days. I have contacted to the passport office they are saying within 7 days your amount will refund in your account by sbi bank. Every comman person facing problem because of lack of knowledge in your employees they don't know anything they are sending problem one sit to another sit... Please solve this issue asap.

            Dear sir

            A refund of 1303 rupees was successfully processed on 06 july 2017 to my account by amazone. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

            I have called the state bank of india customer service and also the state bank of india branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

            I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

            Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                Im sbi current account holder name sanjeev/sunny enterprises, i swpie two traansaction credit card amount 25000*2=50, 000 on same date 22/06/2017 and 26000 date 7/6/2017till now not yet recieved amount in my account many times i had visited to sbi bank ramnagar branch they are only said we are email to our (Sbi) concerns no confirmation us, when im visited to sbi bank they said this tag line.
                Sbi employees are worst behaviour, poor service and rash answers, no patients
                They straightly said we are not resolving your issue

                  In our college campus (Global institute of management & technology, krishnagar, dist. Nadia, wb-741102) atm is not working for last six months. We have reported several times to area manager sbi, krishnagar, nadia, wb through letter and also meet personally. But we could not get any success. So please do needful help for our students, our employees and keep your brand name high. Principal and chairman of the institute personally visited to the area manger (Name-mr. Patra, sbi, krishnagar, nadia, wb). He has replied that he will do needful. But after two months we did not get any result. Therefore we are approaching to you for better solution and to get esteemed service for our students, employees of the organization and local people.

                    Baldev raj — regarding deduction of rs69/- on dt.13/06/17 and 12/07/2017


                    I am baldev raj a saving account holder in dsvv branch (10588) of state bank of india account number [protected] and i want to lodge a complaint about the inconvenience i am facing regarding my above mentioned account.

                    That on dt.13/06/2017 and 12/07/2017 branch have debited rs.69/- for 'monthely avg-balance non maintenance charges'. I want to put the information in your notice that the sbi dsvv branch code 10588 is a 'rural' branch not a 'urban' because dsvv is situated in village haripur and village haripur is also a rural area of raiwala, rishikesh, dehradun not a part of haridwar.

                    They are unaware of the correct procedure for that. I had sent email - sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in regarding this matter.

                      This email is sent for registering a complaint regarding hacking of my sbi visa debit. I got a call from unknown number telling me that they are calling from sbi jalander that my card has been blocked and asked for my visa debit card number and security code on the back of the card to reactivate. Amount of 18999 rs has been withdrawn by fraud. I want to cancel my sbi visa debit card and online banking so that no further illegal transaction is made in my account. Please tell me that procedure.

                          I took personal loan in 2016 with floating rate of interest. Present interest charged for me is 12.4%. But i found many of our friend customers are giving rate of interest 11.5% for the same personal loan of same bank sbi. I will be happy to know the reason why it is happening.

                                Today (17-july-2017) i went to submit the kyc form but security guard "kailash rai' did not allow me to deposit it.
                                Bank close timing is 4:00pm and i reached the bank door at 4:01pm.
                                The collapsible gate was locked, when i called the security to open the gate he denied and rudely told me to go away.
                                I told him that i need to submit the kyc only. I don't want to do any cash transaction. He misbehaved with me.

                                After checking my CIBIL report, I came to know that SBI card [protected] has an outstanding amount of approx 3500/-

                                This card has never reached me and I have never used it.

                                How can they charge me for any kind of outstanding money. I want to file defamation charges.

                                  Frustated with the use of state bank of india online services. Neither getting otp for any transaction nor recieving balance details as per their misscall message services. Their otp app also requires otp which also i am not getting. Sometimes i m recieving 4 to 5 messages of balance at night which i had called in the morning. Sometimes i am getting otp for transaction which is by luck. Until now i had no problems with sbi online but from a month its very frustating to use its online services.

                                      What a [censored]load of a website you have made!!! You claim that your's is the best net banking website, other banks are way behind you, but your website is not even secure man!!! The first warning my browser gives on opening your website is "this site is not safe, the information you enter here is not secure", this is banking for god's sake! Information not secure on a banking website, are u #ing kidding me!!! This is the worst banking website i have used. Bob website is far better than your. Improve the security. Also the dob field on set profile password page is blocked, therefore i cannot set my profile password and hence cannot use net banking facilities. I saw that the same complaint was filed by another customer also on 6th july but you havent corrected the bug yet!! How do u expect me to use my net banking if its an emergency. Please correct this bug or do whatever so that i can use net banking. There are other bugs also like you switch to mlvk then disenable it and enable it again, now the mlvk doesnt show any keys, also there is no '@' in the virtual keyboard. If there are so many bugs in your website how do u expect us to trust you.

                                        Please find attached receipt where all details are there.I escalated to the chairman of SBI but I receive no solution. Money was not released from ATM machine but SBI is saying that cash was released. I have sent so many follow emails but no one is responding.

                                        Sir when sbi 2016 clerk waiting list will be relesed .
                                        On dated 10/07/2017 a net-banking kit has been issued for my account, which is not working even after 30 hrs. What is the way out to recollect the same without visiting branch? its too much difficult to take leave for the same purpose. requesting you to re validate the same on urgent basis.

                                        I called sbi customer care they gave me dispatch no. EX[protected]IN nut i am unable to locate this item.
                                        Please tell me exact information about this dispatched item.
