This is to inform you that today i. E. 15.07.2017, i had submitted a cheque for rs.18200/- from my sb flexi a/c no.[protected] in your sbi kapoorthala bagh branch lucknow but they refused to entertain the same that i do'nt have clear fund in my sb account whereas when i enquired from my home branch they informed me that i am having balance of nearly rs.13.35 lakhs in my sb flexi account. I asked my home branch to talk to the accountant& lady officer sitting on counter no.7 without their name plates of sbi kapoorthala branch but he refused to talk to your own sbi executive of delhi branch.

I am totally surprised and annoyed to see the attitude and behaviour of your bank officials at sbi lucknow branch. My confidence in the services of sbi is shaken and thinking to close my account from your bank because of the ill treatment by your sbi kapoorthala branch.

Because of their incooperation, i could not deposit my income tax and i will refer this complaint to concerned authorities too.

I want immediate action failing which i will refer the matter to banking ombudsman.

    मैं माँ विध्यावाशिनी एजेन्सी का मलिक हूं | मेरा एकाउन्ट coorporation bank गन्ने का पुर्वा मैं है, जिसका एकाउन्ट नम्बर cbca 0149 है | मैने neft के मध्यम से ₹20, 000/- trupati balaji trading को भेजा था | जिसका एकाउन्ट नम्बर [protected] था, ifsc code sbin 000 8066 था, परन्तु गलती से मैने एकाउन्ट नम्बर[protected] भर दिया था, और पैसा इसी एकाउन्ट नम्बर पर ट्रान्सफ़र हो गया | जब मुझे पता चला की मुझसे गलती हुई है, तो मैने ब्रन्च मैनेजर से तुरन्त शिकायत कि परन्तु मैनेजर के द्वारा कई बार sbi मैं शिकायत करने के बाद भी कोई कारवही नही हुई, और मेरा पैसा वापस नही मिला| अत: आप से निवेदन है की पुन: कारवाही करके मुझे मेरी धनराशि वापस कराने कि कृपा करे|

      I want to file a complaint that my deduction transaction of income tax money is not showing online or confirmed that i have already applied for the transaction. I went to meet my lawyer make it happen soon but it couldn't work out for me. So it's my humble request to you to please check the exact matter and the exact details of account and please make it online so that i can see it my details offline and fill it offline form through paper work.

        15th of every month is a margin line for pay ecr without penalty. But sir, we find, this month we unable to payment epf due to this display on the portal

          Sir, i have a saving bank account in your bank. I have it for last 12 years. I have a meagre income of 3000 p. M. Last month about 500 rs was deducted for not main taining minimum balance. This is what i spent for my child s milk. It is arbitrary to ask me maintain a minimum balance. Which i cannot afford. Kindly return my money this amount deducted from a poor mothers account was meant to feed her only child. Please help me

            Respected sir or mam, i have 3a/c in your hodal branch district palwal, haryana 121106 ([protected]). The most profitable branch of sbi. Butin my thinking a demoralized brank.. Only one or two staff is cooperative otherwise so educated illiterate. We are 30 years customers of your branch but i have face many time to heart my self respect..
            No a/c work on costumer areas and so old person's stey in row long time with hard...

            They have no single minute to talk like a gentleman. We are ready to give 1 or 2%extra on private branches but with self respect...
            Nokia, hmt and ambassador can't update himself according to time and you know their future so i humble request to reform your branch staffor give them some trainingfor humanities... Thanks

              Dear sir

              A refund of 6999 rupees was successfully processed on 5 june 2017 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

              I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emai id the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

              I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

              Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                      State bank offers what is called mod (Multi option deposit) facility. This facility enables transfer of your maximum saving balance into fixed deposits and automatic sweep from fds to saving account when needed.

                      As a result with this facility two values matter saving balance and mod balance. Mod balance is your actual available balance e. G. If you have 10000 saving balance and 50000 mod balance then a cheque issued for rs 40000 shall pass because the 50000 from fd will be swept into saving to clear the cheque.

                      Sadly this facility is becoming headache to the account holder as most of the times the sbi employees themselves are not aware of this and they just blindly look at saving balance and reject the cheque even though there’s sufficient mod balance.

                      It’s urgent that sbi educates all it’s employees about their mod facility and not to blindly reject cheque when enough mod balance exists. If this repeats i shall terminate my business with sbi and take my account elsewhere. End of the story. Good luck.

                        Hi, i have been receiving continuous sms on my mobile number registered with sbi asking me to link my aadhaar number to my account and failure of which would amount to blocking of my account. Also, the sms gives a deadline of july 31st, 2017.
                        Can somebody confirm if this is a hoax sms and if yes, how these spammers get my mobile number and aware of holding an account with sbi?
                        I have emailed "[protected]@sbi.co.in" asking them to confirm if they have any confirmed order/rules/notification to make the customers link aadhar to their accounts.
                        All this linking is only in the news and that too with a deadline of 31st dec, 2017. It is said the pml act is amended to comply the linking deadline being dec 2017.
                        Please clarify.

                                I have submitted a cheque no.[protected] amounting rs.4, 800/- which was dishonoured by your bank stating the reason drawee signature required. If my cheque was not authorised by my signature how it can be dishonoured. Your bank should intimate for this. Rs.177 has also been deducted from my account for this. Please do the needful and refund my deducted amount. It is very uncomfortable for customer. Bank should dishonoured the cheque in absence of balance or wrong signature. Without signature bank should not accept the cheque.

                                  I am submitting below my forwarded mail sent 11 times to customer care of sbi.co.in for your reference and kind perusal for redressal of my grievance as the cash refund to my axis bank account has not been effected till date for the failed transaction against passport fees. Vide transaction id no.90642373 dated 4th july, 2017, for failed payment through axis bank debit card for an amount of rs.1361

                                  You will please appreciate that this has become a normal routine with sbi and i have seen 100 nos or more of these complaints in the same pattern from different customers and it is a pathetic situation and will cause a roadblock to digital movement of india lest it is dealt with strongly.
                                  I also wish, besides redressal of my complaints, sbi must be held accountable and be directed to pay compensation to all its customer for the utter casual approach and being non responsive to my innumerous mail as well as of many more customers like me..
                                  Why this bank is left scot free for causing insurmountable sufferings and mental agony to its customers. Is beyond any reasonable logic

                                    Subject: - wrong deduction of income tax from my f. D. A/c for the year ending 31/03/2017. Respected sir,
                                    It is deeply regretted to inform that:-
                                    1) though form no. 15g submitted and acknowledged by bank, i am surprised and shocked to notice that rs.2285/- had been deducted as income tax, for the financial year ending 31/3/17.
                                    2) it is to submit that, i am not coming under income tax, as my income for the said period is not above rs.2.50 lakh.

                                    I have contacted branch manager shree hiren. H. Lakhani at chhani road branch no. (04917) on date 10/7/2017 at 11:47 am, who intern told me to come at 6pm. Visited at 6 pm and requested to solve the problem.
                                    To my surprise, beside to solve my problem shree lakhani had argued that:-
                                    1) you might have not filled up form no. 15g
                                    2) that, it is already declared by putting stamp on your fd papers that in case if interest is over rs10, 000 then you have to pay income tax.
                                    3) in this way it is clear and i can’t help you.
                                    Informed to the bank manager that, the applicants earning for the financial year p. E. 31/03/2017 does not come in any way under income tax limit. Therefore the question to deduct income tax at the source of income does not stand good. Also requested for refund.
                                    Beside to help, the manager had guided to approach to the income tax department for refund. When i have stated that it takes a long time beside to pay tax consultant fees and who will bare? Then the bank manager stated that, it for you to bare whole expanses and i can’t help you more.
                                    In view of above, i do hereby request to the concerned authority that:-
                                    1) why should, as a customer i have to suffer financial loss as well as mental agony?
                                    2) will the bank authority take a necessary action against the defaulter?
                                    3) may kindly decide the action to stop such a re-occurrence in future.
                                    4) will the bank pay me, my financial loss at first, and may adjust with income tax department.
                                    Hope for favorable reply with request not to treat my letter as a complaint, but as a guideline for future.

                                      Sbi is not taking any responsibility to inform the status of account while block for any reason. If issue any cheque, directly claim penalty. Bank does not comply with rbi rules where bank must inform the account status to account holder while going to block or need any supporting document. Need immediate action against illegal action of bank.

                                        I have sbi customer for more than a year recently i had received a call from some unknown number (Rishi kumar-[protected]) asking about my permanent address. There are many such case growing day by day in siwan districts of bihar.
