Dear sir

A refund of 6999 rupees was successfully processed on 5 june 2017 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emai id the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

    Firstly the payment was made by this credit card and due to insufficient balance you can't see the another transaction, so i am sending you the statement of another debit card

      मैंने आज औफिसरो कि बेजवाबदेही - लापरवाही (unresponsive) से मजबूरन होम लोन क्लोझ करवा दी है। जीससे मुझे 40 हजार जीतना नुकशान उठाना पडा है। जिसकी लिखित कम्प्लेन RSPC rajkot औऱ Jimkhana branch rajkot दोनों को दीया है। दूसरी बात, फाइल वापस लेने के लिए दस दिन के बाद 24/7/17 कि तारीख दी है।मुझे जल्द फाइल चाहिए।
      मैं दोनों बात कि जाँच करवाने कि औऱ एक दो दिनमे फाइल वापिस दिलवाने कि बीनती करता हु।

        Query is my saving account in deduct 115 Rs. 2 time bank given msg account maintenance charge
        1sr charge deduct may17 and
        2nd charge deduct june17
        then my account balance is maintain but why cut the Rs.115 how many charge account maintenance.

        So please help my query and refund wrong deduct money

          State bank offers what is called mod (Multi option deposit) facility. This facility enables transfer of your maximum saving balance into fixed deposits and automatic sweep from fds to saving account when needed.

          As a result with this facility two values matter saving balance and mod balance. Mod balance is your actual available balance e. G. If you have 10000 saving balance and 50000 mod balance then a cheque issued for rs 40000 shall pass because the 50000 from fd will be swept into saving to clear the cheque.

          Sadly this facility is becoming headache to the account holder as most of the times the sbi employees themselves are not aware of this and they just blindly look at saving balance and reject the cheque even though there’s sufficient mod balance.

          It’s urgent that sbi educates all it’s employees about their mod facility and not to blindly reject cheque when enough mod balance exists. If this repeats i shall terminate my business with sbi and take my account elsewhere. End of the story. Good luck.

            Hi, i have been receiving continuous sms on my mobile number registered with sbi asking me to link my aadhaar number to my account and failure of which would amount to blocking of my account. Also, the sms gives a deadline of july 31st, 2017.
            Can somebody confirm if this is a hoax sms and if yes, how these spammers get my mobile number and aware of holding an account with sbi?
            I have emailed "[protected]@sbi.co.in" asking them to confirm if they have any confirmed order/rules/notification to make the customers link aadhar to their accounts.
            All this linking is only in the news and that too with a deadline of 31st dec, 2017. It is said the pml act is amended to comply the linking deadline being dec 2017.
            Please clarify.

I talked with sbi securities customer she assist me write a mail and she also told any sinku kumari has opend my sbi securities a/c but this is absolute wrong. I did not open any sbi securities a/c or put my signature any where than how he deducted or who has given him this type of. Authority. I need refund my 590/ as soon as possible.

                    I have submitted a cheque no.[protected] amounting rs.4, 800/- which was dishonoured by your bank stating the reason drawee signature required. If my cheque was not authorised by my signature how it can be dishonoured. Your bank should intimate for this. Rs.177 has also been deducted from my account for this. Please do the needful and refund my deducted amount. It is very uncomfortable for customer. Bank should dishonoured the cheque in absence of balance or wrong signature. Without signature bank should not accept the cheque.

                      I am submitting below my forwarded mail sent 11 times to customer care of sbi.co.in for your reference and kind perusal for redressal of my grievance as the cash refund to my axis bank account has not been effected till date for the failed transaction against passport fees. Vide transaction id no.90642373 dated 4th july, 2017, for failed payment through axis bank debit card for an amount of rs.1361

                      You will please appreciate that this has become a normal routine with sbi and i have seen 100 nos or more of these complaints in the same pattern from different customers and it is a pathetic situation and will cause a roadblock to digital movement of india lest it is dealt with strongly.
                      I also wish, besides redressal of my complaints, sbi must be held accountable and be directed to pay compensation to all its customer for the utter casual approach and being non responsive to my innumerous mail as well as of many more customers like me..
                      Why this bank is left scot free for causing insurmountable sufferings and mental agony to its customers. Is beyond any reasonable logic

                        I have contacted branch manager shree hiren. H. Lakhani at chhani road branch no. (04917) on date 10/7/2017 at 11:47 am, who intern told me to come at 6pm. Visited at 6 pm and requested to solve the problem.
                        To my surprise, beside to solve my problem shree lakhani had argued that:-
                        1) you might have not filled up form no. 15g
                        2) that, it is already declared by putting stamp on your fd papers that in case if interest is over rs10, 000 then you have to pay income tax.
                        3) in this way it is clear and i can’t help you.
                        Informed to the bank manager that, the applicants earning for the financial year p. E. 31/03/2017 does not come in any way under income tax limit. Therefore the question to deduct income tax at the source of income does not stand good. Also requested for refund.
                        Beside to help, the manager had guided to approach to the income tax department for refund. When i have stated that it takes a long time beside to pay tax consultant fees and who will bare? Then the bank manager stated that, it for you to bare whole expanses and i can’t help you more.
                        In view of above, i do hereby request to the concerned authority that:-
                        1) why should, as a customer i have to suffer financial loss as well as mental agony?
                        2) will the bank authority take a necessary action against the defaulter?
                        3) may kindly decide the action to stop such a re-occurrence in future.
                        4) will the bank pay me, my financial loss at first, and may adjust with income tax department.
                        Hope for favorable reply with request not to treat my letter as a complaint, but as a guideline for future.

                          Sbi is not taking any responsibility to inform the status of account while block for any reason. If issue any cheque, directly claim penalty. Bank does not comply with rbi rules where bank must inform the account status to account holder while going to block or need any supporting document. Need immediate action against illegal action of bank.

                              My complaint about this matter regards applying for a new irctc platinum credit card since approx 03 months before but card status, processed not showing, not to be described by the employee of sbi bank cc executive. All required docs given by me.
                              But still card not issued & after i ask regularly but shankar ji not given satisfied answer. He's rude behavior with talking on telecommunication. I'm trying calling again & again for know my status for some but not said clearly. Ref no., ackn. No. Receipt no & awb (Courier) no. Not provide till date. Im worried about my documents, because he’s not give me submitted documents.

                                      A refund of 999 rupees was successfully processed on 4th july 2017 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                                      When the reporting time is 10:15 am ge comes everyday at 11:45 am.

                                      He works at F D department.

                                      He is from south india.

                                      customers have to await for 2 hours.

                                      Some are senior citizens.

                                      Hope action will be taken.

                                        My father mr. Rabindra kumar mahapatra is a customer of sbi g. Udayagiri branch. His account no is : [protected]. On 10th july, when my father was doing a transaction from the branch, he got cheated by a fraud, who exchanged my father's card with his card. Then the fraud person has withdrawan/transferred rs. 3, 18, 100 from my father's account. Since in a single day there is a limit of 40000 from the atm, he has done all the transaction from the branch itself. My question here is how the branch did not verify any document from the person for doing all those transaction? How was he able to withdraw and transfer 3, 18, 100 in a single day? Why did my father not receive any message or call? I strongly feel there is a lot of fault with the bank in this case. When you say you give the liberty to withdraw any amount from the branch, then there should be a proper identity check.

                                        The transfer he has done is to : [protected]. And all the money from there is also withdrawn on the same day.
                                        Again a transfer has been done to [protected]

                                        I want the bank to take proper action against it. And provide compensation to my father.
