My complaint about this matter regards applying for a new irctc platinum credit card since approx 03 months before but card status, processed not showing, not to be described by the employee of sbi bank cc executive. All required docs given by me.
But still card not issued & after i ask regularly but shankar ji not given satisfied answer. He's rude behavior with talking on telecommunication. I'm trying calling again & again for know my status for some but not said clearly. Ref no., ackn. No. Receipt no & awb (Courier) no. Not provide till date. Im worried about my documents, because he’s not give me submitted documents.

Kindly please do the need full action as early on behalf of me for (Shankar singh mo.[protected]) sbi cc employee ajmer sbi main branch. Near bus stand ajmer (Raj.) 305001

    I have brought a watch of rs 2095/- with my sbi debit card on 04/07/17 but at that time transaction get failed. Then i used my pnb card. But now sbi deducted my money without any successful transaction. Please refund my money asap.

      A refund of1692 rupees was successfully processed on 15th march 2017 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account. But i have not received the refund till..

      I had called so many times of sbi
      Costumer and amazon costumer care...
      I was very much frestrated.. And
      This is not a small amount.. To ignore.
      Plz accept this complaint and
      Take further action.
      I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund..

But after 5 min u r transaction failed u r card has been charged and refunded soon but still not received kindly update the status

            My father mr. Rabindra kumar mahapatra is a customer of sbi g. Udayagiri branch. His account no is : [protected]. On 10th july, when my father was doing a transaction from the branch, he got cheated by a fraud, who exchanged my father's card with his card. Then the fraud person has withdrawan/transferred rs. 3, 18, 100 from my father's account. Since in a single day there is a limit of 40000 from the atm, he has done all the transaction from the branch itself. My question here is how the branch did not verify any document from the person for doing all those transaction? How was he able to withdraw and transfer 3, 18, 100 in a single day? Why did my father not receive any message or call? I strongly feel there is a lot of fault with the bank in this case. When you say you give the liberty to withdraw any amount from the branch, then there should be a proper identity check.

            The transfer he has done is to : [protected]. And all the money from there is also withdrawn on the same day.

            I want the bank to take proper action against it. And provide compensation to my father.

              I had been charged an annual fee of rs 2999/- wherein i was told that it is totally free when i was issued the card.
              The monthly credit card statement for june 2017 not received in my mail.
              I had repaid full and final payment in my credit card still it appears that i owe rs. 7527/- for my credit 448+4509+2570=7527 which may be clarified immediately

By seeing mini statement it is showing that rs20000 was withdran though i have not withdrawn. Hence i request that rs 20000/-immediately credited

                  I belong to the family of one of the sincere sbi manager. And being such a reputed organization, the bank has been very unfair with the transfers of its employees. Unwanted transfers favouring lady employees is on a rise. Please be fair enough and have the bravery to answer as to why a person has been transferred without reasons. This is a society where men and women are treated equally. Please change your mindset according to this generation and stop being favourable to women. I repeat this is a reputed organization and would eagerly wait for a response.

                      Sir i major singh bearing a/c no [protected] of sbi branch talab tillo jammu.in dec[protected] rupees debited from my atm but i received only 2500 because in december we can only withdraw 2500 from atm in one day due to demonitisation. I complained many times but i not received my amount tillo now. The home branch said to me that you should complain to rbi. So pl credit my amount. I am fed up by complaining so many time.

                          I have a joint saving account with my mother in our local state bank of india.. Today i did contact to local bank manager for submitting kyc ducuments. He riughly ordered me to come along with mother.
                          But my mother's health condition is very poor and she has bn suffering from seviour arthritis.. So it's not possible for her to go to the bank which is situated on a dubble storryed building..
                          Please help and take proper action.

                              Sir, this is my salary account where in every month my salary is credited to bank and with out any intimation it is been closed, i am facing severe consequences & i even cross verified with bank pb-manager mr.                                 I have taken emi through bajajfinserv on[protected] baring loan aggreement no:5670cd16875982 to purchase sony bravia television at mahaveer electronics, anantapur. Iam also having proof of no objection certificate
                                (Noc) from bajaj finserv dated on[protected] stating that i have cleared the loan amount. But i was charged rs.287/- and debited from my saving account without my intervention. I request your good office to look into my issue and kindly resolve at the earliest.

                                    This is r. Velusamy, defence pensioner drawing my pension from
                                    Sbi, sb account no.[protected] (Coimbatore main branch) since
                                    I am residing at coimbatore. Prior to this, i was at villupuram and
                                    Was drawing my pension in the same account. Ten years back i
                                    Have moved to coimbatore and requested sbi villuopuram main
                                    Branch to transfer my sb account and defence pension account
                                    To coimbatore sbi main branch. The sb account was transferred
                                    Whereas the pension account still lies with villupuram sbi.
                                    I have been trying for past 10 years to get pension account to
                                    Be transferred to coimbatore. To this effect, i have sent letter,
                                    Visited the villupuram in person and also over phone to the
                                    Manger concerned countless times but all in vain.

                                    Since the defence account is not transferred to coimbatore
                                    I face lot of hardship by way of tds and filing it returns etc.

                                    Therefore, it is my humble request that necessary action may
                                    Kindly intiated to get my pension account to be transferred
                                    To coimbatore sbi main branch.

                                        Today is my last date of bill payment i.e 88589 in which there are some unnecessary charge (3440 fin charges + 586 ST debit tax +20.95 +20.95 other charge). I know i was not able to pay the last bill of 12704 on time, i paid it on 16th Jun late by 4 days then how SBI can generate the extra charges of[protected]+586+20.95+20.95)for delayed 12704 amount by 4 day only it is enough. I request you to revise it and wave off so that i can make payment of this month on time.
                                        I already raised a complaint and talked with CCE. Your supervisor is not available to talk with customers when they are in problem
