I humble requested, i am vijay luxmi and my sbi account no. [protected] attached with sbi branch kaurihar, allahabad bank code-014901. I had gone with my husband mr. Ajeet kumar to indian bank atm outside from railway station, lucknow on 04/06/17 (After 0500 (Pm) and my husband inter atm pin number of my atm card in said indian atm machine, but said atm could not be given any response vide which said atm server was very slow and given remark ‘’do you want to some more time-"yes or no’’ and just click"yes" option, but no any given response that time as well that time one other person inter in said atm machine room and he is inter hdfc atm card in said atm machine but no any response given said atm machine and after some time my husband was something 5 minutes wait then re-inter our atm card of said atm machine but no any response given by atm machine wide which server was very slow.

After 5 minutes, we was going in other atm but said individual presenting to continue in said atm machine room and interring to continue atm card (Hdfc) in said atm machine. Said individual that time wearing black spectacle or sun glass in black on head and ti-shirt & jeans and my husband wearing spectacle in white glass and ti-shirt in dark in black in off arm in v-gala with jeans. Sir, also check photos of my husband in sbi account no. [protected].

After some time my husband withdrawal 1, 500/- amount from sbi atm machine in railway station and checking mini-statement on mention rs. 10, 000/- withdrawal our account on 04/06/17. Since we of my atm card try in tow time in atm machine; 1. Indian bank atm machine, 2. Sbi bank atm machine on 04/06/17 in railway station, lucknow.

Sir, i am doubts rs. 10, 000/- withdrawal in my account of said indian bank atm machine by said present individual (Hdfc bank card) after server error or fasting. Hence requested to your checking cctv video footed of said atm machine room and said atm machine transaction history as well as my atm card entry timing and out timing in atm machine room of my husband please and returning my said amount rs.10, 000/- in our account no. [protected] please.

Your kind co-operation on the subject will be highly appreciated please.

    On my SBI credit card somebody tried to make above transaction but due to in-sufficient balance, transaction not materialized and subsequently card blocked.

    How to get a new card .

      Today i got fake a call from a person. He told me i am calling from head office mumbai. Then i asked from which branch he told me navi mumbai sector 11 bepalur. I told him i am working in this sector tell me addres then he cut the phone. He asked me to give atm expiry date and card number. I got a call from [protected].

      When i asked them about my sbi account/card details, they were not able to provide me anything apart from my mobile number.

      Beware of caller from this number and request to concerned authority to kindly look into the matter.

        A refund of rs.2480 was successfully initiated on july 1 by amazon through the neft mode. However, it didnot reflect into my account even after 9 days. I have called sbi customer care several times but all are in vain, they never helped me for once, didnot file charge dispute nor accepted the reference number provided by amazon to locate the refund. I even contacted home branch but all were simply helpless.in a digital world, no one is helping me get my money. If such happens then how can we rely on online transactions. Please loop upon this matter. I am totally helpless as there is no one around who is willing to help me.

As you have provided the reference number of the refund of rs.2480, but that didnot work as bank refused to accept this number. They are asking the utr number which was generated during the refund process.             I had a fd in sbi metagalli inds area mysore which was going to mature on 28th may. Instead i went on 30th june2017. Requested for auto renewal, said not possible since it is under scheme, then i requested for the interest as applicable between 28thmay to 30th june. But they have not repaid any interest. Pl look in to the matter and repay the interest as applicable

              Unauthorized transaction was done on my credit card on may 4th 2017 and they resolved issue on july 7th but they have charged me extra amount for not paying the unauthorised amount. As per rbi rules within 10 days money to be reverted back. Pls look into the matter as it affects my devil score. I have complaint to them several times over phone and mails but no reply from their end and they are wasting currency on phone calls (Pretty expensive).

                I had rented my residential premises b29 us villa mundra out to yogesh chandra yadav (Mob:[protected]) ex-manager sbi ac mundra from sept 2016 for a contract period of 11 months. He left the house without a notice and did not pay rent for month of june 2017 (Rs. 12000) according to rent agreement.

                Kindly intervene in this matter so that i can get my rent immediately.

                      This is to inform you that i anish gupta, loan account number had taken a overseas education loan of rs. 200000/- twenty lakh from state bank of india. I had completed my degree from la trobe university in july 2016 and tried my luck to get a decent job in australia, but my luck didn't favour me. Sir as per terms and condition of the bank, my loan repayment starts from january 2017, but i haven't got any job yet. The bank had sent me notice regarding this matter, but i was in australia so i wasn't aware about the situation. I arrived in india last month and came to know about the situation. The state bank of india had sent someone from his department to my house on 07/07/2017 entered my house illegally and threatened me and my family. The person name is mr. Biswajit das. He said he is a senior officer of state bank of india and his office is in jeevandeep building, kolkata. I went to the bank next day (New market branch, kolkata) and spoke to branch manager, i told him about my situation and what all had happen. He was least bother to listen to my problem. I told him i would deposit the money by tuesday. He agreed to it. On sunday 09/07/2017 the branch manager of new market branch had called me in the morning and threatened me on the phone to deposit the money.in my absence mr. Biswajit das had again came with two his men and threatened my mom and spoke to my mother very rudely. He also took some pictures of my mother without her concern.
                      Sir this is being immense pressure on me and family.
                      Sir i cannot handle this much of pressure and insecurity of my family members. My family members are very scared. I am totally depressed and feel like committing suicide.
                      Sir i request you to look into this matter very seriously and solve this problem.

                        Hii sir,
                        I am a consumer of sbi. This sbi branch has been denying to offer any services to its customers. Even they are blaming gst saying due to gst links are failed. But after sometime, some regular customers said that they have been making such excuses since 1 year. Please do the needful and make them understand the value of time of customers.

                        When I deposit cash 5500, 500's 11 note. I swipe a card and enter pin then I entered cash in machine and press enter button and then machine is switched off. And not a start I can't take return my cash. And there were no security guards

                          I opened a savings account with sbi - rajesh pilot chowk, rewari (Haryana) branch on 20/7/2016. The atm card i applied for despatched to my permanent address in kolkata, from where it was returned due to non-availability of anybody to accept it.
                          I got a sms from sbi main branch on 5.10.2016 that my atm card is about to come at my branch within 7 days. But till now, not me nor my branch got my atm card.
                          I am seeking your involvement in this matter immediately.

                            I placed order on 21st june with industrybuying.com. Somehow i cancelled order same day. And i received cancelled order confirmation mail from with industrybuying.com on 28th june stated that "refund of rs. 4398.0 on your order no:[protected] with industrybuying.com has been processed and will be credited to your account in the next 2- 5 working days." it is almost 9 working days completed and i still not seeing amount in my cc statement. Can you please look in to matter and reply me asap.

                            I spoke many times with sbi card customer representative but never received satisfactory reply. I provide them refund transaction id ([protected]) to trace transaction, and they said they won't be able to trace transaction with transaction id. All they are saying that there is no refund reflecting in my account and suggest to ask merchant. And when i speak to merchant they repeatadly says transaction completed from our end and providing transaction id.

                            Now matter is merchant says contact creditcard provider and creditcard provider says contact merchant.

                            What should i do?

                              I am dinesh ludhani from ajmer i have account in ajmer vaishali branch i filled a fir also on 1st of july i purchased a phone from amazon via my sbi debit card ([protected]) but due to some circumstances i returned the product and amazon processed a refund in my account (Reversed the transaction) on 3rd july, today is 10th july still the amount is not reflecting in my account. Upon asking amazon they provided me authorisation code. Refund refrence no. -271530 please track my refund asap in which portal amount got stucked and find the image attachment below

                                      I went for a/c opening at Amer branch at 3 time. all the 3 times they said no form available. After I met to manager they provide me form and say minimum bal. Require 3000 etc. n at the time deposit the form say come after 4 pm. Then I again met to manager they said we require original aadhar card. I show digital aadhar card but they not agree n try to make new new issue. Staff are worst not want to work.

                                        I have been trying to change my mobile number for the last week. I cant go to the branch due to congestion of work, also my debit/ATM card cant be used due to it being all worn out, which i have applied for online. I have my old number and new number along with me so i did the necessary. I inputted the OTP but always shows pending and then it expires. I just tried it now as well. my reference number is UM[protected]. I read online that for others its instant. So i want to know what the problem is. Please help

                                        Absolute hopeless Bank.

                                        Babu in Bank think Bank belong to his/her BAAP and behave in that manner.
                                        If you ask to change anything they will reply like "I am busy at this moment", "Come tommorow", "Now its lunch time", "Form is not complete", "You fill the wrong form".

                                        I submitted the form to change my mobile number in person in the home branch a month ago, but till date after so many calls and personal visit they havent change it.

                                        Everytime they ask "Form jama kiya hai kya".
