I had used my debit card to pay for some services at Mahindra Logan Service Centre. After using the card, the accountant at the service centre stated that she had added an extra zero to the amount, in the POS machine. When I opened my account back in 2014 bank operations manager took 1000 Rs to open the account, i actually wanted a zero balance account, now when I go to close the account, a different person sits on that chair and says that there is 575 rs for the closure and I still don't get why does a govt bank charges to close the account. I have an account on SBI Tindivanam branch(00929), TAMIL NADU.
When l tried to withdraw cash amount Rs.500 from my account twice in ICICI bank atm, Tindivanam, amount also deducted twice but i didn't received the cash.
