Sbi( Serilingampally branch, Hyderabad) has deducted 118/- from my account on[protected] stating as fee excess drs but my debit card transactions have not exceeded the max limit. Then how come they can deduct amount. Every now and then sbi will deduct money with some or the other reason. The will provide int at lower rate but charge at a hefty rate.

      I received a phone call at 8.56 am from phone no [protected] stating my debit card is blocked.the fellow spoke in hindi. i told him that my card expired in June and i will get new card even though i didn't have a card. i am giving this complaint so that you can trace the call and if it is fraudulent you can try to catch the culprit if possible thanks

          I have a saving account in State Bank of India. I have submitted an application to the bank in order to upgrade my old ATM card as they will replace the old card and give me a new chip debit card. I have applied on June 2017 and 01 June 2017 they deduct money from my bank account of Rs. 229 but till now not yet received any information or my new card. When asked to the bank service manager she informed me it is taking long time. I have informed to check and they informed me that the application has been cancelled and need to apply for it once again. I have unhappy about this service really stupid service.

            The scene is that, i had requested for credit card in sbi on 11 january 2017, and card got approval and also i received the annual fees sms and bill statement by mail but card haven't delivered to me as there currier vendor (Blue dart) couldn't find my address, so after several try i called to credit card customer care and asked them to cancel the request and close the account as i haven't received the card yet and they said ok and onward you will not receive the any sms or mail for bill, but todays is 8 july and i am still receiving mail and sms for bill, so now i dont know what i need to do to stop that bill sms and mail.

              Hlo sir I have taken personal loan from you branch at jhotwara. In loan documents they have mentioned that loan interest is 12.45%, and my emi was 17, 979 (written proof). They charged first two emi at this rate, but after that they increased emi to 19, 011, I don't know why. Because as per document's interest rate it must be 17, 979, but it's not. They are charging 1100 more than they promised monthly and 60, 000 more after 5 repayment period.

              Lines of document given by them-""Fixed Rate of Interest : Interest on the loan will be charged at 12.45% p.a on daily reducing balance at monthly rests which is 3.3% above the Two-Years Marginal Cost of Fund Based Lending Rate which is at present 9.15% p.a. The rate of interest viz 12.45% will be valid for the entire tenor of the loan. In the event of default in payment of any instalment or any irregularity in the loan account, penal interest at the rate of 2% p.a. over the stipulated interest rate with monthly rests will be charged for the irregular amount and overdue period.""

              When I visited Branch regarding this issue they refused my point of view and charging me continuously 19, 011 monthly. It will cost me 60, 000 more than actual or fair rate.

              Please resolve my problem or I will see you in court.

                Dear Sir/Madam,
                For the past 2 to 3 months i used to visit nearby SBI ATM's in Vasanth nagar, Cantonment railway stn Banglore. But most of the times i have seen those ATM machines are without cash (or) Machine out of order (or) The shutters may be parrtially closed. Most of the other Bank ATM machines will have money, and if i take money from other bank ATM Machines i used to get a text message "Use SBI ATM's for bette convinience...", SBI wont have money in their ATM Machines and they need people to draw money from their ATM Itself.
                Pls consider this as a serious issue, because most of the people are affected by this.

                  I have encountered fraud case in online product order. I am from Kathmandu, Nepal. Recently i saw advertisement in facebook where iphones were sold at cheap price. I contacted the person from the advertisement. The person who claimed to be member of tradeline stores asked me to deposit 16K NPR to Meena Satyanami, Acc No: [protected] Branch Rewa ifsc code-sbin0000468. He said they i need to do deposit before they can ship. I did the deposit After depositing 16K NPR to that account on[protected] from Waling he asked me another 10K NPR. I denied paying but he threatened me that he will not refund 16K nor deliver me the product. There was no way for me. This time he asked me to deposit to RajKumari Saket, Acc No: [protected], IFSC code:sbin0000468. I deposited again the money. Now after i deposited the money he blocked me and there is no product delivered to me. I came to know that that person is a fraud. Neither that person is giving me my money back nor delivering me the product. He gave me www.http://distinctlogistics.com/tracking.php website but later i came to find the website is fake. When i contacted him to refund me my deposit he blocked me. I have legal bank deposit slip. I will provide you if you need it for further investigation. Please i request your to black list that account and please ask that bank account holder to refund me my money back. Please help me to get my money back. I am not only the victim. My friend is also the victim. He has also gone through same fraud case. These account holders are doing scam through this bank account. Hope you and your team will help me to punish these scammers and also get my money back.

                    45 days ago I have applied for credit card at SBI Pachpedhi Naka Branch where I have my savings bank account after a 5 to 7 days I was called for telephonic verification which was successful and I was ensured delivery of my credit card within next 10 days but after 20 days of my filling of application I was informed on enquiring that my application has been rejected because I have denied for it during telephonic verification which i didnt, still I was asked to file new application for Credit card and the complete process(application & verification) was repeated again in the same manner but this second time also I was denied after 20 days of applying that my application has been rejected.In this was I wasted 45 days in waiting for credit card due to fault from SBI and I am in deep trouble since I have to visit Singapore for which I needed the Credit Card as soon as possible, if only I had applied in some other bank I would have got my card issued instantly.                         I got my net banking activated on my home branch before 3 days. I was able to login and do all necessary stuffs. When i was done with that i got a message that states no account is mapped to my username. When i checked about the same online i saw some similar problems that asked to unhide the account in manage account option. But when i got to manage account and unhideing option i had no account hidden also. It would be very convenient if you would clear my doubt regarding this.

                          With reference to above mentioned subject undersigned want to convey his dissatisfaction as well as harassment caused due to rude behaviour of one of the employee named Mr. Rakesh Vaishya working in SBI Gomti Nagar Phase II Branch Lucknow as I myself is an account holder in SBI and my account is in Qaiser Bagh Branch Lucknow with Account number [protected] and I visited in Gomti Nagar branch with the cash of INR 15000 to submit the amount in My younger Sister's Account which itself is in SBI Lucknow at Kaiserbagh Branch but the said employe told me he will not do my work even though I filled the whole form as well as gave my PAN Number for the same .

                          In this connection undersigned was asked to do the same in SBI Customer Care Franchise though I was willing to Pay procedural charges.

                          Kindly Look after the matter as they do not perform their duties as per the citizen Charter.

                            I have an NRE account in SBI Jadavpur University Branch (Ac. No. [protected]). Today (7-7-17) I got a message that a cash amount of Rs 100 and another cash amount of Rs 1205 were withdrawn from my account! However, I have not withdrawn any amount by cheque or any other means.

                            I have got the following messages:

                            "Your A/C XXXXX994249 has a Cash withdrawal of Rs 100.00 on 07/07/17. Avl Bal Rs ..."

                            "Your A/C XXXXX994249 has a Cash withdrawal of Rs 1, 205.00 on 07/07/17. Avl Bal Rs ..."

                            Can you please verify the transaction to find out if it was fraud? I tried to call the manager but the telephone number of the bank is not working.

                            Please confirm me about this transaction. I am a bit worried!

                              Dear concerned,

                              I had been receiving call from some number from sbi since last 3 days. Today at around 4. 30- 4.45 pm, i got a call from number [protected]. They wanted to confirm my credit card detail. They conveyed they had initiated some transaction and sent otp. When i was unable to share the same, they conveyed that they can authenticate the card through some other credit card on which i shared my hdfc credit card. After some time a otp flashed in my mobile which they enquired and i shared with them. After some time i realised there has been a transaction from my hdfc card for inr 40000.

                              I have blocked my card of sbi & hdfc and i expect the same to be enquired so that i dont suffer.

                              Afterwards, also i can see 2 mails from sbi sharing otp for transaction inr 20000 and inr 10000. My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com

                                  We people from the area under charbahal branch IFSC CODE-SBIN0006605.
                                  the bank employee in this bank are not working proprerly. they even dont know how to deal with the clients. if somebody is going for opening new account they are saying we have closed the counter for opening the bank accounts please visit the sahaj janaseva kendra to open a mini account. some employee are taking lunch break from 1.30 pm to 3.45 pm.

                                  Branch Manager Mohan Tandi is not talking to anybody properly. if somebody with well dressed will come he will talk to him politely. if any poor person will come he even throw the papers of that person. all the time he shows his rage to the poor person.

                                  Therefore please grant our complain and do something for us.

                                  Write a complaint to Branch manager with a copy of SBI Customer grievances officials. If they is no reply from them means write a RTI letter with reference to your earlier letter. Even there is no proper action taken means suite a case in Consumer court and claim some compensation.

                                    sir please help me noone is hearing about my complaint...
                                    Sir i have to get refund from RAZORPAY. Of 6752/- They said they initiated my refund refund id: rfnd_82o8fS0sjaKRQL on june 14 2017 with Bank reference number:[protected] but amount not credited into my account. Please resolve my issue, do needful
                                    My atm card is expired on nov2016. But i did not receive any new atm card to yet. If I try to apply using online banking, It is saying 'ATM ALREADY ISSUED TO CUSTOMER'.
                                    On 24/06/2019 i paid bill to goa electricity department bill, amount of {inr} 2, 147 but when i check by login in ged still showing unpaid and my money debited from my account, I used E-challan gateway payment method, director of accounts reference no[protected], i already complaint my ticket no is : [protected], Mer-id is : CPS9440310, AND RRNO IS[protected] so please help me and credited my amount 2, 147 back in my account

                                        I had booked an Advertisement through Releasemyad.com website. However, while releasing the payment using my Maestro Debit Card Number[protected]India - State Bank Cash), the amount of Indian Rupees 16003 was debited twice.
                                        The firm Releasemyad.com was requested to refund the amount, which they claim to have done and have given the following remarks:

                                        This is an update regarding your ad (Ad Id:1304204). We have re-verfied from our payment partners that the refund has been processed sucessfully for this transaction. They have informed us that as your card is Maestro Card therefore no Acknowledgement Reference Number (# ARN No.) will be generated.
                                        In case you still did not receive the refund, please get a mail from your card's customer service mentioning that the amount not credited to cardholder account. After which, our payment partners will take up the issue internally.

                                        It is requested that the same may be got checked with reference to this Maestro Card and amount if received be credited to the linked account. Or else give a communication that the same has not been credited.
                                        State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
