    Sir,
    We people from the area under charbahal branch IFSC CODE-SBIN0006605.
    the bank employee in this bank are not working proprerly. they even dont know how to deal with the clients. if somebody is going for opening new account they are saying we have closed the counter for opening the bank accounts please visit the sahaj janaseva kendra to open a mini account. some employee are taking lunch break from 1.30 pm to 3.45 pm.

    Branch Manager Mohan Tandi is not talking to anybody properly. if somebody with well dressed will come he will talk to him politely. if any poor person will come he even throw the papers of that person. all the time he shows his rage to the poor person.

    Therefore please grant our complain and do something for us.

    Dear vikashd1,

    Write a complaint to Branch manager with a copy of SBI Customer grievances officials. If they is no reply from them means write a RTI letter with reference to your earlier letter. Even there is no proper action taken means suite a case in Consumer court and claim some compensation.

      Sir i have to get refund from RAZORPAY. Of 6752/- They said they initiated my refund refund id: rfnd_82o8fS0sjaKRQL on june 14 2017 with Bank reference number:[protected] but amount not credited into my account. Please resolve my issue, do needful

      My atm card is expired on nov2016. But i did not receive any new atm card to yet. If I try to apply using online banking, It is saying 'ATM ALREADY ISSUED TO CUSTOMER'.
      On 24/06/2019 i paid bill to goa electricity department bill, amount of {inr} 2, 147 but when i check by login in ged still showing unpaid and my money debited from my account, I used E-challan gateway payment method, director of accounts reference no[protected], i already complaint my ticket no is : [protected], Mer-id is : CPS9440310, AND RRNO IS[protected] so please help me and credited my amount 2, 147 back in my account

          I had booked an Advertisement through Releasemyad.com website. However, while releasing the payment using my Maestro Debit Card Number[protected]India - State Bank Cash), the amount of Indian Rupees 16003 was debited twice.
          The firm Releasemyad.com was requested to refund the amount, which they claim to have done and have given the following remarks:

          This is an update regarding your ad (Ad Id:1304204). We have re-verfied from our payment partners that the refund has been processed sucessfully for this transaction. They have informed us that as your card is Maestro Card therefore no Acknowledgement Reference Number (# ARN No.) will be generated.
          In case you still did not receive the refund, please get a mail from your card's customer service mentioning that the amount not credited to cardholder account. After which, our payment partners will take up the issue internally.

          It is requested that the same may be got checked with reference to this Maestro Card and amount if received be credited to the linked account. Or else give a communication that the same has not been credited.

            My SB A/c No.[protected]- SBI, Shopping Market complex, Jayanagar, Bangalore-560011.
            on[protected] I had deposited a cheque drawn in my favour on ORIENTAL BANK OF COMMERCE for Rs.48200/- payable by all branches in India. Even after 8 days the proceeds has not
            been realized & credited to my account. On enquiry for delay no reasons were given. This multicity cheque is usally credited to the payee within 2days, as has been the case in other PSU banks. This callousness on the part of the bank authorities shows utter disregard to the customer. who is going to compensate interest for this delay.
            Please reply the necessary action taken before I contemplate further recourse.

              Pathetic service from state bank of india
              Past one month i have been going to the bank nallasopara west branch but always they have some or the either problem they never give a proper solution they talk about value vision and custoner service they dnt know what does it mean the branch manager is of no.use because he is always rude . I was getting late for my work i told the lady in the branch that my brother will collect the passbook for me and my father as before he collected passbook for my mom and that time he was allowed and now today they are asking for authorisation letter after making me wait for 1 hr. This is ridiculous.

                  On 5th July 2017 my mother and brother went to SBI, badi pahadi, Bihar Sharif, nalanda branch regarding loan for my brother's further studies but branch manager insulted my mother he mentally harrashed her and asked my brother that he will have to pass test taken by him after that he will talk about loan..sir plz do something, otherwise I will file complain in banking ombudsman and also tweet pmo, SBI chief, ...

                          5-6 Months ago i have made request to SBI Customer care Executive over Phone & Ask him that i want to surrender my Credit card & He assured me that my card will be disfunctional within 24 hours.

                          But after 2-3 months i have got message Of annual fees Plus penalty charges

                          This means that my Credit card was not deactivated then .

                          Pls deactivate my Credit card as soon as possible

                            I visited India between 6 July 2016 to 5Aug 2016. During that period my branch manager shri LN Gilowa at personal banking branch SBI Janak Puri New Delhi 110058, convinced me to lake a SBI life gold policy and I paid Rs 200000 INR as first instalment Shri Dinesh Gupta executed the policy and I was subject to undergo medical tests for that. Later I came abroad. Now I have been trying to know the status of my policy. Count less calls to shri Gilowa and shri Dinesh Gupta has not resulted in any information.
                            It is requested that status Ans hard copy of the policy be issued to me. My money deposited for the same refunded.

                                This old man sits at 1st counter on sbi branch tikker himachal pradesh and treat people with wrong attitude, today when reached 20 minutes before 4:00 pm i asked him to make a draft then he gives an excuse that the printer is not working sou can come next day but when the manager ask him is it so then he pass him a sign that i counter ...this is irrelevant u cannot tell customers to come on next day by telling a lie just because u have other imp. work .

                                      I am registering this complaint to seek help for a problem which happened to me yesterday from sbi parassala branch accountant. I was an account holder in parassala sbi, and i closed my account yestereday afternoon. When i closed my account an amount of rs.590 was deducted from my account and the accountant said that that was closure charges, but according to the current rules of sbi if an account is older than one year then there is no closure charge but the accountant deducted the money unneceassarily. Then i contacted sbi customer care and from there i came to know there is no such charges for accounts which is older than one year and i informed the same to the accountant but he haven't refunded the deducted amount. So kindly register my complaint and please refund my money as early as possible, because i am a student and for me this will be a great help sir. Sir so kindly look at this problem as early as possible and please let me know about the details.

                                        An ecs was submitted with your rewari branch (Railway station) on 03.07.2017 at 11.00 am in morning for an amount of rs.44, 34, 705/-.

                                        The said ecs has not been credited to the benificiary account even after lapse of more then 48 hrs.

                                        Every third or fourth ecs transfer is delayed.

                                        I have pay my daughter's fee through Epay federal bank by using netbanking of sbi on 29/6/2017 . Rs96392.75 has debited from my account but not credited in college account . Please refund my amount or credit in college account .i have ref.no. for this transection.
