    I has permanat address as auraiya. And in adhaar card also my address is of auraiya.
    I moved last year to kanpur, uttar pradesh. I have to open account in sbi, lakhanpur, kanpur. I filled the form online. And when i go to deposite the form the worker says that address of kanpur is mandatory. So

      The amazon company refund of an amount of Rs.4, 199/- on 13/04/2017 vide reference no.IGABCWLDW7 to my SB A/c No.[protected], State Bank Of Indai, Main Branch, Nizamabad. But till date not received. Do need ful immediately. The amazon company is telling that they have already sent the amount and asked to meet SBI Main Branch, nizamabad, Telangana State. They are also not responding to me properly.

        Dear Sir,
        I bade on line payment for the following property tax.& APSPDCL. The transition failure message generated after the payment and thanking message from SBI for using the debit card. The money is deducted from my S/B account.

        8.4.2017 On line payment Rs.1842 to GHMC against PTIN [protected]
        8.4.2017 On line payment Rs 3491 to GHMC against PTIN [protected].
        9.4.2017 On line payment Rs 175 to APSPDCL against Ser No.[protected]

        I have made complaints to SBI S.R. Nagar branch where my SB account is operated after complaining personally and mails, ii) also sent my complaint to GHMC and APSPDCL. There is no response from any one including the SBI SR Nagar branch.

        Dear Sir, as you are aware that the PM wants cashless transitions but the systems and agencys are not in co-operation.

        I request all concerned to rectify the system and set right my payments immediately.
        The GHMC sends lot of messages for property tax payments but the co-operation is nil in solving the problems.

          Dear All SBI Customers,

          There is no any benefits to speak and ask something to SBI management Specialty to Every SBI Managers. I faced 3-4 Managers. Feel wonders. Seriously I feel how all employee can be same. They are seriously 3rd grade persons. I called in my home branch from outside many time.But never i got response. According to that person they have much more load.But i saw personally they only show like that. If they will do 1 week job in private bank or other firm.Owner will kick him badly. They never be cooperate with customers.

          Seriously I am very frustrated to SBI bank. World Largest Bank.But there manager are also worlds largest Extra person in Bank.Getting free salary.

            On 22/04/2017 i had a call telling that they are calling on bases of sbi and wanted to renew my atm and just given me new security pin for atm card. Unfortunately i just give my atm card number and security pin to them. They at that moment deducted my amount in that atm which is about rs 11, 630. I called back to the number from which i got the call ([protected]). They said after a long verbal fight that they will be refunding it within 24hours. But it was not happen. Then on 24/04/2017 monday at 1:44pm i called them and they are saying that they will be refunding it within a month. I argued with them via phone and they just blocked my number.

            ON 24/04/2017 after blocking my phone number I called via my friend number and he realizing that it is me just blocked that number too.I request the official to kindly do the needfull as soon as possible.

              I had availed an educational loan for my son’s higher studies from “ state bank of india” – uthukuli road branch, tirupur – tamilnadu.
              Received the loan amounts between aug’2008 & feb’2010.
              The loan repayment period was between aug’2010 & july’2017.
              I have been paying interest regularly during the study period & the repayment was also regular to quite a maximum extent.
              Due to financial crisis in the family my repayment was irregular for a few months & payment remitted to the bank was little less than the stipulated emi. So the balance of emi (S) got accumulated.
              During this period i used to get calls from the bank for the payment. I was prompt in answering their queries &
              Never avoided their calls as i was liable to them.
              During the month of feb’2017, i was served a letter from the bank stating the overdue pending.
              I had assured them that i would settle the full sum liable to them in due course of time.
              Now i have settled the full outstanding that was liable to the bank on[protected] & i have obtained a “loan clouser certificate” as well.
              Even after settling the loan amount, i am getting frequent calls from the bank enquiring for the payment details.
              I have clearly indicated them that i have settled the amount.
              I have received calls on the following dates :
              4-04-17, 8-04-17, 11-04-17, 21-04-17
              Sms : 13-04-17, 18-04-17
              In the mean time i visited my branch & complained about the calls & sms. I enquired them about how there was such a call. The deputy manager discussed something with his senior official & assured me that he will take it forward & see to that there would be no more such interventions.
              I had also sent a mail through the banks customer care site for which i didn’t receive any response.
              But again i received 2 call on 22-04-17 in the same bank number, which i couldn’t attend as i was travelling.
              I have received a sms on 24-04-17 again stating that my loan account has become irregular due to non-payment of dues.

              Kindly advice me on how to take this forward.

                  Sir, i was surprised to find a debit of rs.1000, from my saving account referred above when i got my passbook completed on 04.04.2017. When i contacted the branch manager, he simply asked me to lodge the complaint on toll free no given at the end of passbook. So i lodged the complaint on toll free no. Nothing is heard so far from the customer care. So i humbly approach yourself for the early solution of my complaint and the refund to my account. Regards. Mohinder singh matta.

                    Bar codes are not available in sbi, kuldiha (06471) for months together. The service rendered by the branch is not up to the satisfaction. Customers are facing a lot of troubles. Even senior citizen customers also seen running after the bank to get the bar code. It is noticed, sometimes, the customers having personal relation with the bank employees manages to get the same. I sincerely request you to kindly look into the matter to enable the valued customer to make the transactons smoothly.

So i request you to please do not settle this transaction.

                      Sir. I know the rate of interest in my personnel loan against my account no- [protected]
                      Immediately block card by sending email to [protected]@sbicard.com and calling customer care number mentioned in card back.

                      Immediately Dispute the transaction and request for reversal of amout by sending email to [protected]@sbicard.com and [protected]@sbicard.com.

                      Ask sbi card about trasaction details like Merchant Name contact details etc and lodge complain with Merchant also.

                      Lodge FIR against [protected] at local police station atleast email to Cyber Crime Investigation Cell of maharashtra.

                          Yesterday I have got my credit card and today I went to sbicard.com to register
                          I entered my card number then CVV and than DOB as per my document and when I submit getting the same page to fill the same thing again
                          and when I calling on IVR and enter my DOB it says not correct while I have given my correct so I am not able to register and create PIN also my card get locked so please resolve my problem I don't know what DOB you updated in your record so please help me as soon as possible.

                              Industries ltd, (Tanishq), adajan, surat, gujarat but for rs. 11851 date
                              20.12.2016 but transaction failed and amount deducted from my account no
                              [protected]. I have complain and my complain no po[protected]. I have received massage on date08.02.201 that your transaction successful and hence the cms complain closed. But as per titan detail report of tid : t5970001 (Copy attached) payment not received.

                              So please do need full for return of my amount. I submit herewith transaction failed document (1 no) and dispute form duly signed by me.

                              But still i have not received back in my account

                                    I have given all of my documents 25 days back. One lady from sbi card section force me to do purchase with my old canara bank credit card for 3 times. After that i handover ed all document to the executive. After that no news. Almost going to 1 month over. Even now she is not receiving the call. You executive mob no is [protected].                                       I need to talk to customer support.. Have been trying since a week.. But i was unable to do so since my date of birth in your records is incorrect and the ivr doesnt accept my correct date of birth.. Pls do something about it.. You can reach me at [protected]@gmail.com. You are making it very difficult for a customer to get in touch with you.. This is not the case with other banks.. Usually they set card details as verification to connect to an agent.. And then they verify our details to proceed further.. Sbi should do the same to make it easy for us and not to eat our time

                                        Dear sir,
                                        I am vishal gandhi, i was having a savings account in your tollygunge branch at kolkata. Just 3 days back i submitted an application to close my account. Next day i received a message that my account is deactivated and is close, and rs. 575/- was deducted from my account for closure of the account. So today i visited bank to talk to the service manager for this problem and she told that a new rule has applied for the closure. So i told her that you should have informed us before taking the application that if you close the account a closure fee will be apply. She told that you should have ask first if their are any charges or not. As we earlier know that there were no charges for the closure so i told her that you should have print the thing and put at the notice board so customers would be able know whats going on. So i went to the branch manager mr. Tridib mukherjee to talk about the matter but he was so rude that i was not able to clear my doubts. As i started my conversation he was like i am not god that i will know whats happening and all. So i told you should have put a letter on the notice board so everyone should come to know. Then he was like ki you should have asked first ki if there are any charges for the closure or not, i will not go to each and every one and say ki whats happening or not. So i told ki i am not telling you to go to each and everyone, i was asking you to put on the notice board.. Den he fired up and started talking non sense ki i am not the branch manager because of your money and you are at branch manager room so talk according to that. Pointing finger and behaviour of the person was very wrong and very disappointing.
                                        As a customer of the bank, i have the full right to know about the details.
                                        I will ask the concern to look into the matter very carefully and take the necessary step.
