Today i went to the sbi branch to. Open an account and the manager said that to open the account it is mandatory to take the insurance policy of 3000 rupees every year other wise they are not giving any new accounts in their branch. Ifsc code of the branch is sbin0001848.
So please take action regarding this issue other wise the reputation of your organisation willa damage and nobody want to open an account in your bank

    I tried to withdraw sum of Rs.10, 000 from an ATM center on 7th February, 2017.
    The sum was deducted from my bank accounnt (received debit SMS)
    But the money never came out of the ATM machine.

    I had been to my home branch (Hadapsar, Pune) for asking refund.
    They did not register complaint the next day (8th February), despite of me giving a written application.
    After waiting for few days for auto-refund, I again visited (27th February) and this time they registered complaint.

    But the money is not refunded to my account yet (28th April).
    State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      I am a resident of parvathipuram i want to open an account in my nearest branch in parvathipuram ifsc code sbin0014386 i have visited the branch but the branch manager said that they are not giving any new accounts. They are talking with no respect to the customers. If go to the private banks the behavior is usually opposite.
      So please take action regarding this.

        Sir,
        I, rishi kumar, having a saving bank account [protected] in sbi kikar bazar bathinda punjab (01540). Now i have transferred my account to sambra branch (01889). My account has been transferred but cif has not been transferred due to which i am not able to avail any banking facility. No action can be taken unless cif is transferred at new branch. As suggested by sbi sambra staff, i send email to sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in alongwith scanned copy of application for transfer of cif no. Is attached in mail.
        So i am requesting you to look after the matter and transfer my cif no. Very soon.

          Sir,
          SBI on three times were deducted Rs. 17997/- on 29/03/2017 without any reason when asked the Branch Mananger, FCI Branch, Durgapur, West bengal, he simply said that we do not know and futher adviced me to contact SBI Belapur. I was total confused and was given a written complaint, A copy of complaint is attached herewith for your perusal.I could not understand how SBI like reputed Government Bank can cut money without any valid reason? Pl. look into the matter and help me to get the refund of my hard earn money.

          You have assured me on 28th. April 2017 that State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint but today is 12th. May 2017 and no body from the said bank or customer care have bothered to contact me or solve the problem. Now, let me know what will be the next thing to do to recover my hard earn money? thanks. 12.05.2017

          Let me know this complaint portal is for what? Only wasting of time because nobody including you all are bothering to solve the problem even do not care the customer to give the feed back but it is so-called CUSTOMER CARE, really it is great fun.

            Ammounting rs 1150 has been dedacted from my account no [protected] dated 23 nov 2016 pertaing to petrol surcharge where as nosuch types of surcharge can be taken by the bank as per rule bague.
            Reqest refund rs 1150 to my above mention account otherwise give me exact rule/regulation. An early possible action is solicited pls. I will lodge commplainse againce sbi system.

              I am a dealer of iocl. My petrol pump current account is at sbi shirur with name sanskar petroleum deodaithan. As i have already complained about delay in installation of pos machine yet i have not received it. Officials telling me tomorrow and tomorrow. I am of opinion to close account and find some alternative for it. Kindly tell me when i will get machine as i am losing daily sales of about 4-5 thousands due to nonavailability of pos machine.

              Dealer providing POS machine for Shirur SBI called me on Saturday 29/4/17 and assured to installation of POS early.But it has not been done today also.I am losing my daily business.Delay in service is denial.Kindly tell me status of complaint.

                This to inform our bad experience we had in our nearby sbi branch (Elamakkara eranakulam), where we went to open a nre account, when we reached the branch at 09:50 the customer assistant said come after 10 mins and she closed the gate. (Fyi, there is a hand written notice pasted on the entrance door stating "due to some difficulties the bank will open only after 10' o clock, i dont understand what is that difficulty when other banks are opening at 9.45)
                After 10 minutes i went there to get the application form. And waited in front of the bank officer (Customer assistant) for 10 mins, she didn't show the courtesy, even to look at the customer. Apparently annoyed at the presence of early customers. After some time i left the bank without the form. And after 1/2 hour i send my wife to get the form, and even then they were looking for 15 minutes to find the form and finally handed over same to her. Regret to inform the employees are more involved, talking in mobile phones. Rather attending customers. No wonder the branch looks shabby like a rural panchayat office. The employee attitude gave a negative impression, i would defenitely rethink whether to open an account there.

                  I hold a saving bank account in State bank of India Jama Masjid Branch, my account no being [protected], That i received a letter from the bank to get my account linked with my adhar number, That on 28/4/17 i personally visited the bank for this purpose, and carried a self written application with me, This application was not accepted and i was asked to fill up a form to which i complied, the junior officer who checked the form asked me to get the the approval from the senior officer being, Mr Kailash chand ( service Manager ). He also checked the form and said it was o.k and done . I requested him to provide a link or give a receipt on the letter which was issued by the bank, so that i shaould have some proof that i have submitted my adhar car, at this the gentlemen got infuriated, and started shouting at me, I asked him to cool down to this he replied that he was talking in a similar tone that i was talking whereas I was talking using words like " AAp " JanaB, summarily i wish to state that Mr Kailash chand was very rude, His behaviour was very loud and was not in according to his stature, As at this very branch the number of clients are uneducated and they are in majority, so such an officer whose behaviour is such must be behaving similarly with majority of clients

                  I am holding SB account with the SBI chowk bazar branch in Surat (Gujarat)i am also holding fixed deposit with the same branch.during submission of15H form bank officers has noticed that some unknown people name linked with my fixed deposit account same time bank officers has informed to me that the unknown people name has to be removed from your account same time I have handover my original fixed deposit certificate to the bank officers.sofar 22 days passed but still they have not solved the matter.i have offen vent to bank to asked the bank officers.but they said that the matter is technically.how long time will take we don't know.

                    " SR[protected]: Dear customer, Dispute of INR 309.00/- on your credit card XX0003 has been declined by the merchant."

                    i have done only two transaction of amount Rs.310 while there is no any transaction of Rs. 309 which you have deducted

                    that you have denied to give return my deducted money from your end, while you have deducted the same from me.

                      I received credit card having No. [protected]. I activated the same card online. After activation I tried to made transaction of money to pay bill, but it was declined. I received SMS stating that " your card is blocked for security reason". Thereafter, I am unable to make any transaction with this sbi credit card. Help me in making transaction with above mentioned credit card. I am very much worried and deprived of transaction facilities. I welcome your help.

                          Recently i have opened a salary account in sbi guindy branch, address, 66 g s t rd guindy chennai. City. Pin code, 600032. Ifsc: sbin0000956 where they mentioned that to open a salary account demat account will also be added and that is compulsory for everyone they also mentioned that this was the circular passed to them by the head. Without interest of the user implementing such rules is not fare

                            Sbi is now collecting cash deposit charges rs. 25 each time if the amount is not deposit in the home branch. Then what is the benefit of the core banking and one bank account.

                            Every time i move to another place i have to open a new a/c? Is it a joke or a competition of who has the maximum no of bank account in the country??

                            Why are you collecting such type of charges without inform to the customers.
                            All people are shouting about digital banking but do they really have the infra structure to provide all customers a hassle free net banking and assure every one that no hacking can be done while doing internet banking???

                              I am facing this issue from past two weeks. When even I log in to SBI Online site, it logs me out automatically saying session expired. This happens randomly and when session is not idle. I am facing lot of issues because of this. I cleared the cache and cookies in the browser but the problem persists.

                              Please provide a solution ASAP.

                                  Hi,
                                  I have sent written letter to the Lalaguda branch multiple times and also tried calling on the branch phone number regarding my request for
                                  account transfer from Lalaguda, Hyderabad branch to Borivli, Mumbai branch. I also emailed them multiple times on sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in. I tried lodging a complaint on their website but the complaint doesn't get submitted and there is always an error message. I have not received any response yet. The bank has not responded even once in 4 months.

                                    This is regarding in-ethical behaviour of the asst. Manager who is in direct contact with customers, this is a rural bank and most of the customers are from nearby villagers, pensioners, poor people.
                                    This particular manager is behaving very rudely with the poor customers, feel pity of those customers dealing with this branch.
                                    How such public servants are kept on job by one of the largest bank in the world, stringent actions are necessary against such bad behaviour’s towards poor people, who do not deserve to be there especially serving the public.
                                    Hope this complaint will be considered seriously and such behaviors are condemned.

                                      Raja dinendra street branch in kolkata 's link fail day after day. We do not doing any transaction, this is a major problem about our business. This bank don't take any erjent step about this problem. I want to deposit money to this bank in my account. I also want give a cheque for payment to a party but i do nothing. It's a very big problem about me. Please take a step for this type of problems. So kind of you.

                                        I had applied for credit card in the month of oct 2015.in the month of november 2015 i received the sbi atm pin. But till date credit card is not been issued to me. Within 5 day i received my first bill from sbi. Again in the month of dec 2015 i received my second bill. I had a telephonic call to your customer care center and requested to cancel my credit card, and my request was approved from your end. But again in the month of jan 2016 i received credit card bill with late charges and penalty.

                                        Ever alternate month i receive a call from the no[protected]Miss archana) and start harassment me for no fault of mine. Today a personnel has visited my house and started abusing my wife for not doing the payment.

                                        Till date no credit card has been issued to me by sbi and they are asking for the payment with late charges.
