Sub :on account of refusing to register my mobile number.
I want to register a complaint against state bank of india nagaland, wokha branch.
I had applied for change of registered mobile no. To my home branch. But after a lapse of one month or so, i could not get it done.
I had applied on january, 2017 and no response, had applied on february 2017 no response, had applied on march 2017 but no response. I am sick of it. This is too much beyond the barrier. They should have to treat every customer well as per to the law and order and its has been 4 months my number has not been registered.
So sir, i kindly petition you to teach a lesson to the bank employees and solve this matter without any deferment.
I notice that they are not working sincerely, and not treating a customer well.

    I am the user of mobile number [protected] since 2012.

    From past 2 to 3 years, I am getting transaction SMS from SBI's customer with A/c number xxxx5510.

    I am not responsible for any act or fraud done as I do not know this account.

    Please look into my complaint and help to resolve as early as possible.

    The SMS that I receive is like-
    "Rs 8000 withdrawn at SBI ATM S10A[protected] ONGC COLONY SIBSAGAR, SIBSAGAR from A/c xxxx5510 on 080417. Txn#5223. Avl bal Rs 2436.11."

      I want provisional certificate for 2017-18 to present in my company for investment declaration. The certificate available online (www.onlinesbi.com) is old one (For 2016-17). We visited the branch to get the certificate and was told that you will get it in november. So does it mean i have to wait till november just to get the provisional certificate? Why? So i cannot show my investment (Principal amount and interest) till november and let my company deduct taxes till november? Does it make any sense?
      Since last two years also, i have to personally visit the branch in may and i get it after spending my precious time (Just because they were not providing it online).
      Now, once they have started providing it online, it is an old one of no use. And this time they are saying you will get it in november. What the hell is this?

      How do we deal with such banks ? I just want my provisional certificate - they are not giving it online. Once they start giving it online, that is an old one[protected] of no use. So I have to personally visit the branch just to get the provisional certificate ?
      Once you go to branch, they tell you won't get it in May, you will get it in November. Which bank gives such answer or replies ? Just for providing a provisional certificate.
      Now you call the branch - nobody picks up the phone.
      After so many attempts, you get a call reachable and they tell I will forward the call to required person and phone cuts off.
      You open the SBI complaint site for complaining (https://cms.onlinesbi.com/CMS) and after entering each and every detail, when you click submit, you get Gateway Timeout error, form not submitted. What am I supposed to do now ?

        Dear sir, when i was applying for my brother's iit jee advanced 2017 form. And after completing all steps i was making payment through sbi visa debit card. I filled all details related to card and waiting for otp but otp was not received and iit jee portal automtically aborted. I again did same process but it could not possible but at last i used net banking of sbi of another sbi account and completed my form and site result was also showing your transaction successfully completed. But after all this processing 2427 rs. Amount deducted two times from my sbi visa debit card on which (Name is tarun agarwal. Card no. Is [protected], expiry date is july 2021) while i had completed my form using another sbi net banking account. Please refund my money which is 4854 in my sbi visa debit card account as soon as possible. Thank you

          seriously Worst customer service, ive seen ever, of that branch, today 02.05.17 when i went there for withdrawal of my money, manager was not present, (as before), clerical staff told me that withdrawal is not possible due to some technical problem and i"ll have to close my all a/c which is open in other branch of SBI,
          sir how is possible to close my salary a/c, which is open in other branch, i told him to close that a/c which is in Barwadih branch, but he dined, please help me to withdraw that amt,

          On april 25, 2017 i have received a messagefrom DZ-SCISMS "Your A/C xxxxx641577 Debited INR 30000 on 25/04/17 - Transfered to Mrs. Godugu pooja M. A/C Balsnce INR 1136. While I doesnot have an acount, presently.
          State Bank of india has branch in Chromepet(Radha Nagar), Chennai.
          I have seen their working hrs as 11am to 5 pm infront of the office.
          But in other branches I can see 10 am to 5 pm.

          Not sure why only this branch has specific timings. is it comes under any rural area or any under village category?

          Please clarify if some one can

          The reasons for the debit is not clear and may not be relevant to this account.

            We see english, hindi, as a language option in the website, this is a serious concern /hindrance to we tamilans. I'm raising my voice on behalf of all tamilans to include tamil option as well. It truly hurts that we don't have our own mother tongue (Tamil) in the language option. Do include tamilans well in the language option. Tamil is an oldest language in the world. And india's first classical language. So give respect to the language. And hindi is not india's national language first understand that.

              again debit of rs 5000 on 27th march
              debit for rs 5000 on 27 april
              hence double debit appeared in march
              when only one rd account is opened why two debits in a month
              so excess debit rs 5000 may be reversed
              Amount of Rs.23 deduct from my account, two times--Why Rs.23 deducted my account, i want to understand this..

                  With reference to above cited subject and reference (Copy Encl.) Rs. 4712/- was deposited in your bank on dated 15/12/2009 for issue a DD in favor of SBI life Insurance. But it was issued and not cleared till date and this amount unclaimed pending with SBI Deesa as per information received through RTI from SBI.
                  I was give a Indemnity Bond Rs.100/- (Original Copy) as pre advise of SBI Account officer Mr. Anil gehlot on dated 29.10.2017 for issuing a duplicate DD vice of old DD. But till date not issue a duplicated DD or not any single reply of my complaint even after many reminder as well as personal visit with Branch account officer.
                  This is public (PSU) bank and many officer came and transferred in this bank but no one officer solved my complaint.Sir, here further my request please cancelled this unclaimed DD and issue a duplicate DD Amt. Rs.4712/-

                      1. It is intimated that we have current bank account no [protected] at sbi bishnupur (Manipur). However, on scrutiny of transaction statement of account, it is found that following amount has been deducted from commandant 42 assam rifles public fund a/c no [protected] :-

                      (C) on 12 mar 2016, rs. 630/- as ac keeping fees.

                      (D) on 25 may 2016, rs. 115/- as new branch.

                      (E) on 17 sep 2016, rs. 230/- as mcc issue.

                      (F) on 12 mar 2017, rs. 632.50 as ac keeping fees

                      2. Since, public fund account is a zero balance account and no interest is being paid to the account. The amount of rs. 1607.50/- debited from the existing account is purely govt money and could not be paid to the payees. Hence, the debited amount is required to be credited into the account for disbursing to the payee.

                      3.in this regards we submitted many letters and verbal request to the branch however, neither any positive response nor above amount has been credited into account.

                      I want to deregister my internet banking servic .Because i change the id and password but this time is not remember my password .then i visit my nearest bank but there are no satisfied then i contact your help line center there is not satisfied so plese you Deregister my inter net banking
                      I applied a cheque received from SBI main branch upon maturity of my daughter's PPF amount 947136 rupees in Obc bank.But it bounced thrice dated7/04/17, 13/04/17 and19/04/17 cheque no.851070/SBI/CTS.This resulted in harrasshment, penalty and loss of interest.kindly look into matter and compensate me for loss of interest and penalty

                        Sub:- Received of less amount of pension for the month of April, 2017 deposited in my account for Rs.36914/- in place of Rs.37920/- i.e rs. 10006/- less.
                        Sir,
                        I would inform you that my PPO No is[protected] and is drawing pension wef January, 2017 @ Rs.36, 735/- and there after 2% DA was paid during April @ Rs.1185/- for three months(Januar, February & March, 2017). But for the month of April, 2017 and amount of Rs.36914/- has been deposited in my account on[protected] in place of Rs.37, 920/-. Kindly arrange deposition of Rs.1006/- in my account which is paid less as per prevailing rate.

                          I have paid jee advanced fee through sbi card, the bank message says me that the transaction is successful, but the website is not confirming the payment or says the payment hasn't been done. So, please help us. It's very urgent. There's only 1day left for the payment and there's no confirmation. It shows pos prch transaction in the mini statement. So, help us as soon as possible. The payment hasn't been received by the website. Please make sure the transaction.

                            Hi Team,

                            I have visited to one of the SBI branch for locker opening and they redirected me to meet bank manager.

                            I went to her cabin with my husband, and we asked her our queries for Locker opening. So directly she asked us how much u gonna invest in our sone Life policies and fixed deposit.

                            Actually we were shocked after hearing this. So we asked her clearly abt the process. So she said we have the lockers and people are ready to invest 25 lakhs and more in FD. so we said we are salaried people and we don't have this much amount to invest. So has shared some of the Life policies and she said if yu invest in these policies I can help yu in account opening. These policies were about 15 lakhs.

                            So my question is where common salaried people will go for opening the locker in SBI bank. We don't have this much money to invest. So in this case what I have to do. I have already a running home loan of amount 57 lakhs with Sbi. And I have no money to invest 25 lakhs or 15 lakhs more to invest in opening a locker in sbi.

                            Please throw some light in my case.

                              SBI closing the online banking login sessions abruptly. SBI online payment system (Ex: IIT JEE Advanced Payment) forcing candidates to other payment methods other than net banking to generate revenue in the name of bank charges. 5 times my payment method stopped showing technical reason.
                              When I login to online banking, session will close automatically and it will repeat continuously (3-4 times). From one week I'm trying to add third party A/C no to my account, I can't able to add it. Becoz Can't able receive verification code to my phone or through ATM showing technical problem and forcing customers to go to crowded bank branch nearest and wasting time and energy of customers. I'm facing worst experiences with SBI online services.

                                Sir,
                                I wish to inform you that, i am maintaining my family pension/sb account no.[protected] (Ppo no. Ne/10218/203791/408/4172/3293 dt.07/01/99) with your kalyani market barach. I had requested for issue of cheque book on above maintained account through email dated 03/05/2016. But i did not receive the cheque book, then again i sent an email on 03/11/2016 and again reminder on 17/12/2016. Even after the said email sent after six months of the first email, there was no response and no cheque book was received by me. I also approched the near by branch of sbi for issue of cheque book, they informed me that now cheque book will be issued only by the request in home branch only. Becouse of non issue of cheque book i am anable to withdraw my pension for the last three months. I am borowing the money for my household expenses and medical expences from my relatives. Since i have shifted to newdelhi and requested you many times for issue of cheque book for the last six months. But i have not received the cheque book and unable to withdraw the pension. I have again requested your kalyani market (01485) branch with attached origional copy of requsition slip of cheque book and transfer of my pension account to your najafgarh (Delhi) branch on 10/02/2017 and also telephonic discussion against acceptation of my letter dated 10/02/2017. But so far my no request is considered. I am unable to withdraw my pension. Being an old lady of more than 70 years, i require money for frequent medical expenses and domestic expenses. I am borrowing the money from my relatives for this purpose.
                                I, therefore request you to kindly get my cheque book issued and my account transferred at the earliest to enable me to meet my day to day expenses and return the money borrowed by me. Otherwise i will be compelled to approach consumer foram.
                                A copy of letter dated 10/02/2017 is enclosed.

I am also enclosing herewith origional cheque book requsition slip duly filled in whereas i had earlier sent the scaned copy of the same.
                                I shall be greatfull if the cheque book is issued to me immedietly so that i can withdraw my pension and return the money borrowed by me. And also kindly arrange the transfer of my pension account to najafgarh (01419) branch newdelhi so that i may withdraw my pension easily.

                                  Hello there,

                                  I have an account with SBI, Itwari branch, Nagpur. I have moved to ahmedabad 1 year back and I have submitted a written request for the transfer of account on 10th January 2017 at the itwari branch. It is being more than 4 months and the bank is unable to transfer my account. Also my debit card is about to expire and hence the account is yet to be transferred, i am unable to request a new card or even get by passbook printed.

                                    I had ordered monte carlo maroon v neck sweater alongwith another item total amount being rs. 2715 on 3rd february 2017 from snapdeal. I returned the sweater which was of amount rs. 1450 afterwards and was expecting my refund. They had initiated the refund on 24 february 2017. But despite that refund did not reflect in my account. They gave me transaction nos., reference no but whenever i am going to sbi bank they are denying to check the reference no.
                                    The latest transaction number or refund reference no. Given to me by snapdeal is[protected] which was issued on 6th april 2017. Kindly help me getting my refund at the earliest as its already been 3 mnths since i havent received my refund amount of rs. 1450.

                                        Sir/madam,
                                        I am glad to say that the servants of sbi branch panchrukhi ifsc code sbin0003241 do not do his work properly specially the entry man. When anyone says to him do entry in his copy he refuse. Sometimes entry machine was bad in condition but the entry man didn't do his work and refuses. When he worked he take more time and goes there where and don't his work. Please do something of entry man. Kindly change him and says the all servants of sbi branch panchrukhi do his work properly. I hope you take suitable action against him.
