SBI closing the online banking login sessions abruptly. SBI online payment system (Ex: IIT JEE Advanced Payment) forcing candidates to other payment methods other than net banking to generate revenue in the name of bank charges. 5 times my payment method stopped showing technical reason.
When I login to online banking, session will close automatically and it will repeat continuously (3-4 times). From one week I'm trying to add third party A/C no to my account, I can't able to add it. Becoz Can't able receive verification code to my phone or through ATM showing technical problem and forcing customers to go to crowded bank branch nearest and wasting time and energy of customers. I'm facing worst experiences with SBI online services.

    Sir,
    I wish to inform you that, i am maintaining my family pension/sb account no.[protected] (Ppo no. Ne/10218/203791/408/4172/3293 dt.07/01/99) with your kalyani market barach. I had requested for issue of cheque book on above maintained account through email dated 03/05/2016. But i did not receive the cheque book, then again i sent an email on 03/11/2016 and again reminder on 17/12/2016. Even after the said email sent after six months of the first email, there was no response and no cheque book was received by me. I also approched the near by branch of sbi for issue of cheque book, they informed me that now cheque book will be issued only by the request in home branch only. Becouse of non issue of cheque book i am anable to withdraw my pension for the last three months. I am borowing the money for my household expenses and medical expences from my relatives. Since i have shifted to newdelhi and requested you many times for issue of cheque book for the last six months. But i have not received the cheque book and unable to withdraw the pension. I have again requested your kalyani market (01485) branch with attached origional copy of requsition slip of cheque book and transfer of my pension account to your najafgarh (Delhi) branch on 10/02/2017 and also telephonic discussion against acceptation of my letter dated 10/02/2017. But so far my no request is considered. I am unable to withdraw my pension. Being an old lady of more than 70 years, i require money for frequent medical expenses and domestic expenses. I am borrowing the money from my relatives for this purpose.
    I, therefore request you to kindly get my cheque book issued and my account transferred at the earliest to enable me to meet my day to day expenses and return the money borrowed by me. Otherwise i will be compelled to approach consumer foram.
    A copy of letter dated 10/02/2017 is enclosed.

    I shall be greatfull if the cheque book is issued to me immedietly so that i can withdraw my pension and return the money borrowed by me. And also kindly arrange the transfer of my pension account to najafgarh (01419) branch newdelhi so that i may withdraw my pension easily.

      Hello there,

      I have an account with SBI, Itwari branch, Nagpur. I have moved to ahmedabad 1 year back and I have submitted a written request for the transfer of account on 10th January 2017 at the itwari branch. It is being more than 4 months and the bank is unable to transfer my account. Also my debit card is about to expire and hence the account is yet to be transferred, i am unable to request a new card or even get by passbook printed.

        I had ordered monte carlo maroon v neck sweater alongwith another item total amount being rs. 2715 on 3rd february 2017 from snapdeal. I returned the sweater which was of amount rs. 1450 afterwards and was expecting my refund. They had initiated the refund on 24 february 2017. But despite that refund did not reflect in my account. They gave me transaction nos., reference no but whenever i am going to sbi bank they are denying to check the reference no.
        The latest transaction number or refund reference no. Given to me by snapdeal is[protected] which was issued on 6th april 2017. Kindly help me getting my refund at the earliest as its already been 3 mnths since i havent received my refund amount of rs. 1450.

            Sir/madam,
            I am glad to say that the servants of sbi branch panchrukhi ifsc code sbin0003241 do not do his work properly specially the entry man. When anyone says to him do entry in his copy he refuse. Sometimes entry machine was bad in condition but the entry man didn't do his work and refuses. When he worked he take more time and goes there where and don't his work. Please do something of entry man. Kindly change him and says the all servants of sbi branch panchrukhi do his work properly. I hope you take suitable action against him.

              This is with subject to the examination for online preliminary examination of probationary officers for sbi. (Advt. No. Crpd/po/2016-17/19)

              My wife's registration no. [protected], venue code: 14004, roll no. [protected].
              Date of examination: 29/04/2017 time: 3.30 pm

              My name is robi k rajan and my wife's name is biji robi.

              Complaint: she was not allowed to attend the examination citing the reason that her photo identity proof will not be considered.

              The only photo identity proof that she has post marriage with her new name (I. E biji robi) is aadhar card. They were not accepting the aadhar card saying that either they need aadhar card print sent from govt. Of india (Which still has not been received) or today's print of aadhar card (From internet cafe having date) without which they will not allow to sit. As the print from govt. Had not reached, my wife had downloaded the aadhar card from official site previously and had taken the same aadhar card (Laminated copy) with her. She also showed them other id's having her previous name (I. E biji thankachan) before marriage, but they were not allowing her even after seeing all the ids. When she asked them the logic behind the same, they didn't give any valid reason and kept on saying that the sbi officials have guided them for the same. Also when she asked their names and to give the same thing in written, they denied and also didn't reveal the name. There was one person named mr. Pravin, which she overheard while the discussion between the officials.

              Such unprofessional behavior from the invigilators and sbi officials was shocking. She had paid 600 rs. For appearing in the test and due to such lackadaisical attitude from the officials, her complete 1 year of efforts and hard work went in vain. This has led to financial loss, time loss and mental harassment.

              Request you to take this case strongly and ask sbi to take strict action against the people present and also give unconditional apology and compensation for the same.

                  Iwithdrawled 39392.62 rupees from raiffeisen aval bank in ukraine. Cash dint come but this much cash is reducted from my sbi account. I comlained to my sbi bank.                     I have requested for online stop payment of the cheque whose details are as under:

                    Cheque issued by : m. Hanumanth kumar

                    Account in sbi, spl. Pbb jubilee hills, hyderabad - india

                    Asked for stop payment of the following cheque on 28th feb, 2017.
                    Cheque number: 718747 dated : 05.02.2017
                    Issued for rs. 1, 00, 000/- for other reasons.

                    The above said cheque was presented in clearing and was shown as bounced today (29.04.2017) and deducted the cheque bouncing charges from my account. Also the reason is given to the customer as insufficient funds., which is ridicules.

                    Kindly send the revised message to the customer saying that the cheque was given for stop payment and not the insufficient funds. Also credit back the bounced charges to my account.

                      Dear Sir/Ma'am,

                      I (Sneha K Ravishankar) had applied for a SBI credit card via a friend and after getting call from customer support, we came to a conclusion that I will submit the documents for further verification and also I told them I will discuss the same with my Hubby and let them know. The customer care executive suggested me that since my husband has a SBI credit card then I can rather choose to go for an Add-On card then going for another card where I will have to pay yearly charges. I asked him to call me after a couple of days where I told him that I as per his suggestion I will go for the add-on card, he got angry and raied his voice and later I receive a message from SBI stating that I do not have sufficient CIBIL credit history and hence they are unable to issue me a card. This is a false statement and I want this to be taken back and an apology for such wrong information. This kind of review spoils my image and this is highly unacceptable.

                        My sbi a/c number is[protected], sbi Bettiah . Presently I am in Gurugaon (Haeyana) sector 56.
                        On online transactions I am not getting OTP on ny mobile. The message appears that OTP has been sent.
                        I have not got any information about payment of my pension for April 17.
                        I am getting mails from other sources on my mobile but not from SBI.
                        I am unable to find reason for that and feeling hardships.

                          Sir i got a 500 rupee note with slightly ink spread on it.
                          I approched SBI AF Station Highground 04943 to deposit but they refused to do so. SBI manager Mr Charanjit Rao and Clerk Mr Bhatti of the Branch refused to even ask to main branch. After spending one hour i returned and logged this complain.                                   Recently I updated my passbook and found out that I had a UPI transaction of 10000 Rs that was debited from my account on my passbook. I have never installed any UPI app or never logged in anywhere.
                                  In addition, I have never shared any of my personnel details like my debit card number and pin with anyone.
                                  Passbook entry is of the form:
                                  UPI/xxxxxxxxxxxx transfer to xxxxxxxxxxx
                                  Can you tell me how this is possible and how someone can create a UPI VPA from my account.
                                  Also, what are the steps I have to follow to revert this transaction.

                                    Locker number was allotted to saving bank account number [protected] on 7nth july 2011 at s. B. I. City branch purab bazar saharsa, bihar. This locker was surrendered on 04/09/2011 on our migration to ranchi. Then home branch was changed to s. B. I. Bokaro and then from s. B. I. Bokaro to s. B. I. Bharthana. Locker rent is being deducted every year since 2011. Please resolve the issue and also credit the locker rent deducted in excess to our s. B. I. A/c [protected].

                                      I have an account in SBI in which it has been taken when i was posted at CIS[censored]nit, RCFL, Chembur Mumbai-400074. Now at present I am posted at CIS[censored]nit, IGI Airport New Delhi and i want to transfer CIF Number of my Salary account from SBI Chembur branch code 0564 to SBI Branch Bijwasan Branch Code 014585.The account has been transferred but the CIF No has not been changed. Due to such lapse My request for issue of New ATM Cum DEbit card has been rejected. But here i got a problem that my CIF no has not been changed.So i cannot travel these many times here and there.This shows the irresponsibility of the people working over there.My work is getting disturbed because of this matter.Plz acknowledge this matter.I request you transfer my CIF number as soon as possible.

                                        On 28/04/2017 i have requested to check my number is registered on system to create pin for new atm card.. Women manager without any query she call security and send us out because time is 4.10pm.. Its a matter of minutes to check in system but these behaviour made me hurt.. I will complaint if i got official nodal or appellate officer contact
