I have an SB account with SBI Abhilasha Chokdi branch, Vaodara-24. On this account I have been issued SBI Cash Maestro Card which never worked in any ATMs. Upon inquiry BM told me to use it on other ATMS, viz. AXIS, BOB, Canara etc., as it was not working on SBI. As a trial and error, have used atleast 50 - 55 times on different occasions, But it never worked in any ATM. Matter reported to base branch at all occasions and they told me wait and watch. My watch has come to an end. Finally they issued a fresh card with affiliated PIN, Alas fate was the same.
Sir since opening of the account somewhere 2010, I am not able to use your card. To my surprise, SBI never rendered any service through its ATM, they did not fail to penalise me by charging ATM charges every year as well as Message charges. To my surprise I have received not even single msg from SBI, though I have been charged for not providing any service. Will it be possible for you to enlighten me what forced SBI to penalise me for the services not rendered to me. All these facts can be amply clarified by facts and figures available with you.
Due to security reasons I am not displaying other details in this mail.
Sir take little pain and either rectify the mistakes and refund me the charges SBI wrongly exhorted from me.

With reference to your complaint regarding a debit placed on your SBI savings account in spite of non dispensation of cash from an HDFC Bank ATM. Please follow the below process for claiming the funds:
1. Submit a complaint /dispute letter with the issuing bank [ i.e SBI branch where you hold the savings bank account.
2. The issuing Bank will then raise a charge back dispute / query on us (HDFC BANK) seeking the disputed transaction status.
3. If the transaction stands valid as per your claim, the funds will be returned to the issuing bank, which would be credited to your account by your respective bank.
