I tried twice to link Adhar to my account, message recieved ref no recieved but till date not linked, Then I wanted to book a complaint after filling the complaint form on site it can not be submitted then I called customer care some sunita replied and to my surprise she told me
1 I can not tell you the status of linking of Adhar to your account and why it is not linked can not tell
2 I can not book your complaint also
Then what for customer care is?
So one has to go again and again to branch?
This matter should come to notice to higher authorities and ministry that not visiting branch personally is being defeated by such services

    I have an SB account with SBI Abhilasha Chokdi branch, Vaodara-24. On this account I have been issued SBI Cash Maestro Card which never worked in any ATMs. Upon inquiry BM told me to use it on other ATMS, viz. AXIS, BOB, Canara etc., as it was not working on SBI. As a trial and error, have used atleast 50 - 55 times on different occasions, But it never worked in any ATM. Matter reported to base branch at all occasions and they told me wait and watch. My watch has come to an end. Finally they issued a fresh card with affiliated PIN, Alas fate was the same.

    Sir since opening of the account somewhere 2010, I am not able to use your card. To my surprise, SBI never rendered any service through its ATM, they did not fail to penalise me by charging ATM charges every year as well as Message charges. To my surprise I have received not even single msg from SBI, though I have been charged for not providing any service. Will it be possible for you to enlighten me what forced SBI to penalise me for the services not rendered to me. All these facts can be amply clarified by facts and figures available with you.

    Due to security reasons I am not displaying other details in this mail.

    Sir take little pain and either rectify the mistakes and refund me the charges SBI wrongly exhorted from me.

          Behaviour of the manager of Muktinagar, Bharuch isvery bad.He has no taklking sense.He shouted on me without any reason.My complain is that, SBI(Kevadia Colony) my account closed by SBI, Bharuch, My ATM and All other stuff destroyed by them but My balance Rs.1623 is not given by bank.Cashier says that your account is at kevadia colony.Why without checking ATM card and Cheque bok destroyed?.For this matter, I told SBI(Kevadia), Manager says that Your account is already transfer to SBI, Bharuch.I want money from my account.SBI (Muktinagar, Bharuch) cheated me.

              The postoffice give the cheque 18.2.17 I have drop the cheque in sbi dholewal sme branch the cheque amount is 36931/-
              But the bank lost the cheque amd they told me they cant received the cheque plz tell me where is my cheque the poor service of the sbi group they harrshed the public.

                Hello, i am vilas govindrao patil. On 15th april 2017 i tried to withdraw cash amount of 4500 rs from hdfc atm machine sukhsagar nagar pune, due to some problem i didn't get money but i got message o[censored]nable to proceed. When i tried another day i come to know that the money has already withdrawn. So, what should i do to get my money back.

                Dear Customer,

                With reference to your complaint regarding a debit placed on your SBI savings account in spite of non dispensation of cash from an HDFC Bank ATM. Please follow the below process for claiming the funds:

                1. Submit a complaint /dispute letter with the issuing bank [ i.e SBI branch where you hold the savings bank account.
                2. The issuing Bank will then raise a charge back dispute / query on us (HDFC BANK) seeking the disputed transaction status.
                3. If the transaction stands valid as per your claim, the funds will be returned to the issuing bank, which would be credited to your account by your respective bank.

                  I, bam bahadur ghimire having a saving account in your bank.. Sir my retirement is due on 30 june 2017 because of that my department asked me to open a new joint account and i am trying to open a new joint account from last one month but everytime i visit your branch instead of helping me they ask me to visit after 5 to 10 days.. Sir, i am about to get retired and my health i not good too. Please help me so that i can open my new joint account well in time.

                      Hello sir our money not came but withdrawn message came. A/c no: [protected], customer name. Kuramana. Satya vahi, done three transactions but two is done of 20000 but 10000 message that withdrawn done is came to us. So what can we do please generation our money to our account with a message. We have an process to generate the money to hospital. We have done two transactions but we got deducted with three transactions. Please work on our transaction

                        Dear sir,
                        I had tried to withdrawal Rs.10000.00 on 27.02.2017 from the ATM of ICICI Bank at Gezha Village(70582)Sec-93, Noida. During My withdrawal ATM machine was hanged & my withdrawal amount didn't received to me as cash.
                        I waited for approx. 15minuts within ATM premises to receive the amount withdrawaled but unfortunately this Didn't happen.

                              We are SBI card holders of following SBI Card
                              1 . J K Satta : [protected]
                              2. Nirmala J Satta : [protected]
                              We are not using the above cards since long time
                              On 9th & 10th April we received call from one Ms Nidhi Sharma M. [protected] that why we are not using credit cards. In reply we said that we are not having PIN she identified herself as from SBI credit card and advised us that we should follow certain procedure. And to convince us she got us talked to Ms Priyanka Sharma M. [protected]/[protected] who was introduced to us as her boss. Ms Nidhi Sharma gave her employee code number also. Incidentally, in one of the messages name of the firm was mentioned as “Kumar Enterprise”
                              On 12th April we received call from Mr Ayush M [protected] saying that Rupees 15000/- has been debited twice on our both credit card on 9th and 10th April 2017 and when we ask how these have been debited when we have not used credit cards and then new narrated him call of Ms Nidhi Sharma which he said that these were fraud calls.
                              We have lodged complaint at [protected]@sbicard.com which they have acknowledged.
                              Here, we solicit your help that SBI Card should block the fund in the account of person who has defrauded us and make available his detail so that we can initiate actions against him
                              This is required to be done with utmost urgency so that fund may not be utilized by fraudster as inquiry by SBI Card would take a longer time

                                I have made IMPS transfer of Rs.5000/- from my SBI Account[protected] to my ALLAHABAD bank account -[protected] on 13th of April 2017. Till today the online transaction status is showing pending .Neither the amount got credited in my Allahabad account or back to SBI account. I contacted the customer care and the said they cannot help on online transactions. I have to pay my Loan, LIC Premium, Recurring expenses depend on this amount. Who are the responsible person when showing this I am defaulter, then bank told me that you are defaulter & I have to pay fine for late payment of my loan. I request you to kindly provide me a resolution as I have no hopes on the SBI customer care and my home branch for the resolution. Please do the needful at the earliest in this regard.

                                  I sas apply for ATM card by netbanking before 3 months ago. But today still my Card is not delivered to my residence address and i visited to my home branch for querries but there was no someone talk to any querrie and no give response to my questions so plss help otherwise i will close my account in your branch. I will give decisions to every person ki plss you will not open an account in this bank bcoz this bank working poorly and these staff are so poorly.

                                    I had applied for the renewal of the passport and made the online payment for the same. The amount was deducted from the account but did not reflect in the passport website.
                                    As advised on the website, i waited for 7 days checked that the amount was not reflecting against the application nor was it returned to my account & then send a mail to customercare.[protected]@sbi.co.in. All i got was an auto reply with the same details on the webpage. The number provided does not work. Below are the details of the transaction.

                                      SBI card imposing heavy financial charges on the balance . They don't follow the RBI guidelines. I have asked the details, but they refused. I compared the financial charges on balance amount with respect to PSU bank Credit card such as Andhra bank, and the same i have sent a copy to their interaction column. They didnt respond as it seams that they are using software and fraudulent software to squeeze customers.

                                      when PM want cashless, SBI card doing frauds. it needs CBI investigation and also need filing PIL petition. Then only the will learn lesson

                                        I have my saving bank account no [protected] with your gndtp branch at bathinda (Previously sbop) in my name "satish kumar aggarwal.
                                        On 31.03.2017, an amount of rs.1000/= has been debited to my account as locker charges. Then on 02.04.2017, an amount of rs.1725/= has again been debited on account of locker charges.
                                        I therefore request your good self to get rs.1725/= credited to my account to reverse the wrong debit entry of date 02/04/2017.
                                        An early action is requested please.
