I've recharged my Airtel DTH Customer ID [protected] on 07/04/2017. An amount of 510 was debited from my SBI account. Unfortunately the transaction was UNSUCCESSFUL. Till 11/04/2017 no amount has been refunded to my account. The transaction reference no was [protected]UH06319690. The narration was------' TO TRANSFER INB MBS DTH [protected] AirtelDigitalTV''.

    I'm an existing customer of the bank and currently I'm having the use of SBI core banking facility especially for my PPF and saving account. Today, I have to send a complaint about my nearer SBI branch and its staffs adequacy.

    Issue 1 :

    I had visited the SBI Adalaj, Gandhinagar branch multiple time about to take the benefit of Pradhan Mantri Jivan Jyoti and Jovan Bima yojna policies. The receptionist and other staffs had told to me and my wife that these schemes were expired.

    More than 6 months had passed on to this incident and today again I went to my nearer post office at Adalaj, Gandhinagar and i had came to know that these schemes are still available in post and in any SBI branch and so I went again to the following branch and I had been replied the same answer by receptionist and peon at the entrance of this branch.

    I had also confirmed with her for these schemes again n again but she had replied that the schemes were expired. This was the 2 or 3 time, I was replied with the same answer. My wife had already met the branch manager in this case directly on last week but nothing was helpful by him as well.

    Even they are not ready to help minors, senior citizens and illiterate people. In front of me, the receptionist had replied rudely to senior citizen. Every time, they are telling to customers that forms are not available, printers are not working just to avoid the rush of the customers.

    Issue 2 :

    I have both, PPF and Saving account, in the SBI and within last 6 months, I had done multiple transactions in my both accounts but my passbooks are not updated. As I'm a salaried professional employee, my working hours are fixed I.e. 9.30 am - 7 pm and I can't do my banking stuffs from my own. Meantime as a joint holder of SBI account, my wife had went to the branch for multiple times to get entry into both the account passbooks. She went at Adalaj, Gandhinagar branch 2-3 times on different timings between 11am - 4 pm except lunch break, but she was replied that printer was out of order on each visit to the branch. Is this customer's responsibility to get printer repaired.

    Today, I was just shocked by hearing the receptionist's statement that they had fixed the timings for passbook print up to 12.00 pm on working days after that they had refused to print the passbook. It means they had lied to my wife multiple times that printer was not working. Such a lied and lazy staffs at this branch.

    Finally, I was wondering what to do and I had called to SBI customers care about these issues and the executive had told me that my complaint was registered and I would receive the complaint number soon and my complaint would be resolved within 10 days of time period. But still I haven't received complaint number on my registered mobile number and thus I'm sending this mail in order to consider my complaint.

    In general, I have founded that most of SBI staffs are too lazy in terms of works especially in comparison the other nationalised and private banks. They are not ready to take little chunk of extra burden even in working hours.

    In my opinion, there must be a flying squad to take care of such issues and there must an audit system without informed the branch.

    Please kindly look into this matter and if anything that you think is not properly written by me than you can understand my problem as a genuine customer.

      There situated a kiosk banking point of state bank of india at keshpur(bhejiput) - 3a950438 under langaleswar -09673 main branch ;i opened a no frill account .The kiosk operator charged me an amount of rs 120 /-(one hundred twenty only) whereas he gave me a receipt of rs 20 /- (twenty only). When i asked for the same he can't explained me about the same.

      Please shut out the same.

        My mother owns a SBI credit card, she was fraudulent;ly charged for rupees of around 150000 on her card in FEB 2016, we have taken up the complaint and an FIR was registerd and the complaint was submitted to the SBI credit card division.
        on their advise we have been paying the regular minimum amount for a period of one year till feb 2017 for an amount close to 140000.
        in feb 2017 we approached the bank and enquired about the complaint and FIR,
        they said it was still under investigation.
        then we stopped payments dince then, now the bank has sent recovery agents who are repeatedly calling and thretening my 65 year old mother,
        what to be done now.

        Hi,

        I have been getting harassment calls from the SBI collection department everyday for the past one week now.
        I ask them for the statement which they do not provide but keep harassing me to pay money for the statement generated without even looking at it. I tell them each day to send me the statement.

        They are not willing to do this and say it is my responsibility to get the statement and pay the money.

        Seems SBI has employed this people just to harass its customers.

          I applied for avenue super market IPO, in this connection Amount Rs 14950 was blocked in my saving account.
          I lodged a complaint on 07.04.2017 by ticket number [protected].
          I was advised to contact branch manager on phone number [protected].
          Branch manager simply told please contact Head office & put down the phone.

          As on date My account still showing blocked amount.

          Please resolve this & arrange to unblock the amount.

            Dear PayTM Team,

            The transaction which is made on 8th-Feb-2017 towards PayTM mobile solutions NOIDA IN is a fraud transaction, and i have called paytm customer care and asked them to revert the transaction, not sure, please check once again and revert the transaction. Thanks

            i am not sure that, how transaction happened from my credit card towards Paytm mobile solutions, please revert the same.

            but bank people say that, transaction happened in secured manner but i have not done the transaction and not shared the information too..

            if that is the case i should have to have 5000 amount in my paytm wallet atleast right, please check thoroughly and do the needful. Thanks.

            i am sure that's a fraud transaction happened somehow, please investigate from the paytm mobile soultions end and revert with the details. Thansk!

              Dear Sir / Madam,

              I had lost my Debit card and was requested for new Card, Card was dispatched through Indian Speed Post with consignment number - EB[protected]IN on 06/04/2017, but when im tracking it is showing as Insufficient address, please help with delivering my order or please call while delivering.

              As im in my maternity period im not be able to roam around for the post to post office, kindly help me with any alternative solution.

              For your information im getting all the couriers / post to the same address, but only had to face the problem with Indian Post / SBI . Even i received the cheque book with same address but why problem to delivery this item.

                Iam K.BHASKAR RAO(card no.-[protected]) my acount related SMS alerts will be recd by another person no-[protected](MY RELATIVE) instead of my mob no. [protected]. So many time i was drop a complaint in our nearest branch of SBI powerhouse bhilai chattisgarh. But no action they were taken. Request you to please change no. I don't want to share with anyone about my account details. This was a critical issue i didn't get any privacy from this bank.

                    Hiii had transferred my account from padwa to dto bank coded as 61 of SBI branch.pandwa staff says that your account has been successfully transferrer but when gone daltonganj staff of daktobfanj says that they do not look after jann dhann khaataa ...then what's the need if opening this such account which has no value...mm...and now my account hanging still in the middle of two sbi's branch...plzzz hear my complain...this type condition is pravailing in daltonganj...the reason for transferring account is for digital purpose...and inturn I got...account hanging in the middle of its 2 branch...

                      I closed my locker no. 131, 3years ago, but SBI is deducting locker rent every year. Last they refunded rent. This year on 1st April they again deducted Rs. 1259.50, got transfer the amount to[protected].

                        I have NEFT transferred from my Federal Bank account to SBI account No.[protected] on 09.04.2017 itself and the same credited on my account on 10.04.2017. But when the PNB produced their Loan interest Cheque bearing No.387958 on 10.04.2017, SBI Bank considered the Loan interest first there by they dis honour the cheque and charging me Rs.575/- towards the same.
                        In this regards I humbly request that the dishonour of cheque cause a bad remarks on PNB.
                        So you are therefore do the needful, to settle my issues and recredit the charging amount of Rs.575/- there by en able me to rectify my bad remarks.

                            It is really a mockery of system that the SBI the most reputed PSB has come up with.At the one hand they claim in their aids that "aapka bank aapke jeb me" on the other hand for every important service one has to visit one's account branch for completion of it, really pathetic.
                            I have been trying to update my mobile no by regular procedure by navigating to my profile section after successfully logged in.Then entering profile password and selecting option to change mobile no through domestic hyperlink - entering new mobile no in the both places provided..then after verifying they ask for debit card details which i duly provide then i have received OTP with 13 digit reference no on my both mobile, which had to sent to this no 567676.
                            I don't know what kind of magical no is this "567676".
                            Believe me or not i have waisted my entire day and have tried it 5-6 times.
                            Same mundane procedure i have been repetitively following but when it actually nailed down to sending the OTP and reference no to 567676 it is FAILING TIME AND AGAIN.
                            I am purposefully keeping it in caps because 6 times i completed the procedure and when i am sending the message to 567676, i don't know ON WHAT SERVER this no is operating on it has not received my message.
                            While i was writing this complain i tried again this time same thing happened and i got really irritated and wrote this complain.
                            I called SBI care team they are saying sir you need to visit your branch only.
                            I mean what the heck is this? If it has to be done via branch only why provide that option and claim that online option are available.
                            Leave that OTP thing other options are not working too.
                            My question to SBI and whosoever from SBI consumer forum team is reviewing my mail please see to it that whatever services you are offering works fine by seeing end to end integration of service by dummy testing it.
                            Here you are claiming that new option via domestic thing can change but at the end what kind of godforsaken no you have choosen (567676) where the messages are not getting delivered at all.

                              Sir, i have a account in bank (State bank of india). Money have deduct three hundred rupees frome my account every month. The reason behind this deduction is not being able to tell by bank manager, but i read the entry on my pass book and wrote a mswipe on it. I did not know about mswipe. I want to get my money back and full security of my account. So do it rapedly

                                  My bank branch Charkop Kandivali (w), near HDFC bank, it is third class services in bank, a lot time waste in deposit and withdrawals, there is only one Q, deposit and withdrawals, there is no facility of senior citizen and i deposit my salary cheque last thursday dtd 06.04.2017 till date not clear cheque and saving a/c Rs.5000 how can possible, is it only distinguish..so all over it is third class bank in charkop branch...so what to do..

                                      I have pension account in SBI brance code (11829) account number [protected] name BIBI ISMUN NISHA . I SUBMITED 3 time my life certificate but it does not reach to head office Kolkata I complain to branch manager but no action has been taken I am 65 years old lady I can't go my bank frequently. So I put a complain in RBI regarding branch manager and their employees. They have not taking any action so, please take my action. Resolve it as soon as possible. First time account officer told me that I am new here I don't have any address then I have given address of head branch Kolkata also but still no action has been taken...

                                        I am vilas miraje a/c No [protected](dsp) personal loan a/c No [protected] loan amount 500000/- interest rate applyed 14.25% in lieu of 12.25% since oct 2014. Many time I discussed with concerned person of sbi Nipani they verified documents and accepted the mistake and answered we will adjust but up to till time not adjusted please take positive action on my matter
                                        State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
