I want that sbi kiosk must exceed the limit of cash withdrawal. Since its gonna be too much time to demonetization. Please do exceed the limit bcz I have to pay my college fees effective in 15 days from today n I have all the amount in my kiosk account. I[censored] can't exceed the limit then please don't bound the limits for online transfer facility cos I can't even transfer the amount to another account of mine. Please do something effectively cos if I couldn't submit my fees then I can't appear in my final semester exams also so please extend the limit or remove the boundation for atleast online transfer so that I can transfer to another account n submit my fees as soon as possible. Please there is a humble request to take my complaint seriously.

I have a loan number are showing from my cibil report from your bank that not posible Rs-1000 porsonal loan, still no any loan apply to your branch that means loan not get/apply by me,
loan amount Rs-1000.00 state bank of india loan ac no[protected].

please rectify this loan deatils and communicate and update to cibil team with me.
Whenever I login to SBI Net Banking, the message is shown as "Your session has expired. Please login again". Though I login again, the same message is repeated. So, I am not able to login to Net Banking for fund transfer.

      Hi, This bank is very slow in loan procedure, i am 9th month pregnent lady here in rajasthan and my husband is in mumbai, we both has taken loan jointly, as bank said my husband signed all the document and sbi sent the doc to rajsthan for my sign bt these gov emplyee are big zero, they are not alowing me to sign as and demand some stamp & mails for sign.
      That we r unaware y they want these things, we complain to mumbai branch but they are not responding, also their is no communication between mumbai and raj branch, they dont try to understand our situation. Raj sbi manager is irogant and helpless person.we need the loan urgently what can we do .

        I got a prank call from some guy asking my atm number and password so this is the reason i am removing this complaint.. I am ashamed ..

          I have PPF Account with one kolkata Branch and Savings Bank account at another nearby branch of SBI.I tried to deposit an amount of Rs.1, 50, 000/- by cheque drawn on SB account to be paid to my PPF account and deposited the cheque at Midnapore main branch.But I was refused on pretext of two non home branches-one for SB account another for PPF account.In these days of netbanking, do these rules apply?

            Frequent calls at residence is distirbing us and causing concerns

              There is a very small town in Sujalpur, MP, where there is a state bank of India branch in Ucchod, Mohammad Kheda, Sujalpur. The branch manager of this branch abuses with every kind of abuse possible to its bank employees and to customers.

              My father is so frustrated with this kind of environment that he sometimes complains of illness . I was shocked When I heard the words his branch manager uses to abuse people. It was horrifying. It was simple harassment at work place. Since a very long time people who get transferred to that branch of SBI have been dealing with this king of harassment.

              I have few recordings of this person which can boil anyone's blood. I think this kind of behavior and people should be punished and barred from working at such a prestigious government provided service banking because if customers are afraid of going to banks and employees are unhappy and in such a gruesome habitat, how will All INDIA MISSION OF OPENING BANK ACCOUNT OF EVERY CITIZEN GET FULFILLED.

                Dear Sir,
                My father is a senior citizen, he closed his SBI a/c, branch CHB Jodhpur, today and was charged Rs 575/- as closing penalty. My question is if am unable to continue an a/c should I be forced to keep the same? No bank charges this fee, then why this bank? Most importantly the bank kept my father wait for 2 days, then today for 2 hours finally deducted this amount which is unfair.

                  While applying for the passport on Saturday i.e. 4th March 2017, I made payment under the ARN- 17-[protected] but the payment was failed and the amount was deducted from the account.
                  Kindly look into the matter and refund the amount .

                  For your reference attached is payment detail and payment failure detail.
                  Several mails have been already sent to the listed id i.e customercare.[protected]@sbi.co.in but all in vain.
                  now even my passport is with me but the payment still is not refunded.
                  pathos !!! the management who harass the people despite solving the matter

                    Haven't got any update till now. One of the worst bank services i have come across or facing issues is with SBI. I will cancel my SB account.

                      I had BHIM App which is linked to SBI account. I tried to transfer to SBH account from BHIM app transaction got failed, but Money debited from account, I confirmed with SBH account holder and it didn't get credited to SBH account.

                      I Had also confirmed to SBI Home branch they said transaction was successful. I had Complained Many Times against branch but didn't get any reply.

                      I am adding screenshot of BHIM app transaction and SBH account Passbook entries for same date.

                      The transaction for 4700 in SBH passbook screenshot is from bank of India.
                      So do not get confuse.

                        I have not made any payment as on today's date but am receiving a alert msg of deduction of Rs. 11.50 again and again. Am not in town and cannot visit my home branch immediately. Please clarify the above deductions. I have read every charges schedule but no where it mention that Rs. 11.50 will be deducted on this transaction. I need immediate help regarding the above as Rs. 138 in total is as of now is been deducted. What i need to do and where i need to contact.

                          T is to inform that i have made a recharge of rs. 275/ of my vedecon d2h bearing no. 92231499 through my sbi online banking on 01.04.2017. The reference no. Of said recharge is oxisbi25028603 igabbhcet3. The message for deduction of amount of rs. 275/- has been received on my mobile but the recharge is not yet done of my vedeocon d2h id 92231499.

                          In this regard, i made a complaint to sbi-odypay to resolve the same.. Further i had receive a call from sbi representative (Mob no. -[protected]) demanding my atm card no.in order to unhold the said amount. Please clarify why they are asking for my atm card no.

                          Please enquire the matter at the earliest.. Otherwise will will made a complaint with banking lokpal.

                                  'State Bank Anywhere' is a all out crapped rubbish application. Nobody cares. It's not at all opening on log in . Several times I have personally raised this issue in different levels. A poor crapped slowest server is provided resulted no transaction by Internet. SBI do not care to redress the problem .It is a biggest slap on the face of Modiji's most wanted Cashless Economy.
                                  In fact SBI Managers do not care for it.

                                    Had a very bad experience in Banking with SBI!!! Today I have transferred 500 to another account using IMPS option in my mobile app. And in the SBI's official app it is clearly mentioned as NIL charged for IMPS below 1000. But my account was charged 5.75 for transferring just 500. I have called customer care and very very very poor response from them. They are saying 5.75 is debited from your account but you should contact your branch and we cannot help on this issue. My question is then what is the purpose of Customer Care? For that 5.75 i should take a work off and visit my Branch? To visit the brank why we are relying on online transfers and what purpose it serves??

                                    Second is, every quarter Charges are being debited in the name of SMS CHARGES. But am not getting messages to my REGISTERED MOBILE NUMBER even more than 10000 is credited on my account. Then for what the charges are being debited??

                                    You are charging for all the basic services still the service is VERY VERY VERY POOR!!! Even a multinational Bank which operates here wont charge that much. And they arr FAR VERY BETTER THAN SBI IN TERMS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CUSTOMER CARE CENTERS!!!

                                    MY LAST OPTION LEFT IS JUST CLOSING ACCOUNT AND MOVING TO SOMEOTHER BANK WHICH PROVIDE BETTER SERVICE FOR THE REASONABLE CHARGE THEY LEVY!!

                                      I skipped few installments and when they asked me to clear the dues I deposited the amount and balanced the loan account and increased my EMI also from 8300 to 10000 so that my loan is recovered soon but after passage of Loan Tenure they are still asking for payments and I am not able to identify the exact balance. I want that my account should be properly inspected and all details should be sent to my registered E mail.

                                        Sir I am from bihar I got a fraud call and he asked for adhar link with my account first he asked for my adhar no then asked for Atm 16 digit no. When I prevent to share this no.he told me my account data correctly so I beloved on him and I shared my Atm no and otp also without reading full msg.but that was my mistake and he fraud with my account for a big amount. Sir please help me to recover my money
