I have submitted an APPLICATION, to STATE BANK OF INDIA (Lake Gardens Branch- 1802) for re-issuing a A T M card, as replacement of the locked/defunct one, on 08/12/2016(Before demonetisation regime).
Despite having lodged several REPEAT REMINDERS, the Service Manager, in particular, was of no help and insisted me to personally visit RUBY PARK BRANCH, for correcting certain Inter-Branch mistakes.
Although, I have categorically mentioned the proposed LINKAGE of the A T M CARD o n l y with my S.B.I Lake Gardens Branch A/C. NO: [protected], any inadvertent LINKAGE with somewhere else was never my responsibility.

In a situation where PM himself is insisting for ON-LINE BANKING, such eventualities, on the part my BANKER, is totally unsolicited and I am yet to receive my A T M CARD, as on date.

    Hi All,

    I Am a SBI customer using SBI Credit card.. I was paying my bill on time but due to some unavoidable reasons I lost my job and could not pay the bills on time.

    I had to get this card settled in 70K against my outstanding. I paid 1st installment of 25K as said by representative.. Then I asked for some time for Second Installment as I only had 20K and rest 25K has to be arranged.. So one of the representative asked me to pay 20K and assured me that he will get the same settled without costing me any more amount. They collected 20K cheque from my Father and he gave me the reciept. but now I am getting threating calls and they are asking me to pay 80-90k more..

    Now I need help as this is some fraud done to me.. I am still struggling to get my NOC even after paying 50K.
    Srsly this SBI card morover their collection agencies are doing big frauds with the customers. I am mentioning the name of
    the collection agents. Who did the fraud with me.These agents are staying somewhere in ghaziabad and they have their offices in Delhi.

      I had made a transaction for the amount for ruppees 2709 on 7 april 2017 at the address: sly tech bar Ground Floor, Western Pearl Building, Kondapur, Hyderabad, Telangana 500081

      but the merchant has not received the amount, they even showed me the last transaction was for 1500, and not for my 2709.

      The merchant said to get in contact with the bank, but since my home branch is in Uttar pradesh and the transaction was done in hyderabad, so it will not be possible for me to visit the branch any time soon,

        I'm trying to login my online Id and password but it is not accepting. Taken new Id and password but it is not accepting and when tried to forget it is giving BS reply about my birth date is incorrect. Hw can i forget my birthday. Because of this longing of online process I'm not able to send money to anyone..
        Working in a BFSI and getting this kind of service.. should i need to visit daily to Bank leaving all my work..
        Please help as i need to wait 1 hr to connect with customer care...

          I have saving a/c_[protected] in state bank of india branch chowk shahjahanpur in uttar pardesh. There are 1018 rs. Deducted money in two times on 2n april i'm my saving account. When i know about deducted money. I went to the branch and meet bank officers and told above matters. But they told us come in the next time. I have a locker account. But i had surrendered on dated 14 feb206. And deposits all dues of lockers rent. But why deducted money 2036 rs in in saving account. Pls register my complained and refund money in my above saving account..[protected].

                My SBI personal loan A/c no is [protected]. The EMI is 13650/- is deducted from my salary account NO;[protected] every month. But in March and April the emi is ducucted from my salary but it is not shown anywhere in my account.What happend to it? It is neither shown in my personal account not in my loan account. Please verify and tell me the reason as early as possible.

                  Bank personal says he can not do anything in this you have to go switch center.

                  Where is this switch center, I dont know?

                        With due respect it is to bring in to your knowledge that I am a customer of your bank and my SB Account No [protected] in my name as Kush Prakash Chauhan. I had indented to setup a business of Tailoring and Preparation of Readymade Garments at Chog –Tali in Tehsil Rajgarh Distt. Sirmour H.P. and for this purpose I had prepared a project report and had send the Project Report to the office of KVIC Sirmour H.P. for approval, which was of a sum or Rs. 30, 00, 000/- and my ID was KVHP[protected], my project was approved by the KVIC Sirmour for a sum or Rs. 9, 85, 000/. I had submitted my application on line on dated 26/09/2016 after approval by the KVIC my case was sent to my Bank SBI Branch Rajgarh on dated 4/10/2016, thereafter I keep on visiting the bank for knowing the status my case, The Manager of the bank keep assuring me that it will done and asked me to go for training, when I went to Nahan for training in the Training Centre they tell me that your file has not yet received by them then I visited the bank on dated 5/4/2017 the bank official i.e. Manager told me that my case has been rejected by him as he had no staff, which was very surprising to me as I have suffered harassment and financial loss due to negligent Act of the manager of SBI Rajgarh.
                        It is therefore requested that necessary action be initiated against the bank manager and damages caused to me by his negligent act be indemnified by making the recovery of the same from the bank.

                          On 03 March approached my bankers (SBI Alwarpet branch, Chennai Ph No: 044 +[protected] regarding non credit of an NEFT txn to the beneficiary account. My acct has been debited on 04 Feb itself. I have frequently followed up by e mail and telephone .I am told that the matter has been taken up but higher-ups are not responding.                             I and my senior citizen father Sri.N.Gopinath went to Hebbal branch on[protected]AM to open NRE account.We met the Deputy Manager (Loans) for the same .She said account opening form is not available.We met the branch manager who was cooperative and asked the attender to issue the form and by magic!the forms appeared.We filled the form and the branch manager asked us to submit the form to deputy manager (Loans).She reluctantly scrutinised the forms and documents and approved it.She directed us to submit the completed forms to another personwho refused to accept the form saying that the Account opening prson is on leave and asked us to come on 2-4-2017.We again met the branch manager who made her accept the form.To our dismay till today 1PM the account has not been opened.We telephoned the branch manager who said he will look into the matter.
                            It is surprising that the biggest bank in India is taking such a long time to open an account and even the branch Manager is unable to handle such haughty staff who be have as they like .Things have not changed in our public banks even after the dynamic Modi government has taken over.Who will bell these fat cats nurtured by the taxpayers 's money.

                            God save us from these fat cats.

I have done the cash transaction from Allahabad Bank ATM machine on 14/03/2017 at 13:37 but I got that the transaction have been cancelled and same massage has also reflected on screen of AMT machine and transition receipt also. But my account has been debited by Rs. 10, 000.00

                              We have done complain 3 to 4 times in your local branch but nigher said amount credited in my account till date nor getting any satisfactory reply from your local branch.

                              I have done the complain about the wrong transaction to your customer care department and the department has lodge the complain accordingly. The complain no. is as under –

                                The state bank of india has sent me the user name in in 8 digits through sms in the registered mobile phone and password was sent by post. While i am attempting two times to create my account for accessing the internet banking by using the same supplied by them, it displayed invalid user name and password. To my surprise the sent me message that my user name 77* (9 digits) has left only one attempt. So there is a contradiction between the two message. My father was using internet banking at sbi more than for the last 10 years and i consulted him but no conclusion.

                                I have my hesitation that whether they are sending the user name in 8 digits or 9 digits. If in such secured banking system the system administrator should take the matter seriously otherwise the customer will take it unreliable to all and create confusion to the present trend of IT components of the bank.

                                      I am a SBI customer. I have a account in Irungattukottai.(Branch Code:13831).

                                      I deposited my SBI home branch cheque in Poonamallee Branch on 28/03/2017. Because of Non home account cheque, that Branch Manager returned my cheque on 05/04/17. I requested to the Branch Manager but she is not at all co-operate in this matter. Then i went to my home branch(Nearly 15kms from my residence) and deposited it.

                                      Non Home account cheques are not accepted for collection in Poonamallee SBI Branch (Branch code:05201). Please look into the matter and take necessary action against her rude behaviour also.

The same number was entered in my internet banking account and now i have to change that number. I'm from Jaunpur but now I'm in Bengaluru Karnataka and Now I'm using new number.
