Being a SBI account holder, I would like to complain regarding the issue of minimunm balance in savings account Rs. 5000/-. If a person earns only 7000 in a month, then what will he /she do with the rest 2000 rs. in her hand. Please look into the matter once, its not a over rich country, here many people runs their life with rs. 5000 only. So please make the minimum balance system as per the monthly income of a individual....

On 21/03/2017 I have deposited 14000/- to the account through cash deposit machine .i prefer machine for the emergency situation . but cash was not credited to the account and shows error in the system screne and money doesn't came back . day after this happen I approach bank but they disappointed me . they said that issue solve can take one weak . its highly disappointed me and the service is too bad .. its an emergency one...

I also have a concern about transaction list visibility.

Credit card sales person in the mall approached me to apply for credit card of SBI (Simply Save). I gave my PAN details and they verified at their end and told you will eligible for Credit card and collected all the details like photo, Pan xerox, DL xerox and Other credit card Statement.

I deposited 6000 rupees (500*6) in the cash deposit machine at around 5.20 pm on date 23/03/2017. But as soon as the i put in the cash and the machine started counting, a hardware error popped out and the amount wasnt credited to my account and wont even come out of the machine.
