    I got a classic debit card bearing number [protected] against written request in hard copy given at the Branch at KALAMASSERY SOIUTH. Instructions received suggested that I should contact the Branch for the activation key.

    When contacted the Branch, I was told that the practice of sending Key has been discontinued.
    I am unable to activate this card through internet banking. It says that the card is not found.
    Please advise me how to proceed

      Dear Sir/madam I like to inform you that my A/c with SBI merge with other SBI A/c o[censored].P. whenever I login my A/c it shows the details of two A/c with same customer name ...I have make several time complain in my home branch but did not get any solution sometime the officer whom I complain gets transfer or takes leave ..I have given two time written application to solve the problem..But till now no correction is been made ..I am getting this problem since one year so please kindly solve my problem...         Respected sir,
        Am have a savings account in SBI Kolar (6029) in this regard bank work standards is good and they are no implimention there work procedure. If customers come any work they standing in queue not one minimum three times because from cash counter refer to sr accountant counter and sr Acctt again send back to made transactions at same cash counter it will take long time before 4years back but same time will take at present.

            Dear sir/madam,

            i booked the appointment in the name of harsh singh and application number is : application reference number 17-[protected] dt[protected] and that time

            i use

            my friend debit card of pnb that status failed that payment was received

            and

            2nd time i was payment by other friend debit/atm card of syndicate but transaction failed but payment deducted from my a/c.

            Detiale as per syndicate bank is- bank reference no is[protected] bank description is ecom pur 00034655 passpo 10/03/17 17:45 rs. 1512.75 but this payment till now dt[protected] not refunded or credited in a/c.

            So many mail or reminder i write on this mail -customercare.[protected]@sbi.Co.In but till now answer not recd.

            I await u r reply pls do needful action as soon as possbile.

            I feel i think bank dont understand to customer fund value that how much valuable for medium family customers.

              Sir,

              I Manish Kumar Singh, serving in Border Security Force(BSF) received a call on 27 March 2017 from Shweta from [protected] for making a SBI credit card. She just asked me some questions and said for making a SBI Credit card. I questioned her that what will be the limit of card and yearly fee of the card. She asked my PAN Card No for my above queries and i provide my PAN Card No to her. After providing my PAN card she said to me that after 2 minute i will receive a SMS. After 2 Min i received a SMS. She provide me a number and said that received SMS send to that NO. I send that SMS to provided Number. Only doing this Shweta said to me that your application has been approved for SBI Credit card and provide three documents (Residence Proof, MY another Credit card front on which my Credit card Number mentioned and credit card statement). I refused to provide her my credit card details then she asked for residence proof and my salary slip. Then i said to her that i dont want to make a credit. She abusing me on the same day and also abusing on 28 March 2017 also. I told my all problems that i am not interested in credit card but she pressing me hard for making credit card and use abusing words. so kindly look into the matter and appropriate action may please be taken against this number and credit card representative Shweta please.

                There is a Feed back ticket system option available once you login to your account online.
                please do share your grievances. They are more effective and monitered from high level hierarchy.

                If you do so, it will directly affect their performance and question by higher authorities.

                    Rs.29970/-is blocked in Lien-Amount against Music Broadband IPO. I had applied for 45 shares of the said issue vide appliacation no.12838291 where as double amount is blocked till date and also the data of same application was not send to the cocerned authority i.e. "Karvy".Thus my application was not considered as the time of allotment.

                        I did a Transaction of 6500 rupees on 17 March 2017 from [protected] (own A/C) to my other account number (CBI) by BHIM app via Aadhar pay section. Transaction was failed and Payment was not Received by Beneficiary account but the 6500 rupees amount is Debited from my Account.
                        I am continuously contacting customer care executive for refund related but no refunds even after 10 days of failed transaction.
                        I also raised issue via App for the transaction on same day but no refunds till now.

                        Why have I got the SBI Air India Platinum Card when I had only applied for the SBI Air India Signature Card for which I was approved and subsequently verified and informed of the Annual Card Fees I have to pay.

                          Sir I am Srikanta Kanrar s/o joydev kanrar vill & Po Tulsiberia, PS uluberia, dist Howrah, i am defence serving person presently posted at himachal pradesh, field & highaltude area near China border. When I was posted at Kolkata (Mominpur) then I was applied a property loan for rs 18.5 lacs in SBI Mominpur branch. Provisional sanction given by SBI jiveen deep on Aug 2016. Then I submitted all documents after six month bank sanction for rs 13.80 lakhs on 16 Feb 2017. My wife meet with bank authority for resubmission of the case bank auth said by mistake it was sanction you will be paid 18.50 lakhs. On 27 mar 17 bank said that you will be pay only rs 11.20 lakhs. In view of the above my wife applied for return my all documents. Pl take needful action against SBI staff.

                                I have booked a train ticket on 13th of March, 2017 using my State Bank debit card via IRCTC Connect. I choose pay via debit card/credit card/net banking option which is powered by Paytm. Due to some of my personal issue I cancelled that e-ticket on 15th of March . And IRCTC refunded my amount on 18th of March, 2017 .

When I met my SBI branch manager he told me that he wouldn't do nothing from his end and he is so judgemental that he blamed on IRCTC without checking anything. I call several times to SBI customer care but they were horrible. I am completely fadeup with this issue and SBI services. I need my refund amount back into my account as soon as possible. I feel really helpless with this issue.

                                  Sir me rajiv, 8/3/2017 ko sbi ke machine me noida sec-2 ke branch me 4400 rs dala tha wo rejected kar diya gaya bole the ek sapte ke andar ho jayaga lekin abhi tak paisa nahi aaya hai.jis ac. m, e dala tha woh ac no hai sbi [protected]. kripya sir jald se jald is ac me 4400 rs dal dijiye.

                                    In Dec 16, i availed facility of credit card. First charges were debited on 9.12.16. On thisservice tax was imposed on 9.12.16 Rs 74.85 & on 1.1.17 Rs 60/. Then late fee Rs 400/ was imposed on 1.1.17.
                                    I had paid Rs 574 on 7.1.17. Again some minor charges were imposed, then on 1.2.17- Rs 100/ was debited as late fee. on 4.3.17 again late fee Rs 400/ was debit.
                                    Without use of card i have been charged with service tax & penalties.
                                    Please see the account & rectify my grievance at an earliest.

                                    In my debit card ATM I have balance 5000rs . Today I went to ATM to draw money it showing your account has insufficient fund then I checked ATM balance it showing

                                    HI, this is Nagendra I want to know about my sbi account with out my concern how you will provide 2 debit cards i am using 1 debit card only which is you provide the card on my acc two times annual charges debited how it is possible in govt banks plse can you give an explanation asap

                                      Today(26/03/2017), i deposited 46000 cash(denomination of 2000), in cash deposit machine via cardless deposit at State Bank e-corner at Brodipet Guntur, Andhra Pradesh at around 12:15 pm. the machine accepted the cash and then it was displayed hardware error. nothing else was shown. The money has not come in account. I waited for few minutes but no result. Afterwards i deposited a 500 rupee note, it got deposited and confirmation receipt came. Please look into the matter and resolve it.
