I have an account in the SBI, timber market branch, PUNE since a year or more.. From the day I have opened the account, I am seeing that there is only a single lady operating both cash payments and receipts.. It is very poor on the banks part that customers have to wait a minimum of 20 mins.. Most of the time the CDM is not working and even if it works, it works only during the banking hours which makes it useless for the remaining 12 to...

My SBI Loan A/c: [protected].
I have taken education load and till december 2016 I paid all due and got the no dues certificate by bank.

But today dated[protected] when my father went to that bank then Bank Manager is denying to issue loan amount list what we deposited.

We don't have internet...

For all Private Banks the customer can submit online the Form 15G/H to avoid TDS on interest earned on deposits. SBI is a largest Public Sector Bank and no facility is available online to submit the necessary forms. In fact it was available a couple years back.
The Govt. of India is suggesting to go internet banking from 1st April, 2017.
Kindly help the customers by allowing to file the Form 15G/H online....

Today I used my debit card in SBI ATM in AIIMS campus New Delhi for withdrawing INR 4000 twice ie 8000 in total, at two different ATM machines .Both machines showed 'time is out' and did not deliver any cash .I moved out from there and proceeded to another ATM of Punjab and Sindh Bank, Green Park to withdraw .Immidietly after this I received a message on my mobile number about INR 8000 debited from my account with SBI ATM details .There was...

I am Rushikesh Dobariya...having SBI saving account in Navagadh Branch ...Jetpur taluka ...dist. Rajkot...Today when I went to Bank att 10.45 am...there was a big line of people waiting for the service...but only 2 persons were there in the entire branch...no one was there to hear ...Most of the persons in the branch had not arrived ...plz take the actions amd make them work like private sector banks......

I did the transaction on dated 10 march 2017 for the purchase through retailer for amount of rs 1940. My card was swiped twice but the retailer said it to be failed transaction, so i had to pay in cash. But the amount was debited both times from my account and was once reverted immediately even, but not for the second time. I did complaint to sbi portal but they are taking too long time . Kindly help

I done a quick transfer in sbi online banking. I transfer the amt of Rs 20000. IMPS was timed out. Amount not credited to the transferred account. But it is debited from my account. Please refund the amount my account.

I made three online payments on 15th March 2017 between 12:30 to 03:00 am to the Passport Seva using SBI portal.
All the three transactions failed but the amount was deducted. Total amount deducted is 1500x3=4500.

At time of passport reissue fees payment passport site redirect me to SBI gateway for secure payment and they deducted my amount.but in my status in passport application they says failed and in this case my amount shuold be credited back in my account in 7 days which is not happen.at passport web site they says email on customercare.[protected]@sbi.co.in id if you dont get refund i emailed 3 time no reply. phone is not ever connected to sbi passport...

amazon.in has issued me refund in my account on 11th to 15th march and still i didn't got refund. i complain on SBI customer care representative, they are telling we are not taking complaints and we cant check through your transaction reference.
