Hello,

This is Anil Mehta. I applied for a home loan in SBI with as a co-owner my wife Shweta Mehta (she is currently pregnant and went to my home town chittorgarh, Rajasthan for delivery) . I submitted all documents to SBI branch, ghatkoper, Mumbai and i completed all of the formalities/verification including all of my signs, and now for just my wife's sign bank send all documents to SBI branch, Chittorgarh on 27th March, 17.

At chittorgarh branch the person(Chandra prakash upadhyay) to whom the mumbai sbi branch send documents received file on 30th March, 17 but after a lot of time i called and asked about courier and request him to please check as i have urgency but don't know why he was continue saying that i didn't received any file even when we verified from courier service then he accept that he received but he didn't open it. When we ask them to open he said "meri marji hogi tab open karunga" and kept my old father and my 8th month pregnant wife to just like without reason ! what the hell kind of service this is ?
He was even not talking properly with my father and the worst part is the bank manager was also supporting him.
They are public servant but on call he was talking like he is god o[censored]s and we are beggar asking something from him.

    Subject: Charge dispute "Refund never processed"

    Dear sir

    A refund of 1125 rupees was successfully processed on 3-2-2017 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

    I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

    I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

    kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

      I was in sbi sadar bazaar branch agra on 24/march/2017 to open a saving bank account. I submitted each and every verified and attested documents which are needed to open a saving bank account for example pan card, aadhaar card and address proof to bank's administrative manager. He/she asked me to come again on 27/march/2017 (Monday) as well. So i goes to sbi on monday then they asked me to come next day (Tuesday) again. I gone sbi next day then they provided me a welcome kit.in welcome kit there were a state bank's atm card, atm card's pin, internet banking kit. But i need to mention in my complaint that atm card was scrap with wrong or invalid pin and useless internet banking kit as invalid username and invalid password and i don't get my account's passbook because sbi's representative asking me to collect passbook after 2 weeks as passbooks of sbi got finished in branch. I am continuously walking or going to state bank of india's branch sadar bazar agra but my problem not yet resolved that's why i'm complaining against state bank of india's negligence. I am really fed up with sbi.

      Today (3 April 2017) I again visit to Bank but My Grievances are not resolved yet. I told Representative about My INVALID ATM PIN as well as about INVALID Login in INTERNET BANKING but Representative avoided me again and asked me to come NEXT DAY and When I tried to file a complaint against NEGLIGENCE then They are not filing Complaint and always suggesting me to contact HOME BRANCH. I think STATE BANK OF INDIA always make APRIL FOOL to their Customers for FOREVER. What should I do?

          Payment of fixed deposit Receipt No. H 997110 dated on[protected]. I Harikisan Chandak made a fixed deposit of 9000 Rs. in SBI branch Jalgaon jamod Receipt No. H 997110 dated on[protected] and forgot to take back the payment. Now the bank officials are not answering about this matter. I have the official fixed deposit receipt. The bank officials are not responding properly to my complaint. Today my age is 75 years and I had been at least 10 times to the bank and also submitted written complaints to the officials.

          I am attaching a photograph of my bank complaint and xerox of fixed deposit receipt.
          Please pay attention towards my complaint and help me to get my money back.

            I had made an 4000rs withdrawal transaction from my atm card on 20th feb 2017 around 2p. M., cash was not dispensed but amount for the same was deducted from my account. I had submitted the complaint regarding the same on phone on 23rd february, complaint number[protected], after this they said that complaint is closed on 11th march 2017 and related documents are sent to my brach. When i visited the branch they refused to have any kind of documents for the same. I had again given an written complaint in branch for the same, they said it will be resolved within 7 days, now it's 30days and still the problem is not solved. They are again asking for my account details which have been submitted in the written complaint. So i request you to take corrective action and solve my issue as soon as possible, else i am going to file a case in consumer court. Following are the details -

                23rd March 2017, it was in Raipur at 12:13, withdraw twice rs, 3500 withdrawal from ATM of Central bank of India. At that time no message or money comes. At morning 06:30 i got message that Rs. 3500 Debited. Even when i checked my account online it show 2 debits of Rs 3500 each. I raised Complaint immediately but till date no refund is initiated. As i was out of my town, i got too many problem in Delhi and Raipur due to this issue also. Even Customer Care told that it will be resolved in 7 days. It is still pending.

                  Hello Sir,

                  From last couple of days my wife visiting your branch at ahmedabad for net banking. Finally she received net banking kit and we are able to logged in successfully.

                  But I am not able change mobile number...without OTP, internet banking is nothing. All things are depended on OTP.

                  My wife asked to sbi employee multiple time to change mobile number and she always replied that you can change it by internet banking or through ATM. But still we are not able to do these things. And at the end we are getting not mapped with this username. Such a worst service. Please improve work quality at Someshwara branch (Ahmedabad). We dont have time to visit your brach daily for this type of problems. Actually we are living at pune.

                    For Tata Sky payment though MVISA QR payment Rs 6300 has been deducted two times from SF account [protected] Old Palasia Indore IFSC code SBIN0003432, The Bank Statement shows : TO transfer -QR payment Ref No 706111A00045 AND 706111A00049 Both the payments credited to account number[protected]

                    TATA sky have not received these payment, it is some where lying in banking system or MVISA.

                      Resp. Sir, I applied for a pension loan for Rs.100000/- on 15/09/2016. After various rounds to branch and number of queries it was sanctioned on 13/10/2016 with great efforts of your competent officers​ to my great surprise for Rs.200000/- which subsequently was adjusted by crediting Rs.100000/- to my loan A/c by branch itself.
                      My son Yogesh having a regular car loan A/c with branch. Also again to my surprise an EMI of his car loan A/c for Rs.7400/- has been made good by debiting my pension A/c on 14/10/2016.

                          My atm was blocked few minths back when ATMs were blocked in bulk...i had no time to submit an application for another atm card.. this yr 172.50 rs were deducted from my account as "DEBIT ATM ANNUAL FEE"...ON 17/02/2017..then again 115 rs were deducted from my account as "DEBIT UNDELIVERED ATM CHARGES 446..." May i know the reason for this deduction?

                            I have not give ecs mandate and 4000 is being debited on 7th of every month since feb 2017. Sbi gpo indore branch manager indore, madam surbhi, mr. Shrivastav chief manager all 3 are not responding to my complaint for past 1 month. They have not given me any proof of my ecs mandate, i do not know where this amount is being credited and they are unable to stop ecs. I have given written complaint on 9-march-2017

                              I ordered a a dslr on paytm on 1st march, 2017 paying the full amount and cancelled the order sometime later the same day. I did not receive my refund yet and its been 30 days!!! When contacted the customer care of paytm, they said that they've processed the refund. I did not get the money credited yet. When asked the branch manager of my account and customer care of sbi, they say they did not get any refund request and if gotten, they would've credited the money. This cycle has been happening since 20 days. Please do the necessary. Its a huge amount.

From past 2 months i am struggling for login password, i have submitted all the proceedings required by official, but still problem is not resolved.                                 I have been trying to redeem the points available in my SBI rewardz account since last five months. I have not been able to succeed even once. In the process, I lost 3000 reward points and also more than Rs 100/- as mobile call charges trying to contact your customer service personnel. I could get through to a CS person only twice out of the 30 or 40 times I tried. Even there I found the CS personnel to be absolutely clueless about solving my problem - that is to recharge my mobile using the rewards points.
                                Since the last one month, I have seen that my account has been locked for security reasons, which I am not aware of.
                                I have complained a number regarding this issue, the reference of the latest two is given above. I have no action forthcoming from the responsible personnel for resolving the issue. I gt the feeling that the concerned individuals are least concerned.

                                  when i was making procceed to get money but power off and machine stopped, i did not get money. i complained to branch as well as to customer care but vain.

                                    I submitted a cheque on sbi sant nirankari branch (branch code-007627) on 2feb2017 but till now i didn't get my money and the bank members never call me for any report i gone many times till 14feb and then after i came to banglore and my friends gone 3-4 times the bank but every time they told that either server is not working or they gave a bundle of chequess and say find your cheque but my cheque is not there. Now i am in banglore i don't know what to do about this, the phone number i found on internet of the bank is invalid, i am helpless i wrote my name and number behind the cheque but they didn't told me anything about that. Pleasse help me about this i don't know what to do for this. Thank you

Its requested to explain all formalities before proceedings. As a bonafide customer who hold salary account with SBI([protected]), its painful for me to run pillar to post for Credit Card. Its requested to look into the matter and do favourable needfull to issue credit card to me. Thanks and regards,

                                        MY SBI account was credited with Rs 24000. I withdrew Rs 4000. So the available balance should be 20000.But The Bank shows my balance to be 16000 and also a LIEN amount of Rs 8000.I have never applied for any loan nor do I have a credit card so question of dues doesn't arise.I don't have paid anyone in cheques so there is no chance of cheque bounces. still the bank shows this lien amount .they have deducted money with no reason. They haven't even mentioned this deduction in account statement.I'm utterly confused.how should I go about it?
