    Dear sir

    A refund of 6999 rupees was successfully processed on 15 March 2017 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

    I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

    I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

    kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

        I wish to inform that, I withdrawal the amount of Rs. 10, 000 on 3.3.17 at SBI, Pallivasal street ATM, Goripalayam, Madurai, TamilNadu. But I am not yet received the money due to temporary decline of transaction and not received the receipt also. The compliant was registered through our branch manager by 8.3.17 and 10.3.17. And also forward the letter to SBI MADURAI KAMARAJ UNIVERSITY BRANCH through our branch manager by 16.3.17. But still now no response from your side. Kindly rectify the query. Reverse the amount to my account as early as possible.

          I am a pensioner of central government and has been drawing my monthly pension from State Bank of India, Narendrapur Branch, Kolkata. During FY 2015 16 in aggregate Rs 64086 was deducted as tds from my pension amount of Rs[protected]% of pension) for the reason not known to me. I took up the matter with concerned branch but did not take any initiative to refund the excess tds amount. Subsequently, I did not find the amount in Form 26 AS for want of which I couldn't submit IT Return in time to get refund from IT department. At present also the amount is not appearing in 26AS. Perhaps the amount has not been deposited to Govt account. Pl. look into the matter as I am facing financial stringency due to my suffering from renal failure and I am to undergo dialysis twice a week.

            I applied for fresh passport. Payment of fee was made but even after deduction of money from my bank account, the status on website was shown as ‘failed’. The deducted amount will be refunded within seven working days, But the amount cannot be refund my account.

                A refund of 2579 rupees was successfully processed on 7 march2017 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by 13 march 2017, but i have not received the refund till now.

                I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                "Worst experience", no respect for the customer, the loan department guy (don''t know his name) is very rude and his language is very cheap. He don't know how to behave with customer, his response towards customer is not good, he is busy with his own work. And the manager supports him.

I wants to transfer my home laon to another bank other than SBI due to interest rate of sbi is high for which I have applied for loan closure letter for further obtaining list of docs to transfer my loan to another bank at sbi cgo branch on 07 mar 2017 but till date no fruitful response recd from meeting several times .due to aove facts i getting financial loss by giving high rate of interest to SBI. kindly resolve the matter.

But at this time in to date I want paid loan amount but bank is making a 3% charge of prepayment against me. But earlier no intimation is given by me during taking of loan.                       I Dr Shridhar have taken a car loan in March 2012 and have been paying EMI through ECS from syndicate bank to SBI bank..inspite of maintaining enough balance in my account EMI has not been deducted in may 2012, sep 2016, Dec 2016 and March 2017.Now when I approach SBI bank to get NOC and to close sbi account, they tell me about the EMI not being deducted for the 4 months due to technical problem and are also asking me to pay extra interest...

                      I had completely my total o/s amount of my credit card. And closed it. And apply for NOC letter, before 3 week, 04 March 017 but yet not received my NOC, it's my humble request to credit card department plz send the NOC of my credit card it's very urgent for me. I calling so may times to sbi customer care but it's also fake/false commitment to me. Kindly help me. It's very very urgent for me.

                        I have sanctioned a cash credit for 25 lakh in April 2012. The processing fee was recovered from the account at that time, which is after 5 years bank is again debited to my account saying it was not taken while sanctioning.

                        Also when it has been told that inspection charges would be 10000 to the max then why it is incresing every year?
                        The yearly processing charges is also incresing from 7500 earlier to 10000 later & now directly jump to 25000.

                        I have taken loan against SME Colateral free loan requires no mortgage tobe given to bank and for this also I have been charged 20000 this year (same after 5 years of loan sanction)

                          I hererby want to inform SBI costumercare that i have paid amount rs.15999 through SBI visa card for buying phn on amazon site on march 3 2017. Due to some technical problem phone was not delivered to my address and the amount which should be refunded is still pending.According to amazon the amount was already initated on march 9 to sbi bank and they should transfer my money within march 13 but still not transferred.The amazon site tells that its sbi unit or costumercare which should give me information regarding this but they are unknown about this and dont want to solve it make the callers to call again on amazon and same process goes on. I told sbi costumer care unit the reference refund no. also but still they are not telling anything.I called on this no. [protected] but no one is giving proper solutions and information reagarding some are unknown some just ignore the talks n neither take complaints seriously.
                          I hope that this information and complains makes u clear for the costumers problems and i want my refund as soon as possible and hope for positive response

                            Ref:- Written off credit card:
                            I am Antony Nelson, was using SBI BANK Credit Card which I have been asked to close it by paying a sum of rupees 28000/- only which is outstanding indicating that I will receive One more Credit card.Not sure if this is True and Weather I will be able to receive one like that. They aren't sure that how much score will get increased. Till date they haven't given any clear picture rather asking me just to pay either 12k or 19k or 28k.
                            12k just as settled without outstanding, 19k CIBIL clearance and NOC and account update. 28k All as above similar as for 19k along with New SBI Credit card. They aren't assuring this as well. I just want an option to issue Credit card which will help me increase my cibil score and make this outstanding in my first month statement which I can pay which they aren't agreeing rather calling all my office guys and harassing them by using unwanted statements.
                            Now after 9 years passed recently for the past one week, I have been receiving calls from your bank
                            FROM THE FOLLOWING NOS.

                            (Not sure whether their names are real)- calling my office board line abusing and using offensive words with my colleagues, disturbing all the staffs, telephone operator, calling more than 20 to 30 times in a day to defaming my image in the office which is mental torture and harassment.
                            I am not running anywhere, I responds to all their calls on my mobile phone than why this harassment and mental torture.
                            My question is what your bank was doing all these 9 years, not even a single call, no letter, no intimation, after the account have been written Off. Now what made them to harass me abruptly, saying that I have to settle the amount immediately. Now they started to threaten me stating that they will send persons to my office and harass me directly in my office. This make me mentally depressed. You are writing off 9000 Crores and sitting silent without asking him but you are behind for just 28k and not giving me any option If you insist me to pay proceed through the court of law, I shall face the consequence through court.
                            Please take notice that if you or your staffs continue to harass or torture me or my colleagues and if any thing happens to me by your torture you and your bank is solely responsible for the same and I will not hesitate to take up the matter to the commissioner of police about your torture when I am ready to pay and asking for option just to make sure that the amount is safely received and I receive the card
                            Take immediate action and stop making any calls to me.

                              Dear Sir/Madam, Recently I have placed an order via my Debit card through Amazon.in and this was cancelled due to some reasons and they have initiated my refund on[protected] and it is not reflected in my account till date.The refund reference ID they provided me is: 597481. They requested us to fill SBI Dispute Form against SBI and the bank will check all the pending refunds and if the bank generates any Dispute ID and send it back to me it will help them to track the refund status.

                                I need your urgent action on this. I have paid 1500/- through HDFC Credit Card. Payment deducted from my account but Payment status shows Failed

                                Not able to reach the SBI customer care :I tried reaching the number [protected]. But the number is always engaged. It is quite frustrating. I have sent email to customercare.[protected]@sbi.co.in as mentioned in the passport seva site. But absolutely no response.

                                  I, have savings bank account [protected] in your branch. I had applied to SME IPO Global Education on 21st February from Jamnagar. The allotment was done on 1st March, 2017 and Lien amount was release by SBI on same date. I had not been allotted shares but still lien has been marked for Rs.1, 50, 000 in my account no.
