The amount of 3536 has been deducted from my account on 18th of February 2017. After that I have tried to call SBI payment gateway customer Care number more than 500 times and I have sent them more than 30 mails. Till now I didn't get the money back. I didn't get single reply from SBI.worst service from SBI. Pathetic service from them.
What kind of payment gateway and what Kind of blunders they ate doing I don't know. When they cannot give resolution why SBI mentioned their mail Id and customer Care number I don't know. That too in Passport Seva website. Passport Seva website people also helpless people.

    I am holding a senior citizen saving scheme account at AF Station Hindon branch of State Bank of India. In March 2016 I have submitted an application for transfer of the same to the SBI branch at Thiruvananthapuram. However, no action was taken by the branch in this regard. After making repeated complaints, the manager has intimated that he is unable to transfer the same due to some technical issues. More than 20 correspondences and telephonic discussions were made in this regard. Even after passing one year, the bank has not transferred the account to Thiruvananthapuram. As per the government policy in the regard, the senior citizen savings account can be transferred to any where. However, even after submitting the requests at various levels, the bank is not ready to transfer the account.

      My father kapoor chand gupta was expired on 21.5.2016 and he had a saving account no.[protected], govt.teacher. My mother savitri devi has also saving account in SBI, Brahmbad(Bayana) account no.[protected].She has submitted all the required documents so many times but the bank asks repeated additional documents resulting we are feeling harrasing. It is joke that my mother savitri devi is wife of Late Shri Kapoor Chand Gupta who is also getting family pension but it is beyond understanding that why bank is not transferring the amount in her account even we have submitted all the documents. a period more than 10 months passed but yet formalities are not completed by the bank. Kindly arrange to make payment to her account at the earliest otherwise she has to take shelter of civil court and claim mental and financial loss for which bank shall be responsible.

Suddenly I got high fewer so I aidmited my native hospital without availed administrate clearnece in sbi regional business center Rbo . So above reason my medical bills were returned so that kindly arrange to give proper settlement as soon as possible because I have been availed gold loan so that request you solve my problem

          I have applied for appointment at indore psk for passport two times on 26 & 27 Feb 2017 . Amount got deducted from my IDBI bank account but transaction status was failed .             I transferred rs 5000 from sbi buddy wallet on 6 march to an account but amount didn't transferred .on 10 march I registered a complaint on customer care that told that within 10 days amount will be back. after ten days I contact customer care but no response they told complaint registered and Will receive a message but not received a message and amount.

                A refund of 6999 rupees was successfully processed on 15 March 2017 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                      I am a pensioner of central government and has been drawing my monthly pension from State Bank of India, Narendrapur Branch, Kolkata. During FY 2015 16 in aggregate Rs 64086 was deducted as tds from my pension amount of Rs[protected]% of pension) for the reason not known to me. I took up the matter with concerned branch but did not take any initiative to refund the excess tds amount. Subsequently, I did not find the amount in Form 26 AS for want of which I couldn't submit IT Return in time to get refund from IT department. At present also the amount is not appearing in 26AS. Perhaps the amount has not been deposited to Govt account. Pl. look into the matter as I am facing financial stringency due to my suffering from renal failure and I am to undergo dialysis twice a week.

                            "Worst experience", no respect for the customer, the loan department guy (don''t know his name) is very rude and his language is very cheap. He don't know how to behave with customer, his response towards customer is not good, he is busy with his own work. And the manager supports him.

                                  I Dr Shridhar have taken a car loan in March 2012 and have been paying EMI through ECS from syndicate bank to SBI bank..inspite of maintaining enough balance in my account EMI has not been deducted in may 2012, sep 2016, Dec 2016 and March 2017.Now when I approach SBI bank to get NOC and to close sbi account, they tell me about the EMI not being deducted for the 4 months due to technical problem and are also asking me to pay extra interest for their technical problem.Having paid all the EMI with interest I'm not in any way concerned or responsible for the banks technical problem. So Kindly look into this matter and resolve the issue. ..sbi Car loan account no. [protected]..

                                  I Rakesh Kumar Mishra. Have take car loan from SBI and ECS get deducted from HDFC bank every month, My installment goes out on 20th Every month

                                  Now this month they have not taken ECS on time, and this happened in past as well and then they imposed late fees penalties,
                                  I maintain enough Balance in my HDFC account so that ECS runs smooth.

                                  Please look in to this matter and resolve as i do not want any problem at the time of NOC.

                                      I have sanctioned a cash credit for 25 lakh in April 2012. The processing fee was recovered from the account at that time, which is after 5 years bank is again debited to my account saying it was not taken while sanctioning.

                                      Also when it has been told that inspection charges would be 10000 to the max then why it is incresing every year?
                                      The yearly processing charges is also incresing from 7500 earlier to 10000 later & now directly jump to 25000.

                                      I have taken loan against SME Colateral free loan requires no mortgage tobe given to bank and for this also I have been charged 20000 this year (same after 5 years of loan sanction)
                                      State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        I hererby want to inform SBI costumercare that i have paid amount rs.15999 through SBI visa card for buying phn on amazon site on march 3 2017. Due to some technical problem phone was not delivered to my address and the amount which should be refunded is still pending.According to amazon the amount was already initated on march 9 to sbi bank and they should transfer my money within march 13 but still not transferred.The amazon site tells that its sbi unit or costumercare which should give me information regarding this but they are unknown about this and dont want to solve it make the callers to call again on amazon and same process goes on. I told sbi costumer care unit the reference refund no. also but still they are not telling anything.I called on this no. [protected] but no one is giving proper solutions and information reagarding some are unknown some just ignore the talks n neither take complaints seriously.
                                        I hope that this information and complains makes u clear for the costumers problems and i want my refund as soon as possible and hope for positive response

                                        I was pay 1586.82 rs with my PNB account(debit card) the payment status is "Failed" and the amount gets deducted,

                                        and i was pay this amount for passport

                                        now what i do
                                        I have received a fraud calls. Please ignore it. He want ATM number. Again again he called. Please note this number [protected]. This number I received. Help me please. Here after break the call.

                                        On 14/03/2017 i did online money transfer to amazon but payment declined .
                                        My money is not refunded yet.
                                        My Ac is blocked [protected] not giving any information
