I am from the southern part of the country holding an nri account at the alleppey sbi.My card got expired at last december. As i came eventually on vacations its really difficult for me to come directly to the bank in between for the followups. Till date i havent received my cards. I had used quick transfer facility to transfer 5000 ra on 28/02/2017 with reference no. UA02263288 . But the amount has not be credited to the transferred account though it was deductes immediately from my account. Also i wrote mail to bank and customer complaint of sbi but i have not received any response till now. The call center always says their server is down and online complaint system never works....

I have generated online forgot password by post request two time, I have generated first request on 10/02.2007 but there is no responsive from SBI, after that again I have generate request 10 working days before but again there is no any responsive from SBI and I did not got password yet.
