My complaint ticket number is [protected] .In a long time it is in under process .I payed money in online transaction to hp public service commission Rs.413.68 three times.Two transaction are unsuccessful and last time is successful on date"17-01-17". Two unsuccessful transaction money Rs.827.36 is less in my account unexpectedly. Account no.is [protected].please return my amount Rs.823.36 soon.

      I faced a failed debit card transaction while paying yatra.com.My SBI account got debited INR 16, 231.00 on 2 Mar but the merchant didnot get paid.I lodged a complaint with SBI customer care and my ticket number is[protected].I am told 45 days is the resolution time.I understand its maximum time limit but my query is, why should it take so long to refund my money??And if it doesnot get refunded, I would need to escalate the matter after 45 days and for my money why I got to run so long??Plus this is not a very small amount and I may face difficulty in my daily life due to this.Even if this is a RBI rule, let me bring to your notice, this affects our daily life and you should solve it sooner.I called up customer care again today and the executive had the same thing to say as the supervisor, Abha Roy.Noone had a resolution.

        I had applied for sbi credit card one and half year back at bengaluru and unfortunately my application was rejected..and i got transferd to delhi NCRlast year, from last one year i am in delhi NCR.one day i got a call from bengaluru based number([protected]) from sbi card department.she asked me to apply for credit card, i told her i am not in bengaluru i am in delhi dont apply credit card for me but she applied by her self forcefully. now i am not in bengaluru from last one year..and sbi executive are going to my old residential and official address for verification..i clearly told to that lady that i am not in bengaluru from last one year the why she applied my credit card, now she is not picking my call from last two days.. tell me what should i do..the rejection of this application will effect my cibil score kindly help me.         who is responsible for this.once i had given document it does not mean bank representative will initiate application on my behalf to achieve there target.

          Dear Sir,
          I applied for SBI-Credit Card in 2014 and I got the card. As said to me by the Sales representative at the time, if I spent Rs. 4000 or more during year then annual fees will be waived. Accordingly, I made transaction of more than that. But, still every year 2999 annual fee was debited in my unpaid balance in the statement.

            Dear Sir/Mam,

            Could you please investigate the ATM present at Kondapur Police colony works as expected. I have been going to ATM two three days but not able to withdraw money even if ATM has money.

            ATM machine is not able to read properly the card of few people stating message "Card has not processed properlly please insert again".

            It's not for one cards, All most 6 cards out of 10 was not processed.

            I guess ATM machine where we insert card the chip is not reading properlly.

              I have applied for atm card at ambur branch(vellore district) during first week of january 2017 but till 10 march 2017 am unable to get the card.

              While repeated visiting to ambur branch where my account is, clerk of the bank mr sarath reply irresponsible answer and uses harassing words not only to me but to all the visitors which is not a good for an employee

              please take appropricate steps to make your make your bank's funtioning smoother and user friendly.

              Customer is not their for banker inform your staff that '' he is their for the customer service

                  I am Sri Ajay Kumar, son of Late Rajendra Ray (Account No.[protected] would like to draw attention that my father passed way on 24.11.2016. It was understood that Nominee Name was not registered with above bank account and as per the discussion with your branch officials we had submitted all the necessary documents from to your branch for registering the name of my Mother Smt. Sonia Devi as legal nominee and requested to transfer all the available balance from above account (Account No.[protected] to the account of my mother. But after expiry of all most one and half month the, the balance money is not transferred.

                  I had an appeal to your customer care (Ticket No. [protected]) to take up the matter, but surprisingly I got massage that the problem is resolved without crediting the balance amount in favour of my mother.

                  I am once again requesting your favour to do the needful as requested above.

                    My sbi bank(sangam vihar) not changing my mobile number. I have applied five times regarding mobile number change since january 2017 and five times provided them with all my documents and details in written. I also dont have my atm pin, nor i have internet banking and i am totally helpless to access my account, i am unable to transact or withdraw cash, or unable to know even my account balance.                       Sir I am applied for sbi home loan from sbi city branch REWA collage chowk madhya pradesh in 1st week of jan 2017 and pay rs6000 for Search report in bank but sir till date I have not get approval for home loan.. Sir I have provided all documents to bank which are required for home loan... And there is unauthrized language used by bank employees
                      So sir pls help me in providing...

                          I have SBI sb a/c No. [protected] at Rajgir, bihar.I had taken home loan from idbi bank, Jan path, unit-ix, bbsr-22 of Rs 30 lac. A provisional certificate is attached herewith for your Ref.

                          I approached sbi rajgir for switchover of this loan from idbi bank and all the relevant documents of the house submitted.As per the sbi, rajgir, the documents has been sent to rac pc bbsr for further action in the month of Nov 2016 itself.

                          The status of the switchover process is not known to sbi, rajgir and also taking too long time.

                          I request you, pl.update the present status of the processing and request for quick process.

                            Dear Sir,
                            It is submitted that I and my family members are associated with your esteemed bank for the last 20 years. Today, I visited SBI Akhara Bazar Kullu, HP (Branch code 11852) regarding the documents of home loan that I want to shift to Axis bank because of not processing of top up loan. The person from the axis bank was also there to collect the same housing loan documents from Mr. Ajit but he was not giving the same. When I asked Mr. Ajit regarding the documents, he immediately start shouting very loudly and misbehave in front all the SBI staff members and axis bank employee. His this behaviour hurts my feeling very badly and resist / afraid me to visit your SBI Akhara Bazar Branch again and because of this I will close all my account from the SBI banks. It is only after the intervention of manager, the other person who is not dealing with house loan gave the documents.

                            Your employee Mr Ajit behaviour is not tolerable . This type of people only bring bad name to your bank, so my request is to take strict against him after proper inquiry, so that in future no one dare to deal with customer in such a way. Furthermore, it is really shameful that he did all this infront of other bank employee.

                            My humble request is to train your staff, how to deal with customer and take strict action against him, which will be a lesson to other staff and further improvement of your organisation.

                                I have been charged Rs 500/- on 27Dec16 as over limit charges despite paying the complete outstanding amount in one go and Rs 115/- on 04 Mar17as Debit ATM charges against my Platinum Credit Card No 4377XXXXXXXXXX34.
                                SBI seems to be penalizing their faithful customers for no reason.
                                Request refund of the same against my credit card account at the earliest.

                                  Ref.PPO f.[protected]/2015/KVS(MR)/Accts/BBP/SA-Pen dated[protected] also my Speed post dated 14/02/2017 in spite of my efforts my pension not yet been revised by your self . Chief Manager Belapur mumbai said that the PPO order sent by KVS (MR) to Main branch New delhi was not yet sent by SBI New Delhi to his office and unless and until the order received he will not be in position to revise my pension Hence you are requested to send my PPO order which was sent by KVS(MR) to you on the above reference to SBI Belapur to revise my Pension accordingly and release my arrears w.e.f April 2014.
                                  This for your immediate action please.

                                    I Vijay Narayan Shinde A/C Holder at SBI Sanpada Branch No [protected] Branch code 11783 .On 28/02/2017 done transfer amt 10000/ through BHIM app Aadhar base Aadhar no[protected] of my wife link with Bank Of Baroda at Sanpada A/C no [protected] time 20.57 app shows transaction failed but amt debited from my SBI A/C same amt will be credited in my a/c but till date amt 10000/ not credited in my a/c . Query raised at BHIM app online they ans amt not debited from my a/c. Query ID Adb7e04c1 date 01/03/2017. Written complaint given at SBI Sanpada Branch on 03/03/2017 but till date amt not credited in my A/C several time Personly I meet Branch Manager but no action on my problem.
