It is submitted that I and my family members are associated with your esteemed bank for the last 20 years. Today, I visited SBI Akhara Bazar Kullu, HP (Branch code 11852) regarding the documents of home loan that I want to shift to Axis bank because of not processing of top up loan. The person from the axis bank was also there to collect the same housing loan documents from Mr. Ajit but he was not giving the same. When I asked Mr. Ajit regarding the documents, he immediately start shouting very loudly and misbehave in front all the SBI staff members and axis bank employee. His this behaviour hurts my feeling very badly and resist / afraid me to visit your SBI Akhara Bazar Branch again and because of this I will close all my account from the SBI banks. It is only after the intervention of manager, the other person who is not dealing with house loan gave the documents.
Your employee Mr Ajit behaviour is not tolerable . This type of people only bring bad name to your bank, so my request is to take strict against him after proper inquiry, so that in future no one dare to deal with customer in such a way. Furthermore, it is really shameful that he did all this infront of other bank employee.
My humble request is to train your staff, how to deal with customer and take strict action against him, which will be a lesson to other staff and further improvement of your organisation.
