Sir, i have done my passport payment application on 1st march, 2017 two times but both the time amount has been deducted from my account and the payment status is still "failed" .It had been 10 day i haven't got my money back. They have deducted 1512+1512 two time and the customer service is not responding to call and mail i have send they .Please help

Always it is better to generate a challan & pay the cash at sbi cash counter & amount will be credited within 1 day so that you can opt for appointment this is my experience had while applying for pp instead of on line payment some times system may be failed, it may take some time to get corrected & you should not have made 2nd payment.

    IMPS fund transfer is pending

    I have made IMPS transfer of Rs.3000/- from my SBI Account - [protected] to Central bank of india account on 4th of March and transaction id reference no. is FA13684570. Till today the online transaction status is showing pending .Neither the amount got credited in Central bank of india account or back to SBI account. I contacted the customer care and the said they cannot help on online transactions and it will take 7 days for the money to...

    Sir maine apne atm card se apne account me paisa jama karne liye cdm sbi main branch gorakhpur time 19.10 pm dated 10/032017 me jab apna rs 3100 dala to machine ne paisa jama karne ke baad na to atm customer advice diya aur na to paisa mere account me jama hua paisa machine me hi rah gaya mare paisa mere account me wapas kar de ya amoun 3100 wapas kar de.Maine rs500x3=1500, 100x16=1600 total 3100

      On 10/03/17, I tried for IMPS fund transfer through SBI anywhere personal android app. Amount deducted from my account, but did not get confirmation of successful transaction. I checked status inquiry, which shows IMPS in progress. Till now I don't get confirmation of successful transaction.
      Kindly give me confirmation that beneficiery got credited for IMPS fund transfer.
      Or else give me refund of my amount.

        Hello sir mu uncle late sh. Mango ram bought a life cover from sbi fatehpur.
        It has been more than six month since he expired yet no claim have been given to ths family yet.
        Whenever we visit sbi branch fatehpur distt. Kangra hp. They say we have submitted to heigher authorities and will be processed soon. They dont even listen to us. This is not for what my uncle would have taken a life cover.
        Please take matter into your serious consideration.

            I Sanjay deshpande was applied through online mode and initiated a payment using Axis Bank Debit card the amount 1008.50 got debited from the bank account, but the payment status in the passport application portal was failed it's been 8 days payment has not been refunded to the bank account. kindly look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible.

            sir/madam i am yogesh prajapat suffring from some problem. actually i applied for police clearance certificate after fulfull online form. then i see online payment gateway .when i want to paying to canara bank debit card then got OTP on my mobile no. and fill that OTP on payment gateway. after processing gateway showed time out and got error. when i checked track payment status it showed transaction failed then i again retry same procedure and again faced same problem getting error. that time charges not deducted to my canara bank account after harassment i tried to use sbi bank debit card than i fill all information in gateway page then proceed to payment of rs 500/-. after this payment transaction goes to successful of Rs 500/-. but after 30 -40 min. i receive three another deduction massage from bank amount 504, 504 and 504 rupees. totally i lost 1512/- . when i tried three time got error and that time i didn't receive any deduction massage from bank so request to you plz help me try to provide me refund

              Dear SBI Management i/c,
              The Newspaper report indicate that your bank branches are going to insist on minimum Rs.5000/- balance in SBA/C.
              Please confirm.
              I am central govt. Pensioner having My Pension A/c No. [protected] at Ambawadi branch. Some time back Govt. wanted Nationalised Banks to allow 0 balance for Salary and Pension A/cs. What is the fact -please clarify. Moreover, any decision of Govt.Bank like yours should have blessings of RBI orders/circular. I dont think RBI can support your Bank on this issue.
              Kindly give reply with authority in support of minimum balance policy.

                Hi Team,
                I got a call from SBI bank stating that cash back related offers, They said "Every transaction you will get cash back on your bank account".. He has every set up like IVR speech, so I accepted his request and proceed with the offer, They said that "needs to pay 6900 rupees for annual fees" for the offer, I have done that, but still I did not received any mount in my account, please refund the amount of 6900 or else catch those frauds.

                  Hi,

                  I have received "FEE EXCESS DRS---" from my salary account of SBI.
                  Even after sending mail (2 times) to SBI I have not received reply mail yet.
                  Number of transactions happened on 07-Mar-2017
                  1. DEPOSIT TRANSFER-INT TRF FRM fixed deposit interest = 5 times
                  2. Received back principal from fixed deposit = 6 times
                  3. Tried withdrawal of Rs. 6200 from Kotak Mahindra bank = 1 time
                  but it was rejected since 100 rupee note not available in that ATM.
                  4. Tried withdrawal of Rs. 6000 from Kotak Mahindra bank = 1 time
                  and withdrawn Rs. 6000 only one time on 07-Mar-2017.
                  5. "FEE EXCESS DRS---" automatically withdrawn INR 378.00

                  Hence total number of transaction on 07-Mar-2017 from SBI was 14 times.

                  Help me to get back "FEE EXCESS DRS---" INR 378.00 (three hundred and eighty only).

                    My complaint ticket number is [protected] .In a long time it is in under process .I payed money in online transaction to hp public service commission Rs.413.68 three times.Two transaction are unsuccessful and last time is successful on date"17-01-17". Two unsuccessful transaction money Rs.827.36 is less in my account unexpectedly. Account no.is [protected].please return my amount Rs.823.36 soon.

                        I faced a failed debit card transaction while paying yatra.com.My SBI account got debited INR 16, 231.00 on 2 Mar but the merchant didnot get paid.I lodged a complaint with SBI customer care and my ticket number is[protected].I am told 45 days is the resolution time.I understand its maximum time limit but my query is, why should it take so long to refund my money??And if it doesnot get refunded, I would need to escalate the matter after 45 days and for my money why I got to run so long??Plus this is not a very small amount and I may face difficulty in my daily life due to this.Even if this is a RBI rule, let me bring to your notice, this affects our daily life and you should solve it sooner.I called up customer care again today and the executive had the same thing to say as the supervisor, Abha Roy.Noone had a resolution.

                          I had applied for sbi credit card one and half year back at bengaluru and unfortunately my application was rejected..and i got transferd to delhi NCRlast year, from last one year i am in delhi NCR.one day i got a call from bengaluru based number([protected]) from sbi card department.she asked me to apply for credit card, i told her i am not in bengaluru i am in delhi dont apply credit card for me but she applied by her self forcefully. now i am not in bengaluru from last one year..and sbi executive are going to my old residential and official address for verification..i clearly told to that lady that i am not in bengaluru from last one year the why she applied my credit card, now she is not picking my call from last two days.. tell me what should i do..the rejection of this application will effect my cibil score kindly help me.                             Dear Sir,
                            I applied for SBI-Credit Card in 2014 and I got the card. As said to me by the Sales representative at the time, if I spent Rs. 4000 or more during year then annual fees will be waived. Accordingly, I made transaction of more than that. But, still every year 2999 annual fee was debited in my unpaid balance in the statement.

                              Dear Sir/Mam,

                              Could you please investigate the ATM present at Kondapur Police colony works as expected. I have been going to ATM two three days but not able to withdraw money even if ATM has money.

                              ATM machine is not able to read properly the card of few people stating message "Card has not processed properlly please insert again".

                              It's not for one cards, All most 6 cards out of 10 was not processed.

                              I guess ATM machine where we insert card the chip is not reading properlly.

                                I have applied for atm card at ambur branch(vellore district) during first week of january 2017 but till 10 march 2017 am unable to get the card.

                                While repeated visiting to ambur branch where my account is, clerk of the bank mr sarath reply irresponsible answer and uses harassing words not only to me but to all the visitors which is not a good for an employee

                                please take appropricate steps to make your make your bank's funtioning smoother and user friendly.

                                Customer is not their for banker inform your staff that '' he is their for the customer service

                                    I am Sri Ajay Kumar, son of Late Rajendra Ray (Account No.[protected] would like to draw attention that my father passed way on 24.11.2016. It was understood that Nominee Name was not registered with above bank account and as per the discussion with your branch officials we had submitted all the necessary documents from to your branch for registering the name of my Mother Smt. Sonia Devi as legal nominee and requested to transfer all the available balance from above account (Account No.[protected] to the account of my mother. But after expiry of all most one and half month the, the balance money is not transferred.

                                    I had an appeal to your customer care (Ticket No. [protected]) to take up the matter, but surprisingly I got massage that the problem is resolved without crediting the balance amount in favour of my mother.

                                    I am once again requesting your favour to do the needful as requested above.

                                      My sbi bank(sangam vihar) not changing my mobile number. I have applied five times regarding mobile number change since january 2017 and five times provided them with all my documents and details in written. I also dont have my atm pin, nor i have internet banking and i am totally helpless to access my account, i am unable to transact or withdraw cash, or unable to know even my account balance.
