Dear SBI,

I never had any expectations from SBI but still there should be some consideration given before deducting amount from my account. I have a loan installment of 45k which I have never failed to pay in time but still whenever I leave any surplus money in that account. For some reason this also get deducted. This is very frustrating and irresponsible. Definitely not a strategy to retain customers. Please take some pain...

I am submitting this complaint, not because i think it will be resolved through this portal, but to let everyone know how dumb tech support can get.
Issue was, my state bank rewardz portal was not reflecting the correct reward points. I raised the following queries through the statebank rewardz portal.

12-Feb - Submitted first request with just transaction details. Got response that they needed email, CIF number, account...

Fromsep2012 every month my sb pention a/c was wrongly debited by sbi chinchwad br.with Rs 1019 & credited to[protected] till sep 2016 .total dr is aroun 50000/-when I informed them they stopped deduction & told me the amt.will be refunded you very soon.but till today after giving several reminders as well as sending mail, they avoid to do it.pl refund my amt with intt....

Dear Sir, This is a reminder to my earlier complaint which has not been resolved, yet.
In spite of your assurances, the complaint (Ticket No. SR[protected]is far from resolved. I still keep on getting transaction details of account of an unknown person. The only change in status since my complaint was first lodged is that I am getting transaction alert...

NOTE: This is addition to the complaint which i have already raised on February 9, 2017.

1) Its been 4 months I took loan from State Bank of India, A.S Rao Nagar branchI. Initially they promised me that, the CAR loan account will be added to my main account and I can pay excess amount anytime to pre-close the loan amount. Even after requesting so many times to link my car loan account to main account so that I can track my...

I was used my ATM card on 17.12.2016 for purchasing a woolen jacket in Durgapur through POS machine. After swipe ATM card in POS machine, POS generated slip shows that " TIMED OUT TRACSACTION . CONTRACT YOUR CARD ISSUER FOR REVERSAL OF DEBIT" . I found that Rs.770/- debited in my saving account but the same was not credited to merchant establishment.
In this connection, copy of POS machine generated slip is also attach for your ready...

I've received a call on 3 March 2017 from [protected]. The person told me that He is Mr. Ajay Sharma from SBI. He asked my debit card details for the verification of the account otherwise the account will get suspended.

I refused to provide the details of my account then he told me he will suspend my account. So, please help me whether its genuine or fake.

I Santosh tiwari, on 20 February 2017 required Rs8000 but i have uco bank ATM card.There was the ATM of SBI in ayodhya, I enter to that ATM and swipe the card and everything which was required to withdrawal Rs8000 then at 07:46 machine give me only one note of Rs2000 and money deducted from account.So I requested you to take necessary action towards this incident.

I tried to withdraw cash of Rs.4000 in CUB ATM with SBI debit card. I received from ATM only Rs. 2000. but Rs.4000 fully deducted in the account. ATM ID : CUBFI791. Ref no.[protected] Date of transaction : 19/01/2017 time: 18:51
I complaint in one of the SBI branch and they registered the complaint. But still the money is not credited in the account....

Amount not credited in beneficiary account
on 10-mar-2016 rs. 20000/- was transferd through neft, but till date it is not being credited in beneficiary account, e- payorder no- cn48976737. Credit status shoes- credit under process.
