NOTE: This is addition to the complaint which i have already raised on February 9, 2017.
1) Its been 4 months I took loan from State Bank of India, A.S Rao Nagar branchI. Initially they promised me that, the CAR loan account will be added to my main account and I can pay excess amount anytime to pre-close the loan amount. Even after requesting so many times to link my car loan account to main account so that I can track my EMI amounts and the remaining amount to close the loan amount Online. Still it is pending, I sent multiple emails but no response yet.
2) Before taking loan, they promised me I will be notified of each EMI deduted through SMS as well on my registered mobile number. I have spoken with SBI people through phone call as well as sent multiple email to add my mobile number so that i will know when i transfer the amount to CAR loan account. Still it is pending.
3) On February 28, 2017. I have transferred amount to CAR loan account from some other bank, i need the confirmation if the amount has been credited or not, as SBI did not link the car loan account to my main account as they promised AND as they did not linked my mobile number so I don't have any information if the amount which i have transferred has been credited or not. I raised this to the SBI team, but no one is responding.
4) Some how i was able to manager to reach SBI, A.S Rao Nagar branch manager, i explained her the situation and the problem what I am facing, she told me who asked you take a loan from our branch when i told her i am not getting any messages when i transfer the amount to car loan account. Not sure how she became a manager who does not know how and what to talk with customer.
I request you to please take an action on the above listed issues.

State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Just wait for a week the failed transaction will be reversed to your account. In mean time just call to customer support team which is the tool free and register the complaint with them. Go with proper document i[censored] have.
