सर, मै SBI JUNAGADH(GUJARAT) का खाता धारक हुं, मेरा A/C NO. है [protected]. ता.5/2/2017 के दिन मैने विज्या बेंक जाजरडा रोड, जुनागढ से Rs.5000/- निकाल ने का प्रयास किया ।प्रथम प्रयास असफल रहा लेकिन कोइ परची नहीं निकली अत: दुसरा प्रयास करने पर रुपए 5000/-निकला मगर परची न निकल ने की वजहसे मे तुरंत नहीं जान पाया की मेरे खाते मेसे कितने रुपए कटे ।जब मोबाइल पर मेसेज आया तो पता चला की Rs.10, 000/- कटे है।
मेने बेंक जा कर अर्जी दी पुरा ब्योरा दिया ।१५ दिनों के बाद मुजे SMS से पता चला बिना कोइ रिवर्सल ऐन्ट्री के मेरी फरियाद बंद कर दी गइ है । जो मुझे मंजुर नही। क्रुपया निचे दिये गये दस्तावेजों की जांच की जाय।SBI passbook ऐन्ट्री दीनांक 5/2/17 की देखे ।एक ही ऐंट्रीक्रमांà¤... से दो बार Rs. 5000/- debit किये गये है।

    I, LOVEPREET SINGH was applying for passport through online mode and initiated a payment of 1500 using a state Bank of Patiala internet banking the amount Rs. 1500 got deducted from the bank account, but the payment status in the passport application portal was failed. It’s been 11 days payment has not been refunded to the bank account. Kindly look into the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

      Sbi employees are most uneducated and pathetic when it comes to providing info.even sbi manager don't know rules and regulations of their bank.why do ya hire rogues who don't know anything about your own bank.i have a cheque bounce case which says KINDLY CONTACT DRAWER.nobody in bank can rectify the exact reason why cheque was returned.they behave like bunch of illiterate giving and guessing different reason.IF A CUSTOMER DON'T KNOW WHY HIS CHEQUE WAS REJECTED, HOW DO WE RECTIFY OUR MISTAKE.sbi employees are most hostile and lethargic rogues.for each and everything they will say 'GO TO HOME BRANCH 'EVEN TO GIVE INFO.why did ya computerise your banking and why do ya feel proud to say SBI CORE BANKING .sbi is same as bank which was 30 years back which used to run on paper and ledger books. sbi employees dunno why they are provided with computers.i dunno how sbi hires such dumb idiots into banking who can't give exact reason for cheque return. most of sbi employees dunno even things that are written on sbi website.even sbi manager is ignorant of that. SBI IS MOST UNFRIENDLY BANK TO SENIOR CITIZENS AND PENSIONERS.they want 70 year old to behave like 30 yr old.

      they have customer care which is useless like its employees, they dunno anything, they just ask to contact home branch.home branch says they dunno cuz it happens in cts. to whom should we ask for genuine info, i have contacted 3 sbi bank branches, i got 3 different answers. SBI HAS DIFFERENT RULES FOR DIFFERENT BRANCHES ACCORDING TO ITS EMPLOYEES.

      SBI ROGUE EMPLOYEES ARE BUSY IN SERVING RICH AND FAMOUS THROUGH PHONE CALLS AND MAILS. THESE ROGUES DON'T GIVE INFO AND ARE VERY HOSTILE TO COMMON MAN AND SENIOR CITIZENS. THESE ROGUES GIVE BRANCH PHONE NUMBERS, THEY ARE VERY HOSTILE TO SPEAK ON PHONE OR GIVE INFO TO CUSTOMER WHO HAS ACCOUNT IN THEIR BANK. REMOVE PHONES FROM YOUR BANKS IF YOU DON'T WANT TO ANSWER CUSTOMER QUERIES.

      SBI THE LARGEST ROGUE BANK IN INDIA SERVING RICH AND FAMOUS ROGUES.YOUR BANK SUCKS BIG TIME.

            Dear sir,

            I had applied for a Sbi Simply Click VISA credit card. A lady executive called me up and promised me that definitely you will get the credit card to ur residence.

            I got one message from SBI stating your application is under process. Then next day under online status of SBI credit card they mentioned

            "We regret to inform you that your SBI Card Application could not be processed since it does not meet our policy. We thank you for your time."

            I have given all the documents .Please tell me what are the reasons for rejectting my application. And how to applyagain.

                  My name is lakeswar taye.. I have deposited the amount of rs 1500rs/- in the atm machine, dibrugarh gabharupathar branch assam, dibrugarh 786003 dated 1.3.2017 at 6.45am. Today six days running but it was not credited into my account it has shown that temporarily unable to process. Money has not came back.. And also not credited in to my account. On that day itself i have given complaint to sbi branch on the same day at 10am. They have taken the letter and they said that we will call you. But there is no call till. Or not credited the amount. You can check the camera footage also.. Please do the needfull

                            Myself mrs.Vijayadevi Sutale had deposited a cheque on 25th of January 2017 in bhiwandi branch. It has been more than 30 days still it is not cleared. I has visited 2-3 time to know what is the issue but your staff didn't give me proper answer. I request you to clear my cheque as soon as possible.

                              Subject: Charge dispute "Refund never processed"

                              Dear sir

                              A refund of 699 rupees was successfully processed on 1 January 2017 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                              I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                              I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                              kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                                Dear Clearance Manager - SBI

                                I had deposited the cheque on last wednesday - 1.3.2017, Still the process is not cleared - The cheque drawn from ICICI Velachery to my sbi account.

                                Since there is no updation in my balance, that the process is started or not, i am unable to get details, today i met them, they told me to wait still two more days or to come back and remind them, Then it moves more than a week.

                                Please do the needful at the earliest

                                  Respected sir I Harpinder Singh ex army 7 Sikh Regt was retired on 30 November 2016 corrigendum ppo bearing number is S/45399/2016/army my account number [protected] State Bank of India Nehru gate batala my PPo received on November 2016 and all of my course mates got their pension and lumsum amount I am facing financial hardship please consider me has a special case pay the amount at the earliest. Thank you sir your faithfully.
                                  State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  I am really surprised to see how SBI harasses costomers even after so much of competition. Many people do not maintain accounts with SBI, they are much more comfortable with other banks. Many of them are PSU. Still their services are much better than SBI.

                                  I had a pathetic experience with SBI Shakespeare Sarani Branch, Kolkata recently. I submitted an application for my change in Surname with changed PAN Card and Aadhar card. I was carrying both the original documents PAN Card and Aadhar Card with my changed surname. All other banks have changed my surname with PAN Card copy itself.

                                  Mr Biswajit Chakraborty, branch manager of Shakespeare Sarani Branch Kolkata did not change my surname in my account even after seeing the original PLAN Card and Aadhar Card.

                                  This is just harassment to the customers.

                                    I have a personal savings bank account no. [protected] at your ADB Chhatarpur (MP) branch and normally transact online.

                                    Yesterday on 5th March 2017 I tried to recharge my BSNL mobile phone ( UP East mobile no. [protected]) through SBI net banking from the same account. The amount Rs. 220/- has been debited from my aforesaid account as per the latest bank statement but the same has not been transferred to BSNL . The time indicated in my SMS from SBI is 16:36 .

                                    The Transaction Ref. No.of above debited amount is IGAAXHVSB5 .

                                    I request you to kindly look into this matter which affects my interest with net banking at this time when digital payment is becoming a dire necessity.

                                        Hello sir/madam,
                                        I'm sayyad jubed have bank account in SBI basmath.I had a master card debit card and it had expired on 12/2016.So i ask them i want to renew this.they tell me give the application @ counter no.7.The employee at counter 7 has taken application from me 3 times.I think he just takes application as a paper for dust bean.And they passes the customer to each other just like passing football to each other.One of the employee @ counter 5 tell me not to give any application it will regenerate new one automatically.Finally i've tried tollfree number but they told me either you have to submit application manually @ branch or you can apply from here if you have net banking.I dont have net banking so i thought i should take net banking first.I've filled online form @ onlinesbi for net banking but final approval from bank employees is mandatory.visited bank and as usual they are passing me to each other.Finally i thought i should have to open bank account @ BOI or Axis bank.Employees of SBI trying to make bank useless like them.
