I have two accounts with sbi (pragatinagar) Ahmedabad.
1. a/c no. [protected] regarding this complaints are as follow.
(a) my old atm/debit card (master card) expired in july 2017 but I was not issued a new card till november 2017. when I asked or the new one at the branch with request of a type of new card with minimum annual charges, I was provided new one (visa debit card). Now this card has been charged 172.50 rs. As per the old charges. while most of the other customers are charged annually 115 rs. only. I don't need this much expensive card I already mentioned then also I have been charged 172.50 rs. I am not satisfied with the response of my demand by the bank in this case.
(b) recently I have submitted cheque book request through atm machine for the same account and I have been charged 57.50 rs for that. I am surprised last time I asked for the cheque book for this account on 26/10/2015. then why I have been charged now after almost 1.5 years? atleast I must be provided 20 leaves per year. every time they are charging for every leaf of check book. I am highly unsatisfied by this approach of the state bank of india.
(2) I have another joint account with my wife in the same branch a/c no.[protected] since last three years every years I am giving complaint for atm /debit card of this account is missing and got cancelled from the bank still they are charging 115 rs. for the card which is already blocked and new card is not taken by us. and telling that from next year it will not be charged. recently in this February also the same has been charged. this year blocking complaint number is [protected].

    I tried frequently to contact on phone to internet section of help line / customer care of Sbi...I reached press 1 ...Then 4. Then 3...Phone rang on your end but not received...some times disconnected too from your end ( your end means from SBI customer care )
    It is very poor service, carelessness to the service, harassment of customer
    It is to the best of my knowledge & belief .
    Please take strict necessary action against responsible person whether technical or others.
    My intention only to regularise service for customers... Thanks

        I have a saving account no. [protected] branch code 2309 baswin aligarh uttar pradesh. I got a personal lone 490000 from this branch before 6 months. I paid emi rs 11600 per month timely. Two days before i know that my monthly emi rs 11336 and i paid per month 264 rupaye extra and bank take me ceabaill status grade 1 high risk. So that is fully wrong.           I Mr. Bhabani Prosad Chakraborti, am a customer of State Bank Of India Mogra Branch (IFS Code: SBIN0004780) My Account no is [protected], I went to the ATM of SBI on 2/3/2017 at 10:30 AM approx for withdraw cash Rs. 6000/- (Rupees Six Thousand) only, I did the essential work card punching, verify pin no etc, but I did not get my cash by cause hang the ATM system or link failure, then I went to the AXIS Bank ATM and I withdrew cash Rs 6000/- (Six Thousand) only from the above stated account.

          I went to updating my passbook on 3/3/2017 and I observe that Rs 6000/- has been deducted for two times 1st for AXIS Bank ATM and another for SBI ATM on 2/2/2017, I have complain your Customer Care, The Complain Ticket No is [protected].

          Today I get a message from BX-SBIPSG "Dear Sir / Madam Your complaint with [protected] is under process for resolution & status is given as; INCORRECT TRANSACTION DETAILS, KINDLY RE-LODGE WITH CORRECT DETAILS.'." I can not released the meaning of the message.

          So I request you take the necessary action for the refunding the mis deducting amount to my account as soon as possible.

            Mr. Rk is manager.

            When branch opened 4 years back they gave locker with no other initial charges or fd.

            After that we deposit 50k for 35 months and today when i went to withdraw, mr. Manager said you can not withdraw as you have locker.

            He said "locker is for lakhpati and crorepati not for garib people". He added "jaha complaint karni ho kar lo kuch nahi hoga"

            I want to know rules of locker.

              I have asked for the Outstanding Principal statement and List of documents for my Loan account no.[protected] However it has been 2 months but the bank has not released the documents. As a result of this I am not able to switch over my loan to other bank. There is no response even after several call and visit to branch. I am losing on my interest amount by Rs 10000 per month.

                I have performed a transaction with Amazon for an amount of RS 772. As the transaction was cancelled and Amazon has processed the refund with a reference no. IGAAIELVU8 on[protected]. They told that the amount should reflect in your account by[protected]. But till now I couldn't receive the money.
                I have complained about the same with Online account of SBI. But they are telling to ask Amazon again. The same is repeating.
                Please look into the matter and advice in this regard.

                  I have use SBI ATM card at bbsr, odisha at 9 a.m on 3/3/17. first try to draw Rs15000/- but after sometime show time out then second try to draw Rs10000/- but same condition & don, t any draw & show insufficient found then put cancel button & quit ATM counter . after some time check my balance show debit @15000+10000=@25000/- plz refound my amount.

                  Just wait for a week the failed transaction will be reversed to your account. In mean time just call to customer support team which is the tool free and register the complaint with them. Go with proper document i[censored] have.

                    I have paid for online passport by central bank debit card maestro 504xxxxxxxxxx10 on 23 feb 2017 10:15 pm but passport status shows failed and 1512.75 deducted from a/c not refunded. 17-[protected] is passport application no.DDO no. is[protected] while making online payment. I tried calling Sbi customercare no.[protected] which is given in passport site but to no avail as the this no always shows busy and when rings no response from other side.Please resolve this issue on urgent basis.

                      I am sri rupak goswami, a customer in your branch (Dharmanagar), north tripura. Deposited machine not working for few months in that branch.in this reason we are facing problem very much.in this matter i also complain to branch manager, but i would not find any perfect solution.

                          I have refilled petrol for Rs.300/- on 18/12/2016 for which i have receive the confirmation of deduction on the same day.

                          But on 03/03/2017 again Rs. 300 has been deducted from my account showing same reference number of 18/12/2016.

                          I have been charged twice, money has been deducted twice.

                          Please return my money as soon as possible.

                          I don't know how these type of mistake happens in this new world of digital india.

                          everyone is staking pledge to be digital, these instance makes cash transaction more reliable.

                              I done an online transaction (Txn #068772) on[protected] from my mastercard to purchase a worth of 9000 rs.

                              That transaction failed, but money is deducted from my account.

                              I filed a complaint (Complaint ticket no. Pg[protected] on same day. Till date money is not refunded in my account.

                              I requested the bank to resolve the isuue and refund the money asap.

                                This is my second complaint against the company .The State bank of India at kanpur (ppn market branch, ppn market)is failing to show proper reasons as to why my chq is not being cleared.It is a chq given to me by my father. He is not so healthy to be brought to Kanpur. Presently we live in Jaipur. I am in urgent need of money and we r not able to use our own money. Please help us.

                                  Mr.K.S Rana of SBI Ghumarwin, distt. Bilaspur, H.P misbehaved with me while I was standing in the que and waiting for my turn to withdraw cash from ATM swap machine.He talked to me rudely and said 'line se aao, ye baat nhi hoti'.When I tried to explain him that I was in line he didn't listen.I felt so humiliated and embarrassed.I left the bank immediately in tears.This is not the way to behave to the customers.I just want the appropriate authority to take immediate action against my complaint.

                                    I am being charged with "dishonour fee" inspite of regular "minimum bill" payment. I was told by customer care that auto debit is active for complete amount on my card and subsequently the charges are levied. I sent a letter for deactivating auto debit service on my card by post but the request was not taken. I am highly pissed off with SBI card service. I recommend nobody to opt for it.

                                      Dear SBI,

                                      I never had any expectations from SBI but still there should be some consideration given before deducting amount from my account. I have a loan installment of 45k which I have never failed to pay in time but still whenever I leave any surplus money in that account. For some reason this also get deducted. This is very frustrating and irresponsible. Definitely not a strategy to retain customers. Please take some pain in explaining me why would you deduct any amount without my permission.

                                        I am submitting this complaint, not because i think it will be resolved through this portal, but to let everyone know how dumb tech support can get.
                                        Issue was, my state bank rewardz portal was not reflecting the correct reward points. I raised the following queries through the statebank rewardz portal.

                                        12-Feb - Submitted first request with just transaction details. Got response that they needed email, CIF number, account...
