Refund of Rs 30900 for a product which i bought on Flipkart but later cancelled, was initiated by Flipkart on 06/03/2022 and was said to be completed by 08/03/2022 01:08 AM. I have not recieved my amount in the bank account yet. Flipkart has given me reference number for the transaction which is 74056632066206573822030 and they claim that the amount has been successfully transferred but the fault is with SBI bank. I filed a complaint with SBI under the number 87879459 but i have not recieved any response, please take action, attaching my current bank account statement and email that I recieved from flipkart.

      In urly morning 6/02/22 one payment of 10395 was done my sbi credit card that was not done by me, this payment done approx. 1 am
      i am complained to sbi team in morning and blocked my card,
      as per sbi customer care executive he required one month for test this payment related things.
      after one sbi team put a mail the desion was fever on bank . and they not give the details payment was which user id done and what is current location of that time o[censored]ser.

        Hello Team,

        Today I went to 5 different SBI Branches in Thrissur, Kerala with a Balance Transfer cheque provided by Fullerton India credit CO.LTD issued by Axis Bank and none of the branches accepted the cheque. Not sure why ?

        They said they cannot do anything go to Axis bank, i went to Axis bank they said SBI should clear it

        Moving up and down and here and there since 10 AM to 03:00 PM, Did not had my Lunch tooI finally decided to talk to SBI Branch manager and he tried call all his official and asked what is to be done and they they said it has to go through CMS clearing but the 2 guys who were working has resigned and there is no CMS guy in the entire district of Thrissur, i was shocked

        Now they called someone in Chennai or Bangalore and someone said to send it by registered courier and then they will clear it from there.

        My question is if you do not have any one why customer should suffer
        Why should i send a courier to an unknown person, what if the cheque is lost or damaged of mis-placed
        This would also take a long process, what's the interest it would incur, who is responsible for that

        Is this they way SBI cards operate, where they do not have any resolution for the payment which i want to make

        If that's the case do not call me for any payment, remove all the obligation
        i am not going to pay any interest amount incurring from tomorrow, please stop charging me.

        Kindly find a resolution to collect the cheque and get it cleared as soon as possible, This is really a pathetic day of my life.

          Sir, I ordered a Michael Kors Analog Gold Dial watch on 11 February 2022 through UPI for an amount of 14495.00 rupees.
          I returned the product on 20 February 2022.
          For the purpose of refund, I Linked my bank account. From Amazon, they clearly mentioned that they initiated the refund to my bank account on 21 February 2022 and it was expected to be credited on 26 February 2022.
          But Till now the bank didn’t credit to me!

          Amazon Customer Service gave the *Reference Id for the issued refund:[protected]
          Till now bank has not credited my money Rs:14495

          And I have asked the bank regarding this . They are not at all responding.

          This is urgent. please help me as soon as possible to get back my money.

            I have ordered a Amazon prime membership from Amazon on 2 March 2022 for which I have paid rupees 179/-.but order is cancelled after sometime.then Amazon send a mail in which it is written that refund initiated successfully on 3 March. But didn't get the money till now . This is my reference I'd - 7.43327E+22. Please help me

              I am Gurvinder, having account at SBI Grain market Sector 14Hisar(Haryana). My account number is [protected] & IFSC is SBIN00005700, i have faced a fraud transaction of INR 1000 on 07th March 2022

              I would like to draw your kind attention in this matter and want you to take immediate action. In the message which i received against this transaction stated that the transaction is performed on behalf of a firm named as INVESTMENT INTERMEDI but it is reflecting as Banayan tree in the account statement, also when i googled about INVESTMENT INTERMEDI i found that it is a total fraud company and it targets only SBI Customers.

              In Account statement it is appearing as below:-

              INVESTMENT INTERMEDIAR-P [protected]

                  My name is Blessy joseph. I oredered fossil BQ-3497 watch from amzon. But cancelled on the same day. When i was cancelling the order, the payment was jot intiated. But after 2 days the payments are deducted amd my bamk acvount is held for the money. But when i contacted the amazon team, they stated that refund is processing. But its about a week and i am really concerned.So please urgently respond to this.

                    On 23rd feb 2022, I have paid my fee through debit card and the amount was 26, 000.The transaction was successful and I got the receipt back after the transaction and even I got a message that 26, 000 was debited from my account to the merchant. But on 1st march 2022, at 10:40 pm, I received a message that 26, 000 was debited and my account balance is displayed after getting debited. Though I haven't made any transaction with debit card after 23 feb, my amount got debited. I want a refund on this amount or will I get the amount back? Is it possible? Please tell. Actually I am in need of money because of my father's illness. Please help regarding this issue.My phone no is [protected].

                      My name is love and i had a ordered hair dryer of rs 459 in amazon on 16 feb 22 and after retun 1 march 22 i retun this order due to personal reasons and on 1 march to 6 march Amazon initiated the amount to my account but still didn’t get the money . Amazon sent this reference no[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute from sbi bank doesn’t have such policy .so please kindly respond to this complaint it’s very urgent.                         I recharged my number on 5th March 2022 using SBI REWARDZ i used some points and rest I paid by my card . Recharge failed and I got my points back but I didn't receive refund in my card

                          I have requested to customercare reading as under.
                          My card last four digit is 7452

                          Due to problem in login in making payment on due date coupled with my unexpected visit to aboard, the payment of February bill due of 2699 was delayed and finally made on 05.03.2022.This is isolated delay .You have charged a penalty of Rs 1152.11 for delay of payment of Rs 2699 which is not fair by any means .You are requested to waive the penalty keeping in view my track record you have with me for the last 2 years

                                Myntra told me that they initiated a refund from their end on 26 feb 2022

                                  I forgot my internet banking password so firstly I changed it. Now, when I try to login with new password, I enter OTP and all details.. IT SAYS INVALID LOGIN ATTEMPT. I also get same SMS. I've tried logging in with yono as well as desktop, same issue is there.

                                  HOW is this possible that I enter correct id and password, get otp and then enter it correctly too, still unable to login?

                                      I ordered D-Manan latest lofers shoes in Amazon on 10th February two quantites of 8no and one quantity of 9no total three quantities order no #[protected] the order delivered on 14th February but I got only two quantites one of the 8no shoes i didn't get so I called the Amazon customer care so they refunded the missing quantity amount till now it ok but I returned the remaining two quantites also on the next day 15th February the item was picked up but till now I didn't get refunded amount Amazon initiated the but it's not reflected in my bank account.
