I ordered a jacket (allensolly) but the size was over so I return it Jan 20 and my refund initiated on Jan 22 .The reference id is[protected]...

I tried recharging my phone number with ₹ 1799. ₹1336.5 is paid through debit card and rest ₹462.5 is paid by redeeming my SBI Rewardz point. Point and money both deducted but recharge is not done to my phone.

Dear team, i have two cards of sbi one is ending with 4995 and second one is 6771.

I and my family was in covid in last month and due to that i was unable to paid full amount amount of card in last month and said same to your executive on call . He said that sir u can pay minimum amount of card . i did same .

I have reported a complaint on 04/11/21 regarding an unauthorised transaction of Rs.12, 155.76 /- which occured on the same day. The ticket number for the complaint is 71959868 and on 11/11/21 a shadow reversal of the same amount was created against my account and I was told to submit the SOP form regarding the same. I have already submitted the SOP form in my home branch about a month back, but the mentioned amount has not been credited...

Last year sbi cards officials mailed me and WhatsApp me from their official number about an promotional offer of applying a card and in return getting an Amazon voucher on inr 1500 on approval of card ...I applied for that card and got it now it's been 6months I'm approaching them for my promotional voucher now their are rejecting it I have submitted all proof to them and put up complaint also but no resolution provided nor their are interested...

I credited an amount of 75000 rs in that 1 (500rs) note was returned back and 1 (500rs) note was retained for verification.

The slip came out of the machine it says 1 NOTE retained for verification...

I have not transferred any amount from my sbi saving account but sbi deducted an amount of 500₹ and 11.80₹ from my bank account in the name of charges of deputy commision of commissioners of deputy offce ..how could you do that?? please refund my amount asap...

I have been issued life time free credit card by the bank. While issuing the card sells person given a many calls and issued the card which is at all not required to me. No transaction has been done by me on this card.

I have made the through phone pe for razorpay on 5th Jan 2022. Amount got debited from my account and Payment got failed at razorpay and razorpay initiated refund on 5th Jan 2022 immediately after payment failed they have given RRN no :[protected]. Still i didnt received the refund back to my account. If i go to the bank and said the same they said they cannot help on online payments.

I created a new SBI account on 5th January and my ATM card has not been issued yet. I've made multiple visits to the bank and there has been no support provided to me. It's quite disturbing to see that even after 25 days my card hasn't reached me. Deeply disappointed as a customer.
