Dear Sir/Madam

I m getting call from SBI credit Card department from last 3 years.

they are finding Some AHESAN and I'm tired to inform them that this is not AHESAN. Number but frequently I'm getting calls from them they are latterly torturing me. asking many questions.

on 22nd Feb 2022 again I Got call from Number: +[protected]
and i already fed up i started abusing the calling person.

after that the Calling person called from personal number:
+[protected]

he started abusing and I blocked that number now,

i want ti file case against SBI bank please help me and give me solution how i can get rid of this torching calls

    Hi,

    Money deducted from my ICICI ACCCOUNT when transaction done via sbiepay but not credited to E-Challan Payment Maharashtra State

    Transaction date -- 20th Feb 2022.
    Maharashtra Traffic Police Echallan No -- KOPCM[protected]
    below is details of money deducted from my account..

    Summary of money deduction is as below from my bank account statement.

    21/02/2022 VIN/mahatrafice/[protected]/[protected] Dr. 500.00

    i got the some error that i could not capture but money deducted from my account. I did not get the receipt of the transaction also.

    It is really pathetic to say that being government bank epay, these kind of things are happening. and it did not get credited to my account till now. Please don't place your payment method if it cannot process for any customers transactions and causing their time and mental tension for the same as there is no sms or message from sbi epay for any failed transactions till now..
    Now I have paid the amount via bill desk and need the refund of the 500 asap to my account... It is been 2 days now.

      On Jan 5th, 2021. I have done a payment for my life insurance. The payment was done in BhimUpi app. During that payment I didn't receive any notification. I have rechecked that insurance policy no. and it showed me that payment is not done yet. So, I have payed again. after that I received two message from bank that amount (in Rs.) 8, 339.00 has been deducted two times. I went to Sbi Life Insurance to talk about it They have took time more than two month. and they have told me that the amount was not received here. I also try to complaint BhimUpi app, but they have removed my complaints. Ok. I have tried to contact bank, but no responce and there phone no is switched off. I have complaint in Sbi website. They snap it, and my complaints got vanished. So, recently I have heard about consumer forum. And this the complaint on it.
      Hope, I will get my solution here.

              I have opened an account with the SBI bank an year ago. Without my consent they have closed the account. When contacted the customer care, they are not informing who placed the request and when approached the branch no proper information too being received.

              Please help on this as this is a fraudulent activity on my account and there are funds in my account too.

                I ordered a shoe Skechers Men's D'lux Walker-Pensive for rs 2805 on 7 feb 2022 and Refund initiated was on 11 feb 2022 . as I did not like the product so I applied for a refund and during the given time the refund has not come yet so I am requesting a refund. The Refund Reference Number for the transaction is[protected]. this was written in the mail "Your refund for the order[protected] of Rs.2805.00 has been processed successfully on[protected]. The amount should reflect in your account by the Next 5 business days." the money has not come yet to my bank account. I also went to the bank with this Refund Reference Number for the transaction is[protected] but they said we don't have a program for checking such a number. so I again called amazon for this issue the bank is also not giving a proper answer about this so they said charge a dispute form for this issue. as for this issue i am requesting a refund on this. my gmail is" [protected]@gmail.com" . i think refund time is gone still the money has not credited in my bank.

                    This is Sameer i wish to bring to your notice, a fraudulent transaction which took place form last months, using my sbi account. One day a small amount of 600 rs got debit from the account on the name of OTHPG also we are not getting transaction notification sms. We came to know this when I visited the bank and print my passbook.

                    When i saw the passbook entries and noticed that, each transaction has mentioned othpg with some different serial no. When i search for othpg then i come to know that this is fraud transaction and others also complained about this.

                    I request you to please look into this matter as soon as possible and do the needful. I also attached the passbook entries

                      While doing payment of application fee, in the High Court of Kerala's website, I paid 1000 rs. via debit card, which was processed through the SBI epay portal. The amount was deducted from my account, but still has not reached them. It shows that the fee is still unpaid.

                                Dear Team,

                                I am Bhadram Kavya issue relating to harassment by SBI credit card agents. My cardno (xxxxxxxxxx081632). Agents are calling to me inform about my card payment i am attending call i said we will pay but take 2-3months, if you need urgent then we said please go to court we will pay, and we are not deny to pay, need little more time to get amount. AFTER INFORMING EVERYTHING THOSE SBI agents called to my relatives and My colleagues in Office(OPTUM Global solutions) who i unware.And agents are calling to them and asking to pay amount as they are not know by me and we didn't give any reference no to any of Credit card.This is legal issue collecting there no without knowing anyone and using bad words.and those wwho got call from SBI agents complained to Local area ps.
                                Please take an action on those agancy or SBI credit card collection dept. It causing personal image damage and mentally torching .I think to do some bad.so requesting to taken action immediately on those calls or i am going to file on case those callers in womencall.

                                Harassing the unknown person in office which i don't know few of them already raised compliant to local police station against agent who is calling to their mobile numbers and also the SBI agent who have called me in afternoon abusing bad language i have a call recording … kindly requesting to take a action on the person immediately below are the numbers which SBI person calling .

                                Till not complaint resolved SBI People calling my organization people to asking to pay money as I don't know they contact me through internal.mails..they just applied some loan or card if organization is same means department and sector may be different ..it's leading me again mental torcher...if the call go any of my organization people I will suicide along with my kids before that I will raise case against SBI .

                                  Sir,
                                  I had placed an order on Amazon on 11th February. The order id is #[protected].
                                  But somehow it got cancelled on 15th February, and Amazon e-mailed me about that. On 16th February, Amazon notified me that my refund for the order had been issued.
                                  A part of the order (of Rs. 572) was paid through Amazon Pay UPI (debited from my SBI savings account). After the refund notification, I checked my Amazon app and under 'transactions' tab, there it is showing that Amazon has issued my UPI refund of Rs. 572 to my bank account & it was credited on 15 Feb 2022, 02:31 AM. But still now, that amount has not reflected or credited to my bank account.
                                  Amazon has given a Refund Reference Number (RRN), which is[protected].
                                  I contacted SBI customer care in this matter, but they said to contact the Bank's branch. Today I went to branch, and requested again and again, the Bank manager and service manager to check the matter, but they refused to do anything, they said they cannot do anything in this matter.
                                  I, therefore earnestly request you to take necessary action on the above mentioned problem, so that the SBI bank credit the refund to my bank account as soon as possible.

                                      Today at around 8:25pm I went to this ATM at Goregaon Station (East Side), Mumbai. I was withdrawing cash, the ATM went out of service during my transaction. The amount was debited but cash it didn't dispensed cash. There is this ATM guard aged around 50 years. Instead of helping me, he started scolding and using slangs in marathi as if broke the network intentionally. He even refused to let me do my transaction in the other machine available there. But I did my transaction anyway since I needed cash and said nothing but he was using slangs till I exited the ATM.
